Last week tragedy struck off of the coast of Italy when the Costa Concordia cruise ship capsized off the coast of Tuscany.
What lessons can we learn from this event? Those who blindly put their trust in authority, whether it be a big institution or the even bigger nanny state, put themselves in even greater danger. Why? Because these public charges can’t and won’t protect you.
