Leave it up to the corporate media to deny reality. “A Michigan police officer has been suspended on suspicion of roughing up a teenager during an arrest, and the whole thing was caught on tape,” reports KNBC 4 in Los Angeles.
Suspicion? Maybe it was Derek Nugent’s doppelgänger that slammed the kid’s head against the wall. Did KNBC bother to look at the video footage posted on their website and apparently broadcast over their network?

“The teen, who was arrested on charges of violating rules outside of the Kalamazoo Transportation Center, suffered facial injuries and damage to three of his teeth, police said.”
Damage? In fact, the kid lost the teeth.
Nugent was “suspended” for 10 days without pay. Ouch, that’ll teach him. Not. He should be arrested, brought up on assault charges, convicted, and sent to the hoosegow.
But that will not happen. Because government prefers cops like Nugent to put the commoners in place, especially the poor black ones who ride public transport. Next time, maybe the cops will lose the video tape.

The teen child was obviously under age. He was terrified of this cop and for good reason. These cops are making me sick! SICK! That kid was bawling his head off and obviously terrified of police. I don’t know what he did wrong, but this kind of pain compliance (against kids no less) is nothing more than Nazi Germany from the looks of it! This cop needs to be removed and rot in a cell for a couple of years! Sick Sick Sick

No, it’s obviously apparent that the kid was being belligerent with the officer and was turning around and yelling for the officer to get off him. Slamming the kid against the wall, knocking his teeth out was definitely wrong as well, and is assault for which the officer should be punished. This doesn’t make the kid a hero. The officer was wrong as well and should be prevented from doing this again.
Aren’t officers trained in proper restraint so this type of incident wouldn’t occur? Two officers could have handled this better.

The information and evidence should be brought again before a Justice, regardless the Police and Government, will not level grievous assault charges! They have to go provide an Information to a Justice, insist the Cop be charged. Do not merely depend the police or gov. will do it;they won’t!
Take your information directly into a (Judge) a “Justice’s” office and complain to him or her!
Secondly, the youth or his parents must file a Civil Claim for damages and costs!
Afterward perhaps when people begin to make legal representaions, successfully, perhaps this is one means whereby we might start taking back our rights, from oppressive bullyboys!

Real tuff cop eh? Takes a little 16 year old kid with his hands cuffed behind his back so he can’t even lift his arms to protect himself and slams his face into a cement wall. Now the cop is suspected of “roughing” the kid up? He should be thrown in jail.
This is only the tip of the iceberg…the rest of the iceberg above the water is the stuff they have on tape that we don’t get to see, and the largest portion of the iceberg under the water is the stuff they do that’s not caught on tape.
The media I find to be the most sickening in all of this…. I’m sick of watching these government/corporate talking heads spin things around.

What you have to do is file the charges yourself which the fat fag police chief will try to talk you out of but force it anyway. Then sue this jerk on top of it and when you win damages, attach the bitches house, and anything else he does not owe money on and owns outright. Then print up flyers and distribute them all over town about what he did and make sure to do the same in other towns nearby (so he can’t get a job there) and that should ruin this creep for life.

You shouldnt resist like that kid was doing. The cop didnt mean to slam his face into the wall since he was pushing from the kids back and not the back of his head. I am appalled at the footage I have seen concerning a police officer intentionally slamming a handcuffed prisoner into a wall and continually exhibiting behavior that is not deemed acceptable. The ten day suspension without pay is tantamount to a slap on the wrist, and stinks of abuse of authority. I hope that the integrity of your office will succeed in advancing criminal charges against this officer up to and including jail time. If the situation were reversed, the young man would be off to prison without a second thought. It may be against political judgement, but right is right, and wrong is wrong. I await an answer from your staff as to the course of action that will be taken against this officer. My next step will be to contact the Michigan Bar Association to determine if a lack of attention to this criminal matter would constitute disbarment form the Michigan Bar Association. To not proceed with felonious assault charges would seem to be a mojor violation of the ethics policy associated with your office.
this is the email I sent the Kalamazoo city attorney. This seems the best step towars ensuring the officer recieves the same treatment as anyon who committs a violent assault.

Now, there is obviously a question of excessive force being used, but the police, at least here in NY, are known to unload clips into unarmed men and they get off, so this guy probably will too.

