Sheriff Candidate Believes Crime Is Terrorism

The blurring of lines between crime and terrorism continues. According to section 802 of the Patriot Act, minor criminal offenses can be interpreted as terrorism by government officials. The recent implementation of Operation Sudden Impact in Memphis and surrounding areas had various people from federal, state and local law enforcement agencies go on a fishing expedition searching for terrorists. The operation resulted in the issuance of several traffic tickets, the confiscation of a small amount of drugs but failed to catch any terrorists. It was nothing more than a martial law training operation because the real terrorists are actually funded by high level government black operations. The U.S. House of Representatives last year passed HR 1955 the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 which if gets signed into law will give the government a blank check to potentially classify certain belief systems as terrorism. As horrible as all of these things are, we now have a candidate running for Sheriff in Florida’s Orange County using the slogan “Crime is Terrorism”. Malone Stewart proudly displays this slogan on his web site and in his campaign signs. There is no question that the lines between criminality and terrorism are quickly being erased and if this continues the government will just accuse people who don’t like what they are doing of being terrorists and haul them away to FEMA run death camps.
Below is a photo of one of Mr. Stewart’s campaign signs a reader sent to us which shows clearly that he is running his campaign using the slogan “Crime is Terrorism”.
Obviously crime is not terrorism, but if we have people in positions of authority that buy into the terror war fraud and believe that crime is terrorism, we are in a great deal of trouble. The Military Commissions Act which was passed into law in 2006 allows the government to strip people of their citizenship and hold them indefinitely with no due process if they are accused of being a terrorist. What better way to hold American citizens who are protesting against the government than by utilizing the powers in the Military Commissions Act combined with what’s in the Patriot Act and eventually with what’s in HR 1955. Assuming HR 1955 gets passed, the government will literally have the power to jail American citizens indefinitely for having a belief system that the government disapproves of.
Mr. Stewart’s campaign slogan automatically disqualifies him from being taken seriously as a candidate for Sheriff. The war on terror is a fraud designed to setup a police state and to get everybody spying on one another with the notion that everybody is a potential terrorist. It is clear that Mr. Stewart has bought into this idea with this ridiculous campaign slogan. If anybody reading this resides in Florida’s Orange County we encourage you not to support this man for Sheriff. Crime is not terrorism.

“WAKE UP” to the present day totalitarian POLICE STATE people! This motorist who is…in the first place…a foolish “low life” scum for possessing and using narcotics when their is a WAR ON DRUGS going on (except against the “spook” CIA minions who bring them into the country, as they have been for decades)! This druggie-motorist allowed his shyster-defense-attorney to make the wrong argument. The truth is the stop for a “petty offense” traffic infraction was UNLAWFUL in the first place since the cops didn’t have probable cause to stop his vehicle absent injury to person or property and when it was not apparent that he was posing an imminent danger to the safety of others (e.g. drunk driving as evidenced by swerving or often braking). The California Supreme Court held in a court case that has never been overturned: “a traffic infraction is not a crime and it is not a public offense”…even when it is called a “misdemeanor”!!!
Well, all cops are trained at the academy level that they cannot stop a motorist unless or until they observe a “crime”…”criminal activity”…or a so-called “public offense.” Therefore, a traffic infraction…not being a crime…does not provide a cop probable cause to make a stop (i.e., an arrest = constitutionally prohibited search and seizure)…but rather…such a stop relies on the good faith cooperation of the motorists [as has been held in another California Supreme Court Case.] But, here’s the real kicker: since a cop—is employed in the executive branch—he is not empowered or qualified to make a “probable cause” determination. Why? Because only a bona fide “judicial” officer or magistrate has this constitutional power!!! This is why the cop is required under the law to “take the offender immediately before a magistrate” prior to jailing him [at least this was the way it was originally legislated to be done—but, you see, these days, all their so-called laws are being enforced arbitrarily and capriciously…and most—if not all of them—are being enforced in a manner that violates the letter and spirit of each state’s “state” constitution’s respective ‘Bill of Rights’ [go read you state’s articles]. All cops are actually federally-franchised paramilitary “peace” keepers/officers who are working for the United Nations via the “foreign” UNITED STATES = District of Columbia = federal municipal corporation, an absolute legislative DEMOCRACY, which is not one of the 50 state republics…and which…is as “foreign” as Mexico or Italy to said republics. Wake Up People! We have been under Martial Law Rule since the Civil War, following which 600,000 Americans died, our Republic ceased to exist under constitutional authority, original civil jurisdiction, the police state was created, and the banksters and lawyers eventually took over our nation via their respective MONOPOLIES over the money system and the entire system of American jurisprudence…thereby forcing all Americans into statutory slavery and economic coercion and tyranny. Either way, the fact that this guy wants to run on a “Crime is Terrorism” agenda is very disturbing and I think will become a trend for more like him.

