Swine Flu Martial Law Bill Clears Massachusetts Senate

It took corporate media swine flu hysteria to ram through a martial law bill in Massachusetts. S18 gives the Governor the power to authorize the deployment and use of force to distribute supplies and materials and local authorities will be allowed to enter private residences for investigation and to quarantine individuals.

The Associated Press reports:
The Massachusetts Senate has unanimously passed a pandemic flu preparation bill that has languished in the Legislature before the recent swine flu outbreak.
The 36-0 vote today sends the measure to the House. Both branches have taken it up in past years, but have not been able to agree on the details.
The new Senate version would allow the public health commissioner — in a public health emergency — to close or evacuate buildings, enter private property for investigations, and quarantine individuals.
The bill specifically mandates the following:
(1) to require the owner or occupier of premises to permit entry into and investigation of the premises;
(2) to close, direct, and compel the evacuation of, or to decontaminate or cause to be decontaminated any building or facility, and to allow the reopening of the building or facility when the danger has ended;
(3) to decontaminate or cause to be decontaminated, or to destroy any material;
(4) to restrict or prohibit assemblages of persons;
(5) to require a health care facility to provide services or the use of its facility, or to transfer the management and supervision of the health care facility to the department or to a local public health authority;
(6) to control ingress to and egress from any stricken or threatened public area, and the movement of persons and materials within the area;
(7) to adopt and enforce measures to provide for the safe disposal of infectious waste and human remains, provided that religious, cultural, family, and individual beliefs of the deceased person shall be followed to the extent possible when disposing of human remains, whenever that may be done without endangering the public health;
(8) to procure, take immediate possession from any source, store, or distribute any anti-toxins, serums, vaccines, immunizing agents, antibiotics, and other pharmaceutical agents or medical supplies located within the commonwealth as may be necessary to respond to the emergency;
(9) to require in-state health care providers to assist in the performance of vaccination, treatment, examination, or testing of any individual as a condition of licensure, authorization, or the ability to continue to function as a health care provider in the commonwealth
Any person who knowingly violates an order of the commissioner or his or her designee, or of a local public health authority or its designee, given to effectuate the purposes of this subsection shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 6 months, or by a fine of note more than one thousand dollars, or both.

Unfortunately many people, i believe, are conditioned to accept some things like health related issues as fact when voiced by people in positions of either local or national authority . People depend on the health professionals to provide them with the facts and will follow their advice , right or wrong. With a health scare, whether real or not is normally within the scope of the ordinary individual to determine on their own. With this flu hype, people, i believe, will allow whatever needs to be done by so-called authorities in order to prevent the spread of such a dreded illness.
All of us need to disseminate the truth of this matter, the Massachusetts new law, to as many people as everyone has in their address books. Evidentlu ordinary citizens were, in all likelyhood, not consulte by their State Representatives. In my opinion the Mass., senators and governor should all be impeached over this matter.

Once again the government is using fear to get what it wants. The question is what are they truly seeking with this particular fear? Lets run this down a little. First of all there is no pandemic, so if all we hear are more cases a few deaths, yet martial law is incorporated then I am fighting anyone from coming inside my house. There was a repoter in mexico hospital where they are not permitted behind a door where they are registering & checking people. So this reporter stands in the midst of sick folks yet told he can’t go visually see what’s going on behind some door because everyone going in there is either sick or wearing suits. What is depressing is that the opposite is true as well. The People did NOT rise up to say, “Enough is Enough!” and the Constitution simply became words on paper – nothing more.
As long as the American Idle remain dormant in front of the TV with a beer in their hand, their comfort will keep them from action. Without massive support by the majority of the population, the jackboot treads will be permanently branded on our faces.
So, how do we wake up the People to invoke actual action? I’ve tried spreading information as a catalyst to action for years, but that doesn’t seem to be enough.

I am on vacation in Orlando,,, heading back to New England tommorow. Did anyone here where the little boy was prior to touch down in TX ????
It was reported that he was on vacation here in Disney World with his family. The family flew from here in Orlando to Texas. The local news said how the entire flight was almost kept from leaving to prevent this and that ,,,, but they were not held.

Holyoke here. Just read the article in the local newspaper. Almost missed it, the article was put in a 2 inch area. Still has to pass the House, so we will see, they tried this before. Oh yes, the article mentions that a volenteer group will be populated with names and the fines of up to $ 1000 will apply for refusing.

When I continued to see the ammo shelves empty of .38/.357 callaber bullets but full of shot shell ammo, I thought to myself, “If I can’t get the ammo for the gun I have, I’ll buy a gun for the ammo they DO have!
Then my sweet dad bought me a Remington 870 and a bunch of bird shot (#7 & #8 stuff). I was a little disippointed until I saw what bird shot can do at a distance of about 6 feet.
I feel sorry for anyone who is standing infront of me with a needle or meds in their hands. Haha!

I use rifled hollowpoint deer slugs in my 20 gage for home defense. Don’t shoot center mass on Stormtroopers. Go for throats, underarms, hands and waist down. The plastic shields they like will not stop the slug and it will deflect off bone and leave them laid up for a few months in bed, then months of physical therapy. Which means they will be out of the fight for a long time and it will take several of them to drag the wounded away. Oh wait, Stormtroopers are not going to care for their own wounded, they are dimwits that way.
Remember that you can bounce shot and bullets from regular guns off of pavement to hit someone hiding on the other side of vehicles too. Gordon Kahl did some major damage to the Revenuers who came after him. They killed him, but he died a hero.

