As the false right-left politicos slug it out over the content of Obama’s so-called stimulus bill, a little known provision has been inserted in the massive spending bill. Fox News takes “liberal Democrat” David Obey to task for loading up the bill with perks for union workers and the environment, and yet does not mention the fact the misnamed economic stimulus package also includes billions to put finishing touches on the police state apparatus the globalists will need when European-style riots finally reach the United States.

“President Barack Obama wants the government back in the policing business, big time,” reports the Associated Press. “Obama’s huge stimulus plan includes about $4 billion to resurrect grants that put tens of thousands of police on the streets during the 1990s. The programs were all but eliminated during the Bush administration amid criticism that their results didn’t justify the hefty price tags.”
In order to slip these resurrected grants under the wire and avoid having to defend the spending during the normal budget process, the Obama administration — rife with one-world globalists, CFR and Trilat members — have tacked the expenditure onto the stimulus plan, sold to a largely clueless public as a way to resurrect the economy.
A large component of this boondoggle is known as the Byrne Justice Assistance Grant, a scandal-ridden initiative notoriously linked to the police state round-up on trumped up drug charges of 16 percent of the African American residents of Tulia, Texas. “A 2002 report by the ACLU of Texas identified seventeen scandals involving Byrne-funded anti-drug task forces in Texas, including cases of falsifying government records, witness tampering, fabricating evidence, false imprisonment, stealing drugs from evidence lockers, selling drugs to children, large-scale racial profiling, sexual harassment, and other abuses of official capacity,” notes the Drug Policy Alliance Network.
The American Conservative Union, Americans for Tax Reform, Citizens against Government Waste, and National Taxpayers Union sent a sign-on letter urging Congress to completely eliminate the Byrne grant program because the program “has proved to be an ineffective and inefficient use of resources.”
In addition, $1 billion in stimulus money will be set aside for the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) program begun under Clinton. The federal funds, initially granted in December 1993, were to be used to place 100,000 additional officers on the streets by October, 2000. In fact, only 40,000 additional officers were on the street by 1998. “Since the inception of the program, local law enforcement agencies have used billions of these dollars for officer salaries, computer technology, and clerical support,” writes David B. Muhlhausen for the Center for Data Analysis at the Heritage Foundation.
In 2001, several proposals were floated to significantly expand the program, based largely on the misleading claim that COPS helped to lower crime rates. Then senator Joe Biden said that the COPS program was “the most successful crime fighting strategy this nation has ever seen,” a claim not supported by empirical research. Heritage analysts found that federal support of the operational expenses of police departments was ineffective in reducing violent crime.
In fact, COPS, the Byrne Justice Assistance Grant, and other such programs have nothing to do with reducing crime but rather serve to remove control from local law enforcement. In addition, federalization of local law enforcement has led to the militarization of police departments. “The US military is increasingly involved in domestic law enforcement. The Posse Comitatus Act was amended in 1981 to allow some military involvement in law enforcement. A 1991 amendment provided for military training of the police in drug-law enforcement. In 1996, Joint Task Force 6, under the control of the Department of Defense, was expanded to cover the entire USA,” Fred E. Foldvary wrote for The Progress Report in 1999.

