While normal everyday oblivious Americans were preparing their beds to sleep Saturday night their elected officials quietly passed H.R. 3962, the Affordable Health Care for America Act. Indeed, the passage of this act deals one of the final death blows to the Constitution and with it our liberties.

As I ponder upon this momentously horrid occurrence it is as if I have just woken up from a nightmare and been thrown directly into the plot of George Orwell’s 1984, with no hope of escape. As this thought grabs hold I am lead to ponder more and more about America and I ask myself a few questions.
Since when did the Constitution provide for a health care guarantee? Since when did the Constitution grant the Congress the power to force Americans into a health care dystopia? What good is a Constitution if we choose to ignore it? What good is a Constitution if the Congress simply chooses to create a new one in their own graven socialist image?
Truly, these questions are meaningless now. The Constitution is hanging by the tiniest of threads. Who will save it? Who will come to its rescue?
It is the everyday middle class American that will suffer the consequences of this travesty. Indeed, while the economy is reeling and unemployment pushes depression-era levels the arrogant Congress has decided to pass the biggest expansion of government in the history of the United States. It will create a new tax that will primarily be felt by the middle class, the ones most likely affected by the current depression. This is because as Americans are forced to purchase health insurance, the wealthy will have no problem paying for escalating costs. Nor will the poor feel the burden as they will receive government health insurance subsidies. Yet, the forgotten man will be the middle class working American who now already struggling against the burden of economic ruin will be forced to pay fines or even face possible jail time for not complying with our government’s take over of his/her health care. As this tax sinks in, the middle class will be forced downward into the ranks of the working poor and therefore into the ranks of government rationed medical care. Inevitably, government healthcare will swallow the whole of the medical insurance world and there will be no escape.
This dystopian vision will consist of patients waiting in long lines and when they are finally permitted to see their doctor there will be much fruitless begging and pleading for the treatment that they desperately need. But no mercy will be given because the doctor will have become nothing more than a desk-clerk, simply following the government treatment protocols.

Such will be the conservation heard in doctor’s offices throughout America. Don’t believe me? I have personally lived in the socialist countries that we are now trying to emulate. This is the reality in these countries and the people there simply accept it and learn not to complain. We, in America, will also come to learn and accept over time what our benevolent government has chosen to grant us.
And what about our parents? It will not be long before the health care budget spirals out of control and our benevolent government is forced to make cuts. Who will they cut off first? Why, our parents of course. The government will say that the elderly simply cost too much. They will say that the elderly are no longer productive members of society and have only a few years to live anyway so let’s just stop providing life-saving surgeries or needed food and water for these no longer useful people. Don’t believe me? Just look to these same socialist countries where the elderly are frequently pushed into hospice death programs when they have no terminal illness and denied needed surgeries because they are too old.
I could go on and on. Such is the fury and simultaneously the sorrow I feel for our country. Now is the time for our voices to be heard. Now is the time to make a stand before it is too late.

I think people are running out of things to say. so you spit numbers. read a book or something! Don’t expect Sesame Street to teach you about the facts of life. most importantly stay physically and mentally healthy. Take everything with a grain of salt. These are the end of days to come. The only way to ever find truth is to do your own research for your self and base your opinions that way. How do you think the news works? Some, including myself, have linked the H1N1 vaccination programme, with an increasingly obvious and urgently accelerated chemtrail activity…..!
Stating that the later is a limited attempt to prevent (DNA/RNA mutating) cosmic rays entering our biosphere, and the former is an internal bio-chemical programme to splice DNA strand communications at cellular levels, using nano-particles in some, but not all, Swine flu vaccines.
FACTS TO CONSIDER WITH REFERENCE TO CHEMTRAIL TECHNOLOGY:
If you appreciate that chemtrails contain aluminium & barium salts, sprayed as fine particulates, as some independent tests have verified…Consider some apparently unconnected facts:
1) During WW2, allied bombers distributed vast quantities of aluminium foil strips, known as “chaff,” in the air above potential target bombing runs, in order to confuse radar signals that may have been able to track the aircraft.
A quote from Wikepedia:
“Chaff, originally called Window by the British, and Düppel by the World War II era German Luftwaffe, is a radar countermeasure in which aircraft or other targets spread a cloud of small, thin pieces of aluminium, metallised glass fibre or plastic, which either appears as a cluster of secondary targets on radar screens or swamps the screen with multiple returns.
Modern armed forces use chaff (in naval applications, for instance, using short-range SRBOC rockets) to distract radar-guided missiles from their targets. Most military aircraft and warships have chaff dispensing systems for self-defense. An intercontinental ballistic missile may release in its midcourse phase several independent warheads, a large number of decoys, and chaff.
Chaff can also be used to signal distress by an aircraft when communications are not functional. This has the same effect as an SOS, and can be picked up on radar. It is done by dropping chaff every 2 minutes.” End quote.
2) During the conventional Apollo space programme (official one) moon walks, the lunar modules had metallic sheeting to deflect cosmic and solar rays from penetrating their hulls.
3) Also, in Wikepedia, with reference to spacecraft and satellites, it states:
“Missions beyond low earth orbit leave the protection of the geomagnetic field, and transit the Van Allen belts. Thus they may need to be shielded against exposure to cosmic rays, Van Allen radiation, or solar flares. The region between two to three earth radii lies between the two radiation belts and is sometimes referred to as the “safe zone”
A satellite shielded by 3 mm of aluminium in an elliptic orbit (200 by 20,000 miles) passing through the radiation belts will receive about 2,500 rem (25 Sv) per year. Almost all radiation will be received while passing the inner belt. End Quote
So you can see that ALUMINIUM has been used in the past and present to deflect Van Allen radiation, cosmic rays, as well as radar, due to it’s highly reflective and flexible qualities. Short of building massive sky-placed sheets to reflect COSMIC RAYS from entering the biosphere, the easiest and cheapest method would be as small particles from commercial aircraft….Although, as I stated, this method is not fool proof…….What say you..?

