UN Human Rights Official Wants Investigation Into US Government Role In 9/11

An official in the newly formed UN Human Rights Council has called for a fresh investigation into the events of 9/11 in order to examine the possible role that neoconservatives may have played in the attacks.
The New York Sun picked up the story today, explaining that Richard Falk, a professor of international law emeritus at Princeton University, and an expert on human rights was assigned to a new position within the council on March 26.
His role is to report on human rights in the conflict between Israel and the Palestinian Arabs.
Two days prior to the announcement, Falk appeared on former University of Wisconsin lecturer Kevin Barrett’s radio show and spoke of how he is keen to see a fresh investigation into 9/11 in order to address inconsistencies in the official account of what happened.
Mr. Falk told Barrett, "It is possibly true that especially the neoconservatives thought there was a situation in the country and in the world where something had to happen to wake up the American people. Whether they are innocent about the contention that they made that something happen or not, I don’t think we can answer definitively at this point. All we can say is there is a lot of grounds for suspicion, there should be an official investigation of the sort the 9/11 commission did not engage in and that the failure to do these things is cheating the American people and in some sense the people of the world of a greater confidence in what really happened than they presently possess."
Falk previously penned the preface to Professor David Ray Griffin’s groundbreaking 2004 book The New Pearl Harbor, in which the theologian catalogued scores of unexplained facets surrounding 9/11 and inconsistencies in the official government version of events.
Falk has also published a number of notable books and essays analyzing the legality of the Vietnam War and other military operations, including the Iraq invasion.

A year ago he played a prominent role in a Citizens’ hearing on the legality of the Iraq War as a tribunal testifier. Of the Invasion he has previously written:
"inescapable that an objective observer would reach the conclusion that this Iraq war is a war of aggression, and as such, that it amounts to a Crime against Peace of the sort for which surviving German leaders were indicted, prosecuted and punished at the Nuremberg trials conducted shortly after the Second World War."
Falk’s appointment to the Human Rights Council has also hit headlines due to the fact that he has previously slammed the Israeli occupation of Palestine and compared the Zionist government’s treatment of Palestinian Arabs to the Nazi treatment of Jews in the holocaust.
The Israeli government announced Tuesday that it will deny Falk a visa to enter Israel, Gaza and the West Bank.
Despite this and the now customary attacks from the Anti-Defamation League, Falk has stood by his comments, telling the BBC: "If this kind of situation had existed for instance in the manner in which China was dealing with Tibet or the Sudanese government was dealing with Darfur, I think there would be no reluctance to make that comparison,"
The New York Sun reports that former ambassador to the UN, John Bolton commented on Falk’s recent appointment to the Human Rights Council: "This is exactly why we voted against the new human rights council."
Bolton is clearly worried that like Falk, some of the officials within the council are legal experts that recognize war crimes when they see them and may actually attempt to do something about it.
Last month Japanese member of Parliament Yukihisa Fujita told the Alex Jones Show that a potential new investigation of the 9/11 cover-up may be coordinated by individuals within the United Nations.
It remains to be seen whether the Human Rights Council is composed of enough well meaning individuals to have a significant impact or whether, like much of the rest of the UN, it becomes a part of the establishment left arm of the global elite system.

Man if the U.N. gets involved and decides that 911 was indeed a set up of the U.S. government this could all be them getting the thin end of the wedge in.
I.E. if the government is deemed as being corrupt and needing to be replaced by the “GUIDANCE OF THE U.N.” the Bush Cheney lot could be sacrificed as pawns and the U.S. merged with the E.U. and the rest of the constitution desolved.
Remember that Bush and Cheney are not at the top of the pile and as such are expendable to the hidden hand of the elite.
It could quite easliy be done as the U.N. already controls a lot of the U.S. and they could use foreign troops to police and once your guns are removed thats it game over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gator, I knew it was an inside job just minutes after the second plane hit. I was vindicated beyond all question when I saw the 1st building fall! The other events that unfolded that day like the hole in the empty lot, the mismatched damage at the Pentagon, that flight precisions involved, building #7, and etc. synched it for me too. I told many people on-line later that same week what I thought and either they thought I was nuts and cut off our on-line friendship or they became important members in the “Truth” movement.
Regardless, we knew it AT THE TIME!!! It only took the rest of the country time to catch up… and they’re still catching up!

