Those and other results are blandly discussed in a discretely worded United Nations “information note” on potential consequences of the measures that industrialized countries will likely have to take to implement the Copenhagen Accord, the successor to the Kyoto Treaty, after it is negotiated and signed by December 2009. The Obama administration has said it supports the treaty process if, in the words of a U.S. State Department spokesman, it can come up with an “effective framework” for dealing with global warming.
The 16-page note, obtained by FOX News, will be distributed to participants at a mammoth negotiating session that starts on March 29 in Bonn, Germany, the first of three sessions intended to hammer out the actual commitments involved in the new deal.

An article in Space.com (1) titled, “NASA Rocket to Create Clouds Tuesday” by Clara Moskowits, Staff Writer – September 14, 2009, was unexpectedly forwarded to me today.
According to the article: “…A rocket experiment set to launch Tuesday aims to create artificial clouds at the outermost layers of Earth’s atmosphere. The project, called the Charged Aerosol Release Experiment (CARE)…”This is really essentially at the boundary of space,” said Wayne Scales, a scientist at Virginia Tech who will…study the physics of the artificial dust cloud as it’s released…CARE is slated to launch Tuesday between 7:30 and 7:57 p.m. EDT (2330 and 2357 GMT) from NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia….”
“…CARE will release its (aluminum oxide) (2), dust particles a bit higher than that, then let them settle back down to a lower altitude.”What the CARE experiment hopes to do is to create an artificial dust layer,” Professor Scales told SPACE.com. “Hopefully it’s a creation in a controlled sense, which will allow scientists to study different aspects of it, the turbulence generated on the inside, the distribution of dust particles and such.” CARE is a project of the Naval Research Laboratory and the Department of Defense Space Test Program. The spacecraft will launch aboard a NASA four-stage Black Brant XII suborbital sounding rocket…Researchers will track the CARE dust cloud for days or even months to study its behavior and development over time…If CARE cannot launch Tuesday, the team can try again between Sept. 16 and Sept. 20, 2009…”
The U.S. Navy, NASA, and the U.S. Defense Department have made a decision to conduct one or more an atmospheric tests, in order to create an aluminum oxide dust cloud without the permission and for the most part, the knowledge of the citizens of the United States. These aluminum oxide particles will eventually return to earth polluting our air, water and soils. The tests may damage the various atmospheric boundaries that protect life on earth – no one has any idea what damage this dust cloud and the testing on this dust cloud may do to our climate, agriculture, human health or the amount of infrared and UV radiation reaching the Earth.
It is time to contact elected officials today and protest this action which may begin as early as today, September 14, 2009. The Navy is already conducting warfare testing in the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans and the Gulf of Mexico and has more ranges in the planning and permit stages. Senator Dianne Feinstein and Senator Barbara Boxer noted in a June 19, 2009. Letter to Dr. Jane Lubchenco, NOAA, U.S. Department of Commerce:
“…the Navy plans to increase the number of its exercises or expand the areas in which they may occur, and virtually every coastal state will be affected. Some exercises may occur in the nation’s most biologically sensitive marine habitats, including National Marine Sanctuaries and breeding habitats…” This involves the decimation of more than 11.7 million marine mammals over five years and will increase with each new warfare testing range expansion.
TESTING IN THE PACIFIC, ATLANTIC, GULF OF MEXICO, HAWAII & ALASKA
TESTING INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
* Gunnery Exercises * Bombing Missions * Missile & Torpedo Firing * Underwater Detonations * Research & Testing * Vessel Sinking * Use of hundreds of toxic chemicals, like lead, mercury, tungsten, aluminum coated fiberglass (chaff), Airborne Obscurants like Red & White Phosphorus, fog oils, rocket and jet fuel emissions * Undersea Warfare Training Range Exercises (USWTR) * Mid and High Frequency Sonar Experiments * Both land and ocean exercises will use planes, drones, rockets and sonic booms * Other classified warfare testing experiments will be conducted in these areas.
Now the U.S. Navy has decided that these experiments are not enough and have added atmospheric testing to their test list. Once again the public has been cut out of the debate, given little or no warning, and there are no Congressional hearings planned for any of these warfare and atmospheric tests.
It is now time that we, the people, stand up and stop these tests. The Navy and the Department of Defense have to understand that they are not allowed to go to war on us and our oceans for any reason. It is time to make our elected officials aware that we are going to stand against these policies. Take action today – contact your elected officials and stop these new atmospheric tests and demand Congressional Hearings.

