U.S. Constitution vs. U.N. Treaty

Lord Monckton of England, who is a man made global warming (MMGW) critic, recently made a speech regarding a climate change treaty (Copenhagen Treaty) which he believes Obama will sign at the UNFCCC in December 2009 (1). According to Lord Monckton this treaty will subjugate America to Communist rule and will transfer American wealth to third world countries.
While Monckton is a hero for promoting truth about MMGW, and claims to have been involved in the funding of a lawsuit against showing Al Gore’s “An Inconvenient Truth” movie to British school children that resulted in a mandatory disclaimer of the movie when shown, Monckton has misunderstood a few facts about the Copenhagen Treaty.

Firstly, he has understated the necessity of getting into action now. The ’sleeping giant’ of the American masses must awaken now! (See the action list below). He also failed to mention in this clip that this IS Agenda 21 Sustainable Development being imposed in real time.
Secondly, he blames the proposed Communist One World Government upon those who “piled over the Berlin Wall”, when, in fact, the culpability lies squarely in the lap of the usual suspects- the bankers: this is a UN inspired treaty and the global warming lies are based on the UN’s IPCC corrupt science (remember that the Rockefellers fund and design most UN programs). Also, the Rothschilds have set up a carbon credit banking scheme (2). Follow the money.
Lastly, Lord Monckton unfortunately mistated that treaties supersede the Constitution and that once Obama signs this treaty, there is no recourse against the treaty other than agreement in partisan between all 50 states. This is not true, as the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution, Article IV, paragraph 2, reads as follows:
“This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the Supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.”
The Supremacy Clause has been misinterpreted and twisted to mean that treaties supersede the Constitution. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has a hand in accrediting schools; it’s now wonder that many “well educated” attorneys misinterpret the Constitution (3). It is also interesting to note that the Rockefellers have debased American education and history as outlined in G. As a result, the Supremacy Clause is misunderstood and has yet to be clearly defined, though many have tried to get a Supreme Court decision on this matter. Constitutional expert, former Sheriff Richard Mack is emphatic that treaties are subservient to the Constitution, and that many lawyers are misinformed.

Further proof that the Constitution outranks treaties can be extrapolated from the Supreme Court decision Reid v Covert, which states, “This Court has regularly and uniformly recognized the supremacy of the Constitution over a treaty”, althought the ruling was applied to an executive agreement, not a treaty.
Knowledge about the global warming scam and our Constitution are the way out of this trap that has been set for us. It will be much easier to stop this treaty based on lies now, rather than later. The future is in your hands; it’s time to stand up for our country by doing the following:

2. Then e-mail the same to your National and State Legislators, including your Governor.

whats in the bible is quite compelling to how things are ending now. I am not sure that the ending of our world in this way would have been obvious 2000 plus years ago. I am convinced the bible writers did have a vision of the future. Perhaps some of the details are inacurrate, but the basis of the bible in revelation could be sound.

Thank you “soldier” for adding that…I concur wholeheartedly with you. My wife is not really a “believer” based on several things that have happened in her life, but when I talk to her about the scientific evidence of the Galactic Alignment, solar maximum, global pole shift, etc. that is starting to happen now or will within the next two or three years, she seems to not have a problem with that. But then I tell here that much of that has been predicted in the Bible (as well as other religious texts and “prophets” throughout history). So, you may not be a Christian “2012″, which is your choice and I truly have no ill will toward you. However, it doesn’t hurt to know what the prophecies say, since they might actually give you an idea of what may happen and how to keep from being caught up in the tyranny and massive evil that is coming upon this earth. Remember, you not believeing doesn’t matter, since the elite DO believe, but they serve another master, who is NOT the same God as we serve. This will be a self-fullfilling prophesy even if God doesn’t exist, since the elite do believe and they are working to bring about the Anti-Christ system, just as Pastor Williams spoke about yesterday.

Forget the Bible…if you can. Argue all you like against tyranny and the destruction of the US Constitution (which will be of no real resistance now or in the future as things stand) I will agree with you and stand with you. Long live the Republic!

