Tensions rise as UN says Russian air force downed Georgian drone

Tensions between Tbilisi and Moscow increased yesterday after a UN report concluded that the Russian air force had shot down an unmanned Georgian spy drone over the breakaway region of Abkhazia.
The UN’s mission in Georgia said a Russian fighter jet had downed the spy plane on April 30 – despite vehement denials by Moscow. Based on video footage, witnesses and radar records, the UN report backs up Georgia’s claim that Russia is giving military aid to Abkhazia, a separatist Black Sea region that broke away from Georgia after the 1992-93 war.
But the UN also criticises Tbilisi for violating the terms of a 1994 ceasefire. Georgia has sent at least three spy drones over Abkhazia since March, the report said, despite a ban on surveillance aircraft.

Dramatic video footage from the drone shows a jet fighter swooping into view, before firing a short-range missile. The video then goes blank. The report said the fighter was a MiG-29 or Su-27, types neither of which Abkhazia owns.
The jet then flew off into Russian airspace, the report added. "Absent [of] compelling evidence to the contrary, this leads to the conclusion that the aircraft belonged to the Russian air force," said the report, which was posted on the UN mission in Georgia’s website.
Yesterday Abkhazia’s separatist foreign minister, Sergei Shamba, accused the UN of bias and insisted that Abkhaz forces shot down the drone.
"We don’t believe in this report," he told the Guardian. "The report isn’t independent … the only important bit is that it proves Georgia violates our territorial integrity and the ceasefire agreement."
When asked about the report stating that the jet had a distinctive twin-finned tail while all of Abkhazia’s tiny fleet of L-39 jets have single tails, Shamba said: "All this stuff about double fins is irrelevant."

President Bush has had at least 2 or more pre-emptive strikes on soverign nations.
Maybe Putin won’t wait for Bush to act first once again…Maybe he’ll strike first….maybe he’ll start the inevitable nuclear war…Any thoughts….???
If this American offensive into Iran were to take place, the question has always been what if and how would Russia intervene….Well what if Russia calls a Bush bluff knowing what his true intentions are and strike first….Russian nuclear subs (not sure how many left in commission) or their missiles can reach our soil within an hour. Putin has a puppy dogg puppet who he can manipulate as his controllish ways see fit.

Russia will not strike first as Russia has NEVER struck first in its history. Indeed Western Russia is one of the most invaded territories on earth. However I think that if the USA lets loose with the nukes on Iran (or any Russian ally) that will be the last straw…Russia will nuke the USA out of existence.
People in the USA have been brainwashed to believe a nuclear war will result in both countries being destroyed and everyone will be killed…this is not true. Russia has always planned to win a nuclear war and has stores of food and large public shelters. Yes it will be severely degraded but it will still function. The USA on the other hand will not…most of the people will be killed as they are concentrated in sitting duck large cities…the government has no planning in place other then to scoop up the leftover people into “work camps”.
The probability of nuclear war is higher now then it was during the Cuban missile crisis…but nobody is even talking about that. Indeed to many it is starting to look like it is part of the NWO plan.

Russia has us over the barrel with missile technology. If a nuclear war was to break out I think Russia could get most of the government in the first strike. Russia’s biggest problem are our Trident subs.

not to mention if this did occur, russia would not act alone, but most likely with china and their 200 million man military. look at how much the US, Israel, Iran, Russia, and China have been preparing for war the last few years, and especially the last few weeks. its pretty much just a matter of time

PNW Outback……Kinda funny…After reading some of your various posts online I thought you’d be one of the first to respond on this topic. Do you have any more online sources that you use for your info that you could hook me up with. I’d really would like to study this Gog Magog type scenario more in dept. We are alot closer to this type of an scenario than most people think.
In fact (rather be safe than sorry) you can buy a gas mask and nbc suit for around 200.00.
The three steps in surviving nukes; 1) Survive the thermal-nuclear heat from initial detonation…
2) Survive the actual explosion…3) Survive the fallout. Wouldn’t be a bitch if you survived 1 & 2 but didn’t have the necessary equipment to survive #3. I’d say 200 is a bargain
Also does anybody want to go out on a limb and specualate on China’s earthquakes…
Is HAARP at play? Are these earthquakes man made to keep China busy to stay out of this Middle East conflict??? And since they have the Olympics too….there hands are completely full….Not to mention Myanmar.
Out of everything going on right now I’d say nuclear war concerns me the most………….

Years ago, I saw Republic Broadcasting Network had shut down. The owner put a letter there explaining how John Stadtmiller was disengenuous, and mad. Later I saw John hanging with the Browns. Of course Ed Brown is now in a cold cell being poisoned. Now, if Alex sold the tape to 20/20, and it was the footage taken at the Gray’s, which seems to be the case….then what I suspected is true. These guys have selective morality. That promises can be broken for the “greater good’ and the “hot story” really the shows a certain disregard for individuals. But irrefutable proof must be shown when the allegations are so serious.
