Secretive FEMA Camp Drill Goes Live

Editor’s Note: The following article was posted on May 7, almost a week ago. Since the article was posted, ICE and presumably DHS have raided Agriprocessors Inc. in Pottsville, Iowa, arresting around 700 people. As the post below argues, this round-up is not about illegal immigration but rather is an exercise to test FEMA’s processing procedures.
May 7, 2008 – The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) along with other government institutions are currently conducting an 8-day anti-terror and disaster exercise from May 1st through May 8th called National Level Exercise 2-08 in the United States. We recently covered this exercise in great detail using press releases from FEMA and U.S. Northern Command as source material.
Considering the historical precedent of the government running drills on the day of the 9/11 attacks as cover for the actual operation, this 8-day long anti-terror and disaster exercise sparked some concern. According to the press releases from both FEMA and U.S. Northern Command, drills are slated to take place in Oregon, Washington State and in the Washington DC or mid-Atlantic area.
With this in mind, it is incredibly strange to see reports from the Des Moines Register and the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier indicating that a secretive FEMA exercise is taking place in Waterloo, Iowa. According to these reports, the federal government has leased out the entire National Cattle Congress fairgrounds until May 25th for an exercise. Early reports indicate that a large number of mobile home-size trailers and generators have been moved on to the residence and that both FEMA and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) are involved in this exercise. Considering the reported involvement of FEMA and ICE, the trailers and generators being moved in, as well as the secrecy around this particular exercise, this has all the hallmarks of a FEMA camp drill. The purpose of ICE being involved appears to be to round up illegal aliens so they can test the efficiencies of their processing procedures.
Reports of the National Cattle Congress fairgrounds being leased out until May 25th by the federal government first appeared in the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier’s report.
According to their report, both large mobile home-size trailers and generators have appeared on the site. In addition, one of the board members of the National Cattle Congress stated that it was his understanding that FEMA was involved. An employee of ICE was also on site indicating that they must have some sort of involvement in what is happening.
The following blurb is taken from the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier’s report.
Normal operations on the National Cattle Congress fairgrounds have been suspended for most of May as the federal government has leased out virtually the entire facility for a training exercise, NCC general manager Doug Miller said Saturday.
Miller said he could release few details. But activity on the NCC fairgrounds was apparent Saturday, as contractors installed massive generators adjacent to many buildings on the NCC fairgrounds and windows of many of the buildings were covered up, blocking views of any work going on inside. A number of large mobile home-size trailers also have taken up residence on the site in the past several weeks.
Miller said the federal government is leasing the fairgrounds through May 25 under an agreement approved by the NCC board. He and others close to NCC said no entity has leased out the entire fairgrounds for that long a period.

He said it is his understanding that access to the NCC fairgrounds will be restricted beginning Monday, except for next weekend’s Cedar Falls High School prom at Electric Park Ballroom.
Miller said he has primarily been dealing with the U.S. General Services Administration on the arrangements, and that his physical facilities staff have been cooperating with federal officials on logistics and setup for the exercise.
Miller said that, other than GSA, he could not identify which agencies are involved in the exercise. But an individual on site Saturday who identified himself as an employee of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement referred inquiries to ICE officials in Minneapolis, who could not immediately be reached Saturday.
Miller also was referring inquiries to federal officials in Cedar Rapids, and NCC board member Tunis Den Hartog said it was his understanding the Federal Emergency Management Agency was involved.
The secrecy around this drill and the lack of any formal press release or announcement by the federal government on what is happening is incredibly disturbing. In fact, an ICE spokesman declined to comment on the drill and a news blackout has been imposed at the National Cattle Congress fairgrounds where all of this activity is taking place.