I believe in God and the truth of the Bible. However, God does not intend for us to sit on our behinds and do nothing while awaiting the tribulation or the second coming. He expects us as believers to fight evil as he would. As his creation and as his followers of all that is good and true we are required to fight with God, not sit on our duffs. The United States is God’s, our liberties are because of Him, the Constitution was based on his laws. We must use what he has given us -starting with the 10th amendment and the 2nd!

You have some truths here, but also some speculations, also. We’ve taken some accounts of some individuals even tho they may not be right. The part which 2012 called “religion” is right, but you can’t lay everything out in such a small forum as this. Feed the people slowly. The truth just scares people like 2012 away while they curse and rationalize their insecurity. Bottom line is: everyone has to make their own decision. God sends nobody to Hell. Mankind makes a choice by the way they live and how they deal with the most important question in their-everyones- lives. The Bible also says with knowledge comes sorrow. Doesn’t sound right at first, then you realize that most of the people you see in a normal day will end up in the lake of fire. That’s NOT Hell, to those who don’t know difference.
But, really, isn’t this an exciting time to be alive? We’ll get to see the end of Earth if we last a while longer.

God is very very real. To the natural, unsaved, nonchosen man, the message of the gospel is folly as scripture states. Why does basically all life have the same design? Eyes over mouth, male/female, can reproduce, etc. Common design by a common creator. Did you come from a fly, termite, or dinosaur? They have eyes over mouth. Intelligent design. Why do we have every vitamin on the planet that we need? With out them we would die. Why do you look out those two eyes when there are billions(trillions counting all of Gods creatures)? Why just those eyes, you know you are in there looking out. Thats your soul. Why cant you look out someones elses eyes, why just that body??? Think about that for a while.
If you had a superlaboratory could you personally make venom or the gland that made it? NO? then how could some dumb snake just make it for itself??? thats idiotic. Did a parrot have a genetic paintbrush and mirror and meticulously make itself beautiful or even the peacock? Grass and trees have no brains, but they have chemicals in them to feed on sunlight. If evil evolution did happen, where are all the bodies of the trillions who should have been here beforehand? Where are their grand monolithes, gigantic mountain carvings, ruins of cities??? There is basically nothing here to support past mankind being fruitful for a long time, nothing at all. Why all the different languages? If man lived here billions of years, there would be one language that we all use, just like nowadays, the different dialects and tongues are disappearing and being absorbed into more common languages.

Been Dead…I too was dead for eight minutes on March 17, 1984…I guess we see what we want…
And the I experienced nothing…no light at the end of the tunnel…no tunnel…I woke up 3 days later and was empty…no feelings for years…
I believed in God prior and prayed everyday while at church…I truly considered going into “God’s Service” and afterwards…no…
It took years for me to believe again…and today my faith is not based on a book…or what others say I should believe…
So each of us has our own stories…and “getting a little tired of all these anti-god posts”…then don’t read them…pass them on by…
It’s not your place or mine to decide what others believe its their choice and path to find or not find…
I’d rather…in the end…face my God with full knowledge that my choice to believe was mine alone…not made out of fear of “eternal damnation” or retribution…

With all due respect…I have researched it…one must know the history of that which one’s faith is based on…if one can overcome the obvious facts that….
The bible was written by man for man to enslave man…then maybe one will chose to believe…
These were the criteria for determining which books should be accepted as canonical:
1) Was the book written or endorsed by a prophet or apostle?
2) Is the book authoritative?
3) Is the book in agreement with prior revelation?
4) Does the book have a transforming effect on its readers?
5) Was the book accepted by the people of God?

I extend special invitation to you to read “90 Minutes In Heaven” Author Don Piper. He is Pastor. Was coming back from Pastoral Conference and a truck hit him causing him to die for 90 minutes. He was escourted into the courtyards of Heaven and saw such beautiful mansions and the most unusual music that persons on Earth have never heard. You would do yourself a favor to read this book. It changed my thinking on everything. I accepted JESUS as my SAVIOR, and my life has never been the same. I invite to read second book, “Return From Tomorrow” By George Richey. It also blessed me and caused my Spirit to soar. Please donot let your unbelief keep you out of Heaven. It is going to be wonderful place, no more sickness, no more death, no more tears, only PRAISES AND HONOR to GOD FOREVER, THE ONE WHO MADE AND CREATED ALL THINGS. At least, give him a chance. Would not it be better if you had believed and accepted his GIFT, than to have not believed and went to Hell. Please reconsider and give him a chance.