If that was me getting my head slammed. That officer would of come flying out of the next room bleeding and begging for me to stop pounding his face. Despite the problems that may arise. Under no circumstance would I tolerate that abuse without giving 200% more back. Handcuffs wouldn’t matter, you still have a head and a feet to break a jaw. If you want to see police brutality at it’s worst, just come to Chicago. They’ve gotten so bad
lately, they’re now attacking white people. Color no longer matters. Last 3 incidents of the
mad dog cops gone wild:
1) 250 pound off-duty cop named Abbate jumps over bar and attacks 103 pound female bartender
because she refused to serve the drunken bastard any more drinks because he was drunk
2) 6 off-duty cops attack 4 business men in the Jefferson Bar and Tap in the downtown area
while uniformed police officers called to the scene walked away and ignored the attack after
learning the thugs were cops
3) 42 year old cop, previously brought up on charges of threatening his own fellow cops and
given a pass, attacks 61 year old man and 50 year old female companion in restaurnat.
All of these cases have been continued several time, with the hope that the public will forget
about it with the passage of time.

Cops are not tough guys until they have 6 or 7 of them around or you’re in handcuffs, then the chest pounding begins. I had a roommate that kept hitting on my wife, and after telling him twice to stop, the 3rd time i hit on him and wound up dealing with cops. The cop that handcuffed me and put me in his car was trash talking me and so i came back with a remark he didn’t like, so he pulled in behind a building and got out of his car and put on some black leather gloves and reached for a window remote from his belt and rolled my window down and then punched me in the face while i was handcuffed and in his backseat. I said something to the effect that he was a coward for cheap-shotting me. He then grabbed his pepper spray and sprayed me in the face. The whole time he’s laughing and and asking me if i still thought i was tough. When he saw that i wasn’t going to let the pepper spray send me into a frenzy he reached in and began to choke me asking me if i had anything else to say. Cops are dirty period. They just have a “so what, i’ll do what i want to you” mentality. That incident was in 1995 and i have learned to avoid cops at all costs. They want to screw with you. They get off on inflicting as much agony as they can get away with. You have to learn how to communicate with these half-wit pigs because most of ‘em are retards that couldn’t tell you their own state capital.

It is my opinion that the cop was in the wrong. This is a warning to the law. It isn’t the cops fault. It is the courts fault. The lawmakers fault. If you want to start doling out consequences, these are the guys and gals you need to start with. If they were in fear, they may be a little more even handed. What th big problem is , the law took correcting the children by force from the parents and the schools and gave it to ploice officers whom cannot control themselves in their frenzy. The parents who who once contropl their children with corporal punishment have relented to cops who use physical force, guns and tasers. Parents are arrested for yelling at their kids, but cops can beat the s--- out of minors? If I was that kid, I’d be looking for some payback, no matter how long it takes. If it was my kid, I’d make sure it never happened again.

Do you honestly believe that judges and prosecutors are looking for dumbed down sheep that can easily be manipulated into believing that they have no power other than to agree with and take the orders of the judge. A judge who will of course protect his dogs out collecting money for his pension. The best you can hope for IF your “selected” for jury duty is to pretend your one of the sheep till the trial and hope you do not get kicked off before the end.

There was another kid charged with disorderly conduct and the judge asked the nice police man what the kid said. He said:”without that gun and badge you are nothing but a pussy”. Everyone laughed, I thought it was disrespectful to the police man because he did look like the type that had to give up his lunch money often school.
Prior to my run in with the nice police man I thought lawyers were garbage. Without defense attornies we would be in a police state for certain. They are the only people that keep kids like mine involved in a stupid little fights where no one was really hurt from a 10 years sentence.
Have you hugged your defense attorney today — they are usually the first to be rounded up.

I got arrested and put in the back of a van one night (20 years ago). The cop sat next to me and started to rough me up, I had none nothing wrong, I was walking home from my part time job in a burger bar, which got me through University. The Cop stopped me and was abusive so I just walked away – after I ignored his shouts, he chased after me and cuffed me and called for assistance.
A few years later I saw him directing traffic, after driving past him. I pulled in and thought about going back and hitting him with my car, I sat there for about an hour, but didn’t go through with it, even to this day, I still wonder if I should’ve done it. Back then, there were very few cameras.

It is interesting. The total lack of action by the district attorney’s office.
Evidently the D.A. is saying that what the cop did wasn’t a crime. After all, if it was a crime, charges would be filed.
It is however, videos and actions like this by the cops which give me hope. The police control by intimidation and fear. Not by any actual training they have. It’s all attitude. They get complacent. They get arrogant. They get overconfident.
When faced with a person who can actually handle themselves, the cops get scared. It really surprising at just how under trained the police really are.

