Special Ops Report Suggests Assassination Program Aimed at “Enemies of the State”

In a report posted on the Wired website, Noah Shachtman mentions a CIA plan to hunt down and kill “jihadists, drug dealers, pirates and other enemies of the state.” Shachtman cites a report produced by the U.S. military’s Joint Special Operations University suggesting a global assassination team. “Report author and retired Lt. Col. George Crawford instead would like to see a permanent group with clear authority, training, doctrine and technology to go after these dangerous individuals,” writes Shachtman.

Beyond the obvious illegality of such a program — executing assumed terrorists and drug dealers without the benefit of trial — the suggested murder program has another big problem. It would allow the government to define who is an enemy of the state.
The now infamous DHS report on domestic terrorism defines militias, returning veterans, and Second Amendment activists as dangerous extremists who pose a threat to the national security of the country. For several months the corporate mockingbird media has engaged in a concerted campaign to characterize “rightwing” activists as an ominous threat. Open-carry activists protesting at Obama events were characterized as a threat to the president.
In July, the Missouri National Guard trained to engage in combat with militia groups. The Kansas City-based 205th Area Support Medical Company and the Springfield-based 206th Area Support Medical Company trained to fend off attacks while performing their medical duties,” a Pentagon writer reported on June 30.
In April, the Maryland National Guard was put on alert in anticipation of Tea Party protests, revealing that the government considers constitutional activists to be “insurgents” and “militants,” Infowars reported.
In March, the United States Army Reserve Command published a Force Protection Advisory recommending “situational awareness” and “mitigation measures” in response to End the Fed protests.

The CIA not only created, organized, and funded al-Qaeda, the Taliban, and other false flag terrorist organizations, it also runs deadly drugs for the banksters on Wall Street. Carlos Lehder, Pablo Escobar, Amado Fuentes, Matta Ballesteros and Hank Rohn — these are employees for the offshore bankers that make billions laundering illegal drug money. The CIA and proxy governments may assassinate them for propaganda purposes, but they will not shut down the lucrative international drug cartel business.
The real “enemies of the state” are the American people, not African pirates and drug dealers. It remains to be seen if the government will assassinate leaders of the patriot movement in the United States.
We may be one major staged false flag terror event away from finding out, especially if such an event is attributed to American citizens.

CIA director Leon Panetta got into hot water with Congress, after he revealed an agency program to hunt down and kill terrorists. A recent report from the U.S. military’s Joint Special Operations University argues that the CIA didn’t go far enough (.pdf). Instead, it suggests the American government should set up something like a “National Manhunting Agency” to go after jihadists, drug dealers, pirates and other enemies of the state.
America’s military, intelligence and law-enforcement agencies already devote thousands of people and billions of dollars to tracking down top terrorists and insurgents. But even the most successful of these efforts — like going after Iraqi militant leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi — have been “ad hoc” efforts, with units cobbled together from different corners of the government. Report author and retired Lt. Col. George Crawford instead would like to see a permanent group with clear authority, training, doctrine and technology to go after these dangerous individuals. These “manhunting teams would be standing formations, trained to pursue their designated quarry relentlessly for as long as required to accomplish the mission,” he writes.
Sometimes, that will mean operating “in uncooperative countries.” In those cases, the teams must be prepared “to act unilaterally, with no support or coordination with local authorities, in a manner similar to that employed by Israel’s Avner team in response to the Munich Olympics massacre.” (That was the controversial unit, fictionalized in Steven Spielberg’s movie, that allegedly roamed the world, assassinating Palestinian militants in response to the 1972 Olympic attack.)
The hit squads would only be one part of the manhunting agency, according to the Joint Special Operations University monograph, uncovered by Inside Defense. “Dedicated teams must be assembled, able to respond ‘on-call’ in the event of a raid on a suspect site or to conduct independent ‘break-in and search’ operations without leaving evidence of their intrusion,” Crawford notes.
Manhunting will also “require personnel who are experts at conducting surveillance of particular facilities, personnel, or activities without arousing suspicion or being detected,” he adds. “Picture in your mind a typical city street scene, with a little old lady walking her dog, the phone repair crew descending into a manhole, two little old men playing an innocent game of checkers, or the homeless person sleeping on the park bench, and you are on the right track.”
Such a group wouldn’t just go after terrorists. “Human networks are behind narcotics trafficking, arms proliferation, piracy, hiding war criminals from authorities, human trafficking, or other smuggling activities,” Crawford writes. “Human networks also lie at the core of national governments, offering an increased potential to nonlethally influence state actors with precision. A robust manhunting capability would allow the United States to interdict these human networks.”
Crawford, who says he served as the “lead strategist” for developing U.S. Special Operations Command’s “advanced intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities for counterterrorism operations,” compares manhunting to “curling, the Winter Olympics sport. As a skater releases the heavy stone onto the ice, a few strokes from a broom can alter the speed and trajectory of the stone. Likewise, a small amount of precise influence or force employed at an early point in a developing situation might divert the trajectory of an event away from crisis or full-scale conflict.”

I’m no Conspiracy Nutjob or Paranoid-type. My landline phone has been bugged over the last month. Their noise on my line is so loud and specific (loud clicking, etc.), it’s as if they WANT ME TO KNOW that they’ve got me bugged. My websites are being messed with. My computer has been hacked. I know this could be anybody but the NSA is my best guess. I’ve been very vocal on several patriot sites for 3 years and never saw this kind of activity in my personal life.
Anyone else having the strange “interferences” in your life?

Yes, actually. I live, work, and go to school in the downtown Pittsburgh area and I started noticing the strange sounds on my phone when preparations for G20 started taking place. Now that it’s done and over with, I don’t hear the noises as much, but they’re still there from time to time and I, too, considered the fact that they were making it so obvious on purpose.
Come to think of it, I haven’t checked to see if the cameras they installed all over the city are gone yet.

A little over an hour ago here in Plano, Texas, the noon siren went off. Then, in a time span of about 4 minutes, a series of a male voice saying “TEST” began. The word “TEST” was repeated for about a total of 15 times.
The siren Ive heard before but I have never heard a human voice comig over the same speakers.
Looks like they could be going thru a testing phase of giving out orders or instructions. ?
Also, my girlfriend has began teaching at a public school. She had to go thru an orientation class and during this class they gave her the Do’s & Don’ts. One of the ‘don’ts’ was to not have any sexually suggestive texts on her phone because teachers ( schools ) are government property. Since they are on government property, the phones can be confiscated.
I would guess that most people with partners or spouses do from time to time, give teasing or flirtations thru texting. I know we do sometimes. They also said any such texts that can be discovered on one’s cell phone will lead to immediate suspension.

Alex is a big hypocrit or somebodies front man or both. He pays lip service to the constitution, bill of rights and freedom of speach like he actually believes in that stuff, when it’s clear from the way that these comment boards are run, that Alex’s support for american ideas, rightousness and justice is all a big lie.
