Think Government Is Corrupt? You May Face 10 Years In Jail 080210top2

Subversives who think government is corrupt and should be controlled by the people face 10 years in prison and a $25,000 dollar fine if they fail to register with authorities in South Carolina, in another chilling example of how free speech and dissent is being criminalized in America.

The state’s “Subversive Activities Registration Act” is now officially on the books and mandates that “Every member of a subversive organization, or an organization subject to foreign control, every foreign agent and every person who advocates, teaches, advises or practices the duty, necessity or propriety of controlling, conducting, seizing or overthrowing the government of the United States … shall register with the Secretary of State.”

Of course, the right to overthrow a government that has become corrupt, abusive and completely unrepresentative of its electorate is enshrined in the Declaration of Independence – that’s how America came to be a Republic in the first place – advocating or teaching that the people should “control” the government via their elected representatives is a basic function of a democratic society, but this law effectively makes it a terrorist offense.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness,” states the Declaration of Independence.

Under the sweeping terms of the law, members of tax protest organizations, the Tea Party movement and the States’ Rights movement based in South Carolina are all domestic terrorists if they fail to register their dissent with the authorities.

It is important to stress that the notion this law somehow only applies to “Islamic terrorists” is completely at odds with the fact that federal and state authorities now consider the main terror threat to be from informed American citizens exercising their constitutional rights in opposition to the big government agenda they are being subjected to.

As we saw with the MIAC report and a plethora of similar training manuals which were leaked over the last decade, police are being trained that libertarians, gun owners, Ron Paul supporters and anyone who is mildly political is a domestic extremist and a potential terrorist – these people are the real target of the subversives list in South Carolina.

The infamous Phoenix Federal Bureau of Investigation manual (page one, page two) produced in association with the Joint Terrorism Task Force listed “defenders of the U.S. constitution” and “lone individuals” as terrorists. Will anyone in South Carolina who defends the Constitution, the very bedrock of what America stands for, have to register with the authorities unless they want to be locked up for a decade?

Of course, since nobody is going to register as a “subversive” with South Carolina authorities, their failure to “comply” with the regulation will later be used against them as a means of eliciting criminal charges, in what represents a clear end run around the First Amendment.

The government isn’t going to just come out all guns blazing and ban free speech, they are simply going to make anyone who refuses to register for permission a criminal for failing to adhere to a separate mandate.

Just like people in places such as New York and Chicago were told that they had to get a license to purchase a gun – at first the process was a mere inconvenience but now the licensing process means they have to jump through 200 flaming hoops and the second amendment has effectively been outlawed in these cities.

They won’t hesitate to pull the same tricks with the First Amendment, and it’s already happening with calls to license Internet users and force them to get government permission to run a website.

History of the Bilderberg(s) family:
The Bilder family are originally from Yorkshire England and have a long history of being stone masons dating back to 1100 and were a large part of the secret society of stone masons to create a union to get higher wages. They also built several Churches in which they used to hide their wealth over a period of time since they plundered old tunnels and vaults they had once built and kept a detailed record of for Royalty, thus they hid their stolen wealth in places where no one would ever think to look.
Although the Bilder had never reached any royalty status, they used royalty for their own benefits including charging them more than the work was worth, exchanged work for land, and even offered to defend royal estates for exchange for land and wealth at the expense of other stone masons lives that were lost during such battles.
They married into the Berg family in the 1500’s who were from the Netherlands and they were wealthy at that.
There is a mysterious story which still is in question today, but one such document holds a key to what happened to King Philip during the 1500’s and his unlikely death which was to be believed it was because he lost the entire treasure of England in a Swamp, but a particular document that is rumored to be held by a collector is still saying it was robbed from the King in the area of the swamp by stone masons in a revolt that they were taking the treasure as payment for building most of Philips new castle which they claimed he never fully paid them for. The treasure was never recovered and at a time of such revolt, the King had no great army to go and fetch the treasure back from the rebel stone masons. King Philip was poisoned and died several days later.
Some of the items such as the gift the King of Prussia gave to the Queen of England are still found to be sold among very wealthy collectors. This in fact shows that the document was in fact showing proof that such treasure was stolen and not lost.
Upon which over time as the stone masons built secret tunnel networks, secret vaults and passageways, they had kept a detailed record of such in that a time when a King or Queen no longer was alive the treasure or possible treasure could be retrieved at a later date without anyone else knowing about it. The stone masons increased their wealth over time to become richer than some of the Kings and Queens in the Empires by just looting what was left behind and kept secret by past rulers.