My overview about these developments generally:
What I think Jones does wrong is the same as
almost EVERYBODY else also does wrong here.
His analysis of the social facts that dishonesty,
backed up with violence, controls most things
ends with bulls--- solutions.
Or rather, ends with no realistic solutions at all …
I certainly agree that Jones does a hard-working job
of investigation and publishing the things he learns.
He does his best to discover and demonstrate the “truth.”
However, he does not follow through with a
synthetic mode of thought about governing.
Of course, almost nobody else does that either.
As far as I know, ALL the 9/11 truth seekers
are reactionary revolutionaries.
And so, one can hardly blame Jones for
being the same as almost everyone else.
Jones still takes for granted the fundamental dichotomy
kind of thinking that almost everyone else does as well.
He has no background that would enable him to use a
synthetic mode of thought & apply unitary mechanisms.
He only sees how bad evil is, but does not see WHY
it is, and how it could only be made relatively better.
My kind of radical political philosophy attempts to apply
the same kind of thinking that was developed in sciences
such as physics and biology to our political science …
That results in deeper paradigm shifts in political science.
Figuring out that a real world is controlled
by huge lies backed up with lots of violence
does not help with realistic solutions unless
one goes beyond a false fundamental dichotomy
view of good versus evil, proposing “solutions”
that are still based on triumphs of the “good.”
My kind of synthetic mode of thought looks for
unitary mechanisms for what actually exists,
and rejects functional language that talks
about things as if they exist, when they
have no reality other than in words …
As I have said many times,
paradigm shifting does not change what exists,
paradigm shifts only change perceptions of existence.

Jones, like almost everyone else,
usually spends about 95% of his
effort doing good analysis, &
then finishes with 5% that is
a collapse back to old bulls---.
Jones is a typical reactionary revolutionary.
He correctly perceives that the world is being
controlled by huge lies, and lots of violence,
but then, he relies on a linguistic trickery
to talk about truth or freedom, and so on,
as somehow being real solutions to that.
The only real solutions have to be
new systems of lies and coercions.
Doing that is theoretically possible.
Doing that is the only possible way
to actually cope with the sciences
and technologies that were behind
& made mass destruction weapons.
Doing that theoretically makes it possible
to negotiate with all the different groups.
In transactional analysis, that is the position saying:
“I am not O.K., you are not O.K., but it is O.K. anyway.”
The old-fashioned attitudes that
“I am good, you are bad.”
has become a dangerous dead end.
It is not true, and makes better compromises impossible.

Jones is able and willing to denounce
the revealed death and debt controls.
However, that is a dead end silliness.
Instead of providing better ways to
operate death and debt controls,
Jones tends to presume that
magic words like “freedom”
could provide real solutions.
Even after everything Jones does
to reveal all the bullies’ bulls---,
his solutions to the situations
are still inside that context.
I often visit Jones’ Web site,
and sometimes listen too …
I found this particular article
well worth taking notice of.
BUT, I still think Jones is another
typical “reactionary revolutionary.”

Lets see… Have the UN prove that 9-11 was pulled off by our own government. Say hey your government is evil.. you must disband it and replace it with our version.
How about investigations into the CFR, The UN – agenda 21, the banking structure of the Federal Reserve, the IMF and World Bank, food control around the world (especially Monsanto’s control of gmo seeds that only have one life cycle but can survive what ever type of disease is released to eradicate original/traditional plants – thereby forcing societies to by seed every season instead of being able to reproduce their own)
by the way i’m not sure that Alex Jones’s world is not one of disinformation, but at least it opens peoples minds and hearts to possibilities and brings forward news that would not be displayed so easily. Read carefully what is put forward – think out of the box and be sneeky with your thought to disseminate the actual course and flow of what society is facing.
you see .. there’s a trick to this whole thing… what all this is truly about is a battle for the human soul. The soul is an amplifier of energy, a conduit for focusing energy, like a prism if you will. If the mind can be subjugated and controlled, so can this precious conduit to energy by captured and harvested like crops. The physical realm is increasing in both speed and frequency, so the time of capture and control must be implemented before the mind and soul break free to the next level. that is the endgame.