The DNA is mutating and up grading through the influence of photons of light coming in to our solar system, which would lead to a great awakening and a powerfull expansion of the human consciousness. The result would be expanded awareness, liberation from oppression and the quantum leap into cosmic awareness we so badly need as a species.
We would be able to heal ourselves in every aspect and they know it. That would mean their loss of control over us because we are all self sufficient.

there has been some kind of testing with this in military airspace nort of las vegas, airtrafic control keeps seeing something on radar ( to them it looks like weather ) on perfectly clear days, seems they are still trying to perfect chemtrails
i have a pretty good photo of plain to see chem trails over vegas from a year ago or so was flying that day from utah when i hear southwest mention it, and yup on a VERY DRY DAY no normal contrails in site and i could see at least a 200 mile radius, but west of vegas an aircraft was making racetrack patterns from south to north, and damm on the last pass it SHUT OFF i could by this time see the aircraft with my eyes and it had not changed altitude so yes they were spraying something over vegas, i did get a bit mouth with la center but they made no comments, just that it was not their airspace wolfdjg@msn.com for the photo

Actually, you can still get steel core penetrators at http://www.surplusammo.com for the 7.62X39… I bought 500 rounds a while back, like 3 months ago, it was expensive… but I won’t be counting pennies, if I am ever forced to use it.

You can still get steel cores… it’s illegal to manufacture them, so they are SURPLUS… 20 year old rounds, etc… but, if you are a reloader, that shouldn’t matter one bit, if the bullet doesn’t fire, or you think it won’t fire, carefully remove the steel core bullet, and reload it. A suppressed 22LR pistol is ideal in an urban jungle… and 22’s like to go in, and bounce around, taking out organs, etc. They aren’t gonna blow huge holes in someone’s ass like a 12 gauge, but they are also not gonna be so damn loud and kickback so hard, that you can’t land the bullet in the same spot in less than a few seconds. Actually, that’s the reason you test fire any homemade weapon, by attaching it to a tree, and attaching a long string to the trigger, and test firing it, to make sure that it won’t blow up.

Come on, seriously? Do I need to give you a lesson in physics? Aircraft make these things called con-trails, short for condensation trails. The fuel being burned has nothing to do with the moisture in the air coming from the aircraft. If you know Bernoulli’s Principle, the air moving over the top of the wing is slower than the air going underneath it. As a result, the air is cooler and more condensed than the surrounding air; in essense, a cloud is made. These clouds which look like puffy tubes are able to be seen even with the absense of naturally occuring clouds in the sky because of the introduction of condessed air with a high amount of moisture. Sorry to tell you that chemtrails are kinda bulls---. If they really wanted to gas everyone they would put something in everyday automobile gas because there are higher concentrations of vehicles on our roads versus aircraft flying over us (unless you live on the flight path of a runway).

Well its not a natural occurance when 100’s of trails being formed by multiple aircraft over a huge area And when it was all done it looked like a checker board in the sky. Lasted for 4-5 hours as the trails grew wider and wider. Was a completly clear day untill they completly covered the sky with these. and now its dark out and cant even see them anymore.. And yes we do have airports here. So yeah id say its not an everyday thing here to see sompething so big in the sky.. well at least in my 30years of living here..

