The BBC is deliberately distorting the News from the Georgia Region

As usual, the BBC is twisting and distorting the news coming out of the Georgia region. We keep being told that around 1500 have been killed in Georgia, the inference being that this has resulted from Russian bombing.
Not so, the casualties are in Ossetia.
While the Ossetians claimed over 1000 dead the BBC neither reported this or any newsreel coming out of Ossetia showing the destruction caused by the Georgian shelling of the breakaway republic.
All we are getting is one-sided reports of the destruction being caused by the Russians.
Unlike News 24 which is its international news carrier, the BBC website does make some mention of Ossetian casualties:
"We left our town because the situation there is worse than anything I’ve seen in 18 years of conflict. Houses are being hit by rockets and heavy artillery, aircraft are bombing the roads."
Since yesterday, Russia Today was reporting the complete destruction of Ossetia’s capital by Georgian shelling. Again, the destruction of the Ossetian capital was never reported by the BBC.
Last Friday, RIA Novosti reported that Ossetia was claiming over 1000 dead:
"Over 1,000 civilians have been killed as the result of an attack by Georgia on the capital of its breakaway republic of South Ossetia, the North Ossetian nationalities minister said Friday.
According to the South Ossetian information and press committee, the number of fatalities is estimated, according to preliminary information, at over 1,000," Teimuraz Kasayev said."

Sometime after mid-day today I tried unsuccessfully to access the Russia Today website for further information. Whether this is because of heavy traffic or because the website is being blocked by someone it is difficult to tell. I experienced the very same problem trying to access the RIA Novosti website.
Meanwhile, a BBC News 24 reporter, Lyse Doucet, tried to suggest that Russia had attacked Abkhazia by sending troops into that breakaway republic! That was soon put into doubt by another BBC reporter from Moscow who speculated that the sending of Russian troops into Abkhazia was not an attack but intended to protect its citizens and holiday-makers there.
On Saturday, China’s Xinhua news service reported, "Abkhazia launches operation to force Georgian troops out" and "Georgia defeats Abkhazia’s attacks". And previous news from Russia Today had announced Abkhazia’s attack on Georgia. So was the BBC’s Doucet confused or deliberately confusing the facts?
What is clear, however, is that the BBC is giving carte blanche to the Georgian point-of-view to be aired on its services while nothing whatsoever is being heard from the Ossetian side. The BBC’s repetitive playing of a statement by George Bush, given several days ago, without balancing these against statements from the Russian side indicates where the BBC is coming from.
The contrast between the brazenly pro-US, pro-Georgian views being put out on BBC News 24 and the BBC website is to be noted whilst a more balanced assessment has been published by Richard Seymour of Lenin’s Tomb. He, like me, believes that the BBC is deliberately confusing the issue. I’m sure we’ll get much more of that from the BBC:
"Incidentally, just so that this point isn’t lost in the deliberately confusing reportage. Yes, Russian jets are attacking Georgian targets and killing civilians. Yes, the reported civilian casualties "on both sides" is reported to be over 2,000. What is quite often not stated or just gently skated over in the reporting, so laden with images of Georgian dead and wounded, is that the estimate of 2,000 civilian deaths comes from the Russian government and it applies overwhelmingly to the Georgian attacks on South Ossetia on Friday.
In fact, this is the basis for Vladimir Putin’s claims of a "genocide" against South Osettians by the Georgians (is he deliberately referencing the ICTY judgment about Srebrenica here?). The Georgian side, by contrast, claims 129 deaths of both soldiers and civilians. So, if Russian figures are good enough to reference, why is the source of the figures and their context obscured? Why is being made to look as if Russian forces are behind most of those alleged deaths? Doesn’t this just amount to a whitewash of the actions of the Georgian army in South Ossetia? And why not mention 30,000 refugees too?"

I personally think that this has been preset up. We are falling for it again. I kept seeing articles from people reporting that Russians and the Chinese have already been on US soil and that there were 300,000 at the mexican border. This is like a WWF wrestling match were everyone gets a script. They have no respect for human life.
I think they will play this out and move in the troops they have ready into the US. So they can start their depopulation programs.

Nobody really gives a shit about S.Ossetia. This is about Mother Russia letting the US and Isreal know that any attack on one of their friends, such as S.Ossetia (population 70,000) or Iran will most assuredly be answered in a heavy manner. So if you attack Iran in the future, you ain’t seen anything yet. It is deeply involved with the security services in the UK. Sick thing is every UK household with a TV has to pay for it through a license to watch TV.

