It’s emblazoned across the front page of USA Today, just underneath a subhead declaring Michael Jackson was, indeed, killed by a drug overdose: “Flu could infect half of USA.” The article goes on to describe the predicted number of deaths expected in the U.S. (30,000 – 90,000 Americans) as well as the actions being taken by the government to protect Americans from the coming swine flu pandemic.

| If a pandemic flu is, indeed, threatening to infect half the U.S. population, wouldn’t it make good sense to make a few announcements encouraging Americans to raise their vitamin D levels? | |
That advice reads sort of like a comic book of health care advice for kindergarteners: Wash your hands, cover your mouth if you cough and let “the grownups” take care of the rest by injecting you with a vaccine. Curiously absent from all the health advice being handed out on the swine flu by the White House, the CDC, the WHO and even the FDA is any mention of Vitamin D or other natural remedies that offer enormous protections from influenza infections.
The absence of this information from virtually all the advice being handed out to the American public is increasingly suspicious. If a pandemic flu is, indeed, threatening to infect half the U.S. population, and if most of the population is deficient in a nutrient known to strongly prevent influenza infections, wouldn’t it make good sense to make a few announcements encouraging Americans to raise their vitamin D levels throughout the coming winter?
It is a well-known medical fact, of course, that influenza always gets worse during the winter months North of the equator and the summer months South of the equator (which are really called their “winter” months). This is because as sunlight hours lessen during the winter, the people living there become vitamin D deficient and are susceptible to influenza infections of all kinds.
The information resources backing this are easy to find. Even our own NaturalPedia.com website reveals a large amount of information on natural defenses against influenza (http://www.naturalpedia.com/influen…). NaturalNews.com, of course, offers a wealth of articles on Vitamin D (http://www.naturalnews.com/vitamin_…).

In particular, one study appearing in these search results is entitled Epidemic influenza and vitamin D. I read in the Medical Journal at the doc’s office just a few weeks ago that if a person does not get 1/2 hour,of mid day sun at least three times a week and drink 8 glasses of Vit D milk per day (no measure of cup given) that male or female should take 800 to 1,000 IU’s of Vitamen D per day. (IU = International Unit) Just call your local health nurse or ask your doctor but yes, Vit D is very important. Another item which can be used is Elderberry Imune Defense Extract in liquid or capsule form. The standard Extract is 400 MG which is two capsules three times a day at the first sign of system imbalance as a system booster. The article of course had nothing to do with swine flu or bird flu or any other flu. Just the information I mentioned was all that was in this tiny article.

Drinking 8 glasses of Vitamin D milk per day will make you very very ill. The hormones and steroids will make you sterile and cause infertility, the antibiotics will kill the natural flora and fauna of your gut.
Homogenized, pasteurized milk contains a lot of dead stuff. It also contains more mastitis cells than milkfat, which is the whole point of homogenizing the thin crap they name milk by USDA standards.
Drinking 8 glasses of actual fresh milk would do you some good. But the government wants you to believe that it would cause you all sorts of health issues. They will also send a SWAT team to kill you and your pets if they find out you are milking a cow at home.

i buy my milk from a dairy farmer who is a vet as well, i believe him to be a man of god. and god would have all humans drink milk from the tit, not from the processing plant where evil chemicals are mixed in with the liquid white matter?

Ive been trying to figure out how exactly does the power that be wants this hoax to unfold as part of their master plan.
I will take a shot at fortunetelling (for humors sake) here with a likely scenario wich would seem fit for them:
As soon as winter hits, we will see a lot more cases of swine flu.
Even tho it will be just an statistically correct rise in swine flu cases, just any with any flu variant, it will be at this time when the media will attempt to trigger mass hysteria by showing phony misleading graphs and numbers on how bad the situation is getting, how out of hand the swine flu is getting etc.
Exactly like the media has been portraying swine flu now, but with bigger numbers, louder voices and crappy horror B-movie style remarks.
(we see daily numbers of how many people are dying/have already died from swine flu, but not a soul realizes that probably 10 times more people died in the same period from regular flu)
And when this happen, Im afraid all the optimism we are feeling on seeing how people are not buying into the hype will fade quickly as horrified hordes seeks for the nearest vaccination post available – and we know there will be plenty.
And we, the 1 out of 10 people who wont take the shot will either be unable to do anything, or get arrested, marginalized, force-vaccinated, or worse.
They (the powers that be) love numerology meaningfull dates so there might be some event on 9/9/9 wich will help boost the fear up.

Very true Censored31. My Mom who is 81, has had Alzheimer’s disease for around 12 years and doesn’t know who I am now. She would get a flu shot every year and I really believe why there’s higher cases of Alzheimer’s with the mass pushing of flu shots every year at local drug stores, supermarkets, etc, including other toxins like fluoride, excitotoxins, etc.