Yes, THAT explains why the contrails look and behave totally differently from say 1961. Lacking a little-bo-peep diploma in physics, I must admit that as a child or youth I just THINK I looked up in the sky. But I didn’t really, because I am scientifically unsophisticated.
The fact that these all-day persistent contrails only occur on days they’ll blow over 13 million people in southern california is just pattern matching and selective observation, coming from a fantasy-prone personality. I just THINK there is something mixed into the condensate because I’m bored ( known as the “popular mechanics” arguement).
And, under FOI, when the federal gummint publicly admited they intentionally irradiated Los Angeles, in December of 1965; they were just lying fer fun. They do that. That whole thing about releasing radiation in Nevada, on a day when wind conditions were right for it to blow over Los Angeles was just a big lark. And, lacking that little-bo-peep degree in physics ( or at least a pilot’s license), I just IMAGINED all the young people I use to know who died of Lukemia. Popular Mechanics would tell me that the death rate was normal and everything is just in my little mind. They would know, because they have engineering degrees— they’re experts. They would tell me that the gummint has never sprayed anything anywhere, or used wind currents to disperse anything. They would tell me that I just Imagined that they ever admitted to anything because I don’t know the Laws of physics. They know what I don’t know because they have a magazine–they’re experts, and experts are all psychic.

sorry dude, i am a pilot and well you dont have it right, i just posted my chemtrail story here today, i will agree most of what people see COULD be normal it is hard to tell but i have seen them spray something , even simple minded can see on some days there are no contrails and some days many contrails, but when you see a contrail on a clear dry day,then you know they spray something, and when that something shuts off in kid flight ( i could still see the aircraft ) it is plain to see they shut off a valve in fact, i got on the cell phone in flight called my wify had her grab a photo ( by the way close to 9-11 my cell phone did not work well in flight, and barley now and only for at best a few min and have to shout loud ) photo i can send wolfdjg@msn.com race track patterns, by the way normal aircraft do not fly racetrack patterns, and la center was at a lose to explain, even normal military aircraft have to talk to center. i hear at least once a week center reporting where military refuelers are this one, la center did ,not would not or could not say anything because myself and several other aircraft ask about it ( and no i can not type worth a s--- so f--- you gov agents for you comments on typing etc, if that is the best you can do eat s--- lol)

The agenda can not be stopped. There is simply too much momentum behind the elite’s plan. Even with the “awakening” of folks around the world it is like showing up to a gunfight with a knife. The infrastructure of the NWO plan has been laid carefully for over a century. Sure when the axe falls there will be open and possibly armed resistance, but they have planned for that as well. The power base is simply too strong and the tentacles of the beast have creeped into every nook and cranny of the political system right down to the local level. Even if a viable 3rd party was to emerge it would have already been infiltrated by members of this insidious network. No doubt someone will leave a reply that they are going to fight and blah blah blah let them try to take me, and so on. It is posturing. Nothing more than temper tantrums of the angry and frustrated. All citizens are already criminals. The supposed freedoms that we have are only because the “almighty fed” allows us to keep them for the time being, or we just haven’t been nailed for some “crime or another”. These are the only choices we have:
1. Resist openly and be imprisoned or killed.
2. Run and hide. You would be free sure, but really what kind of quality of life would you and your family have unless you were financially well off and could afford that private bunker with all the eminities you could ask for. Even so, it is a self imposed imprisonment.
3. Go back to sleep. But before you do know this: None of what is happening is new. No one has ever really been free. Every government, nation, and civilization that has ever existed has used and owned it’s citizens. Any percieved freedoms are given and taken for a purpose. The elite have always ruled, and will always rule. As long as there are no frontiers to explore freedom is fleeting. We as a world are limited by our boundaries. There is no where left to go. There is no escape. Do I believe in personal freedoms you bet. Can our civilization and quality of life be sustained with a system of individual freedoms? Who knows. But at some point the logic of the situation warrants that those in control will need to repeal liberties and freedoms of individuals for the supposed good of the whole. And you know what? We will thank them for it in the end. No matter what the agenda, the NWO or free men, both sides would have to “break some eggs” to make their omlette. What we see unfolding before us…. IT CANNOT BE STOPPED!

the “common defense and general welfare” clause has been stretched time and again to despotism out of its context. the intent of the article is not to grant congress an authority mirroring monarchy. rather one must read these articles with the implicit understanding that individuals are sovereign. congress may pay debts, raise an army, etc. the idea that “general welfare” means to change the face of our government structure from a republic to an oligarchy is somewhat beyond rhetoric. perhaps you should go back and read again, so that you might come from a place of knowledge.
by the way, which taxes in the country are “uniform throughout?” this will not be a uniform taxation as those who cannot afford it will receive subsidies which creates a debt to be payed by others who may be able to provide for themselves. does redistribution of wealth by threat of imprisonment and force of government somewhere in article 1, section 8? i thought not. just so you know, you won’t find it anywhere else either as the basis for those articles is found in common/natural law. this means rights may never be turned into privileges and that the most basic understanding of human liberty rejects imprisonment for statutory offense.
don’t jump to the conclusion this is “legal” under the frame of our government it is only legal in the fictitious world of dictat.