Pastor Murray is wrong. There are many antichrists and they include both flesh and spirit. Antichrists (plural) are anyone that opposes Christ and they have existed from the beginning of the N.T. Church age -since the advent of Christ Himself.
The term antichrist appears only 5 times in all Scripture, and they are all found in the letters of the Apostle John:
1 John 2:18 “Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that ANTICHRIST shall come, EVEN NOW ARE THERE MANY ANTICHRISTS: whereby we know that it is the last time.” -2 times
Thus, there were many antichrists (plural) even in John’s time -which was the beginning of the true church.
1 John 2:22 “Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is ANTICHRIST, that denieth the Father and the Son.” -1 time
1 John 4:3 “And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this IS THAT SPIRIT OF ANTICHRIST, whereof ye have heard that it should come; AND EVEN NOW ALREADY IS IT IN THE WORLD.” -1 time
2 John 1:7 “For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an ANTICHRIST.” -1 time
Thus “many deceivers” = “many antichrists.” Anyone who denies, refuses, or is against the Divinity of Christ, is antichrist. That literally makes for hundreds of thousands of antichrists.
You recommend “Stop listening to pastors talk,…” then directly proceed to refer us to a certain Pastor Murray. Perhaps you should take your own advice.

New U.N. treaty ratified quietly

The U.N. Convention to Combat Desertification was ratified by the U.S. Senate on October 18, but few Senators yet know that it has been ratified. Senator Craig Thomas (R-WY) introduced a package of 34 treaties, all of which were ratified by a show of hands — no recorded vote.
Initially, Senator Thomas’ office told callers that the Senator had nothing to do with the ratification. On December 8, his office called to explain that Senator Thomas just happened to be on the Senate Floor late in the afternoon of October 18 — and was asked by the leadership to handle procedurally, the package of treaties. Senator Thomas has asked the Foreign Relations Committee to explain how, and why, the Desertification Treaty was included in the package.
At the recent climate change talks in the Hague, Senator Larry Craig (R-ID) said the treaty had not been ratified, until corrected by one of his staff. Phone calls to Senator Fred Thompson (R-TN), and other Senators, caught staffers off guard: Nobody knew how their boss voted on the ratification. They could not know — there was no recorded vote.
This treaty was signed by the Clinton administration in 1994. It has been locked up in the Foreign Relations Committee since. Normally, treaties of such monumental importance are debated in committee and then forwarded to the Senate floor for further debate and disposition.
Not this time. The treaty appeared in a package of 34 treaties — most of which were single-issue treaties with single nations, dealing with stolen vehicles, criminals, and the like. The Desertification Treaty, however, is not a single-issue treaty with a single nation.
This treaty is one of several environmental treaties that emerged from the 1992 U.N. Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janeiro. One of those treaties, the Convention on Climate Change, was ratified in 1992. The Convention on Biological Diversity failed ratification in 1994. The Convention to Combat Desertification was skillfully maneuvered through the Senate to avoid the public reaction which killed the Convention on Biological Diversity.
The Desertification Treaty claims jurisdiction over 70% of the earth’s land area — virtually all of the land that is not covered by the Convention on Biological Diversity. Moreover, this new treaty creates a structure through which all other environmental treaties are supposed to be integrated under a common United Nations implementation regime.
A companion treaty is now being developed by the U.N. Commission on Water for the 21st Century. The United Nations is, in fact, creating the structure in international law and, through its extensive bureaucracies, to control the use of all natural resources on earth.
The U.S. Senate ratified the treaty on October 18, 2000 — whether or not it knew what it was doing. On November 17, the Clinton administration delivered the ratification documents to the United Nations. The United States is now bound by the international law that claims the power to dictate land use in 70% of the earth’s land.
The name of the treaty implies that it is concerned about deserts — in fact, it is concerned about all land use. To combat desertification, the treaty seeks to prevent land use that its enforcers think may lead to desertification. Converting forests to pasture, for example, or pasture to row crops, or crop land to subdivisions, are all uses that may lead to desertification, according to literature produced by the United Nations.
There is no distinction between federal land and privately owned land when it comes to land use under the jurisdiction of the U.N. The U.N. sees its role to be the establishment of policy — it is up to the participating nations to see that the policy is implemented.
The recent rash of land acquisition measures promoted by the administration and Congress seeks to get more land under federal ownership. The vast expansion of regulatory control over land use by all federal agencies makes it easier for the United States to comply with its international obligations under a variety of international treaties. This new treaty extends even further the U.S. obligation to control land use.
According to the treaty itself, no reservations can be included in its ratification (Article 37). The Resolution of Ratification adopted by the Senate contains several reservations — all of which will be ignored by the United Nations.
Withdrawal from the treaty cannot even begin until after three years of participation — and then another year must pass before withdrawal is recognized by the U.N. — assuming, of course, that there is some desire in the Senate to withdraw.

