The Government Is Already “Geo-Engineering” The Environment

The Associated Press reports today that the Obama administration has held discussions regarding the possibility of “geo-engineering” the earth’s climate to counter global warming by “shooting pollution particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun’s rays.” However, such programs are already being conducted by government-affiliated universities, government agencies, and on a mass scale through chemtrail spraying.
The AP report states that Obama’s science advisor John Holdren is pushing for radical terra forming programs to be explored such as creating an “artificial volcano”. Despite Holdren’s admission that such measures could have “grave side effects,” he added that, “we might get desperate enough to want to use it.”
“Holdren, a 65-year-old physicist, is far from alone in taking geoengineering more seriously. The National Academy of Science is making climate tinkering the subject of its first workshop in its new multidiscipline climate challenges program. The British parliament has also discussed the idea,” reports AP.
“The American Meteorological Society is crafting a policy statement on geoengineering that says “it is prudent to consider geoengineering’s potential, to understand its limits and to avoid rash deployment.”
However, a study of past and ongoing upper atmosphere aerosol programs confirms that the government has been active in this field for years.
The Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Program was created in 1989 with funding from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and is sponsored by the DOE’s Office of Science and managed by the Office of Biological and Environmental Research.
One of ARM’s programs, entitled Indirect and Semi-Direct Aerosol Campaign (ISDAC), is aimed at measuring “cloud simulations” and “aerosol retrievals”.
Another program under the Department of Energy’s Atmospheric Science Program is directed towards, “developing comprehensive understanding of the atmospheric processes that control the transport, transformation, and fate of energy related trace chemicals and particulate matter.”
The DOE website states that, “The current focus of the program is aerosol radiative forcing of climate: aerosol formation and evolution and aerosol properties that affect direct and indirect influences on climate and climate change.”
U.S. government scientists are already bombarding the skies with the acid-rain causing pollutant sulphur dioxide in an attempt to fight global warming by “geo-engineering” the planet, despite the fact that injecting aerosols into the upper atmosphere carries with it a host of both known and unknown dangers.
The proposal to disperse sulphur dioxide in an attempt to reflect sunlight was discussed in a September 2008 London Guardian article entitled, Geoengineering: The radical ideas to combat global warming, in which Ken Caldeira, a leading climate scientist based at the Carnegie Institution in Stanford, California, promoted the idea of injecting the atmosphere with aerosols.
“One approach is to insert “scatterers” into the stratosphere,” states the article. “Caldeira cites an idea to deploy jumbo jets into the upper atmosphere and deposit clouds of tiny particles there, such as sulphur dioxide. Dispersing around 1m tonnes of sulphur dioxide per year across 10m square kilometres of the atmosphere would be enough to reflect away sufficient amounts of sunlight.”
Experiments similar to Caldeira’s proposal are already being carried out by U.S. government -backed scientists, such as those at the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Savannah River National Laboratory in Aiken, S.C, who last year began conducting studies which involved shooting huge amounts of particulate matter, in this case “porous-walled glass microspheres,” into the stratosphere.
The project is closely tied to an idea by Nobel Prize winner Paul Crutzen, who “proposed sending aircraft 747s to dump huge quantities of sulfur particles into the far-reaches of the stratosphere to cool down the atmosphere.”
Such programs merely scratch the surface of what is likely to be a gargantuan and overarching black-budget funded project to geo-engineer the planet, with little or no care for the unknown environmental consequences this could engender.
What is known about what happens when the environment is loaded with sulphur dioxide is bad enough, since the compound is the main component of acid rain, which according to the EPA “Causes acidification of lakes and streams and contributes to the damage of trees at high elevations (for example, red spruce trees above 2,000 feet) and many sensitive forest soils. In addition, acid rain accelerates the decay of building materials and paints, including irreplaceable buildings, statues, and sculptures that are part of our nation’s cultural heritage.”
The health effects of bombarding the skies with sulphur dioxide alone are enough to raise serious questions about whether such programs should even be allowed to proceed.

- Suffocation and lung embolism
According to the LennTech website, “Laboratory tests with test animals have indicated that sulfur can cause serious vascular damage in veins of the brains, the heart and the kidneys. These tests have also indicated that certain forms of sulfur can cause foetal damage and congenital effects. Mothers can even carry sulfur poisoning over to their children through mother milk. Finally, sulfur can damage the internal enzyme systems of animals.”