It’s not a constitutional problem with taxation. It’s a constitutional problem in that there is NO authorization by the Constitution for the feds to have anything to do with health care or medicine. Don’t tell me about the “general welfare clause”. That was NOT intended to allow them to do things not specifically authorized in the Constitution. They can declare war and raise an army for the war. They can have a mail service. They can put down an insurrection. They can stop a state from putting tariffs on another state (interstate commerce clause). They can’t sell insurance or make us buy insurance or regulate the medical industrial complex.

The only problem with the list of Dems who voted against the bill, is that they already knew it had enough votes to pass. Perhaps they were trying to save thier own political hides. Rob Andrews of NJ has always supported Obamacare, even with protesters outside his office. The recent election of a Republican Govener, could have made him decide to vote against it.

The government will also choose who gets to live and who dies through health care rationing. Even if you can afford surgery, it will be a crime to go through with surgery or other needed medical treatment if the government does not approve of it. This law also includes end of life counseling in which the government will convince the elderly that they are worthless and that they should consider assisted ending of life (assisted suicide). This law gives the government full totalitarian control over your health life and well being. And the government will now be able to control population control. “Good bye America.” These will be the words you will hear soon, if this law passes the senate and the traitors continue to run our country. They already kill people right now in nursing homes by letting them dehydrate to death or neglecting them when they need hospitalization for pneumonia, all while they lie about their condition. Money is the bottom line. When you try to do something about it the say it was within the standards of normal care and no attorney will touch it because an elderly persons life is worth nothing.
How would I know? They did it to my mother and the sorrow is indescribable.

You speak up and it turns out you are not medically qualified to make that judgement. So I push it to every doctor and nurse and they are all forced to agree with me because it’s obvious. So the “home’s” answer? Turns out I am just a little child who feels guilty for ‘not having been there for her’ and I am compensating by accusing the experts of neglect. They kill her as I watch(speaking up the whole time). We dont go to court because they have no legal standing. We mediate. When the “settlement” comes the records of liability are permanently sealed by a “judge” WHO RETIRES after this last non-case. Her last official act was to protect the corporation from having to pay out in the 7 figure range.
Yes, this bill will create death panels. Clever to not actually word it that way so the John Stewarts and Keith smirkyboy Olbermans can then say ” show me where it sez that”.

they did it to my dad also,he was77 suffering from pneumonia.we took him to the hospital and they would not even give him oxygen,we had to raise hell with the nurses and doctor until they finally did 6 hours after he was admitted,he died later that day.wake up people this horror is coming to a hospital near you under this bill.//to f*ck the system god bless your mother,i’am sorry to hear what they did,but i totally believe it.i seen it also.

I own my own business and was fortunate enough to be able to bring both of my parents home from the hospital. However when the doctors decided it was too much for me to handle Adult Protective Services was brought in and they tried to charge me with running a nursing home without a license. I was taking care of my mother and my father who had been married for 60 years and had never been apart more than 4 days. Yes the charges were found to be baseless and were dropped the day I buried my mother. Because they cut off her meds and I was unable to get them because the hospital declared she and my father were to be on palliative care only…. try finding insulin and blood pressure meds on the street… soon there will probably be a black market for it…..

The ones who get to stay the longest are the ones with the most cash in their bank accounts till that finally gets cleaned out. If you were to do, to a helpless elderly person in your home what they allow in a nursing home, you would be taken to jail in handcuffs and make front page news. I am so excited about the news! I for one was getting tired of making my own decisions…or in some cases my Doctor. It was such a waste of time sitting around the Doctors office having him explain all these various ways I could be treated. NOW he can stop wasting my time and just look up the protocol on the government website and save us all a bunch of time, headaches, and I’m certain A LOT OF MONEY!
But this isn’t the most exciting thing for me. Once the Copenhagen Climate Treaty is passed I can finally tell my neighbors that I was right! I told them that if we can just adopt the international communities regulations and taxes…we can bring the 3rd world up to speed and we’ll save a lot of tree’s along the way!

