Sheen Blasts Cowardly Corporate Media Refusal to Debate 9/11 Facts

Charlie Sheen has blasted the cowardly corporate media response to his “20 Minutes With The President” letter, slamming the press as “hopeless lap-dogs” for failing to address a single one of his 20 bullet points on 9/11 while ignoring completely his challenge to publicly debate 9/11 truth debunkers.
Sheen’s open letter to the President, which took the form of a fictionalized account of a meeting between the two in which Sheen grills Obama about the unanswered questions surrounding 9/11, received widespread media coverage and was featured in thousands of newspaper stories, online articles and TV segments. Awareness of the subject only increased after the subsequent release of a You Tube video in which Sheen personally appeals to the President to answer the questions.
However, not one single mainstream media report adequately covered even one of Sheen’s 20 bullet points that were listed in the article and backed up by a substantial online bibliography.
Indeed, scores of corporate media hit pieces completely fabricated the content of Sheen’s letter, attributing phrases to him that he had never made in an attempt to portray Sheen as abrasive and “insulting” to 9/11 victims and their families, despite the fact that the majority of family members share Sheen’s questions.
Fox News was one of many corporate media outlets to claim that Sheen had stated “that Bush/Cheney planned it all,” when in reality he had said no such thing. The media merely manufactured this spin so that they could politicize the issue, make it partisan, and then attack Sheen as just another deluded Hollywood liberal.
Claims that Sheen directly accused President Bush of planning 9/11 were erroneously carried by hundreds of media outlets despite the fact that the actor never made any such statement. The fact that the press had to invent a strawman stance and put words in Sheen’s mouth to then attack him on proves how scared the media is of the power of the actual questions that Sheen asked in his letter.
In a statement released to Prison Planet.com, Sheen chastised the media response as nothing more than a “mendacious side-show” performed by journalists he describes as “hopeless lap dogs”.
Sheen slams the press for following “a desperate, juvenile and transparent script” in response to his letter after they collectively “attacked the man and ignored the facts”.
“We can no longer allow these cowards and shills to contaminate the reservoirs of truth. In addition to their slanderous folly, they have ignored my very public challenge to a debate on Larry King Live. If these cockroaches had but one shred of courage, they would embrace this opportunity,” states Sheen.
Sheen also released to Prison Planet.com the e mails that he sent to the White House following the publication of his letter to Obama. After his request to meet with Obama was rejected by Obama’s staff, Sheen made another request to meet with Obama, this time accompanied by 9/11 family member Bob Mcllvaine who lost his son on September 11. Sheen has yet to hear back from Obama’s staff regarding his follow-up request.

In a telling illustration that Obama has failed to even acknowledge Sheen’s “20 Minutes” piece not just because he is “busy,” the President did manage to find time to comment on the mindless antics of rapper Kanye West on MTV, according to an ABC News reporter.
It seems that Obama is more concerned about a hip-hop star’s behavior at a music awards show than he is with serious questions about 9/11 that are shared by the majority of 9/11 victims’ family members.

Another Bin Laden tape has surfaced this morning. I will be monitoring the FBI’s most wanted web site to see if this tape finally provides the Bureau with the evidence required to list “9/11″ in Bin Laden’s rap sheet. Thus far it has not.
I must point out as well, that the mainstream media has once again followed a desperate, juvenile and transparent script in their response to my letter, “Twenty Minutes with the President”.
Not a single member of this mendacious side-show has focused their attention, for one second, on the 20 bullet points chronicled in my letter. Instead, they have attacked the man and ignored the facts. If this is their definition of, “responsible journalism”, I urge all free thinking people to ignore these hopeless lap-dogs and responsibly do their own research. We can no longer allow these cowards and shills to contaminate the reservoirs of truth. In addition to their slanderous folly, they have ignored my very public challenge to a debate on Larry King Live. If these cockroaches had but one shred of courage, they would embrace this opportunity.

Dear Mr. Gibbs – I understand you are quite busy so I won’t take up too much of your time. I have recently published a letter (article) online entitled, “Twenty Minutes with the President”. Dear Mr. Gibbs and Mr. Burton – I’m deeply saddened to hear that my request to interview President Obama regarding 9/11 and present him with the facts has been declined. However, I am now making another request.
This request is on behalf of a large section of 9/11 victim’s family members, more specifically Mr. Bob Mcllvaine, who tragically lost his son Bobby on that awful day. Mr. Mcllvaine represents and echoes a growing number of outspoken victim’s family members who still have numerous unanswered questions regarding 9/11.
Mr. Mcvllaine and I would like to sit down with the President and focus solely on the 20 bullet points outlined in my document. Again gentlemen, these facts are not my opinions or theories, these glaring inconsistencies are supported and confirmed by 6 of the 10 commission members responsible for shaping and creating the “Official Report”.
If this secondary request cannot be enacted, I would ask, at the very least, for an explanation in writing from the President himself, detailing the reason(s) for his decision.

