Texas Representatives Introduce Resolution Asserting Sovereignty Under Tenth Amendment

Texas has joined the states’ right and Tenth Amendment movement by introducing House Concurrent Resolution No. 50, filed earlier this week by Republican state representatives Leo Berman, Brandon Creighton, and Bryan Hughes. H.C.R. 50 cites Section 4, Article IV, of the Constitution, the Tenth Amendment, and the Ninth Amendment.

“The Tenth Amendment assures that we, the people of the United States of America and each sovereign state in the Union of States, now have, and have always had, rights the federal government may not usurp,” the resolution declares, while “Section 4, Article IV, of the Constitution says, ‘The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government,’ and the Ninth Amendment states that ‘The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.’”
A number of proposals from previous administrations and some now pending from the present administration and from congress may further violate the Constitution of the United States; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the 81st Legislature of the State of Texas hereby claim sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States over all powers not otherwise enumerated and granted to the federal government by the Constitution of the United States…

H.C.R. 50 serves “as notice and demand to the federal government, as our agent, to cease and desist, effective immediately, mandates that are beyond the scope of these constitutionally delegated powers” and that “all compulsory federal legislation that directs states to comply under threat of civil or criminal penalties or sanctions or that requires states to pass legislation or lose federal funding be prohibited or repealed.”
Finally, the resolution directs the Texas secretary of state to forward official copies of the resolution to president Obama, Speaker of the House Pelosi, the president of the Senate, Joe Biden, and all members of the Texas delegation to the Congress. In addition, there is an official request that the resolution be entered in the Congressional Record as a “memorial to the Congress of the United States of America.”
Texas joins Washington, New Hampshire, Arizona, Montana, Michigan, Missouri, Oklahoma, California, and Georgia, states that have all introduced bills and resolutions declaring sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment. Colorado, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Alaska, Kansas, Alabama, Nevada, Maine, and Illinois are also considering such measures.
“While the ramifications of these resolutions are still uncertain, one thing is clear,” writes Barbara Minton. “People are sick and tired of the federal government’s usurpation of power not granted to it by the Constitution. They have had enough of fear based economic terrorism and underhanded promotion of policies and procedures that bypass public scrutiny and the will of the people.”
It should be noted that a resolution is a statement and not law and does not necessarily represent a consensus of a state legislature. “Still, the fact that two states, California and Georgia, have already passed their versions of state sovereignty may be setting the stage for secession down the road if the federal government continues to show its scorn for the Constitution. The Oklahoma resolution has already passed in the House and is awaiting vote in the state Senate to be codified,” writes Minton.

As should be expected, the corporate media has all but ignored H.C.R. 50, while Vince Leibowitz of Dallas-based Pegasus News calls the resolution “bizarre” and intimates that Berman, Creighton, and Hughes are insane. Leibowitz’s comments are a sad testament on how out of touch many Americans are when it comes to the Constitution and the increasing encroachments of the federal government.
On Friday, February 20, Rep. Leo Berman of District 6 will be on the Alex Jones Show to talk about the resolution and states’ rights.