Federal officials have imposed a news blackout at the National Cattle Congress fairgrounds in Waterloo, where they have leased almost the entire property through May 25.
Tim Counts, a Midwest spokesman for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, known as ICE, declined to say Monday whether an immigration raid is pending that would use the fairgrounds as a detention center.
"ICE never talks about our investigative activity or possible future enforcement actions," Counts said. "Regarding the exercise in Waterloo, there is currently no publicly releasable information about that, so we aren’t releasing any."
He declined to say whether the "exercise" involves training or an immigration enforcement operation.
"We expect that at some point there will be additional information available, but I can’t speculate at what point that might be," Counts said.
The fact that officials from the federal government are being very secretive about what’s happening here indicates that they are doing something they know people aren’t going to like. Even the state Governor has been left in the dark about what’s happening.

Representatives of Gov. Chet Culver and U.S. Sens. Tom Harkin and Charles Grassley said they had no information about what was happening at the Cattle Congress fairgrounds.
At Grassley’s request, his staff called ICE officials on Monday.
"During the call, the ICE officials would neither confirm nor deny anything to Senator Grassley’s staff," said Beth Pellett Levine, a Grassley aide.
The apparent involvement of FEMA and ICE indicate that the purpose of this exercise is to test their FEMA camp deployment apparatus using the round up of illegal aliens as a test case. Although there is no way of confirming that this is 100% the case, if there are round-ups of illegal aliens in this general area during the next few weeks, it will be pretty obvious at that point.
Regardless of the goals or aims of this drill, there is no questioning the fact that the federal government does not want to stop illegal immigration. The federal government is encouraging this problem so they can dissolve the borders between the three countries and form a North American Union between Canada, Mexico and the United States. With all of the hysteria surrounding the phony war on terror, it is ridiculous that the border has not been sealed which shows that the open border policy with Mexico is supported by the Bush administration. Since the vast majority of Americans want something done about the illegal alien problem, they will think that this is a great thing, but what they fail to realize is that these camps are not really for illegal aliens, they are for the average American.
Plans for government run concentration camps are well documented from Rex 84, the Army’s Civilian Inmate Labor Program and the KBR built detention facilities. This looks like a continuation of this concentration camp agenda and considering that the government has refused to take real action to stop the illegal alien problem, why would they want to build a FEMA camp in the middle of Iowa to run a drill? The answer is simple, they are going to use the excuse of the illegal alien problem to setup the FEMA camp infrastructure which will be used to house the average Americans who protest what this corrupt and out of control government has been doing.
It is incredibly suspicious that the federal government would not openly announce this exercise and even go out of their way to ensure a media blackout of their activities. There is little doubt that this is part of their agenda to setup a large scale FEMA camp apparatus in order to house large quantities of American citizens. The Nazis used concentration camps to house and eventually exterminate the Jews and it is frightening to see that a similar infrastructure is now being set up in America.

2. Sell that big house and get out of the mortgage, get out of the city, and get as rural as you can.
3. Get with other people who understand what is going on and are willing to prepare and get ready! Prepare together, design a plan together and work the plan together.
4. Buy yourself a small piece of land, in the boon-docks, near or next to national forest lands. You only need an acre or two, put some kind of dwelling there, a couple old trailers would do, drill a well or find a spring, nothing fancy but very survivable. I have a place with four trailers set up in a square with an open center (circle the wagons). In the center area I have the well drilled and “Square Foot Gardening” set up.
5. Buy storable food and seeds and whatever you need to do your own canning, drying etc.. Bear in mind, you do not have to buy fancy MRE’s or Freeze Dried food (it’s good to have some but expensive). Instead, concentrate on canned goods which have a three year shelf life and dried goods which last even longer. I take all of my dried goods and seal them with a “Seal a Meal” device. By doing your food my way there is one BIG advantage. You still get to enjoy all the foods you like and normally use because that is what you have stored. Note: In order to keep your food fresh once you have your “stash” rotate your monthly grocery needs out of it. Get it? Fresh in, old eaten each month.
6. Pick up some old dirt bike motorcycles and bicycles for transportation. I was able to get each person an old motorcycle and bicycle (mountain bike) plus, by buying the same models I was able to get repair parts that would work on all of them (same spark plugs, air cleaners etc.).
7. Each person needs a weapon (preferably one that can be used for both hunting and fighting, be sensible) and a minimum of 200 rds. of ammunition each (use the same calibers if possible).
8. Be sure everybody in your group has a light weight back pack or “bug out bag” already packed for quick escape if needed. DO NOT ALLOW THIS BAG TO EXCEED 25% OF THE PERSON’S BODY WEIGHT WHO WILL USE IT! Pack light, Pack right, Pack for flight!
Please understand that the above information is not all inclusive, it’s a begining, it’s basic. And DO NOT think you will be able to “Live Off The Land” at least not for any length of time. Wild animals for food is not and will not be plentyful once this hits. In fact, I don’t give our wild animal populations more than a couple of months before they will be extinct in many areas (hunted out of existance). Don’t believe me? You better! I have seen this before, thousands of people starving moved across the land eating virtually everything in site like locusts. Nothing was left including insects!!!
I spent over thirty years (starting in Viet Nam) doing and teaching this stuff. Please listen, and more importantly, please take action.

