Swine Flu and Martial Law

As the AP video here reports, countries around the world are reacting to the Swine Flu (H1N1 ) outbreak in Mexico with quarantines and travel warnings. The United Nation’s World Health Organization convened an emergency meeting Saturday to develop a response to the “pandemic potential” emerging from Mexico (although the threat is apparently not considered serious enough to prompt officials in the United States to close the border).

If the outbreak indeed turns into a global pandemic, as WHO seems to think, we can expect not only quarantines, but the imposition of martial law in the United States. In fact, the government has planned for just such a scenario for some time now.
In late 2007, the Bush administration issued a “directive” establishing a “National Strategy for Public Health and Medical Preparedness” based on Biodefense for the 21st Century (see PDF). HSPD 21, short for Homeland Security Presidential Directive (signing statement bypassing Congress), defines “catastrophic health event” as “any natural or manmade incident, including terrorism, that results in a number of ill or injured persons sufficient to overwhelm the capabilities of immediate local and regional emergency response and health care systems.”
HSPD 21 established an academic Joint Program for Disaster Medicine and Public Health housed at a National Center for Disaster Medicine and Public Health at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. It teamed up the Department of Health and Human Services and Department of Defense to “carry out respective civilian and military missions.”
Prior to this, in May of 2007, the U.S. military had the foresight to “plan for a possible avian flu pandemic that could kill as many as three million people in the United States in as little as six weeks,” according to Yahoo News. Guidelines and “planning assumptions for US military services and combatant commands” were published in a document entitled “Implementation Plan for Pandemic Influenza.”
“Possible scenarios include US troops being called in to put down riots, guard pharmaceutical plants and shipments, and help restrict the movement of people inside the country and across its borders,” Yahoo summarizes. “The plan envisions fast moving, catastrophic waves of disease that would overwhelm health facilities and cripple the ability of state and local authorities to provide even basic commodities or services.”
The military would be used to restrict traffic within states to contain the spread of the virus, according to the document. “It said the military will be called on to evacuate non-infected people from areas abroad that are having problems, and to help allies.” In other words, think FEMA during Hurricane Katrina — the relocations, the toxic camps, the confiscation of firearms.
A key military role will be to distribute medical supplies and medications and provide security for the production and shipment of vaccines on orders of the president.
DoD’s “Implementation Plan for Pandemic Influenza” proposes nothing less than the militarization of health care. In short, the military — provided to “augment civilian law enforcement” — will be used to vaccinate the population, as “directed by the president.”
Considering the above, the purpose of the brand spanking new KBR camps ostensibly built for “an emergency influx of immigrants into the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs” comes into focus.
As Michel Chossudovsky wrote in 2005, the “hidden agenda consists in using the threat of a pandemic and/or the plight of a natural disaster as a pretext to establish military rule” and “suspend Constitutional government and allow the Military to intervene in civilian affairs in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.”
Bush said as much when he announced that in the event of a flu outbreak in the U.S. he would consider using the military to “effect a quarantine” and place National Guard troops under federal, rather than state, control. Dr. Irwin Redlener, associate dean of Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health and director of its National Center for Disaster Preparedness, told the Associated Press that a law enforcement role for the military would be an “extraordinarily Draconian measure.”
Since Redlener made his comment, the military, under the Northern Command, according to the Army Times, announced the transfer of the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team and its “dedicated assignment… as an on-call federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks.” Training for homeland operations commenced last year at Fort Stewart and at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs.

The federalization and militarization of law enforcement has continued apace since 1994 when the DoD issued a directive allowing military commanders to take emergency actions in domestic situations.

Laibow underscores what we stress above: “Given the shockingly obvious lack of any threat from an un-weaponized H5N1 virus, how can we explain the Bush Administration spending billions of dollars preparing each of the 50 States, for what it calls the ‘inevitable Bird Flu pandemic,’ which they say could kill half or more of all Americans and similar numbers of people around the globe?”
Of course, the current swine flu is not H5N1. It is the H1N1 virus. It is however an odd duckling with a suspicious composition: the virus contains genes of human, bird and swine origin.
As the virus spreads, more and more people — and even a few virologists — believe H1N1 is a human-engineered pathogen. On April 25, the journalist Wayne Madsen wrote:
Our Mexico City source said a top scientist for the United Nations, who has examined the outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus in Africa, as well as HIV/AIDS victims, concluded that H1N1 possesses certain transmission “vectors” that suggest that new flu strain has been genetically-manufactured as a military biological warfare weapon. The UN expert believes that Ebola, HIV/AIDS, and the current A-H1N1 swine flu virus are biological warfare agents.
Past swine flu outbreaks have been spread from pigs to humans, who then passed the flu on to other humans. However, with A-H1N1, there have been no reported infections of pigs. In fact, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), A-H1N1 has gene segments from North American swine, bird and human flu strains and a segment from Eurasian swine flu. Costa Rica, Brazil, and Peru have issued alerts to check all incoming passengers from Mexico at border crossings, airports, and seaports for symptoms of the swine flu.
Meanwhile, in the United States, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has instituted “passive surveillance” of travelers entering the country.
Napolitano announced this on Sunday. On Friday the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said it was too late to contain the swine flu outbreak in the United States.