Trust me folks, we must not let any kind of cap-and-trade bill pass. On many credible (UN, academia, NGO) global warming sites, they talk about using AGW to achieve convergence of incomes of the people of the world and convergence of GDPs of the nations of the world.
Personally, I think it’s fantastic if they could achieve this WITHOUT the lowering of our standard of living and economy. But according to those sites, our way of life is unsustainable which means our way of life has to be reduced in order to share the world’s resources (STWR.org).

Our government follows the U.S. constitution to a tee ONLY where it benefits their power. For example, the constitution says that government has the power to provide a postal service and should provide it if for some unknown reason the free market fails to provide a postal service. However, the U.S. government took full advantage of the constitution to make it the sole owner of the mail business except in limited cases (UPS, FEDEX, etc.)
Its time we the people enforce the constitution on government with equal ferocity.

Cap and Trade has passed the House. It is being reviewed how to be passed in the Senate. If this passes then no doubt the current administration will sign this into law and sign the Copenhagen treaty without question for ratification in the Senate. The Senate Bill Cap and Trade must be defeated or put in question before Copenhagen whether ratification is viable with out notice of the US People.
Contact you Senators!!! Let then know you are aware and oppose any form of taxation by Cap and Trade and would oppose the Copenhagen Treaty.
If the administration signs this anyway (very likely) then the resolve is between the US Constitution and the international glolbalists that want the taxes passed on to them from the US People. And I also understand that we weren’t supposed to have a standing army…period…no need if the people were the “army”…
My fears are simple…the “militia” will be taken out long before the National Guard, Army, Air Force or Marines…get here…and I know that I personally will die before I allow the treasonous actions of a few to “hand over our Country” to any international body…
With that said…I’ve understood the National Guard as the “militia”…sorry if you disagree and think I’m “groggy”…the National Guard was…as I understand it…funded by and for the people of each State…respectively…comprised of us…”the American people”…for the civil defense of our lands…or Country…or State…

The national guard is the organized militia, as opposed to the unorganized militia. The unorganized , militia is the whole body of citizenry that does not belong to the organized militia. That leaves only about ten million plus armed citizens as members of the militia in defense of this nation. If we have the nad’s to stand up at protect it. The nation will be ours again.
Us veterans/citizens are just waiting for the right time. If we can find the guts to do so.

I was in New Orleans after Katrina/Rita. I know for a fact it wasn’t the militia doing those things. What did you see? Were you there?
I hope this was just ignorance on your part and a use of the wrong term. If you can’t see the difference between a Militia and National Guard you need to study up. The militia is provided for in our Constitution for a reason. Don’t fear the militia, support it, they are just doing their patriotic duty to stand up against tyranny. And if you don’t support it, do like the rest of the sheep and stay out of the way.

The copy of the United States Code is on the Cornell Website. Cornell simply uploaded the US Code to their site. Cornell didn’t make these laws.

I have some questions. How would we lose the Constutution, would it just disappear? Do these people who want to desolve the Constitution have any authority to dump the Constitution? If the answer is “YES” How did they obtain that authority was it threw and contract or tort? If they tried to get rid of the Constitution Would they be engaged in High Treason? If the Constitution is of “We the People” how would they desolve it without the peoples support? Does someone that gets voted into office make them so sort of GOD?