Oh please.
If you ever read anything about global warming, you’d know that global warming does not mean that you’ll never have a cold spell, it means that extreme weather is magnified. Cold gets very cold, hot gets very hot. Just because you’ve had one summer of odd weather, doesn’t discount the bigger picture. That’s not faith, that’s core sampling.
Now if you want to go on about how God is telling you this and that, that’s fine, you can bibleburp yourself to irrelevance, while the rest of us continue to work on a solution WITHOUT you. You are unnecessary. We can solve this issue without you.
So keep praying in your church, as that’s all you’re good for, and at least you won’t be in the way.

Yes if you put ice in a cup it will not overflow, how ever if you fill it with water then freeze it, it will expand above rim. Now if we could just freeze the two ends of the glass, kinda like N and S pole we may see a nice empty space in the middle. I suppose that middle would have to fill back in as the ice melted. Seems logical. Any nay sayers?

denmark just held it’s conference on the poor polar bears. i’d cover it for infowars but i don’t speak danish. i wonder what the greenlanders think about all this danish hype about melting ice. i heard greenland is having a dry summer and that temps are up at sea level but down at altitudes above. the price of seal skins is depressed and denmark’s subisides for them are being cut. greenland is officially part of denmark but outside the EU so they can keep hunting seals. i wonder how that works, EU country denmark subsidizes seal hunting in a territory outside the EU. i bet the greenland native inuit know what’s up with the arctic ice better than anyone.

I haven’t seen the document yet but I believe it because I have been reading many UN documents that have bits and pieces of what this document says (according to Fox.)
It’s not too hard to see where this is going: Every nation having similar global per-capita GDP’s by 2100, wealth redistribution among and within nations…
Carroll Quigley mentioned a few times in his book ‘Tragedy and Hope’ that this British group has a goal of bringing the backwards people of the world into the modern world. I can wee where AGW is being used for this because we are being asked to pay hundreds of billions of dollars per year to build up infrastructure in LDC’s.

If an ‘LDC’ does try for more autonomy it’s generally punished in some way unless VERY subservient to the West (ie. willing to perpetuate low wages for the corps to exploit)…

I admit you can say the middle class has ‘bloomed’ in China & India + others but at the expense of the ‘lower class’ (loss of land, surpressed wages). This middle class is (like the west) increasingly dominated by MEGA-CORPS…
Back to this topic… I actually see the CARBON TAX (even if (esp. from the west’s POV) concessions are given to India & China for a few decades) INCREASING POVERTY in DEVELOPING COUNTRIES (as well as the West). I see it as a WAR ON POVERTY in the cynical sense (a WAR ON THE POOR)..

Just because YOU in North America had a cool summer doesnt mean we in the rest of the world had had one too. I live in SouthEast Europe – Bulgaria and we had one of the hottest summers on record. Often the temperature went to 40 Celsius and above and that’s of course measured in the shade. These are certainly NOT normal temperatures for us at all. Today and yesterday we again had 30+ and that’s in the middle of September.
So, NO, we didnt experience “cool summer” but exactly the opposite. I just dont get you global change deniers ate all. WHAT will it take for you to finally admit the obvious?

I wrote this 911 article for people who haven’t been exposed to 911 truth and who aren’t likely to take the innitiative to research it themselves. I believe we can still reach those people. They are not going to go digging into 911 at this late date, but if they take fifteen minutes to read the article it will leave nagging questions in their mind that will not be easily dismissed. People who are now on the sidelines can still be brought into the game. They may never be first string but they could at least become supporters. More than anything, people just need a little help to wake up from their propaganda enduced stupor.
I would like to see people all over the world use it as a tool, as a handout, to put on windshields etc. I have given them to friends and family, firefighters, and police. I have handed them out outside the Clinton presidential library and on the streets in Little Rock. I have left them on windshields outside of VFW’s and American Legions’s. It has been very effective.