You’re looking at this all from the wrong perspective. Once the bill is in place after President Obama signs it, we’ll finally be able to shed ourselves of that nasty private care plan. Our company, the corporations, will then be able to relinquish themselves from paying that $900-1300 they’ve been supplementing your plan with. It’s a win win situation because you’ll be saving your company the $900-1300 they’re paying for your plan and you’ll probably get at least $100 of that back into your check. See! You’re going to get at least a $100 bucks back in your check!
Guys I’ve really finally seen the light. We all think it’s about the Constitution, The Bill of Rights, Our Independence, and mabe our children/families. It’s not about any of that. It’s about the Collective (the whole world). The sooner we get some things done for the collective, the sooner we can all live normal lives. We’ll have everything we need. We’ll know exactly what is best to eat, we’ll know exactly where to go and not to go so as not to disturb Mother nature and the environment of the animals and creatures on this earth. We’ll know exactly which person is suited for which jobs and we’ll therefore know which curriculum our children should be enrolled in so they can become good citizens and be happy because they’ll know they’ve found there calling without all the madness of going through the school of hard knocks. It will save you and your child a lot of time, headaches, and money.
The only way that we as a society can get this to happen, for the world, is through an organization; a body. Some people like to call that body a government but I like to call it a body. The word government has too many bad connotations. If we could fund this body well enough so that they could get their message to all Americans, well then we’d have a great starting point so that we can make the rest of the world better through the use of this “Body”.
Let’s face it. We spend far to much time, energy, and carbon credits deciding on what to eat, where to go, what to wear….and so on. So if we can fund this body and still have enough money to live comfortably, the same as everyone else, then we’d be able to change the world; for the better. WHO’S WITH ME!
Just a side note. If you’re concerned about work or a job, the government is hiring. I found this organization called ACORN and….well it may have changed it’s name recently. But it’s called ACORN and they’re key in this process of informing Americans. I’m going to apply this week. Anyways, they are great at consolidating information and getting the vote moving in the right direction. I’m very exciting about maybe getting a chance to work with them. I know they’re are some other government/body programs that you can join because it’s going to take everyone possible to get the message out about the new Body and mission of the collective for the world. I know the “Body” is working with the Scouts, boys and girls. I know that there’s a program involving Americorp some how. The bottom line s the government/body is hiring. So please, won’t you join me.

Many of you have read this article and have said things in other threads like ” nobody will do anything but post on this board”, and “there will be no action”. I woulds like to take this time to say that history is the answer to those posts. The man that fired the first shot of the American Revolution, was backed by others willing to stand with him, Guy Fawkes had the open support of a group, Martin Luther King, had an entire race to stand with. The Weather Underground, had a vast network to lean on. What this movement needs is an OPEN support, not just some words on an internet forum, filled with people that already feel like you do. I mean open as in the streets of the world. NO combat is needed, just people massing together, and for once not chasing the almighty dollar, not worried about what the police might do, or worried about what might happen. just stopping the work of the middle america for one day will have one lage impact, and show the so called folks in charge that they are nothing against the people.
To the person that said people are afraid of being singled out as crazy, why should they feel the need to please the sheep of the world? Why not be cast out of their world and join a world not bound by their rules. It sounds like a lot of you have never had to pay bi-weekly health insurance premiums. $140 every 2 weeks and now add 10%. That is with no dental or vision. And that policy only covers 50% of hospitalization. Well, a 4 day stay at any hospital runs almost $100,000. God help you if a drunk illiegal alien runs into your 16 year old and then flees the scene and your kid is in the hospital. Because guess what? You are now on the hook for $50K. This plays out every day in every town and city in the country, esp. the border states where these Cabillaros run wild. s---. I’ll take me some gubmint healthcare over these greedy insurance non-providers.

I’m not opposed to universal health care Billy, as odd as that sounds. I am opposed to any act, or bill that is passed, that makes it a felony, for me, a law abiding citizen, to simply choose to not participate in a government ran institution. American’s have the choice of homeschooling their kids, thus avoiding the institution of government ran education. American’s have a choice in education, but yet, not in health care?
We are not all brain dead… I just think a lot of us see this as just another tax, on a nation that can’t pay it’s bills as it is, with fines, fees and felony convictions if we simply choose NOT to participate.
The thing is Billy, a large majority of the American people did NOT WANT forced, government mandated health care, and yet again, our government did not listen to the desires of the American people.
I like the idea of a government ran system of health care, for every American, that would be funded by the taxes we already pay, not making us pay for insurance, then adding more taxes on top of that, and if we refuse, then making us sit in jail for 5 years.
America was once, for a brief time, a free country… and again, if the American People would stand up, we would once again be free. The enemy is within the Nation now, instead of being foreign devils…
I for one think you do make an excellent point about our neighbors and civilization… but in the end, these things run in cycles… 200 years is the average for a democracy… *which America was never intended to be… it was a constitutional republic* … but alas, I won’t give up.
As long as good men and women take in breath, we have a chance to fight back.

