On December 10, 2008, Joshua Tree-based News Director Gary Daigneault of radio station KCDZ received a faxed press release from the California Highway Patrol (CHP) that announced an upcoming DUI checkpoint. But this was not like any other press release Daigneault had ever read.

Daigneault was concerned over the mention of the military, due to his awareness of the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, a federal law passed by Congress which bans the military from enforcing civilian laws. Even more upsetting, the CHP did not disclose the location of the checkpoint, which violates entrapment laws.
A note at the bottom of the fax read: “The sobriety/driver’s license checkpoint will be operated from 9:00PM to 2:30AM. The media may contact the Barstow Dispatch Center, at (760) 255-8700 on Dec. 12, 2008, after 7:00PM, for the exact location of the checkpoint.”
Daigneault contacted the CHP and brought the issue up on air.
“When I went on my talk show that morning, most callers were against this use of our military. We ran an on-air editorial reminding the CHP there is a federal law, prohibiting military from enforcing civilian laws.”

I know this is off the subject but it is time to get the word out about these cops out here on the freeways and just about everywhere writing tickets like wolfs praying the pack. I have an idea and if everyone would do it, we would stop this writing of tickets for every minor infraction. If everyone would just demand a jury trail for every ticket they get we would shut down the court system in one month. The court system cannot handle that many jury trails. They would be forced to tell the cops to back off. A jury trail is your right as an American citizen. If you wont defend your rights, dont complain when you loose them.

Great idea, but I have a better one, how about educating yourself and others that you are not a “DRIVER” unless you are engaged in commercial activity on Public roads. Second, you are not, nor is anyone else an “American citizen”. There is no country of America, its a contintent. not a country.

If you consent to them then you are submitting into a contract under the law of the sea. Do not enter the dock as you are not a ship and do not give your name and address as that is taken as a submission. Do not register yourself and do not say you understand your rights because you are saying that you stand under them in legalise.
Do not register your children at birth because you are signing them over to the government as human capital for the banks. Its a sick system but it will end

This solution sounds fine and dandy….too bad it would take a bunch of messing around to achieve, but don’t get me wrong, if I had the funds, I would try! Yeah, all I need is to get me some land up in the high hills somewhere near some flat land so I can live off the land and never go to town again! And while I am at it, if the wife turns up pregnant, I might as well hire someone to come up and deliver the baby so my child is not on any government list. If I come across a cool million, then I too would be able to be truly FREE. Too bad this kind of freedom, the freedom you talk of, costs so much money!

It does not cost a 1 cent to understand who you are. By never giving them ID, how the hell are they going to say who you are? You self-identify, you submitt to their power over you by doing so.
Can you remember the day you were born? What kind of room was it in? Who was there, from your own memory, tell me one detail of your birth. You cannot do it, so stop lieing about it when they ask you your date of birth. How much did that cost you?
By the way, being their slave will cost you everything soon enough, how much money is your freedom worth? You will not even take a little time to educate yourself, so it means nothing to you. Stay a peon, you dont have the guts, intellegence or faith to do anything but what they tell you. What made these states free was men like me doing the work for men like you. Thats ok with me, my freedom is worth it, and so is yours.

NEVER pay a fine. The only reason most “laws” are written is to rip off the people.
Insist on doing community service. Imagine how it would be for them if instead of two or three doing work around town, 300 showed up. Then you can always get hurt and since your working for the city they will have to pay your medical bills, well, the potential for fucking with the Man is terrific! Best of all is you didn’t give those thieving bastards one red cent.

Yes it would work but I tried it and the Post office lost the date of the summons. I was fined another 500 for jury duty money. So if you do it make sure you do not get tricked into signing the reciever of the summons and not get the summons and get hosed.

Why the hell would military prescense be necessary at a dui checkpoint?? They expecting a battle?? intimidation? condition? martial law training? all of the above? its total bullshit. Hoorah for ya Brett, I would have been court marshalled too because I would never have issued this order to my marines either- but the sad truth is that they have gotten rid of the good marines and soldiers by letting them separate or by sending them to foreign, forward deployed units and the turds that are left won’t question shit. The ones who are wholly ignorant of anything are the ones who will be placed in this little “project” and the officers who care more about obtaining rank above all else will be the ones placed in charge.

The Travis AFB has been doing joint exercises with all the surrounding police departments for months now. On the base! The frequency of them is way too often and they often do not inform residents of the base that they are going to happen. It leaves us all wondering and starts masses of rumours from everyone guessing why we have crime scene tape around and huge masses of cops huddled up and searching abandoned housing.

All we need to do is get about 100 of our demonstrators out where the checkpoint is going to be, along with some help from the county sheriff’s department, and we can place these thugs under citizen’s arrest and then have the boys in blue on our side go out and serve the arrests! If it would be possible to arrange this, it would put police departments in their place for calling upon unconstitutional military enforcements, not to mention, it would be fun!

Get your digital cameras and take pictures of all the assholes going in and coming out of the masonic lodges. Buy some movie making software and put together a video compelation of photos and publish it on youtube. Thats the lists that need to be made. You think that because people are fed and are talking about armed resistance that this is our first course of action? The prisons are full of innocent people who have tried it your way. This is a good example of the slow boil. Little steps by little steps so hopefully most don’t notice what is really going on. You know the story of the frog in a pot of water. If the water is already boiling, the frog will immediately jump out. But the frog remains and succumbs if you simply turn the temperature up little by little.
Here we are talking about the illegality and tyrannical aspects of military presence at checkpoints. I think back to the beginning of police checkpoints and the opposition to those as being tactics of a police state and actions that occur in an occupied country. Police checkpoints initially were seen as an encroachment to our freedom as American citizens. Now we have become used to those, and now the military is being introduced, and the only focus is whether or not military should be present at checkpoints. Well, of course not, but neither should their be checkpoints at which free citizens should be stopped and forced to be scrutinized for anything. If someone is driving drunk it should be obvious and that person should be pulled over. There should be no check points stopping everyone and subjecting everyone to random scrutiny, by police or by military.
The pot slowly boils. We have forgotten our outrage over checkpoints by police. Now we seem to accept those, and now are concerned over the military presence there. After awhile that will become commonplace and the next step will come.
Let’s get back to the checkpoint issue itself. Hopefully we are not willing to allow ourselves to be treated as if we are an occupied country, be it by local police enforcement and/or military presence. At the same time we should also stand up for not being an occupying force in any other country as well. It is one energy that we simply must not embody at all. We are seeing the effects of having done so, and it will continue to grow unless we grow.

Word clearly CONDEMNS people such as those! Read the Word for yourself and see

I am a Christian, and STILL struggle with sin. Many so called Christians are

Has anyone heard the statement “Live to die another day”? If you go headlong into the mass of resistance they will present, the tanks/jets/grenades/machine guns, etc. will eliminate the approach of dissidents at least for the most part. That is the approach they expect us to take. Take to the streets in mass and there will be death in mass of the least armed mass. It is a difficult process to execute. Research and think of how modern warfare is taking place. Psychological and financial aspects are a couple of the main ways it is now being done. We are being psychologically bombarded now in preparation. We have been beat down financially for years. They are hoping we are mentally and financially weak. Know your enemy.
