Swine Flu in Mexico: The “New” Bird Flu

We knew this was coming. Even though the bird flu hype was removed years ago from the nightly news, planning for the global pandemic and the development of pandemic flu vaccines has continued with little notice. Our government has instructed FEMA, made checklists for Homeland Security, given action plans to State and local authorities. These plans include methods and drills for global inoculation with a vaccine that will no doubt have the same deadly consequences as the Swine Flu vaccine in 1976.

My book, FOWL!, published in 2006, foretold the events that are now happening in Mexico. Reported death rates are skyrocketing, from 20 to 60 to 86, in a matter of hours. More than 1,300 others have supposedly become ill with "suspected" cases of the infection and reports are coming in from various States and Canada of swine flu. There are no sources or references given with these numbers; we have to take the word of CNN. A short look back at plans that were put in place several years ago will confirm this is not a spontaneous eruption and the solution – global vaccination – has been in the works for quite some time.
History Repeating
Even though April 30, 1975 marked the end of the U.S. presence in Vietnam, young men across the country continued to sign up for the all-volunteer army. Just after the Christmas holiday in 1975, thousands of enthusiastic new army recruits reported to the barracks at Fort Dix, New Jersey, to begin basic training. However, by mid-January, many were complaining of flulike symptoms; a few had even been hospitalized.
One recruit reported to his drill instructor that he felt tired and weak. Given the option to rest, he opted instead to participate in a five-mile training march on a cold February night. Twenty-four hours later, on February 6, 1975, the 19-year-old Pvt. David Lewis of Ashley Falls, Massachusetts, was dead. Word arrived the following week from the CDC laboratory that his death was caused by an unusual influenza type A virus. Particularly worrisome was that four other samples taken from ill recruits at Fort Dix had also tested positive for influenza A virus—a type that had previously been detected only in pigs.
Within three weeks of Lewis’ death – the only person ever confirmed to have died from swine flu on the entire military base – researchers and public health officials converged in Washington to persuade members of Congress to implement a costly new program to vaccinate the country. A nationwide campaign, launched with the urgency of a five-alarm fire, was started by the CDC which ramped up the vaccine production with millions of government dollars allocated to develop of a novel vaccine for mass vaccination.
The same five-alarm fire is happening today. This morning, April 26, 2009, the federal government declared a public health emergency, as the number of cases of swine flu in the U.S. rises to a mere 20, announcing the arrival of the long-planned for and awaited pandemic.
Pharma Protected
In 1976, the Federal Insurance Company advised Merck that all liability, indemnity, and defense costs associated with claims arising from the new swine flu vaccine would not be covered by its insurance plan. Having absorbed the embarrassment and the economic losses caused by the polio vaccine in 1955, the pharmaceutical industry and their insurance providers were determined that would not happen again.
This time, there are no worries. Drug companies have completely covered their tracks, and when reports of adverse event and deaths from the new swine flu vaccine start to roll in, they will be smiling all the way to the bank.

