Book worms, rejoice!

A new study showed that people who are avid readers live longer.

A Yale University researcher found that book readers who spent up to three-and-a-half hours a week reading were 17 percent less likely to die over the 12-year follow-up period.

Those who read more than the three hour-mark were 23 percent less likely to die.
