UK ‘Spy-in-sky’ gets go-ahead despite Government promise to scrap road-pricing plan

Ministers are pressing ahead with a £10million trial of ’spy-in-the-sky’ road-pricing technology despite widespread public opposition.

Test runs will start soon in seven locations for the scheme which could result in charges of up to £1.30 a mile on the most congested roads.
Volunteer drivers will have units fitted to their cars, which will be tracked by satellite and will automatically deduct payments from a test account.
The trials are proceeding despite previous statements from the Government suggesting that it had abandoned the idea of national road pricing.
Tests are expected to take place in Leeds, North Yorkshire, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, South West London, Suffolk and Essex.
The latest technology will be used to precisely track motorists’ movements at every hour of the day.
New figures from the Government show that the bill of £10million covers only part of the tests, with further costs to follow.

The role of the commoner to regulate government is gone so it is only a matter of time for violence to erupt. Question is will the troops go with good or evil? I don’t think good will come out of it cause at least in Vietnam the troops would frag the officers telling them to do bad things and not now.

and i can tell you now! not one of my friends (and they all drive) would want this ’service’
its a complete scam! we allready pay stupid ammounts of tax on fuel, then we pay road tax, now we have to pay the ‘congestion charge’
And now they want us to pay MORE by the mile!!
WHEN ARE PEOPLE GOING TO WAKE UP AND REALISE, GLOBAL WARMING IS NOT DIRECTLY CAUSED BY US IN OUR CARS!!
WE ARE BEING SCAMMED LEFT RIGHT AND CENTER!!

Its coming to Oregon if they get their way, tax the amount of driving, you will not be able to save money. Well hopefully we are close to the end, whatever happens. Just hope we can awake more up before they really destroy the western worlds. It is also our fault for letting them destroy other civilizations for no real reason other than for their own personal gain.

The UK government are desperate to hammer motorists for any tax levy or revenue they can fire at them, because there is nothing left to tax except maybe the air we breath. If the carbon credits scheme comes in then they will have manged to tax that too. this has nothing to do with making roads safer, improving the quality, access, or newtorks of roads. this is high tech highway robbery of the highest order, and a convienient way to control and track the movements of the population. I hope the british public gets wind of this and tells brown and co where they can shove it. but i doubt it , as a collective they’re more interested in celebrity bbigg brother and x factor. stupid gets as stupid deserves………

Its time the UK started a movement of non compliance against these evil bastards. I have only recently been digging up the truth and how deep these bilderbergs illuminate etc go and how much they have invaded our lives in recent years. Yes they have been in the background for may years but what started as a few snowflakes at the top of the mountain is now a huge crashing boulder hurtling towards us and its getting bigger and faster and almost ready to crush us into submission. It is time we got organised and opened everyones eyes to what is happening. I know from the vibes and comments from people I speak to that they are waiting for such a person to rise above the crowd and be counted.