The history of the present Washington government is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States and Peoples. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a reading world.
Government has refused to honor the Constitution, a most wholesome and necessary protection for the public good.
Government has forbidden the 50 states to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless the Supreme Court Assent should be obtained; and with the States so restricted, Washington has utterly neglected the needs of freedom.
Government has refused to pass other Laws for the protection of the nation’s border, unless those people would relinquish the right of self defense, a right inestimable to all people, and rights feared by tyrants only.
Government has restricted protesting bodies to places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the media and public view, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with government measures.
Government has dissolved Churches and Militia, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
Government has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to defend with laws the rights of the people which cannot be Annihilated, or have returned to the People these rights for their exercise.
The borders remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and crime and convulsions within.
Government has endeavored to prevent the population of these States from obstructing the Invasion of Foreigners; refusing to pass laws to discourage their migrations , and raising the conditions for a new Defense of Our Lands. Government has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing competing and separation of powers.
Government has made Judges defenders of Washington’s will alone, for the upholding of their statutes, and the blocking of legal dissent.
Government has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Homeland Officers to harass our People, and confiscate their substance.
Government has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies of bureaucrats without the Consent of our legislatures or the people.
Government has affected to render the Homeland Security independent of and superior to the Civil power. Government has combined with other nations to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving Washington’s Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation—public policy–For placing large bodies of armed officers among us for enforcing them, through mock hearings, and protecting from Punishment for any Crimes which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these Peoples.
For restricting our Communication with all parts of the world with the Internet.
For imposing Illegal Reserve Notes on us without our Consent,
For depriving us in many cases, of the true benefits of Trial by Jury,
For transporting us beyond Seas to be punished for pretended offences of foreign nations,
For abolishing the free System of Common Laws in our local communities, establishing instead an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these States,
For taking away our Local Control, abolishing and declaring Unconstitutional our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Self Government,
For suspending our own Laws, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all local cases whatsoever.
Washington has destroyed Government here, by declaring us potential terrorists and waging War against us.
Government has plundered our drinking water, contaminated our vaccines , dumbed down our schools, and in the name of child protection, destroyed the Lives of our people.
Washington is at this time transporting large armies of Blackwater mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty and Viciousness scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
Washington has constrained our fellow Citizens to bear Arms for their own protection, becoming helpless to the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their lawless Hands.
Washington has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our land, the merciless planned terrorism, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.
In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Ruler, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
Nor have We been wanting in attention to our American brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our enslavement and personal destruction here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have emplored them by the ties of our common history to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our freedoms and personal wealth . Washington too has been deaf to the voice of justice and of personal freedoms. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our enslavement, and hold Washington, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies when subjecting us to total control, but in Freedom Friends.
We, therefore, the People of the Land, in General Assent, United and appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these States, solemnly publish and declare, That these United States are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the Central Government, and that all political connection between the States, and the Government of Washington, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to Protect Borders, enforce the laws, oppose centralization, establish Freedom, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the Protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

Of course there is the question what will happen to those in prisons right now. Of course most will say so what, but those that are in for minor offenses will have to face the fact that the FEMA coffins will be filled first with those in prisons because to control any large amount of people the prisons will fill up fast from people stealing to survive and those that kill to survive. They will be seen as a threat to the NWO and of course anyone who is seen as a threat will be eliminated first. So perhaps you may know of someone in prison and you may be concerned about their well being, their future and if they are not able to be released before the plan goes into affect they will simply disappear into a furnace somewhere just because they will be seen as threat even by the Government.
The other question is will the NWO use prisoners as Guinea pigs and give them vaccines filled with deadly chemicals to see how fast they die or will they spread a virus through the prisons to wipe them out? Will the person in prison who simply had an DUI end up a victim of the NWO’s evil plan?
Then how far will it go next? Genocide of the elderly? Then children? Who will be chosen to live? Only the extremely healthy? Extremely wealthy? Scientists or doctors?
Oh, not to mention if those chosen break the law will they simply disappear as well? Nobody will be safe if the NWO gets their way and we lose all our rights and our guns.

You are absolutely right. The United States is a federal corporation with Washington DC as the federal city of the United States not the United States of America. Big difference. In addition, alot of people don’t even know the difference between an American Citizen and a US Citizen.
An American Citizen has complete soverignty therefore has inalienable rights garanteed by the United States Constitution of America. Whereas a United States Citizen has only priviledges and immunites given to him/her by the federal government.
An American Citizen supports a Republic (rule by law) form of govermnent guaranteed to him/her under the Constitution. A United States Citizen supports a Democratic (rule by the poeple) form of government.
In other words, for example, since the United States or federal goverment or corporation can say let’s vote to kill all Blacks, since it being a democracy can actually vote on it and if they get their way of votes to kill all Blacks, guess what, they can and would do just that.
Since we also have Social Security numbers, ID cards, Driver’s Licenses, use the postal service, etc. we signed thereby entering into a contract by becoming a federal govermnet corporation aka US citizen. This is why at birth we are assigned a SS number courtesy of the UN and Mother England-Rothschilds. Jews.
This is also why if you would look at your ID or Driver’s License, your name is in all capital letters, indicating that you are a business or corporation underneath the federal corporation aka the United States federal goverment. Now they have jurisdiction over you and you have waived your sovering American status to United States Citizen status.
This is also how they tax you. You are property (personal) of the US federal government. I can go on but really study the Constitution and study the Internal Revenue Code and the United States Code and Black’s Law Dictionary. Look up United States and read what it says. It will blow your mind away.
The US aka federal corporation has exclusive jurisdiction in DC, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Samoa, and several others that are US Territory. This is very true look it up.