Hmm, what am i going to do with a 9mm and a 12 gauge shot gun when they unleash a couple of apache helicopters on the armed population. If i sell my house and move to a remote area, that means i have to pull my children out of school. How am i going to fuel my generators to light up my trailer?. i cannot buy perfectly fit combat weapon to resist, where do i get cash if the banks are closed and the ATM goes blank? The real question is what would be the reason to organize concentration camps and exterminate people? why to depopulize the world? those of who r interested ,,there is excellent wilderness survival courses on line for free.. i teach these courses ,gladiator has some good advice but don’t be dissillusioned that just because u live in a rural setting u will be left alone ..won’t happen… plan for the extreme… hope 4 better ..these courses teach how to survive under harsh conditions ..remember it may not be summer when u r forced to flee ..it could be -30..small calibre fire arm is easier to carry[22] .and still bring game down .i pack for 50% of body weight ..not only can u learn to build shelters but how to process game for cooking …hope u never have to use it but never hurts to learn ..

We have seen a rise in people in our local area trying to “be farmers” and doing a crappy job.
Rabbit wire is no longer available and chicken wire is getting scarce as well. Mail order for poultry is a joke. Looking for self-sustaining devices in case of bio-terrorism….not gonna find it. They have wiped out are Army Surplus stores in the area. So what is a common yuppy gonna do? Keep on living that yuppy dream I suppose. Leave the living to the ones who can and will survive.
What is it gonna take for the real America to stand together. If we can motivate other countries to stand up for themselves, why can’t we?

It’s like a tooth with a cavity guys, if you have not been taking care of it the tooth will eventually come off. Face reality, we have done this to ourselves and did not care about it. We will leave an uncertain future for the next generation. Buying hybrids will solve the problem? NO, all this culture of fear is fed to your brains and preparing for war will be the only source of escape for most. The bush administration no doubt has destroyed many countries and innocent lives, but when is enough people? You can prepare for war and ration food until the devil gets a cold but with all these events unfolding the shock and aww will be in your back yards with no pre-act. If you call yourself a true patriot then do something about it, resist your local police and other organizations in your area then. What a great way to compound the current food crisis. Wait until now to arrest a majority of the workers at the Agri processing plants across the mid west. That along with soaking wet or flooded fields that are unplantable. Should make for a very interesting winter and again govts timing to ensure you get screwed as much as possible is impecable.

Whether you want to believe you’ll continue on in space, only to be brought back down for the thousand years of peace, is certainly to be held in conjecture.