Emergency care is already free to those who can’t pay in the U.S., they just go to the local hospital emergency room and they are cared for, without charge to them.
At its core this act is about the expansion of government power. Not a good thing in our experience.

Does anybody here read between historical lines? This great country of America was founded by the same flavor of elite power-hungry psychopaths that we all like to rail against, as a means to pacify an increasingly unhappy mob of humanity. This bill would be a good thing if bigpharma didn’t already make a deal with the current administration to not effect prizing… so the government will pay the medical company that deliver in a monopoly market. You figure that one out…
However, healthcare is more then medicine so in the long run it will be a fair system untill it fails miserably and you start to pay more and more and more even if you have insurance, We see this slowly happening in sweden the red tape organisations eat up so much government taxing and the rich people get richer, rich people including the representatives giving them self more then 50% pay raise while people in general must got o strike for 2-3.5 percent… So we see it and do not like it one bit. Well boys & girls it looks like some of us will be spending the rest of our lives in prison if the $15,000 insurance payment goes into effect. We, my wife and myself live on less than 30,000 Gross a year. If you take another $15,000 off the top along with the other taxes we will be down to something less than $10,000 a year. That does not pay the house payment and utilities. I guess it is time to just die to make the New World Order happy.
I have been working scense 1965. Time to rest in prison. I wonder how many others are in our situation. I suspect quite a few. Well prison guards gotta live too.It looks like we will be filling all the FEMA CAMP PRISONS.

The very-brief-point, from myriad connected extranneous-other-connected-sufferings under this “British-Model or #@&&**+ dis-harmonous, unforgiving mad-house-methods…

Your life your choices about whom you believe yourself to be or sacrifices and tithes, real committments to your faith, beliefs, will to be percieved as, will all be jeapordized! Even got your medical file access and all those notes your last doctor posted there whether right or definately wrong!!!And those head injuries from a public peerage beating and head stompings, which left you a little differant, being denied for any Court Justice, no compensation forthcoming;nonetheless, will be used to label and leech off you and your alleged mental need percieved, or posted, sane or insane decisions rendered.
In other words labelled and sold south by any PHD or Royal Academy Associate, nonetheless, those lumps, your alleged cancer symptoms will-not be addressed. And ingrown toenails-must-not-be permanently-removed! Since they “protect” the toe-regardless that they regrow arcs of 160 degrees again back in just 2 years of months. Back in to make another office visit, to town, to validate removal “again”!

Well, folks, it’s time to start learning how to really take care of yourself and family. Start learning about herbalogy and cleansing and minerals and all that. I’ve been doing it for 20 years. This healthcare bill is stirring up so much debate and discussion, you people are just wasting your time. Consider this as just another layer of control that the criminals have laid upon you. However, I say that at some point you will rise up, how that unfolds is yet to be see, but it is an inevitable as breathing.

House health care bill has nowhere to go in Senate (AP)
AP – The glow from a health care triumph faded quickly for President Barack Obama on Sunday as Democrats realized the bill they fought so hard to pass in the House has nowhere to go in the Senate.
Speaking from the Rose Garden about 14 hours after the late Saturday vote, Obama urged senators to be like runners on a relay team and “take the baton and bring this effort to the finish line on behalf of the American people.”
The problem is that the Senate won’t run with it. The government health insurance plan included in the House bill is unacceptable to a few Democratic moderates who hold the balance of power in the Senate.
If a government plan is part of the deal, “as a matter of conscience, I will not allow this bill to come to a final vote,” said Sen. Joe Lieberman, the Connecticut independent whose vote Democrats need to overcome GOP filibusters.
“The House bill is dead on arrival in the Senate,” Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said dismissively

The tough penalties in the House bill are designed to keep insurance companies from opposing the bill. It was the relaxation of these penalties in the Senate Finance Committee version of the legislation that led the companies to reverse field and come out in opposition to the legislation. The insurance companies want to see their coffers swell when tens of millions of new customers are required to buy insurance. The more draconian the penalties for failing to pay them large sums of money to pad their bottom lines, the better.

We’re paying more out of pocket than 60-70%. The only difference is that here it’s trickier. We pay high taxes plus high insurance premimums plus a big deductible plus 20% of the bill after (and if) insurance even pays anything (they will often deny to cover the bill at all). You can also add in the fact that in those european countries their kids can go to college and part of that 60-70% in taxes goes toward their kid’s college education too. We have to come up with the cash for tuition and room and board. All things considered we’re coming out on the short end of the stick compared to Germany or France. We’ve just been fooled into thinking we’ve got more freedom (that a laugh). Americans work more hours than europeans…..partly because we aren’t getting off with only paying 60-70%…..we paying more. Think about it.