Hi brother,
According to crazy thinking like this (not that I disagree with what you wrote because I’ve found most of it to be true also) some people may feel they are screwed, i.e., no way out. But since these deceivers and snakes are all lawyers (license to deceive) then we can, if we want to go that route, use their laws against them.
Since all this U.S. citizenship bulls--- is basically a contract, and since “they” (meaning the government) never gave us full disclosure or mentioned that we would be voluntarily giving up our rights by accepting their licenses and birth certificates, etc., etc., then it is all null and viod via their own laws and statutes, meaning full disclosure of a contract.
If they never told us that we would be losing these rights then they did not fully disclose the terms of the contract and thus, the contract is null and void.
Now, since a right cannot be given by any man or government, but only god, it matters not what they say or do, what authority they claim over us and our property, because they do not have any legitimate authority, only the power of a despotic gang.
We were all born free, never signed any papers waiving any of our natural rights, nor did we promise to fight wars of aggression and thievery against other sovereign nations and peoples.
After the Revolution everyone became political equals. Those people who we call our forefathers had no right to assume authority and power over any of us, especially since we (our ancestors) had just fought for our individual freedom by kicking King George’s army out of our country.
Why in the hell would people fight in order to be enslaved yet again by another group of elites? They wouldn’t and didn’t. Those usurpers most people call our forefathers stole our freedom once again and set up a legalistic document to con the s--- out of us…and they didn’t even have to fight us to take our freedoms away.
For those of our ancestors who willfully joined their union, fine. But what about the millions of us that didn’t? Those of us that chose to remain sovereign and free men on the land, only bound by common law and the conscience that God puts in all man’s hearts?
I don’t owe them any tax money or loyalty (The Government). I do however owe some loyalty to my fellow countrymen, whether they remain wards of the state or free men, since we are all created equal under God.
We need a completely new system of governance in order to live free and provide for our future posterity. The Constitution, though a decent document, especially the Bill of Rights (Which those elites almost forgot to add, and had to put at the bottom of the Constitution) doesn’t allow for true sovereignty.
Look at our present situation and tell me the Constitution is working? It isn’t working and it isn’t because those assholes in Washington and the States aren’t following it to the letter, it is because the Constitution has loopholes and makes no statements as to definite meaning.
(Could it be “they” intended it to be written in such a manner?)
Unfortunately, people can argue it as being ambiguous and thus f--- with it to no end (excuse the harsh language) and get away with it. Think I’m wrong, then check out what those butchers have done to our second amendment. We have to register our handguns and abide by bulls--- state and federally mandated statutes that were never contained in the second amendment.
What didn’t they understand about “Shall not be infringed upon.”
It is fairly simple to understand yet they somehow found it to be vague and ambiguous. I say they know exactly what it means but just don’t care. They are completely satisfied to treat us a children and sooner or later they will control every facet of our lives.
So let’s stop this patriotic madness, this sense of loyalty to a document we the people had no part in drafting or discussing. It was written by the elite, the aristocracy of the time, and they wrote it to benefit each other, not the people. Why do they differentiate between the “People” and “Citizens”…there must be a difference.
If they meant the same thing then why use two different words to describe the same state of being? They weren’t writing a work of literature, were they? Then comes the 14th amendment, designed to strip us of what rights we did have under the constitution before the above mentioned amendment.
We can no longer allow others to dictate our future to and for us. If we continue in our lazy fair attitude we will be completely destroyed, our children living in poverty on the streets and towns we built with our hands. The elite never built or created anything, they can only steal, manipulate, lie, cheat, and weasel in on what others have built.
Wake up or Waco…on a national scale.

At Last!… Someone who has actually done some quality research. You are right in regards to ones identity which by prima facie evidence shows your affiliation. Here is the catch, however. If you want out of the system it is real simple. Stop using the SSN. The only problem is try getting a job, a bank account, a loan or many other things without it (Unless your an illegal alien from Mexico.).
The SSN does not belong to you it belongs to the US govt and you have no obligation to use it, additionally someone “gave” it to you. So, if you want to go to try and sue every Tom Dick and Harry for violating your Const Rights it will be a long and arduous journey. Its like getting a job with a company that has a union but you wont join it. You will be harrassed endlessly until you do.
And then thers’s the problem with the POLICE, “Give me your papers please or I will throw you in jail!”