As Alex Jones documented in the late 1990s, U.S. troops have consistently trained to replace local law enforcement in the case of a “national emergency,” including natural disasters formerly the responsibility of state-based National Guard. “The contention that … troops will merely help ‘recovery efforts’ after a major catastrophe is contradicted by the fact that Northcom itself, in a September 8 Army Times article, said the first wave of [a deployment of 20,000 uniformed troops], which was put in place on October 1st at Fort Stewart and at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, would be aimed at tackling ‘civil unrest and crowd control,’” Paul Joseph Watson wrote for Prison Planet on December 1, 2008.
“The increasing militarization of America is part of a long term agenda to abolish Constitutional rule and establish a ‘military form of government,’ following a large scale terror attack or similar disaster, as Tommy Franks, the former commander of the military’s Central Command, alluded to in a November 2003 Cigar Aficionado piece,” Watson continues.
Under the reign of George Bush, the excuse to federalize and militarize local law enforcement focused on the dreaded “other,” as William Norman Grigg notes, in particular Muslims and remotely located Islamic terrorists manufactured by intelligence agencies. “Now, in the name of bipartisanship and national unity under the rule of the Sainted One, even His Holiness Barack Obama, we’re likely to see a synthesis of the worst elements from both the Bush and Clinton eras.”
As Attorney General, Eric Holder, an unabashed proponent of civilian disarmament and the prosecution of “hate crimes,” we can expect to see the ATF will let off its leash and a cascade of federal initiatives targeting “hate groups.”
Under [Homeland Security] Commissarina [Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano], the Homeland Security Department will continue to militarize and federalize law enforcement, cultivating ties with Joe Arpaio [of the Maricopa County, Arizona, Sheriff's Office] wannabes nation-wide and turning them into squalid little satellite despotisms in the service of Washington.
Prior to his anointment, during a speech in Colorado Springs Obama announced the globalist plan to create a massive paramilitary force, billed as a “a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded” as the U.S. military, according to Obama.

“Senator Obama aims to tap into the already active volunteerism of millions of Americans and recruit them to become cogs in a gigantic government machine grinding out his social re-engineering agenda,” writes Lee Cary for the American Thinker.
This “gigantic government machine,” however, has nothing to do with Obama’s supposed socialist ideas, but rather those of his globalist handlers. It is not socialism in a classical sense of bottom-up proletariat political activism, but rather the “socialism” of scientific control levied by a small coterie of elitist international bankers who endeavor to turn the planet into a sprawling slave labor, debt-based gulag and eugenicist nightmare.
In order to realize their draconian plan, the ruling elite must collapse the global economy, a process already well underway. In France, Russia, Madagascar, Iceland, Greece, Britain and elsewhere (see Crisis heightens danger of global social unrest), riots and spreading political discontent are emerging in response to this engineered global economic collapse.
“In New Bedford, Mass., a port city of about 92,000, Police Chief Ronald Teachman said a new round of [Byrne Justice Assistance Grant and Community Oriented Policing Services program] grants would put police on the streets at a time when experts expect crime to rise with the unemployment rate,” the Associated Press reports. “With the mayor warning of city layoffs, Teachman said grants would keep him from having to move detectives and school resource officers into patrol cars to fill shifts… And it would mean jobs, he said, which is why the stimulus was written.”
In fact, the so-called stimulus bill was designed to add to an already astronomical debt and further facilitate the economic destruction of the United States. It is a cruel irony that our rulers have slipped funding for their ever-expanding police state apparatus into a bill advertised as a palliative.
“The House passed the stimulus bill, but the version that makes it out of the Senate is expected to be different,” the Associated Press concludes. “But because Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and Attorney General-nominee Eric Holder strongly support the grants — and Democrats control Congress — the programs will likely be resurrected even if they don’t make it into the final stimulus bill.”
Indeed, if the proposal is jettisoned in the name of political expediency, we can expect the globalists to resurrect it elsewhere, especially as the streets begin to fill with angry and potentially violent unemployed and hungry workers.

More police state activity on the way for the good ole US of A hey! The U.K will undoubtedly follow a similar path, but our wonderful surveillance technologies will keep the people in line for the time being. What I want to know is, which nation is going to kick off first? The U.S public or the British? Something tells me March and April could be breaking points for mass civil unrest domestically and abroad, even if it is still elatively quiet right now as people begin to strike and react to the down turn. It’s the ‘calm before the storm’ so to speak. As we all know, there is no turning back from this generated crisis! I get the distinct feeling that Obama and Brown don’t seem unduly bothered by the economic collapse either, and of course why should they be in they are indeed the instruments of puppet power that will usher in a new world order and economic system of control.
I could have hit Brown as he sat slouched on his chair at Davos last week, grinning and smugly assessing the dire performance figures of the U.K, with his constant reiteration of ‘it’s a global crisis, it’s a global problem’ global this, global that. He is a complete idiot and the very sight of him sucking in his droopy bottom lip after every bullshit statement just makes my blood boil. Anyway, I feel better now. Increase the awakening, increase the peace!