UNJUSTIFIED VIOLENCE and unjustifiable. That kind of a head slam could cause a concussion or worse, a major head injury causing lifelong damage. When our local news reported this story they explained that “the damage to the kids teeth was not intentional so no charges will be filed”. Cool, so does that mean if I slam a cops head ino a wall and he loses three teeth but I didn’t intend for him to lose his teeth it’s all OK?

This video and the videos like it on youtube showing taser torture and such are mostly what turns these JackBoots on. They see this stuff and it makes them just want to go out and get some! I know because the hyway Patrol Cadets here in CA sit around the computer and eat popcorn laughing their sick heads off watching torture videos. They just can’t wait to hit the streets and brutalize law abiding citezens. The officer was suspended without pay for ten days, as a supposed punishment. This is in fact considered that the police department is admitting guilt. Therefore the juvenile and his parents should sue, the officer, the police department who are the officers employer, including the city which are the contractual employer of the police department. although a financial settlment maybe received, the trauma will always stay with that child. This officer should also face further charges of criminal asualt, and be enrolled in the FBI data bank, which would restrict him from ever working in another police department in any other state, or any other security force, that require an FBI background check.

It looked to me like the kid was resisting his walk down the hall…but then again he may have been punched or shoved into a wall before they came into view on the video. Either way resistance is futile. Cooperation seems to be the way to handle these wannabe thugs with badges.

There is no excuse for this type of police abuse, even if he did resist a bit, maybe he got pushed prior to that. So no excuse. I dont think he was resisting, I think the cop never thought the news would see this video. 10 days is not acceptable, this officer is a criminal and should be behind the bars and not working in front of them. Fire him, fire him and charge him with assault and hey how about gang activity when the police beat someone up, they are a gang, especially when they group up upon citizens. The problem is twofold. First off, kids today have no respect for anything or anyone. I can’t make out what the kid is saying but I’ll bet he’s not asking the officer how his fathers day was. Kids these days don’t utilize conversational skills to their benefit, they come off as smart ass as possible for effect.
Second, the police have a code that as long as no one sees it it’s ok. This is not ok. They abuse their position because it is the norm, they learn from their peers. I’ve learned from my police friends a few of the tactics that they use and it was shocking to hear of these things going on but it is portrayed in the light of “we only do it to the punks, uncooperative, bad guys”.
I have always been a “yes sir” “no sir” type of person when it comes to the police as I know how nasty they can be, and let me just say it has paid off on two occasions where my acquaintances were taken away for the evening and I was let go for being polite and cooperative. The difference was that I didn’t see anything worth speaking out about but the incident in this video is surely worth speaking out about. There are two sides to every story and the video presented here is hardly easily dismissed, there is no reason for the officer to act this way.
I will say this in defense of the police having a difficult job, they deal with a lot of disrespectful people and I do not envy that. I don’t allow it from my kids or their friends but I see it being the “cool” way to be where people do tolerate it.

Playing Devil’s Advocate I have to say:
Didn’t see what happened prior to the tape. Couldn’t hear any words. Does it looks like the cop shoved him? Yep. Does it look like the kid tripped? Yep. Could the kid have been resisting, forcing said officer to do what officers are trained to do and put him against the wall? Yep. Could the officer just have been being a dick and decided to shut Junior up the hard way? Yep.
There are a lot of unknowns, but if it goes to court and gets in front of a liberal “cops’re evil” jury then the kid’ll win. But if it gets in front of a jury with any sense the kid’ll be S.O.L. Too many unknowns to make an accurate decision. At least for me, anyway. I do like how the news always just seems to get the one shot they need for their story, but nothing as far as background or events leading up to the shot.
With the news, believe half of what you see and none of what you hear. Make your own decisions.

When an officer breaks the law he becomes a criminal.It is everyones duty to fight back in self defense when attacked by a criminal.To often others just stand by and watch.It is also there duty to intervene when this happens.I dont think rioting is the answer.What good does it do to smash and break things that some other middle class working person had to pay for.But if 300 people showed up at the police dept or city hall and demanded justice and that these thugs be treated as the criminals they are they would be forced to listen.

This is the kind of blatant case where the parents need to not just “let it go”. They need to sue for millions. Just look for a lawyer who works on commission basis. I think this ones a winner. Funny how the corporate media said, “suspected”. f--- the corporate media. A sixteen year old boy might be a little hard to handle- “BUT THIS KID WAS FULLY HANDCUFFED!!!” I think assault charges are in order for the officer, and a lawsuit against the city.

