Shocking New Birth Certificate Proof Obama Born In Kenya?

California attorney Orly Taitz has released a copy of a birth certificate that purports to show Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, which if authenticated would plunge the United States into a constitutional crisis and potentially herald a catastrophic loss of confidence in the legitimacy of the government.
The Obama birth certificate issue has been rumbling on for over a year, with researchers demanding to see a complete birth certificate proving that President Obama was born in Hawaii as he claims, yet none has been forthcoming.
Mainstream media attention on the issue has intensified over the past few weeks, even forcing the White House itself to publicly dismiss the controversy.
However, Taitz’ bombshell discovery blows the whole story wide open and its ramifications could be monumental.
According to World Net Daily, Taitz has filed a new motion in U.S. District Court seeking authentication for the document.

“The document lists Obama’s parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Obama, formerly Stanley Ann Dunham, the birth date as Aug. 4, 1961, and the hospital of birth as Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya,” reports World Net Daily.

“No doctor is listed. But the alleged certificate bears the signature of the deputy registrar of Coast Province, Joshua Simon Oduya. It was allegedly issued as a certified copy of the original in February 1964.
“WND was able to obtain other birth certificates from Kenya for purposes of comparison, and the form of the documents appear to be identical.”
Despite the fact that a hoax document similar in nature circulated the Internet last week, World Net Daily reports that the new document “bears none of the obvious traits of a hoax”.
The birth certificate was released by an anonymous source who did not want to be named because he fears for his life.
“I filed the motion with the court asking for expedited discovery, which would allow me to start subpoenas and depositions even before Obama and the government responds,” Taitz told WND. “I am asking the judge to give me the power to subpoena the documents from the Kenyan embassy and to require a deposition from Hillary Clinton so they will be forced to authenticate [the birth certificate].”
If proven genuine, the document could herald a constitutional crisis in the United States and lead to Barack Obama being kicked out of office before he’s even able to complete his first year in the White House.
Obviously the more likely scenario will be that the court will be strong armed into dismissing the document as a counterfeit by the powers that be.
However, the overt preparations for martial law which have intensified since Obama took office have doubtless taken into account the fact that a complete loss of confidence in the legitimacy of the government could foster civil unrest and make a police state crackdown necessary from the perspective of the authorities.

Though the motion was denied, Berg said he was encouraged that Judge R. Barclay Surrick did not dismiss the lawsuit. The litigation also sought “expedited discovery.”
“We’re still waiting to serve the senator,” Berg said in a telephone interview Wednesday. Discovery would include examining the candidate’s birth certificate and adoption papers, among other documents, Berg said.”
“”Six days later (after the suit was filed), there’s not been one word from his campaign, which tells me I’m on the right track,” he said.
The 64-year-old Whitemarsh attorney has been fielding phone calls almost nonstop after word got out about the legal action.
On Friday, Judge Surrick denied Berg’s emergency request, Berg said, because Obama had not yet been served with the legal complaint and a summons.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania accepted service of the suit on behalf of the DNC and FEC, according to Berg’s office.
Once the senator is served, Berg will be able to move the suit forward in court. The case is still “very alive and active,” according to an e-mail message from his office.
The lawyer plans to file another motion for a temporary restraining order once Obama has been served.”

may be a ridiculous attempt at a ya-ya-ya-ya-ya comment on the “certified copy” of the Honolulu “registration of live birth” document. As such it is worthy of notice only because it points up the fact that a “certified copy” may be fairly easily obtained anywhere, for just about anything. Documents are easily forged.
More time is needed because this document will need to be authenticated and the concensus seems to be that: “possession is 9/10 of the Law” and that Obama IS NOW President, so, then what does it matter? Unless WE THE PEOPLE are prepared to return to the orthodoxy of our Constitutional roots, this will become just another “G.D. piece of paper” along WITH the Constitution.
Again, this is just more distraction and propagandistic fluff thrown out as “pearls before swine” to get you drooling and show you some more dismay…end of story.

This almost exactly proves that Anne Dunham was in Kenya on Aug 4th gave birth and one or two days later returned to Hawaii and registered his birth.” I hadn’t thought of this angle. If she indeed travelled right away, I agree. But who in their right mind would want to do that?
Well the short answer is someone who knew what the law was on citizenship and knew her son (or grandson) didn’t make US Citizenship and who was determined to create a paper record (which would have stood up had he not run for President) that supported citizenship at birth.
The long answer is that is exactly what happened.
They (Stanley Ann and Obama Sr.) went to Kenya between terms at U of Hawaii in late January of 1961 to get married. The did that because marriage in the US would have constituted the crime of Bigamy.
She became friends with his Kenya relatives and remained in Kenya after the marriage–she was estranged from her parents and had nowhere to live in the US.
She came to term in late July and intended to board an airplane to return for the birth but was not permitted to board because of her condition. Kid drops in Coast Provincial General Hospital outside of Mombasa in Kenya early in the morning on August 4 Kenya time (as indicated by the fraudulent birth certificate posted earlier in the day today)–still August 3 on the West Coast of the US.
BOAC flight schedules in use in August of 1961 are posted in original copy on the Long Thread on this topic. Route back from Kenya at that time is out of Nariobi connecting through Glasgow Scotland through Vancouver BC. She could well have been on board before August 4 started in the US.
Her friend Susan Blake’s live testimony has been readily available on line for some time. Stanley Ann arrived in Seattle from Vancouver at a time before she had learned to changed diapers (which usually occurs within 48 hours in a normal birth setting). That puts her on Mercer Island on the 6th of August.
She then proceeds to Honolulu and she and her mother file some document with Hawaii Public Health.