Good Job Today Alex on the piece on the ” National Guard “. My daughter & I usualyy catch a fkick at the theater about once a month. A few months ago we were sitting waiting for the movie to begin and the ads were on the screen and this ” National Guard ” ad came on.
It pissed me off and as I could barely watch< I was looking around at pther people setting in the theater. I didnt notice anything special but wondered what people were thinking.
Now my daughter & I make it a point to come a bit late to miss the ad. One time we werent late enough and when we walked in the theater, the NG ad was in progress. My daughter ( 15 ) turned to look at me, knowing what I was thinking.
There are parts around where I live close by, where I stand more of a chance of catchin a bullet walkin back to my car, than certain persons on the other side of the World. There are more threats AND ATTACKS ON A DAILY BASIS to freedom, liberty, legal justice, health and basic needs…here inside our own borders.

I remember the COPS grants from the Clinton years – what a waste of money. Sure, it put alot of cops on the beat but it was very wasteful spending. There are more efficient ways to get the same job done without the abuse of taxpayers money. And this is coming from a police officer – Shhhh…. maybe that’s why I haven’t been promoted!

there are other ways to protest and get their attention. nobody working means nobody payin taxes, how long will it take for the gummint to get the hint when no money is coming in?
look for barter networks for goods and services. buy used from your neighbor when ever you can. keep your money out of the banks. store food/water, medical supplies, gasoline, firewood, paper products, etc. 30 days or more, then hole up and wait it out. they’ll get the hint.
pull out of investments, let the big boys rape and pillage each other. organize your neighborhood.
what can they do if everyone just stops? they fall flat on their faces. all the money running government is being borrowed right now, with the borrowers poised to stop loaning. hang in there brothers and sisters. we can build a better america, we just have to get rid of the bad seeds who run it and start over.

The days of the people being able to effectively have their “representatives” speak for them are over. Just as over as the concept of public “service”. At the core of all these developments leading to a NWO is mistrust by those in power towards those whom they claim to serve. To the top echelon of this hierarchy you, and I, cannot be trusted to live, speak and act as we choose.
We are not capable of rational thoughts and reasoned emotions. The few must rule the many. This philosophy is further strengthen by the diversions and distractions put in place to provide us with time consuming activities that guarantee very few of us will direct our energies towards political and social activism. The people that are involved in these things are themselves very much controlled. A handful of seemingly active organizations apart from corporate and governmental structures have been reduced to begging for concessions from the NWO.
In order to change a system that will never change from within the individual must first pry himself away from these distractions and organize resistance on a local level. This will not be easy. Decades of media, entertainment, sports, gaming, sexual exploitation, chemically harmful and debilitating foods and beverages, drug and alcohol dependencies and a flurry of misinformation and disinformation on a variety of issues regarding your physical and mental health and the social, economic, political and military realities of the world have withered the ability of the individual to think and act as a political agent in the fight for his freedoms and rights.
This “police state” is the physical manifestation of the controlling powers’ presence. Protests and demonstrations are carefully marginalized so as to appear insignificant and therefore unworthy of support. In essence the NWO has made the choice very clear to you and I. Resist and you will be punished, comply and you will live out your life in this “matrix” of the NWO. I don’t like equating this most serious of issues with a movie but in this case it fits. You have the choice to continue living a meaningless exsistence in this matrix while bit by bit you are further enslaved, or you can resist and at the very least be able to say, with your head held high, to your children and grandchildren, I fought against the lie.
To those of you who think this is nothing more than flowery rhetoric you have already made you choice. I hope you find peace in the make believe world created for you. To others I say don’t waste anymore time hoping for something better to come along. You must act now.

Just look at gang membership after the funding was cut. The numbers speak for them-selfs. Me personally, I’m a pissed off gun owner and I don’t call 911.