If I was a cop, I would have done the same thing. This kid has probably been caught and released a dozen times already and the kid was resisting. Maybe a good knock on the head is what he needed as a rude awakening.
This isn’t NWO–it’s tough love. This kid or one like him will probably steal you car or maybe break into your house and steal your family heirlooms. How much sympathy will you have for him then? The cops are forced deal with the f---ups of society.

We have what is called a justice system that is supposed to provide a trial and hand down punishments. Cops are there to incarcerate criminals and hold prisoners. Not hand out the punishments. You cannot have it both ways…You either support the Constitution and due process under law or you do not.
Why the serious crime the kid supposedly committed is not more clearly stated has me curious.
Did he pass-wind in public?
Did he remove his shoes and enter a convenience store?
What was the serious crime that required Jack Bauer to be present?
I know that kids can sometimes be irritating and outright offensive in their behavior but at what point do we dismiss the rules of civilized society in favor of those of a gulag?
I suppose worse could have been done to the kid but if ANY parent had done this to a kid they would have DEFINITELY lost that kid to children´s protective services.
We should look into this with an eye toward understanding why it happened and how it can be avoided in the future because if we do not the results may be far worse in the future.

If more Americans practised Attached Parenting from the beginning of the creation of their children. If the birth norm would be natural and loving. If the society as a whole would consider all of their citizens and humanity and not promoting a utopian environment we wouldn’t be in the shape that we’re in. We are Xenophobic. We thrive on religion and punishment. We have learned how to obey whatever the media propaganda machine tells us is the way of society. We sheep the sheep when they get out of line. Liberal women. Lack of hope. I moved out of the United States because the country has broken legs and is baring the cares of the world. I say we should concern ourselves less with the problems of the world and work to balance our economy and educate everyone. It is necessary to READ and comprehend the Constitution. We need to believe that the police authority are not our friends. They work for the government. Their job, misson is to imprison us. I wouldn’t take a trip to the United States if you paid me to. I might be American because of a piece of paper but, the truth is that you can move away and start a new life…clean air, real community projects that you benefit from and there are small hobby colleges where you pay small fees to listen to talks, see slideshows and really, in Europe they are open to cultures. That time of the Nazis is over. There exist such people. They really are meaningless and laws are in place to keep them from gaining momentum. I’m only a typical citizen of this Earth. What effects you will eventually effect me and my family. We need a revolution where women become housewives again. Not to humiliate them at all. But, because it works. MOTHERHOOD is a blessing. It is necessary. It is important for the birthmother to be present in the life of her child so that he/she grows up in an environment that was stable. I think that a working mother has far more stress and that stress will eventually come out of her in the form of anger and resentment. I think that she will perhaps choose work and money or become dependant on the money and the luxuries that it gives; while her child has to be tended by strangers in daycare or various babysitters. Then, their is vaccinations, hospital births vs the beautiful normal homebirth experience and I am passionate about being self reliable vs grocery stores and purchasing new things which we actually do not need. Compared to Europe whenever I have flown home to visit my family they proudly show me around the home and tell me about their new things. In Europe, the thinking about having more than one TV set in the home, or a child owning a TV or Computer is unthinkable. Not because they are poor. See? That is the way Americans think. They will conjure up images of Europeans living in homes where the walls are in need of painting or the furniture should be thrown away. That’s nonsense. The ones I know all live in beautiful homes with very nice furnishings. Much is made in the way of families. Even how Fathers behave with their children vs. the way our American Fathers behave around us is so different. So, I like what I see in Europe…am raising my children here. They are seeing that their Mommy isn’t happy with politics these days. War, war, war…where should an American go on vacation? They will all think we’re the same and have convictions in their heart about me the moment they hear me utter English / American sounding words! I’m doomed. I want to make friends here. I wish this Bush Era to end soon. Police should because sane again. I have premonitions that military will be pulling people out randomly, questioning them and just making everyday a living hell. No wonder our Western World doesn’t want to repopulate this society. Who can blame them? If I didn’t meet my husband I wouldn’t stayed single and never had children. I was in the 10th grade when I caught glimpses of Kuwait on TV and George Bush proudly announced defeat. I didn’t even understand anything. I liked Madonna music and thought about going to college. What would particularly be useful is if several people were recruited into police organizations with the sole purpose of recording video and audio of police educating the rookies on how “it is”. By the way, John, I’ve never called the police for any reason because I know you can’t be relied on. Funny, though, that I’ve been questioned twice by police in my lifetime, once when I was 14, while waiting for public transport and minding my own business. This is for John & Rutger and specifically to anyone else who is actually on this blog “justifying” tyrannical behavior.