I think most people are missing the point and reasoning behind this move to “Make crime terrorism”. The true reason is that the NWO plan is workng too effectively and is progressing much faster than they can control, they underestimated the pathetic state and apathy of the people. As a result, they are trying to train the sheeple that anything the state deems a “Threat” is terrorism and thereby subject to the “anti-terrorism legislation”, which oversteps ALL Contitutional and basic Human Rights. What this allows, is for them to use police, sheriff, and state patrol agencies, rather than only federal agencies, to effectively engage and “neutralize” the people that resist their shameless moves for control. As their little “pet project” goes out of control, the frog thats been slowly boiling in the pot finally recognizes that the heat has been turned up and will try to jump out, therfore the state and local “authorities” can cram a lid down over their heads before this can happen. Its a tacitc thats been used successfully for thousands of years. On a different note, has anyone seen the “global warming” commercials with Pat Robertson, Al Sharpton, Nancy Pelosi, and Newt Gengrich recently? I am white, and while I respect your right to your opinion, I will say that I am offended by your statements.
It is true that the western world has been ruled by white elitist for centuries but that does not condone you lumping us all into the same group. There is racism in all cultures, as Fred just posted.
This is not a question of race nor is it a question of religion, it is a fact of total enslavement, regardless of your color or faith.
This said, my ancestors came here from eastern europe in the late 1800’s and were treated like serfs on the lands they worked for their “masters”. My great grandmother told me when I was a wee lad about how they barely had any food to eat because the landowner took most of the fruits of their labor and left them the less than choice produce to feed the family.
I sympathize with the fact that your ancestors might have been slaves and I really feel for anyone, black, brown, yellow, green , blue, or white that have, or are still being oppressed.

I and many other civilians appreciate your service and commitment to reduce crime. But is it really true that “crime is terrorism”? Not trusting my own judgment, I researched the federal government’s position on it, or at least FEMA’s. Here’s how FEMA defines terrorism:

The leadership of this country has lost it’s marbles altogether and has overthrown the entire US Legal System with these new laws.
Everyone was originally told that the Patriot Act only applied to non US citizens and was only for the sake of fighting terrorism, such as Al Quida and when dealing with the Taliban and other terrorist groups and individuals that might enter this country to commit an act of terrorism.
The big problem with these ill thought out laws is how they can be interpreted years down the line, where anyone in charge can be having a bad hair day and decide someone is a terrorist and send them off to Gitmo to shut them up, or to evade some criminal activity or violation that those in authority don’t want revealed.
It will become another example of “why now” where it was OK on one particular day and then it’s an act of terrorism the next, depending on the darker side of political motives. Everyone deserves their day in court, no matter how pissed of the cops are and who it is that’s lying one way or the other. This is just a license to be corrupt and get away with it at the whims of whom ever happens to be the big cheese at the time. This allowance is just too damn vulnerable to abuse by far too many higher up on the food chain and is nothing less than tyranny.
We are literally headed in the direction of trial by ordeal, where silence of such abuse is far too sweet to resist and can easily be bought and paid for. This could easily slip to where being for an opposing candidate in an election could be construed as an attempt to overthrow an existing cabal and then be called a terrorist activity. This would allow an administration to fully justify Watergate activities and call all inquiries into such activity an act of terrorism.
This is plain INSANITY on the part of this administration.

Didn’t the FBI try this with handouts after 911 telling the agents of how to identify a terrorist.
Things like statements that “you dont need a license to drive”, if you mention the Constitution in reference to present law, etc,etc. I had that document and read it. Thie just seems like more of the same with more intensity because they dont have the cadence that they did when

I had a dream that 3 mogul type guys were sipping drinks next to the pool. Joking, laughing and making bets as to who has the most power over the people.
One guy says “I can make annal sex an excepted norm, enter it as curriculum in grade schools AND have it “EMBRACED “by educators.”
The other guy say” Oh yeah, well I can elect a muslim as the president of the united states during a period where the muslims are beating the US in a war. But I have to start the war first”
The 3rd guy says ” Hold onto your hat grass hoppers because I can remove the US constitution.”
I’ll tell ya how my dream ends up after I wake up.

#128 Noory and Alex both make a good background while you are playing poker online. Some regular tournaments go on for hours and hours. Noory is more entertainment oriented than Alex, but Alex is available as a live stream 24/7.

Only 70 short years ago, crowds of people were hoarded into cattlecars at gunpoint and taken away to slaughter. But that would never happen today — this is Americka — the 21st century — land of the free, home of the brave — you know, the Constitution? Hahahahahaha.