Flu shots were added to the Vaccine Injury Compensation Table in 2003, meaning, if anyone is injured, a claim needs to be filed through the Federal Court of Claims and it will be years before it is adjudicated. And that is just the basic layer of protection. All the drug companies have to do is whisper that this may be a "terrorist attack" and they are home free.
Before he was voted out of office in 2006, then-senator Bill Frist (R-TN), a physician, drove through a bill that gave drug companies more immunity than any bill ever passed by Congress. The legislation, referred to as "Division-E" was tacked on to a Defense appropriations bill in the final minutes of the Congressional sessions before the Christmas recess. This bill provides at least four sweeping provisions:
1. Immunity from liability for all drugs, vaccines, or biological products deemed as a covered countermeasure against bioterrorism in the event of an outbreak of any kind. The proposal is not only limited to new drugs or vaccines developed under the umbrella of "bioterrorism" or "pandemic" protection. The proposal is so broad that it could include drugs like Tylenol, Advil…and would have applied to Vioxx.
2. Immunity for any product used for any public health emergency declared by the secretary of HHS. The authority to declare an emergency now rests completely in the hands of the secretary of HHS— an appointed, non-medical person who has no accountability to the general public. The president’s hand-picked person that is part of his inner circle will have the power to mandate vaccines and other medications given to the American people.
3. Immunity from accountability. No matter what a drug company do wrong in this arena, they are protected. Even if the company’s dirty facility created a batch of contaminated vaccines that resulted in death or injury to thousands of people, the drug company will not be held accountable.
4. Immunity from law suits. A person who suffers any type of loss will be prohibited from suing the drug companies. Vaccine manufacturers have immunity from almost everything, perhaps even murder. The bill provisions provide a mechanism for filing a lawsuit, but the language explicitly prevents frivolous suits by setting a standard for liability more rigid than any known standard of negligence.
In simple terms, if a claim is filed by a plaintiff it can only go forward if the injured party can prove that the company performed an act of "willful misconduct" resulting in an injury or a death. In other words, the injured party would have to prove the vaccine maker intentionally caused him harm.
Division-E goes even one step further. Unbelievably, even if a pharmaceutical company knowingly harms people, the company will be immune from legal prosecution unless the U.S. attorney general initiates "enforcement action" against the drug company in the name of the claimant. This means the U.S. government would have to go to bat for the injured party for the lawsuit to move forward, as unlikely as the current swine flu fiasco being an unplanned pandemic.
New Vaccines Ready to Roll Out
The swine flu outbreak is going to benefit one of the most prolific and successful venture capital firms in the United States: Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers. Share prices have already risen for two of eight public traded companies in the firm’s portfolio of Pandemic and Bio Defense investments. BioCryst, up more than 26 percent, to $2.21 per share, and Novavax, maker of viral vaccines, escalated 75 percent to $1.42 per share on the first announcement of the swine flu outbreak in Mexico.
Novavax uses genetic information and "recombinant, virus-like particle technology" to rapidly engineer a vaccine. Its technology has only been through Phase II clinical trials but might be released prematurely. Novavax’s CEO, Rahul Singhvi announced Friday, "There is an emergency authorization avenue that is available that would allow us to use the vaccine in an emergency without further testing." The Division-E provisions would protect the company from all liability.
In the fine print of the Division-E legislation, (available for download at www.DrTenpenny.com so you can read it for yourself), there is a suggestion that a massive, bioterrorist vaccination program could be "voluntary." Will the media make everyone aware of the one-line provision that potentially gives us the right to refuse?
Will government mandates override State exemption laws? The future is unclear but this has been suggested. Your personal rights in this area are growing very thin and activism has never been more important. A quote by U.S. Representative Ron Paul (R-TX) says it all: "When we give government the power to make medical decisions for us, we, in essence, accept that the state owns our bodies."
Staying Healthy
Certainly, keeping yourself healthy and protected from all types of flu strains is a priority, now more than ever. Here are some suggestions:
Good hydration with alkaline water
If you don’t have access to an alkaline water machine, be sure to eat large amounts of alkalinizing, fresh vegetables and fruits such as broccoli, carrots, sprouts, avocados and berries. Here is a site with a great list: http://athma-pure.com/alkaline.aspx
Sleep
Get at least 8.5 hours per night, every night. Sleep is often overlooked at the key to health. This is simple to do and best of all, it is free.
Vitamin D
Much has been written on the importance of adequate vitamin D for resisting viral infections. Have your blood tested for 25-OH-vitamin D. Your doctor can order it or you can order it yourself through sites such as www.DirectLabs.com and www.LabSafe.com Your vitamin D level should be at least 50 ng/ml. It is safe to take at least 2000 IU of vitamin D3 per day. With summer coming, you can get your dose of D naturally from sunshine.
Vitamin C
Humans don’t store vitamin C and under stress, much more is required. Vitamin C is important for fighting viral infections. Take in at least 2000 mg/day for overall immune health.
Vitamin A
This vitamin is one of the best supporters you can have in your cabinet. Mycel A drops given in juice are easy to take for children and adults of all ages. By taking 5,000 IU/day for 5 days is safe for everyone and will give your immune system a protective boost against all types of viral infections.

