Here’s a glimpse of Shell Oil’s propaganda push for climate change legislation, with a few supporting words from their VP Roxanne Decyk of “Global Government Relations.”

Why would the oil companies be pushing for more restrictions and government intervention in relation to energy consumption? Yet Shell now has a Vice President for “Global Government Relations”?

Notice that Decyk, like David de Rothschild, believes that the global warming/ carbon tax issues is “past the point of talking.”

Roxanne Decyk: I think the complexity of this issue and the fact that it interacts with other issues – like energy security, and like recovery from the recession – really means that government can’t do it alone.
