Michele Bachmann is less than perfect. She supported the “surge” in Iraq and the neocon warmonger positions of the neocons during the Bush regime. She supported the presidential campaign of John McCain. However, Bachmann has lately adopted a more Libertarian stance and supports the grassroots tea party movement. She has opposed and spoken out against Obamacare, the Wall Street bailout, and AmeriCorps. Because she is outspoken and has deviated, if incrementally, from the standard Republican line, the corporate media, in particular MSNBC, has habitually criticized and lampooned her.

A district of criminals-based “watchdog” group is calling for a House probe of Bachmann because her website mentioned the tea party rally in Washington. “Taxpayers fund members’ websites and because of that those sites may not be used to organize a public rally for or against any particular legislation,” notes Melanie Sloan, executive director of CREW, short for Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington.
CREW states in a press release:
CREW also asked OCE to determine if Rep. Bachmann and other members violated House rules by failing to acquire a permit for the Nov. 5 rally and by falsely calling the event a “press conference,” though no questions were asked by the media. Politico quoted from a Republican Study Committee email directing staff members to “please make sure your boss does not term this event a rally.” A Capitol Police spokeswoman confirmed the lawmakers had no permit for a demonstration. In a TV interview, however, Rep. Bachmann urged opponents of the bill “to come to Washington, D.C. by the car load.”
“Whoever heard of a press conference without questions?” asked Sloan. “Calling a rally a press conference to circumvent congressional rules is like calling a Hummer a Prius to meet fuel efficiency standards.” Sloan continued, “The OCE needs to make clear that members must abide by all rules, even those they find politically inconvenient.”
Bachmann’s office said she “encourages the American people to exercise their right to petition” and the congresswoman’s advertisements were within the confines of House rules.

Bachmann is the target du jour of Democrats because she supports the tea party movement and has moved closer to positions held by Ron Paul and the Libertarians. Mainstream Republicans in general oppose the constitutional precepts of Ron Paul. In October, for instance, the neocon Sen. Lindsey Graham. “I’m going to grow this party. I’m not going to let it be hijacked by Ron Paul,” said Graham at a town hall meeting in Greenville, South Carolina.
“Graham, a deal-maker who has worked to build consensus on key issues, is a political ally and personal friend of Paul’s 2008 presidential primary opponent, Arizona Sen. John McCain. He said he wants to rebuild a ‘big tent’ GOP,” The Wall Street Journal reported on October 14, 2009.
Graham’s “big tent” is reserved for big government statists and warmongering neocons, not constitutionalists like Ron Paul. Michele Bachmann is no Ron Paul, but her incremental move toward his constitutional stance has made her a preferred target for the Soros Democrats.
It remains to be seen if they will manage to bounce her out of the House. Stay tuned.

When it comes to rising prices LIFO Inventory accounting gives you low inventory value that gives you high cost of goods sold, including low net income, and low taxes. LIFO is a better choice than FIFO because it gives companies an advantage to having to replace inventory at a higher cost.

Back to the important stuff friends. Permit? In a free country who needs a permit to assemble and speak? That’s small potatoes! Investigate? Why not investigate Treasury Secretary Paulson’s threatening Congress to get billions of tarp funds which mysteriously found their way through AGI and back to his old alma mater Goldman Sachs. Or investigate the Obama administration’s cozy relationship with the same Goldman Sachs gang.

I didn’t read the article. Apparently, Kurt Nimmo is now at the right hand of God judging people. The opening line, “Michele Bachmann is less than perfect.”, dictates this. Then he goes on to list her faults as Kurt Nimmo sees them. Smear reporting from the right is no better than smear reporting from the left. Kurt, nobody is perfect! Why don’t you have a colleague write an article listing your faults. I’d wager to say that article would be longer than the one you wrote about Michelle Bachmann.

Its weird that theres so many bashers of AJ in the ‘truth community’ to me..
It just doesnt add up.
So much of what i’ve researched has come from pointers that Jones has mentioned that i’ve gone off and checked for myself and seen where its taken me – Often it will take me to the bashers sites, which without AJ I would never have seen in the first place!- His historical memory is also excellent – yeah he gets angry – but then why wouldnt he? He’s not perfect, but then why would he be?
When i see people who share this ’secret history’ stuff, but then bash Jones – Dont they realise they’re attacking their own subject matter which is essentially the same set of facts?
And what would these people prefer with all the infighting? Should i listen to an imperfect, passionate ‘nut job’ Jones or do I just go back to the main stream media?

Well this is kind of funny how these guys are going after her for a possible infraction and a SMALL one at that. I wonder why they are not going after our illustrious president for bowing to other heads of State or passing and enacting unconstitutional laws. Our system of government needs to be shrunk and taken back to the way it should be. Each individual state has its own power and when needed a congress of elected individuals from these states meets.
