The Southern Poverty Law Center, the Anti Defamation League, the National Council of La Raza, Media Matters, and Geraldo Rivera of Fox News are using false information to foment hatred towards Lou Dobbs or any American who speaks out against Amnesty or illegal immigration.
They have pushed for Lou Dobbs to be fired and since CNN has refused to do that some people are now turning to violence to try and achieve their goals.
The lies and hate coming from these radical pro-illegal alien groups is now manifesting in the form of gunfire fired into the occupied home of an innocent multi-racial family.
Lou Dobbs is a great American who is standing up for the people of the United States and sharing information with the public that the elites want censored.

Infringe: to deny; disallow; usurp; obstruct or otherwise interfere with.
Constitution: The Constitution of the United States of America, the founding document; the contract amongst the PEOPLE to form a general government to secure the inherent rights of human beings (PEOPLE) where some specific rights are enumerated, while others are reserved by blanket coverage in in ten subclauses know as the BILL OF RIGHTS. Restrictions to the power of the General Government and State Governments are specifically enumerated to guard the the INHERENT rights of human beings from the Governments and each other respectively. The Constitution by it’s virtue of being an agreed upon contract between the PEOPLE through the Several States to form a general government is the SUPREME LAW of the United States of America. The contract, worded in the articles and amendments (clauses) as the Supreme Law and all subsequent laws passed by Congress or the Several States must coincide with the Supreme Law in order to be valid. Enforcement of Laws that are not in line with the original contract are a BREACH of CONTRACT! By breaching the contract agreed upon by the People and the States the General Government is showing that they are 1. NOT TRUST WORTHY 2. DISHONORABLE 3. RELEASING THE PEOPLE AND STATES FORM THEIR OBLIGATION TO THE CONTRACT 4. HAVE LOST THEIR PRIVILEGES UNDER THE CONTRACT.
Further this “harping” is an inalienable and inherent right of the people as recognized and secured in Amendment One of the Constitution (contract) While the contract seems to be null and void due to the General Governments inability or willingness to adhere to it’s obligations and privileges enumerated under the contract. The securing of rights under the contract may have ended (One of the points of contention that the contract has been breached) but the rights being inherent in the people and inseparable, still belong to the people.
Having our inherent rights denied and infringed upon by the institution that we created by contract to guarantee and protect those rights makes us “right wing nuts harp about the Constitution and gun rights” because we are right and recognize that the general government has become destructive of it’s purpose for ALL the people of the United States whatever their political persuasion. We are not just fighting for “our gun rights” we are fighting for EVERYONE’S’ rights. You may not like guns, you may abhor guns, you may prefer knives. Whatever your preference to or not to bear arms, you have an inherent right to do so, just as you have an inherent right to petition your government for a redress of grievances, own property, or speak freely to others. All of the Rights enumerated in the Bill of Rights, and those unnamed rights reserved by it are yours, in perpetuity forever, but must be secured from those who would deny them, either by LAW, or by FORCE. The importance of the inherent right of the individual to keep and bear arms is that we have the means of force to secure our rights when the government fails to do so by the proper application of LAW. The power of the people as the armed Militia is to keep in check enemies of the free state, whether they be foreign or DOMESTIC through LAW or FORCE OF ARMS. This is integral in defense of our rights, to deny yourself this right is to eventually deny yourself and all others all of their rights as you do not have the means to secure them. When the Founding Fathers took up arms against the King of England and Parliament, is was because the King and Parliament was in breech of the contract (destructive of it’s intent) known as the Magna Carte that was put into force by their ancestors to secure their inherent rights as people and citizens of Britain. By denying the American colonists their rights as people and English citizens to representation in the Parliament and attempting to seize their arms, dissolving their legislatures and stealing their property by forcing the colonists to house and feed British troops the King and Parliament showed they had contempt and little concern for the rights they retained as human beings and British citizens. Had the Colonist’s not acted with force of arms to secure their rights and form a new Union by contract amongst themselves, there is little evidence that the King and Parliament would have turned 180 degrees and began to honor their obligations under the Magna Carte.

I think that Line in the Sand has a good idea. It maybe time for some well balanced former military or LEO’s to contact Mr Dobbs and offer to help him secure his person and family. shutting off the relief valve that is the Mexican border will force the Mexican people to turn inward and take control of their government. Right now it is simply easier to run north and escape the crime and corruption rather than take it on and eradicate it. The difference between the US and Mexico is that we are forced to stay and fight for control of the corrupt government because we have nowhere to run to. The only reason that Mexico cannot fix it’s problems is because those who can fix them are exported to the north to cause us problems. We should be providing them with pamphlets, Spanish language radio shows and documentaries explaining how their own government has failed them, and how while they are here their nation suffers from their absence, educate them as to their patriotic responsibility to return home and build a better Mexico. Perhaps some Hispanic American patriots could step up and jump start patriot movements focused on fixing Central America. We know the Mexican Government is propagandizing their people like our government does us. People like Alex and Lou Dobbs are countering the propaganda here and the rest of the English speaking world, Spanish Speakers can do a lot by taking this information to their cousins that are here illegally and still living south of the border.

I do think that a wall may cut down the number of illegals but won’t stop the flow: I just read that the cartels have trucks fitted with ramps so vehicles can drive up & over the wall! Also, people who try to speak up have been intimidated & killed. A friend from Mexico originally(he’s a U.S. citizen) told me his small town is having trouble getting rid of a small group of troublemakers-only around 6 guys! The CIA killed a leftist Guatemala president in the 50’s, leading to a long civil war that killed thousands & damaged that state.
