They passed the cap and trade? Too much bullshit happens in so little time so it’s hard for me to keep track of everything. I was actually under the belief that cap and trade WAS the climate bill. I thought that capping and trading was supposed to “curb” global warming. I didn’t realize cap and trade and the climate bill were two seperate entities. If anyone wants to elaborate on this feel free to do so…
p.s. politicians suck for making shit so confusing. 1,000 page bills…..
