In the small town where I live, I know for a fact that at least 300 + people lined up
like good little sheep for their flu shot. NOT me or my family. Have never had one
and don’t intend to start now. I have had the opportunity to quietly talk to several
people here that have either had it themselves or their children have had it with very
bad results and they have all told me that they will never have the seasonal flu shot
again.
I will continue to use lemon, honey(raw) and garlic for a homemade and very effective
cough syrup and antibiotic. Lemon and honey reduce fever, garlic(fresh) is a powerful

I really want you all to wake up, so we could move towards solution. All this indefinite making and selling of dvd’s to gain web hits is not enough. The numbers are in the millions. There needs to be co-ordination.

Wow… if you didn’t notice… the lady during “her” interview… was badgering him to say something so they could spin it as “conspiracy theory” as a way to discredit them on the news. She asked the same question 3 times barely differing in order to get him to say something like… “we want to people to believe “X” “… that way the news lady could go back and say “these people are nuts… they want you to believe this “X” that is based on nothing”.
Very good job guys in keeping to your guns and making sure that the “TRUTH” gets out. You can see just what i mean by her actions off her own camera with her snide remarks towards them.

i am “awakening” as of the past couple of days. i NEVER watch the news or read the paper, so i’ve been in the dark completely. i’ve ALWAYS had a “big-brother/conspiracy” mentality, and all of the information that i’ve been flooded with at truth-nwo.com and 2 days worth of tunnel vision researching has left me more confused than ever. i have always believed that a select group of individuals ran the country and dictated world events for personal gain, but how am i to know that all of THIS information from the alternative media isn’t somehow a grand design by those in control also? HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN YOU AREN”T BEING DUPED? i mean, i’m sure there are contingencies in place for WHICHEVER choices you make that benefit THEM solely, but how do you know which is best for you? for me/US as a country? my family? please dont flood me with a lot of information, i’m drowning already. i’m ONLY stating what’s on MY mind.

You need some downtime.
One can not absorb the whole thing all in one go…..it would drive you mad.
Forget about trying to learn more for a few weeks….let it all sink in.
Let your gut feelings rise to the surface.
When your feeling much more stress-free and rested, then dive head first (1st) back into the midst of things.
Repeat as necessary until the shock of the whole thing has worn off.
Otherwise you will leave yourself stressed out and have a compromised immune system.
…Not good at this point in the game.

I completely understand you confusion and the overwhelming feeling due to over research at the beginning. I have been there and so have most. Feel comfortable and hopefully eased in knowing that a tremendous amount of research has gone into the vaccine issue by myself as well as others. Still, you must make your own mind up. I flipped sides only once and that was due to my paranoid instinct (at the beginning) kicking in and believing that maybe the gov. wanted me to refuse the vaccine as a double psychological ploy to kill me. You know, allow the bad publicity to filter so that we chose not to take the vaccine all the while they know it will mutate and kill. Well, I’m here to tell you that what makes my mine up for me are two things.
1. No one gets to tell me what to put into my body or my families. The more they push this the more a red flag goes up for me.
and
2. There is a document 50 times the mercury in the vaccine that the FDA deams as safe limits.
That is why I say No. I hope your research, religion and gut leads you down the path of the right choice and I mean that with the most compassion possible.

If you aren’t getting out and getting some sunshine on your skin, you need to be taking vit D 5000 units per day. They sell it at walmart. There is evidence that people deficient in vit D are the ones hit hardest by the flu. This is why the flu gets bad in deep winter, when people get the most deficient in sunshine and vit D. Get plenty of vit C and vit A also. If you get the flu, you need to stay hydrated with 7 up or Ginger Ale and Chicken Soup. And you need bed rest. Don’t worry about fever. Fever is the body’s natural defense mechanism. Chicken Soup is old remedy for the flu. Good homemade Chicken Soup should have plenty of garlic and onions in it, as well as good sea salt and pepper and other herbs. If you can’t keep the solids down, at least eat the broth off it.

Vitamin d3 is what happens after your body breaks it down. That’s all. Sunshine, pill form, even milk has vitamin d. Should also take vit c and a as well. All are anti viruals and will help you in not getting the flu

a good multivitamin is an easy way to make up your nutrient gap. additional vitamins and herbs can also be taken, but a multi is the quick and easiest solution. (not cheap s--- like centrum and one a day. get a good one that actually absorbs and has MORE than the RDA amounts.)
the RDA scale was created in the 1940s and is a reflection of what a human body needs for minimum survival. it does not take into account our modern processed food diets, active lifestyles, or medications.

5000 units is way to much man, between 1500 to 2000 units, i’am a nurse so. The thing with vitanmin d is it is fat sol so it stores in your liver and could build up. If you are a healthy person and drink milk etc etc then the above mention units is well with in the limits of safety.

Gatoraide is a scam. You get all the salts you need from bouillon or broth from soup, and the main thing you need is water. 7up or Ginger Ale tends to stay down better than plain water. It won’t hurt you. I’ve seen plenty of athletes get bad cramps, even though they drank Gatoraide. The problem is they don’t ever salt their foods, and probably eat alot of junk food. Sea salt is probably the best salt, as it has all the trace minerals in it, but of course, plain salt, sodium chloride, is the main salt you need. Campbells condensed soup works. But it would be wonderful to have homemade canned chicken soup, made by cutting the head off an old hen or rooster, plucking it, gutting it, and cutting up the whole chicken and boiling it long, removing the bones, adding sea salt, black pepper, onions, garlic, carrots, and other good herbs.

