One or more people attempted to cross the U.S. Mexico border are on the fence, literally.
Yuma Sector U.S. Border Patrol agents foiling smuggling attempt Tuesday helped considerably by the would-be smugglers.
The design of their plan was critically flawed when the make-shift ramp didn’t quite perform as needed.