No “Get a grip”, Alex said that he HAD to use a censorship program because the Secret Service payed him a visited during the Obama election due to all the death threats. Alex went on to say that he was “forced to upload a censor program or he would have had to hand over everyone’s IPA’s to the secret service” so he choose to put in place a program that limits very limited words. The problem is that he (Alex) never followed up on this issue, Alex only said the “his posts to were being censored” but he could not figure out why or what the censor program may have inadvertently done.

Tamiflu Side Effects (1999)
The most common side-effects experienced by participants in the study were nausea and vomiting. These symptoms were mostly mild to moderate and generally occurred within the first two days of administration of the drug. Tamiflu, a drug used for treating influenza, including human bird flu infection, is to carry a warning in the USA, after reports of cases of delirium, self-harm, hallucinations and suicidal thoughts, mostly among children, were received in Japan. The warning already exists in Japan.
Between August 2005 – July 2006 there were 103 cases of psychiatric side-effects, of which 68 involved children under 17.
Roche Holdings, Switzerland, the makers of Tamiflu, says it will work with regulators to make sure the medication’s labeling is accurate.
It is still not clear whether the side effects are due to the drug, the illness it is supposed to treat (flu), or both.
Tamiflu is seen as part of a worldwide drive to shore up defenses against a possible spread of bird flu infection among humans. Several governments have been increasing their stocks of Tamiflu. The USA has a stock of 16 million doses, and expects to eventually have 50 million. Several US states are also planning to keep stocks.
Tamiflu is widely used in Japan.

Below is some info on the fact there is no need to declare martial law. the Federal Public Health Emergency gives the the right to do anything they need and they have already declared it. Only thing they can’t do as of yet it make arrests without a local police officer present, but if the state national guard is dispatched under that declaration the state national guard can.

The declaration of a public health emergency here gives the government power of property, surveilence, INVOLUNTARY isolation, vaccination, treatment (including experimental non FDA approved, social distancing measures, activation of troops and civilian contractors. Coordination is to be through DHS and FEMA. Call upon the insurrection act to suppress insurrection without states and Governors ok. Also prevents liability against the government of any participating group for rights infringement or harm caused in the attempt to mainain order, provide public safety, treatment, vaccinations, or isolation and quarentine.
Also Congress is “FAST TRACKING” a government controlled healthcare bill that may utilize the FDA approved VeriChip RFID for the purpose of tracking each person’s health records, facilitate the ease of healthcare and treatment, and track illness, population vaccination, and treatment. I suspect it will also become our NATIONAL INSURANCE identification for payment to local health providers for our healthcare. This fast tracking is being done by making it a “BUDGET” law which only needs 51% approval not the usual 2/3. They can put in it anything they want.
I’m not sure what to make of all this virus stuff, but I feel compelled to stock up on some food, water, etc just incase if nothing else inflation due to the possible shut down of imports.

If this indead a 1918 style virus, boosting the immune system will result in certain death. These viruses cause cytokine storms and affect the healthiest immune systems the most. You die because you overproduce white blood cells.

I’m trying to post again…. this time I’ll shorten my post to see what happens…
1. Watch or re-watch the movie Outbreak (1995). Quite parallel to what’s going on right now, and shows how bad it could really get. I believe certain movies really are prep tools for certain events…. this is one of them!
2. In addition to the above recommendations to stay healthy, look into trying oil of oregano, colloidial silver, and kombucha tea. All have immune-boosting properties, among other things. Research them. Eat organic when possible ( I know it’s expensive); surely no fast foods or processed foods as it weakens your immune system.
3. Of course Big Pharma is in this for the profit, and we all know what families are invested at the top of these companies.
4. This bill “Division E” is really scary… no ability for us to sue even if the vaccine is contaminated or causes us to become ill? This is truly disgraceful, and just confirms the profit/depopulation agenda even more in my eyes.
5. Pray for your families, others, and yourselves and stay healthy and focused…

Look at the Time magazine published April 11. DRY TAPS IN MEXICO CITY They cut off the water supply to five million of the poorest people in Mexico City on April 10. They knew by then there was a flue outbreak growing like crazy. They wanted this to make this worse! Disgusting!