1. Sell everything you don’t need. (collectibles, antiques, extra cars, pleasure boats etc.)
2. Sell that big house and get out of the mortgage, get out of the city, and get as rural as you can.
3. Get with other people who understand what is going on and are willing to prepare and get ready! Prepare together, design a plan together and work the plan together.
4. Buy yourself a small piece of land, in the boon-docks, near or next to national forest lands. You only need an acre or two, put some kind of dwelling there, a couple old trailers would do, drill a well or find a spring, nothing fancy but very survivable. I have a place with four trailers set up in a square with an open center (circle the wagons). In the center area I have the well drilled and “Square Foot Gardening” set up.
5. Buy storable food and seeds and whatever you need to do your own canning, drying etc.. Bear in mind, you do not have to buy fancy MRE’s or Freeze Dried food (it’s good to have some but expensive). Instead, concentrate on canned goods which have a three year shelf life and dried goods which last even longer. I take all of my dried goods and seal them with a “Seal a Meal” device. By doing your food my way there is one BIG advantage. You still get to enjoy all the foods you like and normally use because that is what you have stored. Note: In order to keep your food fresh once you have your “stash” rotate your monthly grocery needs out of it. Get it? Fresh in, old eaten each month.
6. Pick up some old dirt bike motorcycles and bicycles for transportation. I was able to get each person an old motorcycle and bicycle (mountain bike) plus, by buying the same models I was able to get repair parts that would work on all of them (same spark plugs, air cleaners etc.).
7. Each person needs a weapon (preferably one that can be used for both hunting and fighting, be sensible) and a minimum of 200 rds. of ammunition each (use the same calibers if possible).
8. Be sure everybody in your group has a light weight back pack or “bug out bag” already packed for quick escape if needed. DO NOT ALLOW THIS BAG TO EXCEED 25% OF THE PERSON’S BODY WEIGHT WHO WILL USE IT! Pack light, Pack right, Pack for flight!
Please understand that the above information is not all inclusive, it’s a begining, it’s basic. And DO NOT think you will be able to “Live Off The Land” at least not for any length of time. Wild animals for food is not and will not be plentyful once this hits. In fact, I don’t give our wild animal populations more than a couple of months before they will be extinct in many areas (hunted out of existance). Don’t believe me? You better! I have seen this before, thousands of people starving moved across the land eating virtually everything in site like locusts. Nothing was left including insects!!!
I spent over thirty years (starting in Viet Nam) doing and teaching this stuff. Please listen, and more importantly, please take action.

You know running around in the woods trying to survive? I don’t know man? I would rather just shoot the idiots trying to throw me in a camp and eat them. I heard humans taste like chicken. I have 6 months storable food but Im not going crazy with this idea. I don’t want to spend my life running. I would rather stand and fight and die. I mean I gotta die anyway. Is this world so wonderful you want to live in it in any type of environment?
If everyone fights when they come to take us away to the camps. Pretty soon they will get tired of comming for us. So my advise is just to take as many with you as you can and let God sort the rest out. You have the right to deffend yourselves.
By joining a group of people like a millitia you are leaving yourself open to be infiltrated and set up. This is not the 30’s where you could see the enemy comming. Best thing to do is get some camo run to the nearest tree line away from buildings. Buildings will most like be a shooting gallary and bombed out. So head for the trees and just pick off as many as you can.
Use common sense people and don’t listen to the crazies on this board.
I will kill myself and my whole family before I see any of them starved, herded off to camps, raped or beaten. When its your dime its your dime. FACE IT and pray to God that He forgives you for any offenses you may have commited.

Yeah I get you Gladiator…. and thanks. I hate to think about it. I don’t worry about myself just my family and I will not allow them to suffer.
I will probably just take a boat out of Miami and head south somewhere. Either way I can catch fish here all day long and I know where all the mangroves are. No problem getting food here. When the hurricane hit thats what people did go fishing and have BBQs… so I know alot of people say get out of MIAMI but I happen to think its safer here then most places because we already survived distasters. Talking about a well armed city. Nearly everyone I know is ARMED to the teeth especially all these damn drug dealers. The cops even go around here telling people to Arm themselves. I guess they were tired of seeing all the dead bodies. LOL
Im just hoping when it happens it happens fast. What ever happens. I don’t want a slow incremental opression where your like in a pythons grip slowly being squeezed to death. Thats all I am worried about. Just don’t want to go slow and if I have my way it won’t be. Not hard to die… living is the hard part.