In his re election campaign against Kinky Friedman, he PROMISED Texans, if reelected, he would immediately begin construction on the border fence. Get the world out since the mainstream media isn’t about State Sovereignty on HAM radio, CB, emails, phone friends and relatives, Church, hand out pamphlets, which ever way you choose, but let the world know what is going on and so Americans can support their legislator in declaring State Sovereignty. There are already thousands of active African American Freedom Fighters, but we need more.

Attention! To those who believe the National Guard is in place as some sort of malitia with interests to protect the State. This is not true. The National Guard Is in place to protect the Federal Govt from the State. The U.S. President has supreme control of the Guard. Dont you remember when the Governor of Mississippi tried to prevent the Blacks from going to school with whites in the 60’s? After the Governor ordered the Guard to prevent anyone from allowing them to attend school Pres Kennedy pulled rank and used the Guard to ensure they could go to school.

All US states apart from NWO ones like Washington (DC), New York should work together and
- secede from the Union at the same time
- form a new Union based on the original constitution
- create a new currency
- elect a new federal government
- ensure law works
If you are suffering from cancer, you have to remove the tumour. During the times of mass migration to America things were much different and those coming here from Europe and other countries loved America and had no problem assimilating and living as Americans. Nowadays the immigrants want to be what they were in the country they just left…they want to change our culture into their culture.
They don’t have any idea as to what form of government we are truly under according to the Constitution, yet they come over here and act as if they know everything about “Democracy” that can be known. Unfortunately, most Americans are as ignorant as the immigrants that come here, thinking we are a “Democracy”…What a disgrace!

Like most people, when somone says illegel immigrants you think people from Mexico or south of the border. I work with Illegels every day, I drive big trucks, and yes I am Latino. Iv seen them form Main to Washington State to Florida. I retired from the U.S. Military after 20 years, Started two business. and rased a family. I live in a border city (El Paso, Texas). What does this statement have to do with anything that is on this page? Does it matter that our ancestors of a few years ago, a few hundred years ago, or a few thousand. NO ONE was here when this land was created. So even Native Americans came here from somewhere else if we are to believe the current population movement paradigm.
And so what that my ancestors came here dirt poor and hungry in a boat? IF it weren’t for them then this country wouldn’t be what it is today. It is a shame that whenever a productive people establish a free community anywhere in the world, the vultures quickly follow. There are only two ways to acquire a useable resource and that is through labor or plunder. Of course since labor is pain and humans will do almost anything to avoid pain then it follows naturally that when it becomes easier to plunder than to work men will choose the former any day over the latter. As far as degenerate, speak for yourself and get a clue about history and what is going on presently in the union. As for the statue of liberty, what makes it a statue of liberty? How come it looks just like the lady from COLUMBIA pictures? Is it the statue of liberty or a depiction of a pagan goddess? And how come they put it on an island and not on the land? Does it symbolize the liberty that sailors get when they pull into port? By the good graces of their commanding officer? How come it isn’t the statue of freedom? Also where did it come from and who conceptualized it?

The irony of it all is that we believe that we are so smart today, the smartest generation history has produced when in fact we are the most ignorant. Most people know nothing of natural law or have any sense of spirituality. We are not supposed to be men or human beings, we are spiritual beings which inhabit a body, for a short while.
Their are many that know this today and they do everything that is within their power to keep this hidden from us. Just another fruit of the lie of evolution. Am I right about any of this? Who knows, all I know is that I know nothing and only fools know anything for certain. But what I do know is to attack someone and to start calling others derogatory names because we may disagree or not understand accomplishes absolutely nothing. And if anyone believes the nice stories they try to feed us in a high school history class as indisputable facts and not just a group of people’s interpretations then they are sorely misled. Who makes the text books? I have read somewhere that the Rockefellers are responsible for many of the text books used in today’s schools. If this is true they openly admit that they are and would do anything that they can to destroy this country. These people are so arrogant that they don’t even try to hide it anymore. When people come to this country they are expected to educate themselves about these things, otherwise why come here? Why go to a country when you’re not even about what it was founded on? Who says people cant accept that we are all immigrants in one way or another? I’m pretty sure most people DO accept and realize it…and we ARE joined together by the common goal of LIBERTY. It IS difficult to convey some of the original ideas and values this country was founded on to foreign born and raised Americans, because they typically werent raised learning and valuing these things. Regardless of wether or not the people who originally arrived here were rich or poor, or wether or not every single one of them had the same belief system or ancestry…they came together and created documents like the Constitution and Declaration of Independance, which are parts of the framework for a great society. I AM ashamed of parts of our history, just as i’m sure some Germans are..but ultimately there were good intentions and positive plans woven into the founding of this nation. We’ve strayed so far from that.