Well said! I had to fly to Sweden several years ago for a surgical procedure on my back that is yet to be approved by the FDA (disc replacement). I had to pay everything out of pocket ($14,000), but the good part is, a similar procedure here would have set me back $40-$50K!
The average work week in Sweden is 35 hours, plus they get 6 weeks paid vacation/yr. Quality of life is much better and a lot less stress!

They’re behind this version thanks to all that money they pumped into organizations like “freedom works” and all the teabaggers they’re using and financing to get the original bill watered down to this one. The last thing the big pharmacueticals and insurance companies wanted was the single-payer option, government run option (medicare for everyone for all you dumbasses that don’t know what single-payer means). The public option is NOT included in the health care bill that passed the House. People will be forced to buy insurance from PRIVATE health insurance companies. Only 11 million people will be covered under a watered down “public option.” The liberals who are paying attention realize that the public option has been scraped. After watching a lot of videos, (esp: strange case of Josephe Moshe, Trolling for swine flu, debate fema camps trains trucks buses coffins swine flu and martial law) reading and corresponding on this site, it all seems to be coming together!
I went to to veteran’s cemetery here when it was reported (on pp) plastic coffins had arrived in our city of Houston and sure thing, they were there. There are over a thousand FEMA camps ready for business, trains outfitted for prisoners, buses and our soldiers and the UN soldiers are being trained for martial law.
All of this equipment was ordered years ago!!!!! Mainstream media says nothing!
The H1N! vaccines are going to be used as a bioweapon by plan at this time so martial law can be called, the bank holiday is coming soon, the new currency is here and they have to devalue the dollar and all hell will break loose at the same time all by design.
Oh yea, and culling the population at the same time!

I work at a school where 96% get free lunches. Tons of them cannot see because of bad malnurished eyes. I see their notes, kidney infections, earaches, flu, thyroids, glycemia, all kinds of stuff I never saw as a kid in rural Tx. They need good doctors, and good care. If we are talking about big biz running the world, Im with and believe you. However UH seems to go against that and focus on politics as a tool for helping the sick. Call me brainwashed or whatever, but can gov do anything right? Is this something that we need despite losing money? Whats free? Die quickly?

My sympathies to your all.. I live in a country where we have govt funded health care, if you can call it health care… we wait for years on lists .. they dont care if your dying from cancer, or if your on imminent health urgency issues, the docs dont care, they complain they have too many patients, its like the old dog chasing its tail.. you dont want govt funded health care.. I work with an american lady who is pro american ( NWO philosophies ) she is so brainwashed its sad to listen to her speak, she has no thought cognitive of her own, only mimicing what she hears or is told via mass media.. total brainwashed… if I say anything on the current president then she goes nutzo somethignabout racism.. Well, I don’t know about your newspaper companies where you guys are from. But, I can tell you that the Review Journal here in Las Vegas tried to hide it on the 6th page in the news paper. On the front page, there was some bulls--- article about military valor. As of tomorrow. I will be calling the newspaper to cancel my subscription once and for all. That bulls--- scam stunt by the liberal democrats in Congress should of been on the front page.

I’m on a well-known e-mail list of a well-known Progressive/Liberal website. And earlier today they sent out an e-mail asking their supporters to flood Internet message boards and say that the health care bill doesn’t have a chance to pass the Senate. They cynically want the people to stand down with the belief that the bill will ultimately fail in the Senate. We must still call our representatives and attend town meetings..there is an organized effort to down the fact that the House has passed the health care bill..in the attempt to pacify its critics.

There are 365 million Americans in this country. Only 11 million Americans will be covered under the public option in the House health care bill. The stupid liberals think they’re getting a public option, but only small percentage will be covered. The rest will be forced to buy (individual mandate) health insurance from private companies, with huge fines if you don’t. The whole thing is a joke. Dennis Kucinich is correct when he says that it is pandering to Big Insurance. The people are screwed with this bill.

Corporations are not citizens! They are groups of people with a common interest of making profit. There is nothing wrong with that. However when they are given status as individual PEOPLE, which they have been since the 1930’s as pushed by the bankers, there can be no fairness or equality for anyone anywhere anytime. Most people freaked out by any of these issues, are actually serving those who do have something to lose because they may have to pay a LITTLE more (in relativity) in taxes for the greater good of the common people. The greed that is expressed here really takes away alot of my faith in humanity. Most all claim some sort of faith in Jesus, although they fail to realize Jesus would have given all up for the next man who had nothing. All is asked of the rich here is to pay a fair share.

