The Final Solution is a short promotional video (satirical) for an imaginary military contracting company named Bio Solutions International who specialize in the manufacturing of biological weaponry. The quote at the beginning was written by The Project for the New American Century in September of 2000 in a document called Rebuilding America’s Defenses PG 60 or (PG. 72 PDF). In the "Strategy for Transforming Conventional Forces" section, some incredible highlights include discussion of "the world of microbes," "fleets of robots, some small enough to fit in soldiers’ pockets," "space itself becoming a theater of war," and "advanced forms of biological warfare that can target specific genotypes that may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool."

Signers of this white paper include William Kristol, Donald Kagan, Lewis "Scooter" Libby, Paul Wolfowitz. Top policy men including Dick Cheney, Jeb Bush, Norman Podhoretz, Donald Rumsfeld, Dan Quale, Steve Forbes and Francis Fukuyama all signed on to the projects’ statement of principles.

Try to imagine the potential consequences of isolating specific genotypes or even DNA that may be designated as the enemy. Specific populations, limited to exacting DNA characteristics could be targeted.

Obviously, ethical questions about emerging technologies must not only be considered but able to stop the aggressive and predatory agenda that has latched onto the new technological era as it did in the early genetics/eugenics era.