Yes, but these laws seem to address whether Obama can be a US citizen. No one is questioning his citizenship. What we are is the fact that Obama is not a NATURAL BORN citizen (not born on American soil). And the US Constitution says a president must be a natural born citizen, born on American soil.

Edgar.. I am an agnostic, but I have read the bible, and according to it, yes most of the churches in the world (not just US, because it was not yet discovered in 300AD when the church approved that book to be put into the bible) will accept the anti christ as the messiah.
I won’t get into a theological debate (as I think spirituality is a highly personal thing), but that is what i get from reading it.

Hey snowglobe, the Greek word antichristos is used only FOUR times in the New Testament, and EACH time it is in the PLURAL. thebroodman is correct. The word “antichrist” only appears in the bible 4 times and not once in the Book of Revelation. Most important is that “anitchrist” is NEVER used as a title for a person. In fact, John refers to antichrist as an “it,” NOT a “he.”
However, there is a man coming in the future, spoken of in the Book of Revelation but he is only referred to as “the Beast.” And the false prophet of Revelation is also refered to as “a beast.” And in both instances the Greek word “therion” is used. Therion is a greek word for wild animal, but in ancient greek it is also a hybrid man mixed with fallen angel, and/or fallen angel hybrid animal. But since the Book of Revelation specifically says he’s a man.
Through the years preachers have sort of lumped it all together and now we just all assume the Beast of Revelation is “The Antichrist.” But this is incorrect as thebroodman pointed out. Still, the Beast will try to emulate Christ and demand worship as God so it sort of makes sense to call him an “antichrist,” UNTIL YOU READ THE WARNING IN THE BOOK OF REVELATION WHERE IT SAYS WE ARE NOT TO ADD NOR TAKE ANYTHING AWAY FROM THE BOOK. And that is why it is most dangerous for bible teachers to teach about “The Antichrist,” or use that title when teaching on the Book of Revelation.
I also concur with the info about the catholic church cult mentioned AND MOST DEFINITELY THERE WILL NOT BE ANY SUCH “SECRET RAPTURE.” This is one of the biggest heresies in the church today, of course, it was started by a MASON, masonic in its roots. The only “rapture” spoken of in the bible occurs at the 2nd Coming, and this is described by Jesus Himself in Matthew 24.
So sad that pastors and so-called end-time teachers promote this doctrine, the secret rapture cult, along with the “antichrist” title crap. Christians would rather believe their pastors rather than Jesus and actually believe in blasphemous books like “Left Behind.” It is no surprise that Left Behind book uses the Masonic cross and crown as their logo. If the truth is that simple then why is a black man named Alan Keyes involved in a lawsuit over Obama’s birth-certificate? The truth is that not even all black people believe that Obama is legit.
And for the record, Alex Jones has always been one of Bush’s worst critics, and he was criticizing and condemning Bush when doing so wasn’t ‘cool’ and maybe even dangerous.
I believe it’s possible that Obama is not legit. But if this is true then he didn’t do this by himself. There is a powerful movement among white elites who want to internationalize America. It looks like a fraud to me. Obama was born in 1961 (when Kenya wasn’t a Republic, they got their independence in 1963) yet the document says “Republic of Kenya.” Perhaps I am confusing something as I am not an expert, but where am I going wrong?

The document is a certified copy of the birth certificate, which was generated in 1964. Again, NOT the ORIGINAL, but a CERTIFIED copy. That’s where you may be confused. This all being contingent on the document being “authentic” in the first place. I’m not going any further on this, as it has given me a big enough head ache as it is.

Actually Kenya gained independence from GB December 1963. At first glance I thought this was easily dismissed as forgery, but after HOURS of research, it actually seems it could be real.
There is another popular argument already being used as a talking point by bloggers about the date August 5th on the document, because that was a Saturday and government offices are closed on Saturdays. However, the August 5th is the date the hospital’s registrar signed it, the government office (District Registrar’s Office) signed it the 9th of August which is a Wednesday.
Other things seem to make it seem authentic.. Like the typewriting on it and the 19 being part of the form with “61″ typewritten. Most forgers would not think of little things that appear on this document that make it seem authentic.

SUPER CRIMINAL, that would be AWESOME to get these people brought to justice, at least. On the issue of this document, how was anyone able to get a copy of his birth certificate information? That’s kinda weird. Does that mean people can just call up a place and get mine, or yours? That’s sketchy, unless there’s something I don’t know, which is possible. Something weird about this is is that the pictures SUCK, they’re terrible quality, angled photos. If you had what you believe to be almost PROOF, then why wouldn’t you take the highest resolution pictures POSSIBLE for you to take, and then upload them somewhere and link to that, for one thing. (Maybe they’re out there, I haven’t seen them though.) This whole situation seems suspicious, especially with other fakes being previously released. Most people can be paid off to do something like releasing a fake document if they are guaranteed not to be convicted, or at least enough money may make them take the hit even. And, a lawyer? Ha, how hard can it be to pay off, a lawyer? Ha, that’s laughable. Not much, since every lawyer is paid off to lie for you! DUH! Most of the ‘issues’ that ‘birthers’ bring up is either false, misleading, or just plain ignorant of the law and real facts that have to do with Obama’s presidency. Although I personally did not vote for Obama and I am not a fan of his policies, he was elected into office as our President and I do respect the office of the President. I follow the facts, not rhetoric. We will just have to be patient and allow the facts to be revealed.