the other week i was watching this new technology they have for for these army choppers. they are able to see anything through walls..people through buildings and underground tunnels ext. then theres these small round disks roughly the size of a fan. with camera’s in the center. a news chopper cought one on tape weeks before 9/11 sitting there in mid air near the world trade center buildings. i realized it was the same object i had seen on the cover of a popular science magazine years earlier. and im sure many toys we dont even know about. point is we wont be able to hide any were sorry to say, and there rep. for dividing a people and conquering them and also puting false freedom fighters in order to mislead our true cause for freedom will be another hump we have to cross. we will be fighting ourselves as well in this coming war, im sure there will be looting gang bangers who dont know what the hell is going on and wont care, races will divide supremisists on all sides and many others fighting for god knows what, its not gonna be that clear dont believe in that illusion its not gonna be good guys on one side and bad guys on other side.
they will have the edge and like many wars before, the one with better toys will win. the only thing to way to get through this is if everyone is informed and we all stand under one belief and one cause. as a nation we could win. but if we let them divide us we will lose.

Look theres lots of gloom and doom being spoken. Truthfully it is all gloomy, but the fact is that this new tyrrany will fall. Theres no argument about that. The only question is the level of bloodshed.
I want you depressed people to start thinking on the most effective method of warfare known to man – better than nukes, diseases, vast armies etc. Guerilla warfare.

Easy thing to do, I know, ive worked security for one such type.
That brings the fear to THEM. Suddenly THEY are scared. Then they’d have their fucking ‘terrorists’. Just adds to my disbelief in the whole terrorism fable.
Dont fear these assholes. They are living in a dream world of power and glory. Their are snipers who can hit at 1km+ these days. How far does their security extend? And the fact is this – their are vastly more civilians with military background than their are serving soldiers. To put it simply their previous armies are now being made their enemies and they are so fucking arrogant they are not going to be ready for the blowback.

William Wallace had a few small victories that set the country alight and the English didnt know what hit them. When the Scots realised they could win, and the biggest problem was the psychological block they cleared the invaders out. This culminated in the battle of Bannockburn under King Robert Bruce where something like 15000 Scottish patriots massacred the 60000+ army of Edward II.

I agree 100% with you and have been starting preparations. I had a problem, maybe you can give needed advice. We are living in Everett, WA we are from RI, I know the woods and places there, but am quite lost around hear. I took a drive out to the foot hills and lower Cascade MT. near me, the problem was, we were stopped and almost killed at gun point more than once. At the time all we had were back packs, just checking out where we could flee and camp out when needed, have a good map and all.
We stumbled across a patch of woods near a meadow and out of no where a few well armed men all X soldiers, mostly older aged. They freaked us out we were held against our will for a while, they seemed angry and afraid as to why were in the area, I stated all the stuff I feel is truth, anti-NWO, FEMA camps, 911 inside job anything I could think of, I talked my way out of being shot lit. They told me none of the hills or mountains were safe in the whole area due to many others like them and many Meth labs. I had a friend doing a nature walk and was shot in the head he came across a militia that shot without any words.
So what does one do when many are well armed and do not want anyone near them + meth labs all over in the hills, just taking a nature hick can be deadly and not due to the population of mountain lions and Bears hear, so what does one do when they can not even check out an area that looks well hidden and off the beaten track?

