To be honest with you L, I would not have the faintest idea. Anyone who says that they are such, don’t know a damn thing. They could contain anything mr. obama wants them to contain. I, personally though, call them chips. I heard about those devices on the highways. They scan every license plate to see if the cars are stolen or have a history, and to detect speed. This is what I heard though.
This is a nation full of greed and technology. I wonder if people of the 80’s saw this comming? Because it does seem so obvious with the technology that this country would do such a thing in this time….and much more.

The REAL ID Act of 2005 had a compliance deadline of May 11, 2008. As of April 2, 2008, all 50 states have either applied for extensions or received unrequested extensions. Why the delay and voluntarily given extensions? Because TV stations had not yet gone digital. They still haven’t due to more delays and extensions. Compliance is now scheduled for December 2009. And now, as of June 1st, 2009, these new microchip’d passport and electronic drivers license cards are going into effect as required documents for U.S. citizens to carry. It will take awhile for everyone to obtain these new travel documents so the need for the entire radio air space isn’t in immediate demand and allows for gradual implementation. We have noticed that over the past year, some sort of odd looking devices started appearing at overpasses here in Florida, specifically on the Greeneway (417) toll road. They especially noticeable around the Disney area in Osceola County. What are these devices? Are they for tracking microchips, verichips, Real ID?!