Since the Sheen letter, I don’t know about exact traffic figures, but the average comment count has gone from about 120 to about 200, which is an increase of about 60%.

Man, you’ve just gotta watch the media squirm over this thing. If it gets out into the mainstream that Mr. Sheen is doing this with the blessing of the largest victims’ family groups, it’ll turn around on ‘em real quick.

Wonderful too how Sheen’s highlighting how out of touch the government is with the people, how the “heros” we all remember from that day were immediately marginalized. Has anyone read even ONE mainstream story about the toxic dust and cancer the volunteers and firefighters are now dying from? Even ONE??
Same with gulf war syndrome. The Manchurian Candidate was on the other day, which is a fairly decent movie, though I hate Denzel Washington. In that film, they talk about gulf war syndrome in the context of a psychological problem. They either didn’t know (doubtful), or intentionally manipulated the script of the film to make the assertion that gulf war syndrome is synonymous with PTSD. Shameful either way.
We’ll see what happens with this. I post on three boards online, my threads have between 1,200 and 7,200 views now.

Between their cowardly response to Charlie Sheen and their blatant misinfo concerning the true numbers at the dc tea party, I would say not only has the msm lost ALL credibility but in fact they have gone a step farther and have OPENLY INSULTED every one of us.
WHY should we continue to furnish these people with lavish lifestyles ?
WE pay for their outrageous salaries, private jets, colossal homes, etc.
What we need to do is a TOTAL BOYCOTT of all msm.
DONT watch their tv news – let their ratings drop and SEE if they dont start being more cooperative.

Bob T, I’m so glad that your family gets it. I have been trying to get my family to listen to me and they just make fun of me. They make me feel bad for talking about what is going on. I even told them that I have talked to police about what is going on, to drive home how important it is that they prepare for what is coming. I have even tryed to tell them about the flu shots, they basicly tell me that I don’t know what the hell I am talking about. This is inspite of the fact that we have a neice that has just became autistic from her 12 month shots. I spent an hour this morning crying because they make me feel like I’m crazy!!! JanetheCarpenter, you are by no means crazy. Many of us are in the same boat as you. I have warned my family of the perils to come, but they just don’t get it. It is extremely painful when you see loved ones completely duped by the mainstream media, and not anywhere prepared for what is coming.
One avenue you might want to try is to direct them to Trends Research a.k.a. Gerald Celente. I have done this successufully with a few people, and they cannot deny Gerald’s credentials. The fact that he is the world’s number one trend forecaster, has forecasted many of the events happening and gives a clear picture based soley on current trends, as to what the future holds.

I almost agree with Kitty. However, I am undecided because David Icke has partnered up with Alex Jones and I have read every David Icke book and I trust that man. I just feel it with my intuition that he is right. However, this celebrity stuff is bulls---. They make millions of dollars for stupid s---. If celebrities want to help stop the NWO they should try starting by quitting the entertainment business and dedicating themselves to spreading a message. This shouldn’t be about money. America was never a real country, the Illuminati knew what they were doing before Sumeria. It was all part of the plan to baby step toward a NWO and dumb down the population. I was thinking he probably just said that he voted for Obama, because the left likes to immediately call anyone that criticizes Obama a right wing neo-con. In any case, I wasn’t fully awake back in November either, I voted for McCain thinking he would have been the lesser of two evils. I didn’t even know much about Ron Paul then, I was really asleep. I loved all of the form excepting “Don’t smoke around your people, that is, tobacco kills!” I used to and I am thankful I don’t use it today, in any form. Regardless I loved the sacred soil of old Virginia from whence she first came. Once was a time I couldn’t go camping or for a drink without smoking 2 packages a day! The day I saw this video I emailed the White House and stated my support for Charlies request. I’m not surprised at all this meeting did not happen. I think that is just something that comes with trying to predict the economy. Since the bankers control it all, they can change the markets through various tools of manipulation. If they think the public is onto them, they can forestall market collapse, or speed things up, whatever the case may dictate.

Mainstream media is so phony that, when I actually see television at a store, or at a person’s house (not mine), I cannot believe how ridiculous it is.

This question is why the media is so powerful. Hand out flyers, DVDs, air truth programming on your local cable access station, start a high school “Truth Club” on campus, respectfully confront you City Council Members, Major, Country Commissioner and make sure you have support by having someone video tape these encounters.