Fred Singer, president of the Science Environmental Policy Project and a skeptic of man-made global warming theories, warns that the consequences of tinkering with the planet’s delicate eco-system could have far-reaching dangers.
“If you do this on a continuous basis, you would depress the ozone layer and cause all kinds of other problems that people would rather avoid,” said Singer.
Even Greenpeace’s chief UK scientist – a staunch advocate of the man-made global warming explanation – Doug Parr has slammed attempts to geo-engineer the planet as “outlandish” and “dangerous”.
Stephen Schneider of Stanford University, who recently proposed a bizarre plan to send spaceships into the upper atmosphere that would be used to block out the Sun, admits that geo-engineering could cause “conflicts between nations if geoengineering projects go wrong.”
Given all the immediate dangers associated with bombarding the atmosphere with sulphur dioxide, along with the unknown dangers of other geo-engineering projects, many people are concerned that “chemtrails” are a secret component of the same agenda to alter the Earth’s eco-system.
This graphic proposes, “Spraying aluminum powder and barium oxide into high levels of the atmosphere, again delivered by aircraft, to increase planetary reflectance (albedo) and cloud cover.” High levels of barium have been found in substances associated with chemtrails.
Reports of chemtrails, jet plumes emitted from planes that hang in the air for hours and do not dissipate, often blanketing the sky in criss-cross patterns, have increased dramatically over the last 10 years. Many have speculated that they are part of a government program to alter climate, inoculate humans against certain pathogens, or even to toxify humans as part of a population reduction agenda.
In conducting Google searches, one finds discussion, such as this example, of using sulphur dioxide as a jet fuel additive to be dispersed over the world during routine commercial flights.
“I suggest that both the sulphur dioxide and the silica particles could be delivered into the stratosphere by dissolving an additive in jet aviation fuel,” writes engineer John Gorman, who has conducted experiments to test the feasibility of such a scenario.
“We would want to burn fuel containing the additive specifically when the aircraft was cruising in the lower stratosphere,” he adds.
Earlier this year, KSLA news investigation found that a substance that fell to earth from a high altitude chemtrail contained high levels of Barium (6.8 ppm) and Lead (8.2 ppm) as well as trace amounts of other chemicals including arsenic, chromium, cadmium, selenium and silver. Of these, all but one are metals, some are toxic while several are rarely or never found in nature.
The newscast focuses on Barium, which its research shows is a “hallmark of chemtrails.” KSLA found Barium levels in its samples at 6.8 ppm or “more than six times the toxic level set by the EPA.” The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality confirmed that the high levels of Barium were “very unusual,” but commented that “proving the source was a whole other matter” in its discussion with KSLA.
KSLA also asked Mark Ryan, Director of the Poison Control Center, about the effects of Barium on the human body. Ryan commented that “short term exposure can lead to anything from stomach to chest pains and that long term exposure causes blood pressure problems.” The Poison Control Center further reported that long-term exposure, as with any harmful substance, would contribute to weakening the immune system, which many speculate is the purpose of such man-made chemical trails.
Indeed, barium oxide has cropped up repeatedly as a contaminant from suspected geoengineering experimentation.
KSLA also put aerosolized-chemical testing in its historical context, citing a voluminous number of unclassified tests exposed in 1977 Senate hearings. The tests included experimenting with biochemical compounds on the public. KSLA reports that “239 populated areas were contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969.”
One of the accepted truisms of scientific study is the fact that if scientists are proposing an idea, then those scientists with access to the bottomless pit of black-budget secret government funding are already doing it.
It is highly likely that chemtrails are merely one manifestation of “geo-engineering” that is taking place without proper debate, notification or any form of legality, and with a callous disregard for the potential dangers to both our health and our environment.