Having married into the Berg family (who were Jewish) from the Netherlands, which was another wealthy family at the time they started to build their empire upon which they imagined would be creating the stone mason empire upon the world. Most of the bilderbergs have some delusional goal that they are to rule the world as the stone masons from their past once built castles that they would now build the world empire in which they would rule over. So they live by their name, stone masons of the mountain now is believed by themselves to be the stone masons over the world.
The family history may be missing from the Internet, (you have to look through a lot of books and historical documents) but it is not questionable if the Bilderbergs are highly supportive of the VanDen Berg family, which had some political and military offices in the US over a period of time. Including such offices in the CIA and senate positions. Hence the Bilderbergs support even distant cousins in such a way they think it will benefit themselves in the long term.

It may seem as if this were all a fantasy, perhaps even far fetched to somehow be a movie script, but by putting all the pieces together and realizing the final result is in fact they are a delusional family that live by their family name, that they depend on witchcraft and satan to lead their family and strongly believe the evil they do is for the best for all mankind once they rule the world.
Their belief is their honor, that they will only take care of their family, do what it takes to get what they want, use anyone or sacrifice anyone to meet their goals. Even sacrificing other Jews in world war II for gaining control of the world when they supported the Nazis, using any political or military office to obtain their goals even secret agencies, and they have tried to perfect the ability to manipulate and decieve people in order that their goal may succeed. They use other wealthy families who have the same goals in mind such as the Rothchilds, any President of the US or any other Country, any Royal families that can be convinced the world is too populated such as the Queen of the Netherlands, and anyone else who believes that the weak and sick have no right to live. Their libraries include such material that include anything about depopulation for a cause, ruling by fear and manipulation, writings from Stalin, Hitler, past and present philosophers that recite the same, and the list goes on.

How the Bilderbergs are able to manipulate countries and rulers to help them is probably through convincing such interested parties that they will have a piece of the pie and control a part of the world by helping the Bilderbergs. This is only how I can see the Bilderbergs having such security forces around them from various parts of the world including secret service, Israeli military, and others. The Bilderbergs are not royalty, but have better security around them than even the Queen of England or the President of the USA. Nothing else explains it.

The Fed declared record “profits” last year and passed around 90% over to the US treasury in tax. Cha-ching!

The real point about central banks is that they create money out of thin air for the benefit of commercial banks and government.

The Fed buys/sells commercial bonds from banks and treasury bonds from the government .

They don’t just “manipulate” the market. They ARE the market.

I have always done my best find a good CPA for my small business. Now, I am being audited for 2007 stemming from a CPA and his sloppy work. I have to pay for business disruption, intrusion and possibly taxes on top of 2009 taxes! Representation has taken the auditor away from my home and office and into the new accountant’s office. If your small business is ever audited, know your rights. If they just show up at your door or you don’t have representation, than please by all means VIDEO TAPE THE AUDIT! Like any bureaucracy, the machine cannot run without the lower and mid level flunkies. Eliminate this strata of operatives and the machine screeches to a halt. This however takes unity of purpose and a certain amount of courage. It wouldn’t take much for the cowards in government employ to refuse to go out and terrorize the citizenry knowing they might not fare well.

I don’t want to overthrow the govt. What would we get? IMHO, more of the same. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. What I would like to see is that they all be born-again believers in Jesus Christ and begin loving their neighbors (us), and using their own resources to care for the poor instead of stealing from the rest of us. Morality can’t be legislated, it has to come from the heart. We should be praying for them to come out of the satanic system of webs of lies into the truth. The only situation that will bring about any kind of GOOD change is for someone bigger than the NWO to call them on the carpet. Only Jesus has that kind of power. They are people, just like us, and need a savior, otherwise hell is their destiny.

Simply put, it is the RIGHT of American citizens to dismember the U.S. Government if it becomes an abberition. It says so right in the Constitution – or did the “RETARDS” forget how to read and interpret beyond what they want? I wouldn’t do it, nobody can make anybody do anything. You’re exactly right. He’s going to keep His covenant with Israel – and with those gentiles who love Him, because HIS reputation is on the line, not because we deserve it. God allows events to come to pass, wicked things. He doesn’t orchestrate them. Even satan is only allowed to do certain things. He has to get God’s permission. If it were up to satan, he would have destroyed everything and everyone on the earth long ago, because he hates what God loves – humanity. I’ve only been God’s child for 39 years. I can’t fathom His mind, why He allows suffering. We live in a sin-cursed world. But we can sure believe this one thing… He suffers more than any of us, because every sin humanity commits is towards Him even more than towards another person. The atrocities committed in His Name, by those who arrogantly think they have authority, and to whom God will say “depart from me, for I never knew you.” That is the synagogue of satan you referred to. WE who love God have to help the poor, because the “elites” won’t spend a dime of their money to feed a starving child. They want that child dead – depopulation – remember? So that’s what I’m doing with my life. Tactical, you need to do some more research. You’ve been had by a satanic lie. Jesus is alive and well. Roberto Salarion is just a man, not the son of God and he himself is deceived. Accounts of Jesus being seen historically in His resurrection state even by people who don’t claim His divinity attest to His resurrection. I’d rather err on God’s side than a mere man. Bob I went and posted something like this on your website. Petitions and rallies, and such like activities towards this present government are falling on deaf ears. Obama and his cronies and puppet masters have closed their ears to the masses, and proclaimed themselves gods in their own minds. I don’t believe it will be too long before we’re forced to bow to them in reality, at gunpoint if necessary. I can only do what one person can do, so I’m doing that. It’s up to those of us who still have some respect for God to feed the poor and obey the rest of His commandments. The NWO as we well know, won’t spend a dime of their money to feed a starving child because their aim is depopulation. These people are caught in a web of satanic plots, and the sad thing is they really believe they are right, or they wouldn’t be doing the atrocious things they do. It’s going to take God almighty Himself to overthrow this NWO, and it will be a bloodbath. Theirs. We can’t legislate morality. That has to come from inside the heart, so praying for them is going to accomplish more than storing up bullets. While we’re at it, we’d better pray for this world. This world system is headed for destruction, and people are drowning in it. It’s up to people like us to pull as many out as we can. I can’t save the world, and it would be lying to say even if we band together we could stop tribulation from coming. I can’t change the NWO, but I CAN wake people up, feed them and lead them to Christ.