As of right now (this minute) the news is running a segment on the CDC about the vaccinated people are being watched for adverse reactions. They will then determine if these adverse reactions are real or not.

i got the flu ,swine flu?it feels bad ,but i have no health coverage and lost my job,the doctors is off limit to me and i dont need to go to the hospital and deal with some huge bill i cant pay,and i have never been on welfare or things like that ,i cant even buy food yet pay some medical bill.so ive been eating dried hot peppers to open up my stuffed up nose,i have some grate fruit seed extract left over a few drops every few hours .i have some vitamins c ,i picked some mullein herb and rose hips making into a tea.i have some more supplements and herbs left over from when i had some cash,im going to have to take some .these things i have been taking seem to be helping me out a bit ,so lets give western medicine a BOOT UP THE ASS!

I have had some success snorting low % food grade h2o2 as a mist from a spray bottle (0.25% – 1%). In fact, after a persistent stuffy nose and a day of h2o2 I did a good spray before bed, woke up the next morning and shot out a blood clot that the virus might have been feeding on. I’ve been more clear ever since! If you prefer not to run the risk of oxidizing healthy cells, I read an interesting article that said snorting dissolved B12 (cyanocobalamin, with the cobalt) in water can attack and disable the virus. Avoid protein – it feeds it – eat veggies for a few days or simply fast. Also check out Google for “spicy tomato tea” – there’s a nice recipe at EarthClinic. My sister was getting sick and drank 2 cups and the sickness went away in ONE day. I think I was too far along for such a good result, but had good success with the h2o2 at beating my persistent sickness. Good luck!!

youre crazy. You dont fast when you have the flu you load up on carbs as much as possible. Simple nasal saline rinses 3 times a day will blow all that junk out. Remember it all starts in the nose. You have to beat it then, before it goes down to your lungs. 3000+ mg of vitamin C works just like a decongestant, then 1000 every couple hours. Rinse rinse rinse your nose out to stop it asap. Vitamin C is the cure here people that simple.

Ask yourselves this question: why are colds and inluenza seasonal? Why do we only get these illnesses in autumn and winter? If Swine Flu is going to pose a problem in autumn and winter then the virus must have been out there during the summer months. If it wasn’t then where was it?
Was it on holiday? Planning to return in the autumn and infect you all?
For it to cause a problem in autumn and winter it HAD to be out there during the summer. But during the summer you didn’t catch it, or need a vaccine.
The answer is that during the summer months the sunlight is stronger, you wear fewer clothes and your skin produces large amounts of vitamin D. In autumn and winter the days are shorter, the sunlight is weaker, you wear more clothes and you spend more time inside.
As a result your skin produces a lot less vitamin D which is central to a healthy immune system.
In the days before vaccines people had a large spoonful of cod liver oil every day, which is rich in vitamin D!
The thing is, vitamin D is not found in too many foods in large enough amounts to replace the huge amount your skin produces in summer.
So you become deficient and suseptible to colds and flu.
That’s why they are seasonal illnesses.
That’s why you don’t need a vaccine.
Just take vitamin D supplements and if you do catch a cold there’s good news. Nature provides lots of naturally occuring antivirals…
Garlic, green tea, white tea, and best of all, eucalyptus tea.
Several friends of mine have had flu like symtoms in recent weeks and I told all of them to eat garlic and drink eucalyptus tea.

Well here in Ohio just this moring a special news anousement on H1N1 a 14 yrs old boy has died. I am truly sorry for the parents loss. But I called chnl 10(CBS) to ask them to be sure to mention that 37,000 people will die in the US this yr alone,from regular infuneza and to see if they will give any of those parents a special news broadcast. At 10:00 am they will have a special news anouncement on his death. Wow and I just got off the phone with chnl 4(NBC) and they are running the same story so asked them if they where going to mention the 37,000 who die every yrs. Well the answer was What ever the health department tells them to say. And said thats just it it”s what ever they say,won’t you tell the truth. Gee imagine she hung up on me. well lets see what chnl 6(ABC) says, well they were nice enough to transfer me to their comment line. I got to leave a message on a recorder. Guess we’ll be hearing the truth from them. who nows maybe they will run a segment on the other flu, you know the one that realy kills.

I think the 37,000 number is inflated. Wasn’t the CDC reporting around 7000 deaths per year up until now?

Anyone who takes an untested vaccine deserves their own stupid fate!!!
The vaccine is the killing device.
This whole dilemma is the Big Pharma Bailout. Thus, why no matter how bad the adverse effects are, you can not sue them. It’s just pure profit to Big Pharma.
I am 53, healthy, and have never in my life had any flu shot, and I damn well will not start now.
If we don’t get rid of the Federal Reserve System and their minions, they will not stop until a good portion of the USA are dead!

I live in Norway, and have anyone hard if there is dangerous to take other vaccines than the flu shot? I can get the polio vaccine now if i want, and I’m unsure if i do.