A RA this is just opion but i wouldnt just say its bs becouse as much as at first its hard to believe that the world goverments are doing everything there doing to us and that they want to eventually knock most of us off. Its really hard to believe that the 2012 event is real and im not sold 100% myself but, with the knolage that our seience comunity has the fact is that some of these socalled primative cultures in the past knew stuff that were just now being able to prove out that they were right. Tell ya what. This has been the coldest frickin’ spring up here in MN. It just hit 50 today and it’s still 35 windchill. We used to have much warmer winters and springs, even autumn back 10 years ago. I think we are having global cooling which has been engineered either by design or because of stupidity of slowing global warming. What if we DO have a few big volcanos and it all back-fires in their faces? Again, it could all be by design. They hate us and our freedoms that they are attacking. They take us for fools. US Patent 5003186 is held by Hughes Aircraft Company which is now owned by Raytheon. Raytheon holds the patent for these “chemtrails”. Obama is now announcing it like it’s new idea even though it’s been going on since the 1990s.

I’ve read a lot about this, some claim aluminum oxide and barium stearate are the compounds being administered in the stratosphere due to their reflectivity.
Others believe they are using “global warming” as a cover to saturate the air with these metallic compounds. Why you ask? H.A.A.R.P.
HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), along with legislation not designed to foster pleasant or productive weather, but planned as tool of weaponized weather control, already well tested and in use since 1976.
It’s not untrue that they are putting aluminum oxide and barium stearate in the air, the question is why. Is it HAARP? Is it to curb global warming? is it both? They are doing it though. The term chemtrail does carry a stigma with it for those that like to claim “conspiracy” to everything. Even the word “conspiracy” has grown to have a stigma attached.
Thank the government for controlling our language in such a way that it now controls thought, and what we should say due to predisposed ideas of what “conspiracy” really means.
Just don’t tell me HAARP doesn’t exist and it’s a conspiracy too.

1st – HAARP was the first thing that i thought of after reading some chemtrail articles.
2nd – a few decades earlier the Club of Rome was all worried about “Global Cooling”

Chem trails are very real. I live in NJ and on my way to class I saw chem trails that were just sprayed, and an hour or so later the entire sky was overcast. This is not the first time i witnessed chem trails.

Same thing here in OK. At first I thought it was a coincidence that the weather always seems to turn crappy after being beautiful. Like today was so sunny and a clear blue sky, no clouds…now just a few hours later after I see trails in the sky its like a weird brownish gray and really windy and cool. Its also been unusually cold here. Its April and its been in the 30s-40s some days. WHY???? Why do so few people notice or wonder about trails that never disappear and weather that is so strange?? Also today in one of my classes we were talking about toxins that can be spread through breastmilk to babies. The teacher talked about metals like mercury and how mercury causes neurological damage. Then later he talked about vaccines and I raised my hand and commented on the mercury in vaccines (thimerisol) is probably worse than in breastmilk and he just acted like I was crazy. How can it be okay to talk about mercury poisoning in one context (breastmilk) but not another (vaccines)??????

Now I am not saying it was a conspirac as such, (We had a spike of Gun related deaths and accidents prior to the Port Arthur Massacre which was the lynch pin for taking our Guns away) but co-incidence perhaps?

OK, spread metallic pollutants in the upper atmosphere to reflect the harmful sun radiation because our air is so clean because of the enviro-nazis that normal human activity can no longer do it. Scott: It may interest you (and other readers) to know that New England was one of the first areas in America to be sprayed heavily.
Central Maine was getting nailed with a considerable amount of chemtrail spraying before many other areas of the nation. And guess what? New England has the highest (per capita) asthma
rate in America; and Maine has the highest (per capita) rate in New England.
Whether they spray Kennebunkport, or not, I honestly don’t know.
I told the owner of a sandwich shop about the spraying, several years ago, and showed him

I live on vancouver island, british columbia and I see planes create the same grid in the sky about 3 times a week. These trails dissipate and actually turn a nice day hazy. Also, were very prevalent one day last week when the day before had been clear blue sky spring-like day… skies got crappy… next morning woke up to snow and ice on everything outside. “freak” storm… (yeah, RIGHT!) had to do a lot of scraping and warming up car to get to work… late for work (bastards!)… snow very dry and weird… not flakes, but like tiny uniform styrofoam pellets (bullshit!)…
very regular basis this is done here. see them spreading in and arriving from the north, east, and west, too… spraying has been done elsewhere, and wind brings them here.

there has GOT to be a way to get this into mainstream! but, am not sure what that would be. my big mouth and bumpersticker don’t seem to be having much effect, that I can see.

