Soros Calls for World Currency and “New World Architecture”

In a shocking Op-Ed piece published Thursday on project-syndicate.org, globalist financier George Soros calls for a “New World Architecture”. In his essay, he states how international capitalism, led by the United States has “broken down” and how “A new multilateral system based on sounder principals must be invented” through the use of the IMF (International Monetary Fund). Soros goes on to recommend SDR’s (Special Drawing Rights), created by the IMF, as a replacement for the declining US Dollar,
“The dollar no longer enjoys the trust and confidence that it once did… The US ought not to shy away from wider use of IMF Special Drawing Rights. Because SDRs are denominated in several national currencies, no single currency would enjoy an unfair advantage.”
The issuance of SDR’s among the world economies would place all currencies on a level playing field, whose value would be determined by the international SDR.
Soros also calls for the United Nations and its Security Council, currently led by President Barack Obama, in direct violation of the U.S, Constitution, to serve as the overseeing enforcement body for this new financial system,
“Reorganizing the world order will need to extend beyond the financial system and involve the United Nations, especially membership of the Security Council. That process needs to be initiated by the US, but China and other developing countries ought to participate as equals…The system cannot survive in its present form, and the US has more to lose by not being in the forefront of reforming it.”
In the most troubling part of this his article, Soros calls public outcry over the declining economy and outrage against globalism, “populist demagogy” and eludes to a new U.S. led war overseas stating, “In fact, democracy is in deep trouble in America. The financial crisis has inflicted hardship on a population that does not like to face harsh reality…If Obama fails, the next administration will be sorely tempted to create some diversion from troubles at home – at great peril to the world.”

Soros started a hedge fund with Jim Rogers, a vocal Ron Paul supporter who earned his $Billions trading commodities.

I really do not stand for all of this hate directed at the homosexual community. Just because they are different to you and hold different beliefs on sexuality to you douse not mean that they are bad people.
For goodness sake, it is just male to male or female to female sex, what is so wrong about that? A new poll shows Americans oppose the health care reform bill passed by the U.S. House of Representatives over the weekend. Another survey by the same pollster, Rasmussen Reports, shows that Americans tend to oppose covering abortions or illegal immigrants in a new government health system.
Democrats in the U.S. House passed the bill Saturday. It includes creation of the government-run health option favored by President Barack Obama, which would operate alongside private insurance companies. The bill that passed the House also restricts government health spending and coverage for abortion – a provision that was key to its passage. The bill now moves to the U.S. Senate, where the public option faces more opposition.
The Rasmussen poll conducted Nov. 7 and Nov. 8 shows 52 percent of the 1,000 voters surveyed opposed to the House bill and 45 percent in favor.
Other recent Rasmussen polls show only 13 percent of those surveyed supporting coverage for abortions and 48 percent in opposition.
On the immigration issue, 83 percent of those questioned by Rasmussen said applicants for government health coverage should be required to prove they are U.S. citizens, while 12 percent oppose such a requirement. The immigration and abortion surveys were conducted in September and also questioned 1,000 voters.

I only ask now for you to consider the fact that people come into forums such as these all the time to get a few laughs and know what buttons to press to get them when they want to. Pun intended. When i was a teenager i used to go to forums all the time and raddle the cage just to get a few laughs doesnt mean i worked for the government. Hahaha, I don’t work for any government agency. A global government doesn’t mean the end of countries. Maybe to the old guys running things now it means that but they’re about to die soon anyhow. New generations are going to make this world unity thing happen because it’s the obvious next step. Besides, if what you believe in isn’t strong enough to survive a changing human race then maybe it isn’t that valuable to begin with.
Why should somebody else suffer because some guy is born with a dozen mansions and a giant bank account wants to hide money away? A lot of the money is sitting in bank accounts to collect interest, which is part of the whole problem with this financial system. If all of this unneeded stashed away money got put towards giving starving children some food and education, those kids could end up being the next Einsteins or whatever.

I have to agree with Mr. Soros on one of his points, and only one point:

Here is my reason. This is what the constitution reads:
Article 1, Section 9, Line 8 – “No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.”
I interpret the constitution as reading that the UNITED NATIONS is a FOREIGN STATE and THE CHAIRMAN OF THE UN SECURITY COUNCIL is a TITLE. Therefore, Barrack Obama has violated the constitution by holding TITLE of a FOREIGN STATE. Some have tried to argue that he is not a king or did not receive a gift. However, if you read the constitutional line carefully and fully, the passage states that No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: (meaning, the US does not crown a king) The line goes on to state that no person holding any office of profit or trust under them (them, meaning the United States) SHALL…accept of any kind…TITLE….from FOREIGN STATE. Please notice the word “OR” is written several times. The word “OR” has not changed in definition since 1891. The definition of “OR” is exactly the same it has always meant in the English language. I challenge anyone to contest my argument that Barrack Obama has indeed violated the constitution, by accepting the Chairmanship of the UN Security Council, a title of a foreign state.
Everything else Mr. Soros argued for i.e. the IMF, global currency, SDR’s, etc, I fully disagree with.

OK so I was talking to some people today about the loss of freedoms etc that is happening in America and how we are facing similar loss of freedoms here. These are average, run of the mill New Zealander’s and all they could do was sing Obama’s praises and how well of a job he’s done over the last year, how the troops are over in Afganistan on “peace missions” and get this COMMUNISM IN PLACES LIKE CHINA IS GOOD! They need it cause it’s such a big place how else is it going to be controlled, when they’re not under communistic rule they starve – they need someone to rule and decide everything for them. This guy made billions out of the Asia crisis in the 90s. He parasited on the Thai currency. Here is what he and others did: they borrowed from the Thai bank, converted the Thai currency into Dollars and then when the Thai currency collapsed (which they knew it would) , paid back their debt. Of course, the exchange rate had changed dramatically.
So this guy now condemns the international capitalistic system while he was part of it and used it for his own benefit so now he can play the philanthropist. From a guy who has made his fortune ripping off other people (the Asia crisis cost an estimated 400,000 people their lives because of malnourishment and not having access to medical care) you can expect anything.

1.) Alex Jones is an idiot and distracting you from finding fullfillment – he’s a sideshow, ignore him. Go outside, have fun, life’s short, be happy. The real battle, the only battle ever ongoing, is one between those who want to make the world better, freer, more open and those who stick to the prejudices and closed mindedness of their forebears. Be the former.
2.) Soros has donated billions of dollars to assist poor people around the world, fight global warming and end communism. He’s a good guy who has made the world a better place.
3.) The greatest threats to American security are internal hatred, polarized politics, an over-extended military, global environmental degradation and nuclear weapons proliferation. Focus on these things, not some silly half-baked conspiracy theories about a new world order, etc.
