They lost their spiritual connection [body, soul & spirit - they still had body & soul but spirit was gone] and the right of rulership on that very day. When God said don't eat of "every" tree in the garden. The tree of good and evil they were forbidden to eat. But they did! From hence forth the devil gained control of the "kingdoms" which means power structures etc. And the spiritual death that happened on that day was restored to mankind on the day of pentecost. When it became available for those who believe to get "saved", "born-again" but the kingdoms remains in the devils control until the return of Christ. My mother was one of the original JBS members. The mudslinging was unrelenting, and the JBS was synonymous with Senator Joseph McCarthy (who I don't think was bad, by the way, but many people did thanks to the media.) They're still around, and deserve to be recognized for their work. They can really lead people, especially now, as many more are waking up. Yes, I know what you mean. Indeed, the Democrats in the 1896 election would have abolished the gold standard. They were narrowly defeated due to a few factors that improved the economy and therefore subsided opposition to gold. One of them being the discovery of more gold. However, the problem is the monetary system itself - it is based on corruption. No variant of the monetary system can escape it.