But I have been posting on these AJ forums since they began and estimate that 80% of everything I post never gets posted, ot it is removed within minutes.
It is done using a VARIETY of methods from, WordPress pop up appearing and claiming that my post is being reviewed for moderation, or their favorite pop up, “Duplicate Comment Detected, followed by the disappearnce of one’s post, into the black hole.
One of the other methods used fairly often is losing one’s mainbase connection just as you hit the send button and that method kind of gives me the creeps because it’s as if the censors are reading and evaluating things as you write them and “pull” your connection just as you’ve finished your post.
One of the other methods is having a pop up get in and inback of your main page, which blocks your post and then theres the one where it gets routed to your printer in a blind feedback loop.
Lately, my posts just vanish from the forum page, or have been removed after I saw them there and then rechecked 5 minutes later to see they were removed or never existed.
Personally, I think the banksters used similar gimmicks to hijack the ballancing process of bank records, the way this site alters the true consensus of these forums through selective censorship. That is to say, our true collective connection has deliberately been hijacked and derailed by the AJ team, or call it the Pentagon’s AJ Intel Profiling Network.
Don’t be a sap head, if AJ was really taking them on, he’d be off the air and Internet in a heart beat. The only reason he’s still standing, is because he works for them and is the left arm & hand of the NWO.

Yeah, reinstitute all States Sovereignty, develop State Military’s and engauge and shoot them down.
The governor of each state should impliment Sovereign State Airspace over their state and shoot down the bastards with air to air missiles.
After a couple of hits, they’d get the message.
Otherwise demand and REQUIRE a ratification to the Constitution with an above board program which clearly states what the chemtrail program is all about and exactly what they are up to.
Although there was some mainstream news about lasers being aimed at planes from the ground and they passed a law making it illegal to shine a pen laser at a plane. They probably have sensitive equipment onboard they are not telling us about and someone should do some research on that.
Sooner or later the comon person will be able to lay hands on inexpensive devices such as Tesla technology needed to produce EMP that will knock their lights out. Where there is a will there is a way and if the NWO keeps f’n with everyone, someone will figure out a way to stop them dead in their tracks.
I think their biggest fear is a strategic EMP at orbital altitude, perhaps dozens going off at the same time coming from Iran, because this would totally debilitate their communication network for years. A good solar storm would also set them back.
The good people of earth need to stop these bastards by any and all means.

Even if warming is man made, and it is not, man made cooling will be worse. Warm moist planets can support more life than ice cold dry ones.
Could this be their genocide? I think a bio attack on the population could get out of hand even for the NWO. Chances of mutation of contagion and immunity are too high – they would also have to take their own vaccines.

In rhode island, i get chemtrailed almost everyday. I mean, seriously, they do it right over my work and my house. Im talking 10 airplanes in a 20 minute span. They play tic-tac-toe in the sky with the trails. Seriously. I think they are trying to get me to do something nutty. But i won’t do it. I’ll just wear a fucking gas mask. I hate to say this. Now the msm is coming out with there lies about chemtrails again. I remember back in ‘96 they were saying they were doing it for global warming and the weather. Chem trails are the best example of denial by the public since you can see it happening.
Even if a person accepts the reality they exist. They then have to grapple with the disinformation that it is for their good.

What’s interesting is that Holdren is talking about the possibility of an artificial volcano, but doesn’t even acknowledge the incessant chemtrail spewing that is occuring almost daily.
The usual incremental pattern …
- Carry out some evil (chemtrails)
- AFTER the fact gradually introduce the idea (the need to put “pollutants” into the air).
- When everyone is comfortable with this “new” idea disclose what you have been doing all along (as some point the conversation will turn from volcanoes to chemtrails).
- Ratchet up the evil to even greater levels.
We’ve seen this same pattern with FEMA camps, with the NAU, with a global monetary system, with warrantless syping on Americans. They use it over and over.
My own take on Chemtrails is that the aluminum compounds are acting as an adjuvant for a forthcoming bio attack. Aluminum is used in vaccinations to make them more effective.