The best way to do it is take out one of them, if someone is armed take them out too. After taking the intruders out, let one of them survive to call for backup. Once the goons with the automatic weapons show up, scan the perimeter and watch for them to surround your house. Issolate one of them and take them out, take control of their automatic weapon and sneak around and take out the rest of them.

andy, you’re pretty much right. there isn’t a thing any ONE person can do, but we have to remain united and resolute in our stand against tyranny in whatever form it presents itself. I, for one, believe this is pure judgment on America. I know this is probably one of the lousiest times to bring it up, but I’ll put it out there because it’s been on my conscience and my heart for the last couple years. I’m a Christian and I honestly believe the major reason why this country is now falling apart and headed towards Fascist dictatorship is because of its overbearing sinfulness. Granted, America has a legacy of being one of the most generous and charitable nations in the world but has our immorality and blasphemy against God become so polluting that it has washed away our good works in filth? For many years I’ve tried fighting the NWO with a secularist perspective, not wanting to consider any spiritual aspects of this battle. But I see it is all in vain without God’s help or grace. I have always felt and believed that America’s traditional value system and foundational principles were born in the Judeo-Christian model of ethics, morals, and responsibility. Despite this I did not want my personal religious affairs to impede my ability to network with other anti-NWO researchers. It isn’t a matter of numbers or how many people we “wake up”; the NWO is holding all the cards, they have all roads blocked, they run and own everything. This isn’t a physical, material battle we can win on our own. If God can conquer both sin and death, then what are a few power-mad globalists to Him? He can certainly overthrow them and restore our Constitutional Republic if we just find the courage and willingness to repent and return to Him and His ways. This country has abandoned all the traditional values meant to perpetuate freedom, security, and prosperity which were born of godly principles and virtues. Has it ever puzzled you why the NWO in its numerous publications always single out Bible-believing Christians as the “radical group” of religions? Why they attack many Christian values which were for the longest time synonomous as American values? Make no mistake, at the top echelons of the NWO are Satanic, demon-influenced occultists. If they, who are your enemies, worship Satan, why do you not believe in God? I believe that Ma. will have a problem the very first day they attempt to use this new law. Although, I’m not an attorney, I do have an extensive education and believe further that the law as written leaves much to be desired. Apparently, they are forgetting the fourth amendment right of the US Constitution relative to search and seizure. They will still require probable cause to enter in your home and may only search that which gave them probable cause and nothing else. Ex.They can’t look in a closet for guns, however, if they had probable cause to enter and a contaminated individual runs into a closet, they then can enter and remove the individual plus anything else in plain view (this is the scary part, where now your rifle/gun etc. and anything else illegal) gets confiscated.
What is troubling is that the this law that just passed in Ma. leaves to much discretion for the investigators, since the first part states “to require the owner or occupier of premises to permit entry.” How do they intend to “REQUIRE” the owner or occupier? Will they come with guns drawn? Will they first get a search warrant? Will they first knock on the Door or force it open? It will be interesting to find out after it is first used. Obviously, the states do need to be able to control a pandemic, but at what cost? Hopefully, Ma. can address this law without violating its citizens constitutional rights, otherwise I can only imagine the lawsuits and cost to Ma.

The other day I was at work at Dunkin Dounuts when two SUV’s that were from the Massachusetts State Police pulled up both filled with people in military uniforms coming in for coffee… it was very disturbing and of course no one else gave a s*** when I told them about it afterward, I ask a few questions and they denied being military even though my buddy in side knew them as military police, I asked them about swine flu and they said that they were prepping to “help” people, and I even had the balls to ask them about the fact they were in a police vehicle and about posse comitatus of which half of them didn’t know what it was and the other half just laughed and said no. The whole situation smelled very very bad and was my first view of the coming storm…

It took corporate media swine flu hysteria to ram through a martial law bill in Massachusetts. S18 gives the Governor the power to authorize the deployment and use of force to distribute supplies and materials and local authorities will be allowed to enter private residences for investigation and to quarantine individuals.

Many times it is not what is written down really the issue.
In good “hands” with good intentions the absurd can be corrected.
In bad “hands” even a simple language can be made to hurt someone
But of course really there are more good than bad.

This is a RED FLAG, when there is no serious discussion or debate prior to implementing an all empowering law it indicates worse will follow, this new bill allows the new militia to silence all detractors under the guise of protecting us, there are ways to control the spread of a possible pandemic that does not require limitless control given to a few over many, with no oversite, and ultimately limitless power over the citizens.
Governor “Patsy” cannot be trusted to protect the citizens of Massachusetts, a strong message from a governor who was just a short time ago worried about profiling, and the detainment of illegals, but no limit to what he will allow when it comes to empowering a few individuals to send the militia into your homes, ransacking and removing anything they wish, putting you into a quarantine lockup and separating family members.
You want to complain? Perhaps you just have the Flu, the flu police will be swift, no more freedom for you, they will of course have to quarantine you, give your family members that new vaccine, remove everyone from your diseased home and burn it down to keep your neighbors safe.
Now that you and your family are homeless, that state will glad to provide you with shelter in one of those newly built FEMA camps, barbwire and all to keep you from wandering off and infecting someone.
Word to the gun people, that list you put yourself on can’t be good, all you dangerous people are high on the watch and may have to be guaranteed 1st, it’s for the good of the state, nothing worse than an armed citizen with a fever!
Obama wants and may have already been given the authority to shut down the Internet at will!

This is what happens when you vote for the idiots that are in office in States Like mass.
They make you think that they are working for you, meanwhile they are taking you’r rights away a little at a time. Thats one reason they don’t want you owning a gun.

If the entire congress, senate and governor in MA were locked up in their homes indeifnitely, guess who would win?
The citizens who were stupid enough to elect their own facist government. Then again, they are so ignorant of their constitutional rights, no one even spoke up against the army when they showed up at the marathon to “acclimitize people to their presence at public events”