Clearly! I’m not sure if you noticed, but the first thing the BBC reported was the invasion of the Russians – they barely mentioned the Georgian attack, and failed to mention the 1500 who died because of that.
On their front page, they had a headline which made it apparent that the Russians had attacked Georgia out of the blue. They only mentioned half way down their article that this was because of a “surprise attack” by the Georgians. They failed to mention that this attack had left 1500 people dead. Instead, they focused on the dozen Russian peacekeepers who died. And then – get this – straight after this they pointed to the 60 or so Georgians who had been killed. So what it looks like to everyone taking their news from the BBC is that the Georgians killed a dozen peacekeepers, and the Russians then killed 60 Georgians.

RobT is basically right, but out of date. The BBC World Service is so in love with the USA that about half of its “experts” and commentators speak down their nose. The BBC does have quite a bit of rope – it’s widely held by the Right to be Run By Communists – but not on matters of “security” or government policy. Their line comes straight from Washington.

They have also been saying “the russians CLAIM”, in a sarcastic voice quite a lot. OK, they are not perfect, they aren’t talking about some stuff, but it’s nowhere near as bad as this article claims.

The Illuminati, Zionist, robber barrons always use The Hegelian Dialectic. Thesis-Antithesis-Synthesis. They use one force to start a conflict or crisis, then they oppose it with another force from which they get their desired outcome or solution. This is why creative people are nearly always at odds with ‘The System’. The ‘System’ seeks to create chaos and crisis to disrupt the harmony that the ‘whole brain’ needs in order to function properly. They exploit each side, positive and/or negative in any way they can. They have many ways to disturb the balance in order to affect a dissharmonious, dense vibration which ossilates in very slow waves between one side and the other. One of the ways is to use electromagnetic or microwave technologies, i.e HAARP(cell phone towers, t.v antenna etc.) Always try to stay calm, relaxed and in control so that you can connect with the unifying field or your higher self. The G7 is finance related group of nations, in which Russia is the only one of the G8 not in it. The fact is, the readers are seeing that as making Russia separate.

The BBC is part of a Western propaganda-machine and, like all mainstream news agencys serves it’s masters (Fascist regimes) and always has-why the surprise? It has a record that would make Gobbels envious. I have heard their reports on events, that I’ve been at, and would never have recognised these as the same events. Lying is their stock in trade, it’s what they do! They lie about Russia attacking Georgia because the US is in charge of Georgia and the Brits and Yanks act AS ONE because they have the same interests. Britain HAD an “Empire”, are still grieving at the loss of it, and now live through the Yanks’ “Empire”–sad isn’t it? How could anyone expect truth from any news agency THEY (Brits/Yanks) allow to speak for them?

I’ve watched BBC news alot recently. The reports condemned both sides in equal measure. If anything, in interviews (esp. hardtalk) the Georgian spokespeople were given a much harder time. The BBC is biased at times but overall fairly balanced. In this case I’d say well balanced. Brits support prefer underdogs so given this fact the BBC coverage is fairer than it would be if pandering to UK public popular oppinion. NO1 TRUSTS RUSSIA (OR THE US)!!

With the help American military, political, and public relations advisors the US has had a hand in Georgian affairs for several years. One can’t forget that massive amounts of arms that have been sold to Georgia by US and Israeli firms. Georgia’s military budget has gone from some $10million to over a billion during the current Shakovsvilli presidency. The US is using Georgia to poke around the edges of the the Russian Federation to test it’s resolve and strength. Georgia could not have launched it’s provacitive attack without the tactic approval of the US. The Bush administration can’t play dumb. They allowed this to happen and helped craft the media spin to blame Russia for the conflict.
The US authorities did little to support ‘democracy’ when the Georgian people expressed their discontent with the Shkovsvilli regime just a few months ago. During which time the Georgian government used para-military units, live rounds, and US/Isreali designed crowd control devices on its own people. Such a bastion of ‘democracy’ and great ally of America. What a farce!!! While Russia itself seems to be much more supportive of the will of the Georgian people to rid themselves of this foreign trained and funded con artist which dooped them into giving him thier votes. Just watch the over polished American educated Shakovsilli during his addresses & speaches. It will make your skin crawl…. Clintonian era training at it’s best.