Yea, there are several people I know who had a lot of respect for Alex, who will now question anything else he says. This was handled poorly; server problems or not, the disclaimer should have been at the top in the first place not in small print at the bottom. If all you wanted was to cause an uproar you succeeded. In drawing attention to the facts…? Not so much. In my eyes it would have been much more effective without the fiction element ever coming into it. You seem to forget we are the ones who don’t buy the sensationalism, a celebrity does not grant our undivided attention, nor should it. This fictionalized interview was a MAJOR FAIL for me. This is exactly the type of stunt that makes those of us who seek the truth look like tin foil wearing conspiracy kook who play dungeons and dragons in our parents’ basements. I forwarded the article to someone before I finished reading the entire column (before the disclaimer) because I was blown away at Sheen’s composure while “speaking with ” the TOTUS. I can’t tell you how betrayed I felt when I got to the bottom and read the disclosure. I was cringing thinking about the reaction of the people I sent the article to.
This is a major blow to AJ’s credibility as well as Sheen’s. This could have been a major turning point in the 9-11 movement but this was handled so unbelievably bad. My efforts to convince others that AJ is a reliable source of info has been dealt a major setback. I still believe the majority of AJ’s news are for real as they are often pulled from mainline news sources. However, I will be scrutinizing and vetting stories more closely going forward and this serves as a harsh reminder that we should all ALWAYS be verifying and questions ALL news. Even, and probably especially, the ones we rely on the most.

I could not possibly agree more.. I even saved the whole page and sent it out, then when my friends sent links to their friends, the disclaimer was on the bottom. It made me look like a cook that was trying to pass fiction as fact.. but I honestly thought it was fact.. I mean, there was no disclaimer.. I was waiting for something big… and that was it.. I think that they were not going to tell us it was fake, until it blew up online… then the administration would have had to at least acknowledged that the piece existed. That would have been something.. but their lawyers must have got some sand in their vag’s over the whole deal.. at least thats my hypothesis… Who really knows.. but it’s all that makes sense to me.. or AJ was false flagging his own supporters. This has GOT to be followed up by reaching out to other celebrities, politicians, ex intelligence etc and make a United Stand… Willie Nelson, Charlie Sheen, Sibel Edmonds, Ray McGovern, Mos Def etc etc.
Issue a unified challenge to Obama to debate on the issues and it makes it much more difficult to dismiss as ‘nutjob’ theories.

The cause may have held promise if the endeavor didn’t read like it was written by a fifth grader.
Putting a fictitious interview together and writing the Presidents’ responses was bordering on churlish.
Alex and even Charlie Sheen are articulate enough to petition our government for a redress of grievances without stupidity.
Charlie could have gone on a multitude of internet outlets, satellite radio, or funded his own infommercial on some cable network to get the questions out.

KFIam640 in Los Angeles also blatantly lied about the contents of Mr. Sheens letter. I called the station and specifically asked “Why are you guys lying about the contents of the Charlie Sheen letter?” The lady on the other end replied, “I’ll pass that on sir.” What kind of answer is that? I replied “Has your news director even READ IT? Because it doesn’t sound like he has since you’re on the air saying he said things that aren’t in there?” To which she replied again in her robotic monotone…”I’ll pass that on sir.” For what it’s worth, from her tone, which was a mix of boredom and thinly veiled disgust, I don’t think I was the first one to call in to complain. That station is just getting worse all the time.

Can somebody please tell me what I’m missing here? Charlie Sheen has zero credibility- he will always be remembered as the womanizing drug user so the bottom line is he HURTS our credibility. Are we really that naive in this movement to beleive that this guy is making a difference? He makes truthful assertions but these are immediately dismissed by his reputation rather than by what he said. I think people are wasting a lot of energy on this and he is having no impact.

Even drug users and womanizers can be good Americans. I would argue that Charlie doesn’t know how to fight evil. His methods are laughable, but I wouldn’t say he has “no-credibility”. He is a powerful force. I don’t understand why his power is so misdirected.

My experience with listening to people who have read or heard the assertions that this man has made are that his assertions are dumbed down by his reputation. At least with Americans. They remember him for his flaws and so because of this they just view him as a lunatic. Hollywood in general is not taken seriously. It’s just the way it is, like it or not.

But I dont think Obama will answer anyones questions I feel like he is just a puppet and the media is owned. We are told on a daily basis what to think about people as well as what to think about ourselves,It is mostly all propaganda News So I dont watch it.TV is actually just for entertainment purposes in our home.
Online talk shows and like Alex Jones are the few ways we get any news worth listening to.