Hyped? People are dying by the hundreds in Mexico according to those in the immediate areas and the media says it is only 87…Reporting only 20 or so cases in the US yet quarantines in several US cities are not getting reported.

First of all the so called “swine flu” is NOT what is even causing the problem!!!! I know in Utah that the FOX network reassures us that its not a big deal. I’ve heard reports that say most are just getting the runs. “As we continue to look for cases, we are going to see a broader spectrum of disease,” predicted Dr. Richard Besser, acting chief of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. “We’re going to see more severe disease in this country.”
At a White House news conference, Besser and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano sought to assure Americans that health officials are taking all appropriate steps to minimize the impact of the outbreak.
Top among those is declaring the public health emergency. As part of that, Napolitano said roughly 12 million doses of the drug Tamiflu will be moved from a federal stockpile to places where states can quickly get their share if they decide they need it. Priority will be given to the five states with known cases so far: California, Texas, New York, Ohio and Kansas.
Napolitano called the emergency declaration standard operating procedure _ one was declared recently for the inauguration and for flooding. She urged people to think of it as a “declaration of emergency preparedness.”
“Really that’s what we’re doing right now. We’re preparing in an environment where we really don’t know ultimately what the size of seriousness of this outbreak is going to be.”

I needed to know the proper ratio in order to dilute the H2O2 safely. I also have some Oil of Oregano. I want to get some Aerobic KO7 Liquid Stabilized Oxygen. I’ve read good things about it. This is exactly what I thought would be the governments plan. It’s so basic 101 communism through and through. There are several site including the “CDC,” site, that tells you how to protect yourself. Let me tell you what I’ve learned, & what to do right away.
1. Go out & buy n-95 masks or equivalent. $ 20.00 for box of 20 at Lowe’s & Home Depot.
2. Buy surgical gloves.
3. Get anti-bacterial soaps, & bleach.
4. Get a preventative doctors prescription for Tamiflu or Relenza, about $ 50.00 to $ 70.00 per multiple dose pack or bottle.
5. Quarantine yourself & go no where if possible. No guests, in or out.
6. If that’s not possible, wear the mask & gloves, everytime you go out. When done, come home
take off the gloves throw away in bio-hazard container. Take off mask, put on shelf for use again.
Wash hands with soap & water, rinse, then rinse again in mild form of “bleachwater.” Then blow, or allow to air dry. Or use seperate 2nd towel ( white ) to dry them.
7. You cannot go out to eat, go to the movies, or eat any prepared foods. They will not be safe.
The only safe foods will be sealed in “glass jars, metal, tin, or frozen, long before the “PANDEMIC,” hit. No fresh breads, salads, open foods, fast food restaurants, nothing like it.
8. Do not trust or believe the mainstream news media ! I cannot stress that enough. Get your “TRUTHFUL,” news from the internet.
9. Do not take any shots or vaccinations what so ever ! I do not trust them !
10. Watch for more deaths, clusters, & such.
11. Once people get scared & panic, it’s gonna be nuts. And you won’t be able to get food, medical, supplies, water, or anything.
12. Please run out now, & buy what you need, right away. You should be stocked up already as you’ve been told for all other types of “end of the world scenarios.”
13. The CDC & other sites have good information on how to protect yourself.