Every state should tell the feds that they have no law enforcement authority within the borders of that state, unless authorized by the government of that state.
Example. The FBI is looking for a bank robber. The state cops will help them.
Example. The ATF wants to confiscate your guns. The state cops tell them to piss off! The feds try anyway. The state cops arrest them and charge them with what ever applicable crimes committed based on the law of that state.

I lived in New York for the first 34 years of my life. I moved to Texas about 4 years ago for my job and I DONT REGRET IT ONE BIT!!!!!!!! Sure New York will always be home to me but I HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF GOING BACK….EVER!!!!!!! Sure people down here have misconceptions about “yankees” and visa-versa, but Texas seems to be more in-tune with what it means to be citizen of the state first, and then the union. They already have a history of not wanting to bow down to the federal govt. I doubt most New Yorkers even know what the 10th amendment is!!!! New York has some of the strictest gun laws in the entire union and that results in an apathetic populace on gun ownership and the 2nd amendment in general. If and when the s--- hits the fan, THERE IS NO STATE I WOULD RATHER BE IN!!!. Oh yeah I almost forgot, Texas also has Ron Paul!!!!!! LONG LIVE THE REPUBLIC OF TEXAS!!!!!!!!!

Too bad the federal government doesn’t run a single thing. Haven’t you learned anything during your research? International bankers and international special interest groups run the show. NOT the federal government! THIS solves nothing! The Fed, overseen by the Bank for International Settlements, and their ability to continue to bankrupt our nation and the world as a whole will still exist. This is what the states need to be attacking. Not trying to uphold an amendment that the ruling elite will end up circumventing in the process. We all should know by now how these people operate. Let’s take a glimpse into reality, no state is going to secede, it’s not going to happen, it’s almost a gurantee, remember the civil war, it wasn’t about slavery(that was a cover) it was about the states right to cecede from the union, and the southerners basically telling the feds or “yanks” to GTFO of their business, money, rights and so forth. They just needed a reason to go after them, the slavery business was starting to go under either way, it was just the pretext for those in charge to go to war to prevent them from losing states.

That’s what I’ve been trying to tell these people. The international globalists run things through financial control of governments and the economy of the world as a whole through the Bank for International Settlements, which controls the Fed, not the federal government, and they will circumvent the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, the stated goal of the Council on Foreign Relations. Also, we would still be under the control of the United Nations, the framework of global government, just to start with. Many of these people do not understand how deep this whole thing goes.

Let’s hope the people of Illinois will get their act together.
I think our HR. 50 got done because for the past few days, people from all over Texas has been contacting their state Rep’s.
Now whether H.R. 50 was already in the works prior to the hell raisin’ we started or not, I don’t know for sure.
Here is what you can do: List in your email all of the states that have H.R. resolutions and what the number is. Paste the New Hampshire’s H.R. 6 since they started it all and ask your state Rep./Senator to draft a bill. Then call your local ‘conservative’ talk radio show, if you have one, tell them what you did and encourage the listeners to do the same. Then call your Rep. ask for a sit down meeting and discuss the issues that concern you.
Since I’m somewhat familiar with the corruption in Illinois, I’d let your Rep./Senator know right up front that you are watching them and if they cannot do something so basic as this, then you will work the phones at a campaign office to make sure they don’t get re-elected. That will piss him/her off big time!!!
Remember, we have let them get away with it and they have become so complacent they do not fear you.
If only one person does it, you are easily dismissed. But, if the good people of Illinois would make these phone calls/emails you might get them to sit up and take notice.