It is quite obvious from your posts that you, along with our gracious government, actually believe the American people are stupid. You both are a disgrace. But that is one of the beauties here, we all get to speak our own minds- at least for now.
Here’s the thing, we know better. We (the fully educated Americans) fully understand what most of our military and police training consists of. Much of the training is focused on a very basic concept. Ending the threat as quickly as possible, WITHOUT IF AT ALL POSSIBLE CREATING MORE DAMAGE. We wouldn’t have many of the problems if it went back to this simple theory. (Now just so we are clear, this means physical as well as material- and this does cover both the enforcer and the target.)
Now I don’t care if this CHILD- which is what he is- was calling your Mama every God forsaken name in the book, spitting in your face, stomping your toes throwing a hissy, or whatever- uh this is what kids do from time to time. However, your insight as to your opinion is a good barometer to let us know that what you guys are being trained in is probably not the right curriculum.
If you are not trained properly as to how to handle a HANDCUFFED prisoner, you need to take some courses or go back to training. Here’s an example of how this could have been handled differently, since your having a hard time actually thinking of this yourselves- swipe his feet and control his fall (using the wall for support) to get him securely on the ground then call for assistance. If you are in a small department and try to justify it that way, here’s the solution, bring in a set of Zip cuffs in with you so if necessary to get him on the ground you zip his ankles. Wow! Picture it- he’ll roll around like a worm but he won’t kick you!! Now at this point you may throw in the argument, “He will kick at me trying to tie his legs, what do I do?, What do I do?”
Sit on his knees to get control of the legs, it’s difficult for most people to do much damage to you if there are 100-300#’s on their knees isn’t there? Which means even the smallest officer can do this And finally, since we can see that the floor is polished like many are, you can pull/drag him into the room you would like him to be in.
Here comes the good part. Now, because it is in everyone’s best interest to move this along as quickly as possible and we’d all like him to be more cooperative. You the police will be right on it making sure someone like his attorney or his parents will be contacted immediately to assist with further questioning.
OMG, all this- without slamming his head into the wall, what a concept! Now make sure if you are going to come back – Gun’s a blazin’- you compare apple to apples and oranges to oranges. Make sure same situation- cuffed, 16 y/o child, empty hallway, etc. Color means nothing, it’s happening to an American citizen.
And before you go ranting and raving about the police need the time to get the details, blow it out your pipe hole. You need to go and look up the Constitution, The Declaration of Independence, and the Bill of Rights in their entirety- we as the “People” retain the right to replace you. You obviously like many other (uniformed) Americans have been exposed to just the smallest snipet of it. After you’ve educated yourself properly about the way things are supposed to be, not what these freaks in control created, you’ll realize you are just another brainwashed crony of theirs.
Your on a power trip. We don’t need you as badly as you think we do. Go ahead do a little piggy revolt. Walk out and see what happens. Statistics will really speak for themselves then. Multiculturalism is one of the best and most effective tool of the globalists. Indigenous Americans only commit 10-15% of most crimes(less in the case of rapes) for at least 75% of the population. Just look at some crime stats and most wanted lists. Yet real Americans are being treated the same way as those “gangstas” and terrorists. They commit the crimes and security get tighter for everybody. Yet most people still defend this communist/marxist ideology as if their very lives depended on it, and attack all those that dare speak against it or its numerous negative effect.
Wake up people it’s robbing you of your roots, identity, culture and land. And by giving them a security by allowing them in your country your are forfeiting yours. The same thing is happening in every Caucasian country btw, but since the US is the heart of the globalist regime it’s happening faster than in the other ones. I suppose that police officer, supposed becons of social morality, have learned that it is standard to put a persons head through dry wall as a means of control. Dosn’t really matter the age, altho it does show blatent disregard, when a man, woman or child resists there are plenty of techniques to use that cause very little damage to the supposed criminal. I would draw your attention to the dust falling from the wall after his head is removed. Not sure how many of you out there have actually put holes in walls, but its not a meager bump that does it. An officers job may be tough, but thats the nature of that toughness…being able to control a SUSPECT without tyranny of oppression. John…your a dissapointment to our society, and you would be better off leaving our country of freedom and head to a country ruled by dictatorship. Your beliefs will be of more value there. There is no righteousness in the degradation of others on the basis of their race. People should be judged on an individual basis and through their character, not as a collective.
Just as I don’t define my God-given, natural rights through collective ideologies, neither can I logically rationalize the judgement of other human beings by their proximity to others. It’s simply not Christian to do that. So stop.