Now you’re talking… SILVER. I make if for what I estimate to be about $.05 a quart. I prefer a 10ppm potency. I’ve used it for just over 15 years for all kinds of things. SilverSurfer, you’re so ignorant. You would have to drink gallons of CS daily for years to turn blue. Taking colloidal silver for infections, colds, flu, etc., for 1-2 weeks is safe. Some take CS daily but in small amounts and will not cause damage or make you turn blue. This is a natural antibiotic that kills pathogens, viruses, infections, etc. CS is an amazing natural remedy that’s been around for thousands of years. Everyone should have this in their home for emergencies.

If colloidal silver turned your skin blue, you would be able to find more than a handful of blue people. Now, silver chloride will cause you to turn blue, if, as corvettelady stated, you drink gallons of CS daily for years. The famous blue guy (Paul Karason) admitted to drinking silver chloride (salt). He also stated that he rubbed the solution on his skin.
Plus, I have found enhanced photos on the internet depicting what appeared to be blue people. But on closer inspection you can see the flaws in the photos. One, that I thought was kind of funny, was a picture of a couple whose mouths were in a sad frown as they looked into the camera. At closer inspection of the photo, you can see that they are not blue skinned, but appear to be sitting in front of a T.V. whose reflection shines a blue hue. Look at the top of the man’s head; the ceiling light reflected off his bald head shows natural skin tones. Scare mongering media!
People need to read more often and take closer looks at the ‘evidence’ that is presented to them.

Private Pile, friend, If the silveer is impure and/or you overload on it, that is when you become Mr. Blue…. Most of the silver you buy from reputable places is extremely safe. Do your research on it, it can be very effective in the influenza arsenal. Just a hint, don’t turn to the FDA or the news media as your source for how to treat anything!

I am trying to get a movement started and I need help. Federal income tax is completely out of control. The leftist nutroots called the people of the Tea Parties, tea baggers, and the right just shrugged their shoulders. The avg. person pays $93 a week. Roughly 300 mil Americans totals up to $1,450,800,000,000 a year just in income tax, that doesn’t include social security, or Medicaid/Medicare. I propose that at the 1st of the year we max out our withholding allowances on our W-2’s which 10 without filling out a form. That will drastically reduce the amount of taxes taken from you. Then at the end of 2010 when you are supposed to file and find out that you supposedly owe Uncle Sam; just don’t file. This plan will only be able to work if we get lots of people. Too few and they will just jail us, but with enough people they will have to change the laws. Repeal the Current Tax Payment Act of 1943, give the power and the money back to the people.

This is incorrect. There is a Massachusetts bill that includes the penalties you describe. It passed the State Senate, but is currently in committee in the House, as per the folks who are lobbying against the bill on a daily basis. There is no verbiage in the bill making vaccination mandatory, but that doesn’t preclude the State health agencies mandating the shots, in which case, if the bill passes, the enforcement authority would apply.
That’s the only such bill of which I’m aware.

I know since June there is a law that makes it a crime to recommend another alternative cure for the Swine Flu. Well for me and my family we are using frequency generator and MMS.

Take 2500 IU of Jarrow Vit D3 as cholecalciferol every other day
Good place to start until you can check your VIT D3 levels by blook work
Being in the sun can make up to 20,000IU if you are out long enough and then your body stops making it once it has achieved sufficient dosages.
All you computer hackers could benefit from D3 daily

brainy smurff…. according to research studied by Dr. Mercola taking a “fffing” walk may not be enough. If I remember correctly he said that it takes the skin 48 hours to make vitamin D from sunlight exposure and if during that time you shower and wash your skin with soap you will strip all of that away. Look at his youtube videos on vitamin D. By the way he suggested that we wash key areas with soap and just rinse our arms and chest and such with plain water.

It plays a major role in brain development/health as well as reducing major medical problems including cancer, heart disease & osteoporosis. Everyone should be taking Vitamin D-3 daily, more so during winter months.

All vitamins are important and there are optimal levels, but going overboard by overdosing on vitamins that are stored in the body has consequences. Food sources are typically depleted of vitamins, so taking a well balanced vitamin is a good idea, but it’s best to keep in mind how much Vit D is added to food, milk, cereal, and some juices, and fair-skinned people can get enough free from five minutes of sun to the face, arms, and legs, or back. It’s funny, but I was resistant to this article at first and even had ruffled feathers because this information really challenges my loooooong held ideas about vitamin D. It also causes me to wonder about the very intelligent people that have recommended vit.D Of course in their defense this small part in the report this lady put together it stated:

Exactly! I wasn’t born when it happened, but I’ve heard of a previous ‘Swine Flu’ scare (mid or late 80s?) , and many many many people that got immunized against it, ended up with neurological and neuromuscular problems, similar to Gulf War syndrome.

I started taking vitamin D due to chronic back pain. I read about it being used by the VA for other veterans coming back from Afghanistan or Iraq with critical injuries and chronic pain due to those injuries. I take approx 10,000 IU daily in a liquid form. Tablets don’t get digested & metabolized that well. I didnt read all the post so I am sorry if I state something that some one else has covered.
I read the AP press release on this topic and in a nutshell it stated how the virus hasnt mutated as of yet. If the virus hasnt mutated and we have already seen what the virus has already done then why is this such a big threat.
Obviously it is a money making scenario…They are breeding a culture of fear into all of the minions.
I am almost ready for the herd to be thinned a little bit. It is very disapointing to see people just willing to do as they are told and to go along with the program. I guess I was that guy up until a few months ago though.