hey guys awsome job u are doing it has inspired me in so many ways i love u all!!! the reason i write to you is because i have had a big idea that may help us wake more and more people up,i live in glasgow scotland and was wondering how i could get the message out to people in the simpelist way possible so i though of the idea of an INFO-STALL were i could get a bunch of stuff together and head into the city centre on every weekend when it is jam packed and do the best i could at get people to even to show some intrest and hand out info aswell as dvd’s.we could even go all out if it picks up and get illumanis work site vests with david ick.com, infowars.com and prison planet.com, i have so many good ideas and all i lack is the experience in how to carry this on and cant do it myself.
i mean the people we need to get involved are the ones shopping and puting there money into these neo-cons as well as the thousands of passers by, then the idea struck me not to just have it in one city but as many as possible all over the UK, now i know it seems far fetched but mean we have sooooooooo many people wanting to make a difference that this is one way they could make an effort, even if they cant i am possitive and have the most confidence that there would be enough people even to start it small then once people see the effect’s they can decide if its worth it, now am new to all this and woke up since the start of the year, i always new my whole life something was wrong with the world and now i know what it is i want to do what ever i can to help, all i ask is for your advice and support on key information and possibley make up a dvd that would introduce new people to all this ? thanks sooooo soooo much and i wish u all the best of lucky and good health…..peace xxxx Niall xxxx

At the ‘Grove there is an annual “Greasy Pig” competition. It entails greasing the pig,(pretty obvious so far) then releasing it into a large enclosure. No more than 5 can enter the game. The aim is that who-ever holds on to the pig for 10 minutes will then be allowed to butcher it, in a manner of his own liking”. This game/competition is particularly popular with Cheney and Kissinger. They especilly like the slaughtering part of it–well they would, wouldn’t they? They like to be “hands on” as they say. However, the last time, something went awray and once again it was “Li’l Georgie” Bushs’ fault! There is even talk of his not being allowed to visit the ‘Grove due to his clumsy and otherwise irrisponsible behaviour. As “Daddy George” said to him, after one escapade-”You’re not running the country now son, this is SERIOUS”! Anyway, back to the pig, Cheney, Kissinger, “Georgie”,” Rummy”, and the Walrus himself–John “The Brute” Bruton all got into the enclosure and the pig was released. The first to lunge a the poor greasy animal–the pig, that is–was Dirty Dick, but could’nt keep his grip and fell into the mud cussing and spluttering. The next was Kissinger who is slow these days so could’nt keep up to the speeding hog. They each managed to grab it but only for a few seconds. Cheney wanted to get his gun and shoot it but was informed that this was a game of skill, unlike brute-force and “Old Man Shooting”. He was so incensed that he left the enclosure using the most vile oaths and saying “I’ll be back”. However, before that happened “Rummy” managed to down the poor pig and was sitting on it, which is against the rules, and he was informed–”You’re not in the wrestling ring now” by the umpire. Relucantly, he let it go. the next to take posession of the poor beast was “The Walrus” things were looking up for him when “Georgie”, against all the rules, tackled him! While Bruton lay on the ground, severly winded “Georgie ran with the pig in both arms, and promptly dropped it! Running as fast as his little legs would carry him he chased the terrified animal, got to the gate and found it left ajar by Cheney instead of shutting it he pulled it the wrong way, leaving it open wide enough for the pigs escape! Too late he saw his mistake and vainly tried to stop it’s departure by standing in front of it. I suppose you can all guess the outcome. Yes, that’s right, Georgies’ legs being so BANDY the pig went right through, disappearing into the thick undergrowth, never to be seen again! So, children, this story has two happy endings. The pig was saved and Baby Bush is in big trouble with Daddy Bush. Such is life at the ‘Grove!

Down at the grove the Neo-Con media have a special set of apartments named after various Media mutts dead and alive–and somewhere in between! The most luxerious of these is called The Goebbels Suite. This is used on a rotating basis, going to the Media Hack with the most outrageous lies, libel and slander and general skulduggery, under their belt. One night is used as a tribute to their “success”. One of the events on this night is a compitition that entails them being given the name of “the Enemy” (last year it was Alex Jones) and make up a TV or Newspaper article to discredit them, or get them “interviewed” by the infamous “Partiot Act”. The Hack with the most clever plan and most easy to put into action, gets a piece of Nazi Memorobelia! Bill O’Reilly was in the lead last time I heard.
