(NaturalNews) Angry that a woman was driving a few miles below the speed limit, Donald Eichler, a 63-year-old US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agent from Connecticut, decided to drive dangerously close to her, and pull out his TSA badge while off duty and pretend to be a police officer in order to intimidate her into driving faster. Eichler’s aggressive driving and behavior was so intimidating that the woman immediately called 911 out of fear.
“He told police that he was upset that the woman was driving slightly below the speed limit on Sullivan Avenue, honked his horn a few times and showed her his TSA badge to try to get her to speed up, according to a release from police,” writes NBC Connecticut in a recent report, concerning Eichler’s behavior.
Eichler was eventually arrested and charged with “driving a vehicle to harass or intimidate,” though he rightfully should also be charged for impersonating a police officer as well, which is a felony. Eichler’s case is set to be heard on August 8 at Manchester Superior Court.

Unfortunately, Eichler’s arrogant display of illegitimate authority in this situation is not isolated — it is part of a much bigger, and growing, epidemic within the TSA. Anyone who has been reading NaturalNews throughout the past year probably knows that TSA agents repeatedly violate the law, and are collectively assuming the role of a phony domestic police force owned and operated by the federal government.
The TSA is responsible for countless cases of criminal activity, including agents stealing money and electronics (http://www.naturalnews.com/032947_T…), sexually harassing travelers both young and old (http://www.naturalnews.com/TSA.html), and even possessing child pornography (http://www.naturalnews.com/030787_c…).
The agency has also lied about the safety of its naked body scanners (http://www.naturalnews.com/032425_a…), and lied about stopping pat downs on young children (http://www.naturalnews.com/032975_T…).
And yet with its extensive history of misconduct, the agency continues to forge new ways to illegally violate the individual and civil rights of Americans, including with its new “VIPR” internal security checkpoints, which are similar to the Nazi checkpoints that were used in Germany (http://www.naturalnews.com/030596_T…).
The entire existence of the TSA is practically illegal, as the agency’s daily operations violate the provisions of the US Constitution, mainly the Fourth Amendment which protects against unlawful search and seizure. Thus, in order for freedom to ever have a chance at being restored in America, the TSA will have to be wholly eliminated, or at the very least completely reformed.