There is something that the public can do to fight the South Carolina fascist regime.

1. No tourism. Every patriot needs to cancel any plans to ever go to that evil state, and should let the tourist board that they will boycott this place until the law is repealed.

2. Move out of South Carolina, if you are not held down by family and mortgages, and let the chamber of commerce know you are leaving because of this evil law.

3. Boycott all goods and services from South Carolina. Hit those Nazi-roid heads in government in the pocket book and maybe they will get a clue that outlawing your opposition does not sit well with citizens of this country.

4. Challenge this vile law in court and take it to the Supreme Court. If the old robes decide that this law is just, then a march on Washington by a billion people might change their fascist minds.

Most people don’t get it. Those ‘elites’ don’t live like we do. They don’t have the kinds of worries we do; mortgages, car payments, outrageous medical bills. All their needs are well cared for. I’m sure Hillary makes more in 5 minutes than I do all year. She sleeps very well at night with the secret service protecting her every breath. The elites have so much money they don’t need ours. This is more about setting up a two-class system than it is anything else. They don’t WANT a middle class that can afford even occasionally, something they have, like a nice dinner out once in a while or a vacation. They won’t be satisfied until we’re eating dirt cookies like the Haitians, and half naked because we can’t afford decent clothing. The other two suits were filed by U.S. Veterans who got sick too late to claim a piece of the $180 million settlement with makers of the chemical in 1984. In 2006, the Supreme Court deadlocked 4-4 on whether those lawsuits could proceed.

The appeals court ultimately said no to both. In one case, the court said companies are shielded from lawsuits brought by U.S. Military veterans or their relatives because the law protects government contractors in certain circumstances who provide defective products.

In the third suit, the appeals court ruled that the companies could transfer claims from state to federal courts.

Government shut down as DC, region dig out of snow

WASHINGTON (AP) – Federal workers and school children got a day off Monday as the Mid-Atlantic region dug out from as much as 3 feet of snow that made travel nearly impossible and knocked out power to tens of thousands of people.
Federal agencies that employ 230,000 in Washington were closed, as were many local governments, businesses and school districts. Utilities warned it could be days before power is restored to everyone.

With more snow expected Tuesday into Wednesday—as much as a foot in some places and close to another foot and a half in Philadelphia—stranded travelers wondered when they might escape the icy, gray mess.

At Washington’s Reagan National Airport, where flights had resumed after more than two days, the “on time” flights on the departure board started to outnumber the canceled ones by mid-afternoon. But many people still didn’t know when they might get out.

Mark Burroughs, the mayor of Denton, Texas, needed to be back for a vote Tuesday, but he and his wife, Annie, were on standby. They made it to a weekend snowball fight in Dupont Circle that they called “great fun,” but by Monday they were ready to go home.

“I saw on the news Thursday night that the snow was coming, so like masochists, we got on an airplane and came here,” Annie Burroughs joked.

Just getting to the airport was a challenge for others. Chris Vaughn of Washington managed to rebook a flight to Park City, Utah, that had been canceled Friday, but his shuttle driver called Monday to say the company was canceling all pickups. One cab company wanted $100 to take him to the airport, and another was charging $50 for a cab ride that would usually cost less than $20.

“I’m done with city, urban snow life,” Vaughan said, walking through the airport with his ski boots over his shoulder. “I don’t want to be part of any more of that.”

Delays and cancellations remained a problem at Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport and Dulles International Airport as well.

Travelers were having a bit more luck at Union Station, which was bustling Monday. Passengers, many of whom decided to try Amtrak after flights were canceled, stood in long lines to board northbound trains.

Among them was Manuel Bernardo, 30, of Bethesda, Md., who was on his way to Barcelona, Spain. He bought a pricey train ticket from D.C. to New York after his flight was canceled and was hoping to make it there in time to catch his flight to Madrid.