The vaccines don’t actually work like they say they do.
Our bodies build immunities through exposure. A healthy body cna build immunities faster.
Avoid antibiotic soaps, you need to be exposed to mild forms of deseases to build immunities.

Roche, the huge Swiss multinational drug company recently released a statement saying that the big stockpile of the bird flu drug Tamiflu is ready and that they will follow the instructions of the World Health Organization as to its eventual distribution. This grant of three million Tamiflu treatment courses amounts to over thirty million individual tablets was donated to the WHO by Roche when the first serious concerns about the H5N1 virus started to appear in the Far Eastern countries.
The company Roche was keen not to be seen to be profiting unduly from what could be a worldwide pandemic and catastrophe and so donated the Tamiflu with maximum publicity and exposure. The donation was specifically aimed so that if a part of the world required a quick response to an outbreak of H5N1 bird flu, then the WHO would get there fast with the correct drugs. The agreement even stipulated that Roche would send the Tamiflu to any international airport that the WHO requested.
Tamiflu is considered by most influenza experts to be the safest defence from a bird flu pandemic in humans and by curing people from the H5N1 flu they would resist the spread of it. Tamiflu works by boosting the body natural defence to all flu viruses and can prevent the deadly symptoms of bird flu from being fatal.
Roche as well as the previously mentioned gift of 3 million Tamiflu courses, has also given a further two million to the WHO specifically to be sent to poor countries that can’t afford to buy large amounts of the Tamiflu drug for its people and that could be in the firing line should a pandemic break out. Roche has promised this further batch of two million Tamiflu towards the end of 2006 and like the previous donation it will be distributed entirely at the digression of the World Health Organization.

I’m not into conspiracy theories that aren’t based on facts I can confirm. However, I do know that historically, governments have been responsible for literally hundreds of intentional attacks on populations using illnesses such as influenza. This has been going on for hundreds of years. You can verify this yourself online or through books at your local library.
All one has to do is look for the usual suspects. The word on the street in Mexico, amongst ordinary everyday people not conspiracy theorists, is that the Mexican government did this because they knew the country was on the verge of collapse politically because of the financial crisis. They are now consolidating their power under the guise of fighting this bio-engineered virus.
But it hasn’t showed up yet. We need to flood this article and others with truth!

The agency added it was currently in discussions with world health officials as to whether to request drugmakers start work on a vaccine against the current swine flu virus, but were unsure if the strain would still be relevant come the fall 2009 flu season. Because they are cultivated, flu vaccines generally take months to produce. That’s total crap though. so it’s like the Feds are saying “well we’d like to help you all out, but it really wouldn’t be cost-effective or in OUR (meaning the govt’s) best interests since we expect a FRESH BATCH of viruses to hit the country come fall.” But we all know even IF the Feds decided to release a vaccine, it would most likely be tainted with a live-form of the virus meant to shut down your immune system and kill you anyway. My family is ill. Last week we were all bedridden with what I thought was food poisoning. I saw no TV or internet all last week so I did not know about this swine flu. Today I turn on the TV and PC and see all this. Now I am wondering if this is what we caught. I live in Az and last monday the day before I became sick I traveled to southern AZ to deliver dogs to a rescue group. (I work in animal rescue.) This illness hit us quickly. On tues I became so sick and on wed my family became sick. On the mend now finally. I am a retired nurse who is into natural health care so we did not see a DR and get any meds. I treated us with colloidal silver and some other home remedies. I am glad we did not go and get any meds. This has scared the crap out of me. Right now I am listening to Alex’s show about this flu…and my head is spinning.
Is this just the beginning of all out hell breaking loose here. What’s one to do! I have arms, some meds stocked and food staples stocked. One of my son’s wants to leave here and find a safer place. Well just where the hell would that be! Damn I wish my husband hadn’t died last yr and was here to help me sort this out. A strong shoulder to lean on would be nice. I am not sure what to do now. However I will stand strong and protect us as best as I can even if it means I die first.