Great show today AJ. I also caught the interview today regarding Anthrax Wars…and this is a very important issue and can tel you believe so too.

Ok I see alot of the same media preparation, the media sells us this virus is to mutate this fall. Here is my prediction, based on whats happening. Put yourself in the globalists position for reducing the population.

I heard a guy on the radio who called in say his family had the swine flu, four people, two adults and two kids, and it always went like this in this order:
Day 1. Mild sore throat, Day 1.5 or 2. Pounding headache, Day 2.5 or 3. Acute upper respiratory symptoms, coughing, congestion, etc. with fever and muscle aches, Day 4 or 5. Vomiting, Day 5 or 6. Diarrhea
It took a week for each person to recover. One of them, an adult female, was left with a mild case of pneumonia afterward and had to go to the hospital to be treated.
He said he would take the shot to prevent a recurrence because it was hell, but it sounds like a typical case of flu except for the stomach upset.

“Thieves Oil” is somewhat hard to make, as it is a mixture of about 6 essential oils (available at health food stores, etc.). My wife and I have used just plain old Eucalyptus Oil (a serious antiseptic, including killing viruses) on a napkin in a shirt pocket while on the plane, for example, to keep us from getting sick. I have also mixed Eucalyptus Oil with Cinnamon BARK Oil (50/50) to make a better smelling formula. Cinnamon Bark Oil is also one of the components of Thieves Oil. These strong plant essential oils do work, studies have demostrated that they are very string disinfectants. Stay safe, and don’t buy the Obamacare / NWO propaganda re Swine Flu!

My adult daugter went to our MD ,who [the Doc] is also into holistic medicine, to have her level of vitamin D tested. This is an easy thing to do, with a blood test. Her levels were very low & now she is on 10,000 IU’s a day. She will have another test in 2 months. Do your own research, there is great info out there if you have time to do it.
Don’t think just because you are in the sun or you drink ‘hormone, antibiotic, etc’ milk, your thinking makes the NWO very happy!

I think the person that wrote this article was attacked with directed energy weapons and wrote swine flu natural remedies in stead of natural swine flu remedies.

I take 50,000 IU a week of Vitamin D ( 1 pill per week) prescribed by my neurologist, who is also a pharmacist. I get heat induced migraines and have pale skin (red hair/hazel eyes) so I have to avoid the sun like the plague, about 15 minutes is the limit of sunlight I can tolerate. My lab results for Vitamin D level showed it was almost non-existant. I haven’t had any problems with that dosage. In fact, I haven’t had the flu or bronchitis since taking it, which I usually suffered from at least once a year.

You need to take at least 3000 IU of D3 and it must be D3
If you add 300mg of B6 with your minimum 3000 IU of D3 you then have a treatment for High Blood Pressure similar to most commonly prescribed blood pressure medicines without the side effects
If you can add 3000 mg of vitamin C per day taken in a buffered form at the rate of 1000mg with each meal you increase you ability to fight disease tremendously

I will look for the article in case someone is interested. also I would add to this list, even though I’m not a doctor, the amino acid l-Lysine it works to keep vitamin C in the system longer and freshens “C” up when it poops out (non tech lingo)

I heard that viruses replicate in the nasal cavity. And I heard that a nasal spray or wash with xylitol would encapsulate the virus and therefore the virus body could not get a foot hold and would wash right out of the body. Anyone else heard of this? Just wondering.

This is for the guy who has been swimming for Vit.D-If you go to a health food store and ask them about vitamins who have officially expired and can’t be sold off the shelf. See if you could buy them off the record. They are still good for several months-enough to build up your system! Something else-there are places that manufacture and sell vitamins and if you sign up to be a sales person, you can get them for 1/2 price! If nothing else, use them for yoursefl and family! Who knows? If you know enough people, you might even make some money!

Leave the vit. pills alone, too taxing on the liver and most are not absorbed anyway, and eat a peice of fruit or veggies like we are supposed to. Eat less processed food and more REAL food and the immune system will be strong. Since the govt. has spent most of the social sec., sounds like they are trying to scare and kill off whomever they can to save money by spreading this disease, pathetic bastards. It also redirects a fortune in tax dollars back to the med. and pharm. industries, like they need it. It is so sad that the majority are lemmings who buy into their self-centered, greedy lines of crap. When a situation presents itself, follow the money angel and you will get your answers.

There has been alot said about the swine flu and how to prevent it ( cs, vit d-3, ect). very interesting info. thank God I have a cs generator! No one mentioned infrared sauna. Does anyone know if that is a prevention?? Also, my 11 yr. old daughter has been bugging me to get the “anti cervical cancer” vaccination.(Gardisal) I don’t know how to tell her without freaking her out and scaring the daylights out of her about how the gov. is trying to coorce us into these vaccinations.