I live in WI, Since the housing balloon crash I have been without work, being self employed, I am not eligible for unemployment, or many other WI services. I am a very hard working individual, with no way to earn money to pay for health care. Over six hundred resume’s submitted, and well over a thousand applications. How do I go to the doctor? I am not accepted anywhere in my town except the emergency room, the last time I went to the emergency room, i was billed nearly four thousand dollars for 12 min with the doctor. give me the solution. Because unless someone else is going to find me a job, I have no choice other not getting sick or hurt.

Your concerns are valid. But remember this bill is no different than the one before other than the Government taking of insurance companies. It is a fact that this still will not cover everyone. This is just another Obama lie.
The healthcare system could have been fixed with a small bill that changes a few things. BUT that is not they’re goal. They want to gobble up industry, your freedoms, and your privacy.
We are under siege. Do not negotaite with them at all until we start seeing some arrests and trials of these criminals. Don’t even negotiate then until it is clear that we’ve weeded out the Commie’s in both parties.

I am in Wisconsin too. If you are self employed and have tax records to prove all is on the up and up, you can get into the unemployment system. Also, most major cities have Urgent Care facilities which will take you in and are WAY cheaper than emergency rooms. You will still be billed, but they will treat you. I am in your boat as far as health care goes. I myself think most the people on this site are Chicken Littles and scare of nothing. I am happy our reps here in Wisconsin are voting for the health reform. I feel your frustration as I have been unemployed for well over a year. I have finally decided to go back to school. That is the one positive thing that has come from all of this mess. Feel free to email me if you like.

This article was written by a doctor who complains that there is nothing in the US Constitution that allows the government to enact laws to mandate universal health care. Herein lies one of many flaws in the 1787 Constitution in particular and the concept of a collective constitution in general. In fact the US Constitution does allow this – implicitly.
Preamble (mission statement)
“We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
First of all, what does “general welfare” really mean? Can “general welfare” be qualified or quantified? – I think not in any meaningful way. Society is composed of unique individuals each of which by man’s very nature makes choices to pursue happiness. “General welfare” is a political abstraction that has no real identifiable meaning and thus has been easily manipulated through political sophistry, rhetoric, and any convenient a priori conjectured crisis. Mandatory government health care? Why not? Mandatory vaccines? Mandatory government schooling are of the same ilk. Let the altruistic political government aristocracy determine what is necessary for the collective welfare?
No one can possibly make this determination as to the general welfare of 300 million individuals on any rational basis. What would you think if I was to unilaterally determine what your welfare should be? How about we mind our own business? Wouldn’t that be elegantly grand!
From Article I Section 8
“To make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers, and all other powers vested by this Constitution in the government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof.”
This statement is the real gotcha! In effect it states that if anything was omitted in the original document, then at a later time if deemed “necessary” corresponding “necessary” laws may be enacted. The rest is a history of wars, increasing taxes, economic intervention, disruption, hardship, and tyranny. Some may conclude that “political solution” is an oxymoron.
The 1787 Constitution was a first approximation at freedom which was intended to replace monarchy. So what has happened these past 220 years? The accelerating evolution of a coercive top-down command and control political monopoly that is operationally identical to a criminal protection racket. After 220 years this mechanism is a proven total failure at providing security and justice for good reasons. Chiefly because the means and ends are contradictory. And in regards to freedom – it renders this lofty goal an impossibility unless we’ve been so far misled into believing that living in a secure prison is freedom.
So what is a rational and realistic alternative? What is a constitution but a contract. How about each sovereign individual creates his/her own network of voluntary contracts that fits his/her particular pursuit of happiness and personal welfare? A personal constitution. Is this compatible with liberty and freedom? Don’t we do this already on a more limited basis? Could this be expanded through innovation, free-enterprise, and free-market to also include security and justice related products and services?
Maybe it’s time to grow up and take full responsibility for our individual lives rather than ceding power to, and then relying upon, doting parental surrogates in Washington DC, Sacramento, and elsewhere who are really nothing more than agents of legalized criminal protection rackets.
Choose wisely while you still have a choice.

Hi,
As I understand you will not be forced to accept the government healthcare and can still go with private healthcare if you want to, is that right?
The situation is a bit confusing to an outside observer (I live in the UK) to whom the idea of the government NOT providing healthcare to all it’s citizens seems really strange.
Ok, the UK healthcare system has it’s faults but the fact is that it’s there to help fix any illness or injury at hospital (you still pay for medication though if you work) and you can still pay to go private if thats what you would prefer.