“Until this morning, I was happy as pie, because I love snow,” he said.

The charming sight of cross-country skiers gliding around monuments and people throwing snowballs had given way to images of people huddled next to fireplaces or hunched over snow shovels.

The snowbound U.S. Senate met for a few minutes Monday for the express purpose of resolving to recess for 24 hours.

Majority Leader Harry Reid, wearing a V-neck sweater over his usual shirt and tie, said it was difficult for him and anyone not living on Capitol Hill to make it to work given the minimally cleared streets and a subway system that was running on a very limited basis.

Virginia Democrat Mark Warner, who arrived from a nearby suburb in a suit and what looked like galoshes, gaveled the chamber in and out of session. The third senator present for the formality was newly sworn in Massachusetts Republican Scott Brown.

In Falls Church, Va., a Washington suburb, Jeff Patmore, 43, was digging out his Jeep. The State Department employee had the day off, but his family was running low on supplies—particularly milk for his three young children.

Patmore said he attempted a grocery run during the storm Saturday, but didn’t make it far.

“I thought my car could do anything, and I was wrong,” he said. “My wonderful neighbors dug me out, and I limped back with my pride injured but everything else in tact.”

The National Weather Service called the storm historic and reported a foot of snow in parts of Ohio and 2 feet or more in Washington, Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Parts of Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia got closer to 3 feet.

Forecasters expect highs in the low- to mid-30s for the next few days, and sunshine Monday should help melt some of the snow before more arrives Tuesday, said weather service meteorologist Bryan Jackson.

Weather service forecaster Bruce Sullivan said the next storm is expected to begin late Tuesday afternoon and go through midday Wednesday. Hardest hit could be central and northern Maryland, northern Delaware and parts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Officials say it will be several days before they know just how much the cleanup will cost. Maryland had already spent $50 million of the $60 million budgeted to keep the snow clear. In D.C., officials said they were over their $6.2 million snow budget even before the storm started. And Pennsylvania officials said they had already spent half of their $245 million winter operations budget before the storm hit.

Authorities said most public transportation in Philadelphia has resumed. In Pittsburgh and surrounding areas buses were running along more than 100 routes, but about 60 others were without service because roads were bad. Light-rail had mostly reopened. Washington’s Metro trains were to be limited Monday to underground rails, and its buses were going to operate on a very limited basis.

Greetings from the sunny state of SC, y’all…

It’s hard to understand this state if your family hasn’t been here for a while. I don’t have any special information, but having been here all my life and coming from more than seven generations of South Carolinians, I would guess…

…this state has been under a LOT of pressure to “do something” about our very permissive policies regarding gun and ordinance ownership and use. Most of you will never listen to your neighbors shooting cannons for fun on a Sunday afternoon, but I do. Our lawmakers here have been quite insistent about trying to protect these rights for the citizens of our state.

So, in SC you can own a gun, you can own a LOT of guns, you can own a bazooka and you can get together with your buddies and you can drill in a military style fashion with your ordinance. Nothin’ wrong with that, as we Southerners say. But then our lawmakers are getting hit, their opposition being funded, to try to soften these protections in our state. That’s the reason we have a tax free gun day in our state, SC lawmakers got so fed up with the intrusions and pestering that they created that day in order to make a statement about where we stand on gun ownership here in SC.

It’s speculation on my part, but I speculate that the lawmakers in SC created this ‘registry’ in response to this kind of pressure sort of the same way that a horse, when being whapped on repeatedly in order to get it to go in one direction, will turn and bolt in another direction just to distract from the issue. If you read this law it’s really not infringing on anything, and yet it’s a way to waste time and claim hey, we did something.

A guy I know filed an FOIA with the SC Secretary of State to get the info on who, if anyone, has registered under this requirement. I’ll let y’all know if anything interesting is turned up as a result of that.

Meanwhile, we may look like hicks and buffoons to the rest of the country, but I’m proud our governor stood up and tried to refuse the poisonous bailout funds, and while everyone heard about his mistress in Argentina as a result, just keep in mind that you didn’t hear about YOUR representative’s mistress or boyfriend most likely because they’re bought and sold already. And I’m proud of the people of SC for shrugging it off, saying “so what?” and letting Sanford get on with the problems of trying to figure out how to keep our state from becoming a third world society along with the rest of America.

I eat clean locally produced food and drink clean water if I stay out of the bigger cities. Most everyone I know has a garden and hunts. So, I’ll take my chances in SC over any other state in this nation when the hyperinflation hits. The benefit of being poor and self reliant as a state will be shown in the coming years, I figure.

And don’t y’all come here when things get rougher…we didn’t trade all our farms and water and wildlife for the McDonald’s culture fifty years ago, and we’re not going to be glad to save everyone else when that McDonald’s closes on y’all forever. Good luck finding your food and water, city folks! Why couldn’t more people see this coming?!