My little cousin used to work on a base as a sales clerk and told me that Raytheon trucks were bringing in some kind of chemical for the spraying. The 1996 1st Kyoto conference banned CFC’s. This was to save the ozone layer. The greenhouse effect at that time was not considered the first prioity. Documents stated that the loss of the high level ozone layer would continue after ban more then 50 years. The chemtrails may be for the radiation protection. Check these documents for CFC’s and 1st Kyoto conference. I believe they are fools regardless. They are Fascists for many reasons. I will never trust big government.
I worked to help ban CFC’s. The chemical was a catalyst. Look up catalyst. The danger was radiation coming through the holes in the upper atmosphere.

Yea, I remeber the 80’s hole in the ozone-sky is falling hype too. If you’ll also remember they said it would take 300 years to fix even if we stopped at the time. So why are they now saying the big hole is fixed and gone??? They also didn’t tell us that bacteria on the ground and in the ocean have lived off of CFC’s for millions of years. And that when we banned CFC’s we started killing these bacteria on the ground and in the water. And guess what these bacteria did with the CFC’s. They ate them and transformed them into oxygen which was then released back into the air. So by outlawing CFCs, we stop the production of oxygen by these bacteria, and since it was mostly ocean bacteria doing the majority of the job, we began killing the oceans.
Now, think about what AJ says about them trying to blow up the atmosphere back in the 60’s, lighting up the sky with over 50 bombs. If it had worked, the sky would have rained down fire from the heavens. Well Revelations tells us we will experience this before the end. Think they still plan on trying that one and succeding??? I do! Also think they plan on lighting up Saturn. A new sun for a new age!

One of the factors that hasn’t been discussed is the issue of “sour” crude–i.e. crude oil with high sulphur content. The chemtrail program provides a way to dispose of this problem that the oil industry is grappling with.
The ability of dispose of sulphur could be a factor in the lower price of crude, together with the depression, introduction of hybrid and electric autos, re-emphasis of public transportation, more affordable car-sharing, etc.

Why should any of us worry?
We have assholes making miniature black holes using particle accelerators and casting/discarding them to earth’s gravity where if they survive, will drop to the center of our earth. No one knows what will happen, the tiny black holes might evaporate, or they might begin consuming the earth’s core and grow.
No one knows what will happen but they want to do it anyway, regardless of the risk. Give them enough tries and this is like playing poke your sweetie without a condom and sooner or later we all know what will happen.
If not a black hole that devours the earth, then chemtrails that turns the earth into a frozen planet, or live DNA in a mandatory vaccine that goes on to cause the mass extinction of mammalian life on planet earth.

i live in new jersey and they have been chemtrail spraying heavely for the past 2 months everyday.. what i dont get is why are they spraying when its raining .. one day last week i was outside and it was raining and i seen a small patch of open sky and all i seen was about 6 chemtrails over the rain clouds.. i find that odd that they are spraying when its raining becouse the natural rain clouds should be enough to stop the warming of the day.. i personally think chemtrails are to blame for the meds and chemicals found in our drinking water and i also think cancer and other diseases could be linked to these chemtrails.. the government must be stoped!!!! I even tryed callin EPA and the white house about government jets spraying chemtrails and all they do is ither say we have no idea what your talking about , or they hang up and sometimes they even laugh about it…

It is about time everyone LOOK UP…and wake up to what has been going on for a long time, but especially heavy GEOENGINEERING…and under the guise of ‘pesticide spraying’ in the last eight years or so. I invite ANYONE interested to come to the foothills of Sierra Madre, CA READY TO LOOK UP AND OBSERVE FOR YOURSELF! Do you have the courage to confront evil? This is it at it’s finest! I know, I LIVE here, and we get a daily dousing of CHEMTRAILS and other ‘particles’ that rain ’smelly brown spots’ on our cars not easily removed…and can take the paint off with scrubbing. But hey…dont take my word for it…we have plenty of activity up here for anyone to see. All kinds of jets and white planes delivering this crap…and it has been a long time since we seen a true blue sky.. The color of our sky at it’s best is light hazy blue white to totally gray.
The planes like the SUN, and when it is strongest we get doused even more, as the chemicals react better to heat. I have all the symptoms of those mentioned in above article and this is NOT SCIFI…this is for real folks!