we were first detained by a militia of Vietnam vets they said who they were and saw the stuff they were waring so i was first speaking of one of the many militia’s in the Cascade area. The meth lab folks was the second thing that happened. I’ve been preparing for the past few years, educating myself and anyone who’d listen, and a lot who didn’t for almost 12 years, and I gotta tell you the only things that keep my faith up are – there were so few who fought to start this country, the fact that most people are stupid and they are heavily concentrated in the ranks of the enemy, God, and have you seen the condition of most cops! Sheesh! the small town I live in, these guys are Barney Fife on mega-doughnuts. My dad was visiting the other day and we went into the local restaurant and in comes one of the local stooges. He had more shit clipped to his belt than must come in the full GI Joe kit, belly hanging over the belt, meeting some trailer tramp with more make-up than Tammy Faye, and two kids in tow, not his wife or kids. So I tell my dad there goes one of our finest, they give this idiot a fast car, a badge, and a gun, and the city pays him $25,000 a year. My dad adds ” And a taser!” My dad is 66 yrs. retired, ex- navy, and that made me feel a little better and we got a good laugh! Sad, but I won’t feel any guilt about their fate when God plays His hand. God Bless all patriots and deal’em up guys, let’s play!

The Electric Park Ballroom has been converted into a federal courtroom supposedly to handle this ICE raid. US Rep. Bruce Braley is calling for a full investigation of Agriprocessors for possible immigration law violations due to 40% of the workforce being arrested. Ring of Power: Illuminatti Bloodlines is a waste of time.
The whole movie is predicated upon a false premise which supposedly links the Hebrew Patriarchs with Egyptian Pharoahs by simple similarities in their names. However, the English translations of the actual Hebrew names are totally different than the original names and therefore the whole theory goes out the window as far as linguistics goes. One example being the name Solomon. According to this “documentary” Solomon is a combination of two words, “Sol” and a derivitive of the name “Amon.” The word Sol is a latin word meaning Son of. And there is where the problem is. Latin is hundreds if not a thousand years removed from the time of Solomon and therefore the idea that the name Solomon means son of Amon is absolutely an insult to everyone’s intelligence.
Besides that one small example, the entire movie is a total farse. The person weaves in Occult Mythology as fact while at the same time she is supposedly trying to combat the Occult organizations that are putting these stories out there for their own propaganda? How stupid can someone be?
The Merovingian mythology of being descended from Jesus is absolutely without historical foundation. Medical doctors the world over have attested to the fact that it is impossible for Jesus to have “fainted” as this athiest would have everyone believe. This pile of crap is exactly what the New World Order wants you to believe, because then they look even more powerful than they actually are, and they destroy the faith of many which is exactly what the Bible predicted would happen in the End Times.
Another lie in this movie is the idea that Jesus preached Bhudism. Only a total fool ignorant of every tenant of Christianity would make such a blatently false statement. There is nothing similar between Bhudism and Christianity whatsoever. As there is no similarities between the Mosaic Law and Bhudism, nor between simply the Ten Commandments and Bhudism.
Anyone who believes this movie is too lazy to research the facts, plain and simple.

I find it convenient that the author of that idiotic so-called documentary is supposedly a person who objects to the agenda of the Masons while being a daughter of one. The whole movie touts the propaganda of the Masons with mild criticism thrown in here and there. Most of the movie espouses the Mason’s traditional beliefs of the origins of their own Occult beliefs. If this is a criticism, why tell the lies as facts? The idea that this is a critique of those beliefs is laughable at best. The idea that people believe the stupidity of this movie is extremely sad.
Are you so eager to believe there is no God, and that you don’t have to have a savior that you are willing to believe anything at all as long as it rejects the Biblical interpretation of the world?
“A fool says in his heart there is no God.” Jesus foretold these lies and said there would be mockers in the last days.
Just remember that when the AntiChrist arises and claims to be descended from Jesus, and King David and Mohammed and also that he is the direct descendent of Jesus through the false occult mythological Merovingian bloodline that these kind of movies are the ones the NWO used to condition people’s minds to accept those lies. Ring of Power: Illuminati Bloodlines is just a continuation of the nonsense that is Zeitgeist the Movie. Both are full of lies and misrepresentations. Both are full of Occult Mythology that is taught by the very organizations that they supposedly are criticizing – the Masons.