I am reminded of the 5th Amendment protections against self-incrimination. In court, you may not be forced to testify against yourself. Surely such constitutional protections against self-incremination extend beyond the mere realm of court testimony to include protections against self-incrimination by way of “registration.”

SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES REGISTRATION ACT
SECTION 23-29-10. Short title.
This chapter may be cited as the “Subversive Activities Registration Act.”

SECTION 23-29-20. Definitions.
For the purposes of this chapter the following words, phrases and terms are defined as follows:

(1) “Subversive organization” means every corporation, society, association, camp, group, bund, political party, assembly, body or organization, composed of two or more persons, which directly or indirectly advocates, advises, teaches or practices the duty, necessity or propriety of controlling, conducting, seizing or overthrowing the government of the United States, of this State or of any political subdivision thereof by force or violence or other unlawful means;

(2) “Organization subject to foreign control” means every corporation, society, association, camp, group, bund, political party, assembly, body or other organization, composed of two or more persons, which comes within either of the following:

(a) it solicits or accepts financial contributions, loans or support of any kind directly or indirectly from, or is affiliated directly or indirectly with, a foreign government or a political subdivision thereof, an agent, agency or instrumentality of a foreign government or political subdivision thereof, a political party in a foreign country or an international political organization or

(b) its policies, or any of them, are determined by or at the suggestion of, or in collaboration with, a foreign government or political subdivision thereof, an agent, agency or instrumentality of a foreign government or a political subdivision thereof, a political party in a foreign country or an international political organization;

(3) “Foreign agent” means any person whose actions, or any of them, are determined by or at the suggestion of, or in collaboration with, a foreign government or political subdivision thereof, an instrumentality or agency of a foreign government or political subdivision thereof, a political party in a foreign country or an international political organization; and

(4) “Business” includes, but is not limited to, speaking engagements.

SECTION 23-29-30. Effect on freedom of press or speech.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to authorize, require or establish censorship or to limit in any way or infringe upon freedom of the press or of speech as guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States and no regulation shall be promulgated hereunder having that effect.

SECTION 23-29-40. Organizations exempt from application of chapter.
The terms of this chapter do not apply to any labor union or religious, fraternal or patriotic organization, society or association, or their members, whose objectives and aims do not contemplate the overthrow of the government of the United States, of this State or of any political subdivision thereof by force or violence or other unlawful means.

SECTION 23-29-50. Registration by subversive and foreign-controlled organizations.
Every subversive organization and organization subject to foreign control shall register with the Secretary of State on forms prescribed by him within thirty days after coming into existence in this State.

SECTION 23-29-60. Registration of members of subversive and foreign-controlled organizations.
Every member of a subversive organization, or an organization subject to foreign control, every foreign agent and every person who advocates, teaches, advises or practices the duty, necessity or propriety of controlling, conducting, seizing or overthrowing the government of the United States, of this State or of any political subdivision thereof by force or violence or other unlawful means, who resides, transacts any business or attempts to influence political action in this State, shall register with the Secretary of State on the forms and at the times prescribed by him.

SECTION 23-29-70. Forms and schedule for filing information.
Every organization or person coming within the provisions of this chapter shall file with the Secretary of State all information which he may request, on the forms and at the times he may prescribe.

SECTION 23-29-80. Promulgation of rules and regulations.
The Secretary of State may adopt and promulgate any rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the terms of this chapter, which may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter and may alter or repeal such rules and regulations.

SECTION 23-29-90. Penalties.
Any organization or person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than twenty-five thousand dollars or imprisonment for not more than ten years, or by both fine and imprisonment.

The bill will most likely be ruled unconstitutional by the Federal Courts. The wording is so broad in their definition(s), esp. point number #1, that nearly anyone who simply disagrees with the govt on any point of view could be viewed as a subversive ! The Constitution of the United States, in my humble opinion, IS the Government of the United States of America and if that is the case, I, for one, happen to be in total agreement with it. Therefore, there is NO lawful need for me to register with anybody! What I would advocate, if it came right down to it is the overthrow of any administration who, having sworn to uphold and protect said Constitution, would pervert or attempt to undermine the same. Having overthrown such an administration then we would go back to the original intent of the framers as they meant for the Constitution to be administered.

This is not a new law, it’s been on the books for quite some time. From what I can tell 30+ years. The state legislature attempted to repeal it in 1994. The measure passed the house and senate but apparently didn’t get signed by the Governor at the time.

All it took was a 15 minute search of the SC state website to figure this out.

This is something that would be more appropriately added to a site devoted to dumb laws still on the books.

How is it that lately the “Government” thinks (now there’s an oxymoron) that it can decide unilaterally what is needed by the people it derives its power from?

Haven’t We the People seen this sort of “Government” previously? Wasn’t it at that time a Black Hole that threatened to levy huge taxes and thought it was the supreme power in the land?