Well, this could be it. Actually, I truly hope not, but if THEY are already talking about martial law then they feel they’re ready. I didn’t think it’d happen til mid-summer, after the 4th. You know, let the cities warm up nicely to the point everybody’s on edge, then shut off the power (no AC’s). “ooppps! A blackout”

Amber, that video was indeed very interesting and in regards to being a “friend” of Israel, couldnt be further form the truth. IN fact obama has gave the nod for turkey to hold joint maneuvers with syria and to supply lebanon with weapons, which includes training the lebanese forces and to also hold joint exercises with syria, lebanon……..SIMULTANEOULSY. If anyone thinks that this is a “so what?” situation, they need to read up on the significance of this, not only that, but this is unprecedented that a NATO nation has held such exercises with an arab nation. Israel was not informed of this either. Mind you, I am not saying that I support Israel unconditionally as some do, I am just pointing out to a very severe development which is happening right now and which is not being reported. It has tremendous ramifications for that entire region and I personally cannot see how this will not force Israel to make certain decisions. This seems likely. If SARS wasn’t engineered to affect Asian people, then it does so naturally. In either case, it appears to be a clear example that some viruses ARE linked to their victims based on genetic makeup.
Since that implies such a virus could be a weapon against that genetic group, I’ll assume military agencies would be interested in it.

An antiviral which I have is called Ribavirin which is very expensive but I have some stockpiled. The Public Works and Engineering had high level meetings in 2006-2007 where they
worked out strategy on the pandemic flus. I attended many of these meetings.
They discussed using the GALLERIA SKATING RINK AS A MORGUE in the beginning stages
of the crisis. Yes, the bodies would be put on the ice in the famous mall!

Yea, I originally worked in the IT department at 611 walker as a contractor. They brought me in redesign the city website (it was a mess) … after about a year off running back n forth between city hall and jumping for the city council and mayor’s office. I jumped to a higher paying job in PWE. On my god. What mistake. Freaking strange people running the infrastructure of the city. Yes, we developed disaster recover websites and the like … they were hurricane junkies at best. But the top brass on the top of 611 Walker were obsessed with avian flu .. many meetings where the mantra was not IF … but WHEN it would hit the city. MREs warehouse, transport of top tier employees, police, FEMA tests for all .. and yes the breaking point for me was the meeting where they suggested the Galleria as the body chiller. The skating rink is one of the biggest in town.

They were hitting us hard with Chemtrails here in CT today. Planes spraying crosshatch patterns all over the sky. Started our with clear dark blue skies, by 7:00pm there was a haze covering the whole sky. I pointed them out to a friend of my today. I’m in North Myrtle Beach, SC. During the past week we had to deal with one of the worst wildfires in the history of our state. For days the air here was so thick and heavy with black smoke, which was permeating throughout our home.
Yesterday, the smoke had finally cleared. I went out, looked up in the sky and saw at least a dozen planes flying. I made the comment to my eldest son’s, “damn they aren’t going to let up, are they?”

I drove down I-77 from Ohio to SC on Friday and drove back today. There were chemtrails all over North Carolina on Friday, back and forth, crosshatched.
There were Police Speedtraps all through that part of Virginia. I’ll never spend a freaking dime at a gas station or any other commercial site in Virginia again. That was disgusting. My inlaws work for the CDC and a conversation came up about weaponized biowarfare and how to distribute it. We were talking about a terror attack by a government like North Korea.
They said the most likely scenario would be influenza, done in three parts.
1)Engineer a normal flu strain H1N1
2)Engineer a avian flu strain, H5N1
These first two would be designed to be highly infectious but with mild symtoms, the would stay dormant until a 3rd strain was introduced to combine all three into a super bug.
3)Distribute the 3rd strain that is also highly infectious by means of water, air, direct contact, vaccines etc.
I’m not saying that this is whats happening but I thought I’d share.

Last time I checked, automobile accidents aren’t contagious in the same sense the flu is and it requires an act of carelessness or really bad conditions to cause an accident. A kid can open a door before you do in a public place without washing his / her hands, someone can unexpectedly sneeze or cough your direction and it can literally float into your nose on a breeze. Personally, I think this is just another warm up. The world isn’t quite prime for picking. As mentioned above, it will be used for further desensitization, sneaky laws that silently strip us of our ‘rights’ (who is the Government to say what our rights as living creatures are anyways?), and make a lot more people scared to the point of submission to our government. It would also be interesting to research any possible elevations of heart attacks in the same area as it does elevate blood pressure. I am in Northeast metro Atlanta to and I have been researching chemtrails since around January of this year. I just found out about them this year. I am pissed off to as you can imagine! I would love to connect with some local people and start questioning our local officials! I have made calls to local tv & radio stations to ask them if they have done any stories on chemtrails. I have even contacted the people that monitor air flights in this area under I believe 30-40,000 feet. We need a group of people in on this to start taking some action. What do you think?