If anyone reads the bill…you will see it is clearly written to protect the overall population. It was written so that if such an outbreak occurred (natural or not) the only people with the drugs (big pharma) would be able to put out vaccines without fear of repercussions if something went wrong.
I guess I just don’t agree with everyone here, thinking that these diseases are all just engineered. Viruses have been around a lot longer then humans have..and it seems that if there would be a global pandemic, the people best able to fix things would be the big pharmaceutical companies…since they can I guess either already have the vaccine or can pay for the research. (although you can work in a lab on campus and do the same thing…)
The only thing is if there was a huge virus killing people all over the place like an ebola outbreak… if I was in charge of a company I would not want to release any vaccines until they are well documented and researched, for fear of getting legally and financially ruined (by ppl like Alex)
The thing is that the facts are these:
a) Pharmaceutical companies have pretty complete immunity from things that go wrong with vaccines that have not yet been fully researched.
b) They are punished for “willful misconduct”, a vague term that at leat means “engineering a virus”
c) You can choose not to take the pill
Also consider the fact that no matter what vaccine is released to a global population, there will be some deaths due to uncontrollable factors of diversity.
Always remember that you can take any set of facts and bend it to mean anything!!!! This is what Jones does, and you better bet he is making money off it!
Also if you research, it is pretty hard to find any other sources that back up “Dr Tenny Penny”. The best you can do is read the law and use common sense. Stay healthy and smoke weed.

Two things:…
ONE: Why are they not calling this The Mexican Flu? We’ve had the Hing Kong Flu, Asian Flu, Spanish Flu… so why not the Mexican Flu? It’s common practice to name an extremely virulent influenza after the country or region where it originated. This one clearly started in Mexico… and I suspect that if it weren’t for fear of ostracizing the illegal alien voters, this would be aptly named The Mexican Flu.
TWO: Something I haven’t heard one expert or news agency remark about, is the fact that pandemics typically come in three waves. In 1918 the first wave faded away and everyone relaxed their guard, assuming the worst was over. And life went on as usual, for a little while. Yet in a few months the bug returned with a vengeance. The 2nd wave is the real killer… so if this Mexican Flu seems to fizzle out in a month or so, son’t sit back with a glass of celebratory champagne… but rather take that as a sign and your opportunity to gather up whatever supplies and food you may need in case history repeats itself. When the 2nd wave ends, expect that a third wave may come in as a milder strain of the original Flu, a month or two after you think the dust has settled.
Also, take this Mexican Flu outbreak as a your opportunity to examine your faith. The Bible clearly says that we’re in the final days of mankind as we know it, and it says in these last days disease and pestilence will kill hundreds of millions of people in a short period of time. One of the results of those deaths will be that there will be extreme food shortages that follow. How bad will it be? The Bible puts it this way; it will cost “a days wages for a loaf of bread.”
You don’t have to be a Christian to see that things as we know them have changed forever. And if you examine the Bible you’ll even see what’s coming next and realize that it’s more accurate than MSNBC. Again, you don’t have to be a Christian during the troubled times like we’re getting ready to go through, but once you see what’s coming, why would anyone not call upon the name of Jesus and be saved?

Check out the above article. The CDC was experimenting with combining avian and swine flu with human varieties to see if that would cause it to transfer in human to human contact.
I’d say they succeeded.
In 1918 doctors complained that there were not enough coffins available. They couldn’t make the wooden ones fast enough. With the massive orders of new plastic containers I can see that won’t be a problem this time (should it come to that next winter)

The paranoia here makes me laugh, that’s why I always come back to read more garbage.
If you didn’t know, a simple cold is created by a virus. And if you were immune to that particular virus you wouldn’t get ill. But since mother nature creates and mutates cold -viruses all the time, you will sooner or later get a cold by a NEW virus.
Viruses are the most simple creatures on the planet and they change all the time..
The virus is not government -made, they don’t have too. Mother nature is a much better “creator” than any lab on the globe.