What resulted from our displeasure with that form of tyranny, that type of proposed slavery?

Wasn’t it the American Revolution?

The result of the American Revolution was two precious blood drenched pieces of paper that were and are, even today, intended to prevent the growth of an all powerful government in these United States of America they are the; The American Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

When the “Government” tramples on, literally wipes their feet on these two pieces of America that’s when the directions from the Hero’s of the American Revolution tell us to go back to the beginning and Declare our Independence again from the “Government”. The Government the threatening beast that has become the monster that wants to use tyranny and taxes to fund its growth while enslaving us.

Citizens of America, we are the Constitution and The Bill of Rights. If the Government wants to destroy these two pieces of us they mean to destroy all of us. Free Men hear these words from our proud past and in the coming days deeply ponder their meanings:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. I agree with Ram. I have a copy of the constitution, the declaration of independence, and the bill of rights that I hold dear. The constitution is being violated in MA. I know that for sure being destroyed in the “family courts” who bring in interpreters I saw today and give everything to foreigners to buy their vote with our money yet treat us like criminals. So where are the constitution police? Wait…that’s every law enforcement and military person in the country. Start doing your job while we weed out the bums.
Kerry, Delahunt, and Frank next. Just not sure what order. We have to do something about the legal and military industrial complex. Jail for judges and lawyers who violate the public trust and break their own laws to get money.

hey guys , it’s not that bad. They were really nice. I just had to tell them the names of my friends , how many firearms I own , do I rent/own , any relatives in prison , websites I regularly visit , political candidates I support. Stuff like that. Once that was done , they persuaded me to agree to have some kind of device implanted in my rectal cavity. I have no idea what the hell it was , but they told me it would allow me to receive 20% off every visit to the Sizzler!! So guy , don’t sweat it. These fellas mean no harm.

The federal government tried this (John Adams administration – coaxed by a corrupt legislative), not ten years after the Constitution was ratified.

They called it the “Alien and Sedition Act”. In short, the federal government claimed the power to deport aliens and to arrest anyone who was seditious to the federal government.

James Madison and Thomas Jefferson wrote and ratified within their states the “Virginia and Kentucky Resolutions”; a 1/2 page and a 1 and 1/2 page documents (and a “must read”).

These confined the federal government to the very limited DELEGATED powers as had been intended 10 years earlier in the Ratifying Conventions that defined the meaning of the Constitution; Stating that the states had the right under their OWN AUTHORITY to “NULLIFY” it.

Here it is states: The Kentucky Resolution of 1798 – Authors Thomas Jefferson and James Madison:

“1. Resolved, That the several States composing, the United States of America, are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their general government; but that, by a compact under the style and title of a Constitution for the United States, and of amendments thereto, they constituted a general government for special purposes — delegated to that government certain definite powers, reserving, each State to itself, the residuary mass of right to their own self-government; and that whensoever the general government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force: that to this compact each State acceded as a State, and is an integral part, its co-States forming, as to itself, the other party: that the government created by this compact was not made the exclusive or final judge of the extent of the powers delegated to itself; since that would have made its discretion, and not the Constitution, the measure of its powers; but that, as in all other cases of compact among powers having no common judge, each party has an equal right to judge for itself, as well of infractions as of the mode and measure of redress.

2. Resolved, That the Constitution of the United States, having delegated to Congress a power to punish treason, counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the United States, piracies, and felonies committed on the high seas, and offenses against the law of nations, and no other crimes, whatsoever; and it being true as a general principle, and one of the amendments to the Constitution having also declared, that “the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, not prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people,” therefore the act of Congress, passed on the 14th day of July, 1798, and intituled “An Act in addition to the act intituled An Act for the punishment of certain crimes against the United States,” as also the act passed by them on the — day of June, 1798, intituled “An Act to punish frauds committed on the bank of the United States,” (and all their other acts which assume to create, define, or punish crimes, other than those so enumerated in the Constitution,) are altogether void, and of no force; and that the power to create, define, and punish such other crimes is reserved, and, of right, appertains solely and exclusively to the respective States, each within its own territory….”

Now when the “state’s legislative” begins to act beyond the powers granted under it’s own Original Compact and the Constitution and begins to oppress or lay down DESIGNS against people defending themselves against an oppressive government, then what we have is an act against Common Law Essential Natural Rights which were defined in the Virginia Ratifying Convention 6-16-1788 as a “Preexisting Right “IN” the people” a right defined as existing and “belonging to the people as if they were written within the constitution” (George Nicholas). The freedom of speech is one of those rights of course, but there is more to it than that; A power not given away to a government under an “Original Compact” cannot be arrogated after that; Our rights are not limited to the Bill of Rights but also retain all rights and powers NOT GIVEN to government under the Original Compact i.e. Constitutions in which any (state or federal) government was formed. A major difference of being a republic and not a total democracy.