Two weeks ago I finished transporting some biohazard-labeled sealed boxes to the Pentagon. After an armed escort met me at the loading dock, they told me to wait in truck until someone arrived with a check. These people weren’t the govt workers I knew and interacted with regularly, so they didn’t know that I wasn’t the average retarded truck driver. They didn’t think I had enough curiosity to wander around a bit, as I always do.
I saw the boxes from my truck opened and lying discarded in a room right by the dock. The contents were gone, but a sheet of paper with Pentagon letterhead was still lying inside. Half a page down was the heading “H1N1 phase I – probability of success by epicenter.” At the top of the list was Mexico City, followed by Los Angeles, New York, Houston, and Singapore(?). Not being retarded, I remembered enough of what I read to jar my memory when the first reports came out. Wherever you are, be careful – there are powers and interests here far more dangerous than you imagine.

I live in Florida near the Palm Beach International Airport. I have been witness to daily spraying of chemtrails. I have taken photos that would make any non-believer take a second look at the sky. Spraying has suddenly stopped as of a week ago. It is my belief that they have achieved their objective by reducing our immune systems. I think that A) There was a lot of chemtrail “chatter” at the time so they stopped spraying, waiting for us to forget so they can start again B) They reduced our immunities where some outbreak will be more effective.

After going thru this blog not one person has mentioned that maybe this flu is directed at certain people. Those who have weak immune systems. This would include those with existing diseases (stop the spead of HIV, AIDS, Hep, etc), then those who the government owes a lot of money (Baby Boomers Social Security & Medicare), and the young. This would leave the ones of working age left to do the work, and a surplus of funds for the government to spend to pay off their debt. Does it sound far fetched? I don’t think so.

I’ve been thinking through all the possibilities ever since this thing hit the news. And I saw that power hour phone in the first day it hit youtube. So I’ve had some time to think.
Its most likely an attempt to get us to use their “stock piles” of Tamiflu and other antivirals. They’re probably sick of waiting to get their money back on that stuff.
I’ll explain how I got to this conclusion: I AM saying I think it IS a deliberate “attack” or release of this virus. BUT its not meant as a huge global cull. If it was being scattered from Jets etc on mass, this wouldn’t start in ONE very obvious place (Mexico city) I’ll explain that below. Also, the virus would be VERY much more lethal than it seems to be so far. I don’t doubt its very lethal to Mexicans. It’s probably been genetically matched to kill more Mexicans even. I’d guess the same for SARS and the Asian folk. And don’t forget that SARS’ effects were exacerbated by the Chinese gov not announcing problems early on with that virus epidemic, instead allowing months to pass. In this case, every country is all over it almost immediately compared to SARS and are taking actions. The fact Tamiflu works against the virus is also a sign that this is not going to be a world depopulator. You can have your health. AT A PRICE! Quid bono? The medical industrial complex and your government.
Years ago, there were rich farmers that desperately wanted the calici virus released to kill most of the Rabbit population of Australia. The officials of the time were against it for green reasons etc. But if they HAD have done it, to get the greatest kill rate, it was to have been released in ALL possible places across the country simultaneously.
But miraculously, not long after the rich farmers got told to go mow a meadow, surprise surprise, the calici virus, which only existed in a lab on an off sure Island lab facility near Australia, got out of the test tube, out of the lab, swam across the ocean some how and onto the mainland. Gee, how could that have happened eh? And the rich farmers lobby was sooo happy about it! Anyway, long story short, it had to spread from that one point in South Australia because the gov still refused to spread it across the continent simultaneously. It did kill a lot of Rabbits at first, BUT it soon mutated, lost its killing power and Australia still has a major rabbit problem to this day.
If this was Captain Trips, spread by the NWO gang. They would go all out, global, and what a pity, there wouldn’t be enough drugs, or they wouldn’t be affective, and we’d all be sick within days, world wide and dropping like flies. I don’t by the “test” theory either. I suspect it will also become our NATIONAL INSURANCE identification for payment to local health providers for our healthcare. This fast tracking is being done by making it a “BUDGET” law which only needs 51% approval not the usual 2/3. They can put in it anything they want.

It’s interesting to me that these religions we make so much fun of had certain ‘old fashioned’ laws that are now antiquated and worthy of ridicule…even though they do follow sound scientific advice for health and maintenence of a society. My question is how many people are actually infected and have died versus the media reports? And who is to say they are’nt putting this plague somewhere else even as you read this?