Well. Whatever the international banker’s plan for this is or response, at least it brings more attention to what is going on over here. I like to believe that the freedom of press is greater in Europe for the moment than it is in USA. At least that is true for many of the western Countries. The problem with the media there is that most newspapers and TV stations are running in a pressured market, where cutbacks and saving-programs has been the rule for a long time now. And therefore the news just gets recycled between news companies. It is easier, and cheaper, just to get your coverage from one of the big news agencies than to pay reporters to be where it happens physically. The bankers need Europe and its population on their side. That was the magic Obama pulled of. I find it hard to believe that they will go along with some one world currency and central bank system, at least when considering how the EU venture has worked for them. With increased unrest in USA, and increased outspokenness, Obama’s status declines. Keep it going Texas. We are so proud of you.

Big Deal. So they declared something that was always true. Texas will continue to pay and get federal $$$ and bow to whatever Washington wants. You could declare yourself free, but just try to NOT pay taxes, and see how free you really are. When Texas decides to not force it’s citizens to pay federal tax, then we will see some balls. Notice who this quote is by…a tyrant himself whose policy was “blood and iron”. He used both to forge Germany into a powerful central state, the very antithesis of soverignty. Lincoln did the same. Put them on on cars, in books, at college campuses. It works I have done thousands!!!!!!!!!! I do 6 per sheet of paper 1200 for $20, and can hit that many cars in 4 hours on a Saturday.

I have written to Matt Shea who started the Sovereignty Movement in Washington State.
The First State ” by the way” to Claim Sovereignty!
I asked Mr. Shea if we can now go after our Tyrant Government, that in the Constitution, says we the people can fight againist. I have gotten ” No Reply”.
I think “WE THE PEOPLE” HAVE OPENED A BIG CAN OF WOOPASS!!
We have the right to own, and bear arms againist, in the event we come under a tyranical Government’s attempted conrtol. We are at that point NOW !

Of all of the bad, bad rotten news I read now days, this is the only light I’ve seen. At last, maybe some of these politicians are reclaiming their souls, or, just growing a pair. What ever the motivation, It’s high time they started.
They should also advise those bastards in Washington that if they object to the Constitution of the United States of America, then consider it a bill of succession!

I sent Representative Jeb Hensarling an email asking him about this very thing about a week ago. I guess the reason he hasnt responded back as of yet is because him and his buddies were too busy drafting this Resolution.
I know this wont be the complete answer but with the Grace of God we will be okay and still be free.
Its time to stand up folks and fight for whats real and what is true.

Hoora Texas. We need this momentum in all our State Legislatures. I think it’s 21 and growing now. The legislatures in your State and the sponsors of the bill must know you support them and will assist them in their effort. I think the language in the Hampshire’s bill though typically long winded, is better than Michigan’s, Missouri’s is all about abortion so some uniform resolution should be come to, as to content that would bring issues of the bill favorable to all and sponsor similar bills in all fifty states.

Today, Georgia State Senator Chip Pearson introduced Georgia Senate Resolution ‘SR 327′ – “Affirming states’ rights based on Jeffersonian principles; and for other purposes” into the Georgia legislatives process. It parallels the intent and substance of the resolutionss introduced in the States of New Hampshire, Arizona and 20 other States recently.
This new resolution updates Georgia Senate Resolution ‘SR 308′ – “U.S. Constitution – state sovereignty under 10th Amendment” previously reported by infowars.com that was from the 1995/1996 sessions. Georgia Senate Resolution ‘SR 327′ can be found here:

Watch and be aware of what happens to Georgia’s resolution.By the way, MISSOURI”s attempt to introduce this STATES RIGHTS thing has failed to materialize. the original HR212 has been replaced with a substitute resolution HR294. ALL 10th ammendment language was REMOVED from the resolution!! So, as far as I’m concerned Missouri has chickened out already. Texas should pass a law “Requiring” that every adult citizen of Texas own at least one gun and be trained in the proper use and care of firearms. If we are to enjoy the freedoms that should be guranteed by her sovereignty then each Texan should be ready,willing,and able to defend those freedoms. If some folks can’t afford a firearm and a reserve of ammunition then the state should have an arsenal where they can be checked out on loan until said person can buy his/her own.