See John Locke on Civil Government and Samuel Adams – Rights of the Colonists a one page summary of Locke’s Civil Government – A Right to have “that” which forms a “Equitable Original Compact”. This is so that governments cannot change laws arbitrarily (to empower themselves or other) and people can have laws that are certain, known to them, and be secure in their properties, liberties and rights.

This was clearly outlined in the US Constitution Virginia Ratifying Convention 6-16-1788 that allowed changes can be made within the DELEGATED powers, BUT that the federal government could not take “ONE STEP” outside the delegated powers, NOR arrogate ANY new powers. In other words the amendment and states ratifying powers were limited to ONLY the delegated powers. (yes, they are WAY outside their limits – the so called “ratifying” a “unenumerated” income tax is just one example – it is still unconstitutional because it is an arrogated power outside the delegated power)

Kentucky Resolution continued:

3. Resolved, That it is true as a general principle, and is also expressly declared by one of the amendments to the Constitutions, that “the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, our prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people”; and that no power over the freedom of religion, freedom of speech, or freedom of the press being delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, all lawful powers respecting the same did of right remain, and were reserved to the States “or the people”: that thus was manifested their determination to retain to themselves the right of judging how far the licentiousness of speech and of the press may be abridged without lessening their useful freedom, and how far those abuses which cannot be separated from their use should be tolerated, rather than the use be destroyed. And thus also they guarded against all abridgment by the United States of the freedom of religious opinions and exercises, and retained to themselves the right of protecting the same, as this State, by a law passed on the general demand of its citizens, had “already protected them from ALL human restraint or interference”. And that in addition to this general principle and express declaration, another and more special provision has been made by one of the amendments to the Constitution, which expressly declares, that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press”: thereby guarding in the same sentence, and under the same words, the freedom of religion, of speech, and of the press: insomuch, that whatever violated either, throws down the sanctuary which covers the others, arid that libels, falsehood, and defamation, equally with heresy and false religion, are “withheld from the cognizance of federal tribunals”. That, therefore, the act of Congress of the United States, passed on the 14th day of July, 1798, intituled “An Act in addition to the act intituled An Act for the punishment of certain crimes against the United States,” >>>>which does abridge the freedom of the press, is NOT law, but is altogether VOID, and of NO FORCE.”

“8……. that in cases of an abuse of the delegated powers, the members of the general government, being chosen by the people, a change by the people would be the constitutional remedy; “BUT”, where powers are assumed which have NOT been delegated, a “NULLIFICATION” of the act is the RIGHTFUL REMEDY: that every State has a natural right in cases not within the compact, (casus non fœderis) to NULLIFY of their own authority all assumptions of power by others within their limits: that without this right, they would be under the dominion, absolute and unlimited, of whosoever might exercise this right of judgment for them: …”

In the Virginia Resolution 1798 regarding the same issue James Madison states this:

“…That this Assembly doth explicitly and peremptorily declare, that it views the powers of the federal government, as resulting from the “compact” (i.e. Constitution), to which the states are parties; as limited by the “plain sense and intention” of the instrument constituting the “compact”; as no further valid that they are authorized by the grants “enumerated” in that “compact”; and that in case of a deliberate, palpable, and >>>dangerous exercise of other powers, not granted by the said “compact”, the >>>>states who are parties thereto, have the right, and are in duty bound, to interpose for arresting the progress of the evil, and for maintaining within their respective limits, the authorities, rights and liberties appertaining to them…”

The first point is to look at what they called these excersises of “other powers” in the act; They called them “evil”.

The second is what the “States Right and Duty” is, to “interpose for arresting the progress of the “evil”.”

The state acting in place of the federal government to prosecute people for sedition against the federal government is no different than the federal government enacting such a law. It still violates the freedom of expression.

And further it violates the people’s FIRST RIGHT and DUTY set out in the

Declaration of Independence which reads:

“…That, to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that, whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute a new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. The attempt to stifle this “First Right and Duty” with a law to arrest anyone seditious to their or the federal power is without question a “DESIGN” in writing. If the state courts do not strike it down, the federal courts should, if neither do, then the “COUNTIES” can “NULLIFY” it existing in their COUNTY, by declaring it “VOID”.

This is presented in the Virginia Ratifying Convention 6-16-1788:

George Nicholas: “….He then proceeded thus: But, says he, who is to “DETERMINE THE >>>EXTENT” of such powers? I say, the same power which, in ALL well-regulated communities (i.e. Counties), “DETERMINES THE >>>EXTENT” of “LEGISLATIVE” POWERS. If they exceed these powers, the “JUDICIARY” will declare it “VOID”, or else “the PEOPLE” will have a “RIGHT” to “DECLARE” it “VOID”…”

Evolution is a state protected religion that is similar to the mystery religion of the ancient times when man disoboyed God’s laws and started doing what he wanted without any concious regard to what’s right and wrong.

Ted above is correct; Mr. Watson omitted the descriptive phrase “by force or violence or other unlawful means” in his presentation of the law, which indeed takes most of the wind out of the alarmist sails. Further, Section 23-29-30 of the same law states:

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to authorize, require or establish censorship or to limit in any way or infringe upon freedom of the press or of speech as guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States and no regulation shall be promulgated hereunder having that effect.

The next Section, 23-29-40, reads, The terms of this chapter do not apply to any labor union or religious, fraternal or patriotic organization, society or association, or their members, whose objectives and aims do not contemplate the overthrow of the government of the United States, of this State or of any political subdivision thereof by force or violence or other unlawful means.

Is the law preposterous? Yes. Can it be easily misapplied? Yes. Is it a sign that the powers that be are growing more nervous about growing public frustration? Yes. But none of this is new. The Founding Fathers were indeed eloquent in their expression of their inviolable right to self-determination, but is there really anyone here who would expect the government to follow suit and pass legislation specifically allowing its own forceful overthrow? No.

Bottom line, Paul Watson significantly mischaracterized this law.

I do not believe that anyone wants to remove the second amendment. We as a people have way too many guns. I believe they will strip it down to where certain weapons will be made illegal. The reason in my mind that they will not just ban weapons all together is simple. This country is not like Australia, England, or any other. We have been told since the start of our great country that we are in fact FREE MEN.
Therefore I believe that if they were to take our guns there would be a HUGE number of people who would not give them up. With that being the case gun ownership would go “underground” and the people who kept them would easily be able to find each other and start some kind of resistance because freedom would have ended all together at that point.
The truth is that there will be more laws coming that will strip rights but the fact of the matter is that they will not at least in our lifetime take the guns away. I am not saying anything about preparing its always a safe bet to prepare but I feel it is not as big an issue as people make it out to be.

I think this pretty much rules out legit protesters and tea parties, unless some foreign person/company donates money to them. But then again, the state’s tend to interpret laws however they want to.

I believe we should use this against any and all legislators in S.C who attend Bilderburg or any U.N. meetings. Use it to our advantage!

Ironically, the Subversive Activities Registration Act of Carolina is so ill-conceived and poorly written that it alludes to the imprisonment of any couple or group benefiting directly or indirectly from the monitized debt of foreign shareholders of the Federal Reserve that by fiat force and control has overthrown the currency and economy of our country. Moreover, the law requires so-called subversives to register as subversives before due process proves they are subversive, not to mention the implied waiver of the subversives’ 5th ammendment right. At least this law is as amusing as it is ambiguous considering the following disclaimer of its ludicrous lawmakers that reads:

“The Legislative Council is unable to assist users of this service with legal questions. Also, legislative staff cannot respond to requests for legal advice or the application of the law to specific facts. Therefore, to understand and protect your legal rights, you should consult your own private lawyer regarding all legal questions.”

What’s worse irredeemable currency or fiat currency??

Bear with me while I explain the differences of irredeemable currency versus fiat currency. There is a subtle difference, realized only by the few.

Fiat currency is worse. Its arbitrary augmenting is decided behind closed doors. It does not need the endorsement of the open market. Fiat currencies have a short life-span as they readily succumb to the sudden-death syndrome. Irredeemable currencies are different from fiat in that they are created openly, using collateral purchased in the open market. They have a more respectable life-span. As long as the official check-kiting conspiracy between the Treasury and the Fed remains hidden from the general public, irredeemable currency may even prosper.

The mechanism of Federal Government check-kiting is as follows. The Treasury issues debt which it has neither the intention nor the means ever to repay. This debt is used as “backing” for Federal Reserve notes and deposits, which the Fed has neither the intention nor the means ever to redeem. When the Treasury debt matures, it is paid in Federal Reserve credit issued on the collateral security of new Treasury debt. When Federal Reserve credit is presented for redemption, the Fed offers interest-bearing Treasury debt in exchange. This is a shell game and it exhausts the definition of check-kiting. Neither the Treasury debt, nor the Federal Reserve credit is issued in good faith. Neither is redeemable any more than Charles Ponzi’s ( http://www.u-s-history.com/pages/h1800.html )tickets were. They are both issued in order to mesmerize a gullible public, much the same way as Ponzi did.

Treasury and Fed officials know that no fiat money ever survived any more than a good check-kiting scheme can survive being exposed.

Let’s Audit the FED and get this check-kiting scheme called the Federal Reserve Note EXPOSED!!

How on earth are these MORONS going to enforce this? It is more than OBVIOUS that these New World Order S.O.B.’s are getting nervous!!! Why would they impose something like this to begin with if they weren’t? They are MONEY JUNKIES, and like ALL junkies, they will never be satisfied. They don’t like being called on the carpet for their corruption, so they have to invent ways to stem the tide so to speak.