I will say that Alex has opened a lot of minds.
Going through such a paradigm shift is a really tough workout and takes sustained effort to get an understanding of where we are today.
Even if Alex is off on a number of issues, I don’t feel that’s a real big issue and even the best can’t predict or see into everything, especially when dealing with the obfuscation tactics of the neocons.
Once one has gone through the paradigm shift, adjusting to the “new field of reality” it is not too difficult to adjust to as reality actually unfolds. Having the ability to understand what had rarely been understood by the masses and then being flexible enough to roll with the punches is truely a great gift. IMO, Alex has provided us all with platform that supported the many aloowing more and more people to awake out of dreamland.
Alex, if you read this, great job and I commend you for opening my eyes to the truths and speculations and to be able to see what’s comming at us, realizing we don’t know the future, but at least now we can see and understand. Breaking this level of awareness to the general public is bigger than a college degree and cracking the metric system at the same time and I can’t think of anyone that has contributed more to this endeavor than Alex himself.
This task is one big heavy nut to crack and is beyond any college classroom of our day and now more and more can see what has never been told. WOW, that’s really big and it took every example from the many workouts from history to politics, central banking, technological advancements, trends, etc., to finally understand what had never been told and now I can see.
I also realize Alex is a real colorful character, but, it takes what it takes and how would anyone else sound, coping with and waking up to the realities we now face? The paradigm shift is a tough wake up for any human being and speaking for my self, I was pretty flaked and still am at times, as the realizations settle and take hold. But of course the neocons are counting on the task being too big a chore for anyone to handle and this one element only underscores the urgency and importance of getting the wake up call out there and then being helpful to others that fear what it takes.
This in may ways is like teaching a man to fish, rather than feeding him some fish sticks, never knowing how to feed himself and his family. Yes it is work, but I would rather know than not know and this is a real valuable gift.
For those that still don’t quite get it, this is real, at least for the most part.

I think the deceptions that are going on are very soul destroying, have been predicted and will not continue much longer. Individuals i know are making other choices than those promoted by the decievers. It´s not about an “unavoidable” future. Alex´s “predictions” are just what the tiny elite want to implement for all of us. They dream about this but it´s not set in stone and things can be stopped and / or reversed again. For that you need to inform people about the issues.
They want neo-feudal enslavement sructures, a high-tech enslavement grid where at the end people won´t even bother about being slaves because they won´t notice (as many people today don´t see how far we have been seeing the republic sliding the away from what the founding fathers envisioned). Like in Brave New World – set asleep by SOMA. Todays SOMA is consumption, football, baseball, cars, Britney, booze, drugs, sex, pornography, waronterror, OBL scare and so on. People need to stand up and get active again. Don´t just consume, produce instead! Produce wisdom, education, health, information, write, read, speak, exercise, turn off the TV, vote for Ron Paul, get involved in local politics.
In fact, if somebody asks you about how the world should look like we should say:
Ask the NWO representatives (Rockefeller, Rothschild, Kissinger, Bush family, Chertoffcheneyperlebrezinski et.) what they want for the world and then just turn their ideas upside down.

Once one understands keeping our borders wide open to justify the national ID Card, followed by the transfer of all medical records to a National Vaccine Archive, with a mandatory mass vaccination program, one finally understands the basics of political dialectics and poly-dialectics.
We have a ways to go before the last domino of this nation’s underpinnings falls out from under us and there is also clear beeline aimed to fund the UN with a global carbon tax.

Dont’ worry about the U.N. It is not the boogeyman that some people make it out to be. It is the U.S. that developed weapons of mass destruction and used them. It is the U.S. that is promoting the implantable microchip, spying on citizens constantly, conducting illegal searches, and torturing people. It is the U.S. that is promoting “free trade” and thus slave labor around the world for Wall Streets profits. So I am MUCH more worried about what our own system is up to here and around the world than I am about the U.N. There are actually some good people at the U.N. and if they will open up a real investigation into 9/11, then more power to them, since our own treasonous government will never investigate itself, nor hold itself accountable for anything!

The reason you feel like you’re living in hell and that there is no common sense anymore, is because you are using a moral compass and fair mindedness as your guide. At some intrinsic level, you just can’t accept that moral compass and fair mindedness are out the window today.

The victims of the Vioxx scandal got no better when it killed nearly 140,000 patients. The court simply ruled that Big Pharma did not have any obligation to reveal the negative research test results indicating “high risk,” and so no one could then be accused of foreknowledge or committing any kind of a crime. If they had ruled that the negative research test results which indicated a high risk with death resulting should be part of the “official record,” then everyone involved would have gone to jail.
So technically, if they are allowed to lie or not, determines whether a crime has been committed or not. It has NOTHING to do with moral compass, fairness or the truth.

Hello everyone! My two cents say that this appears to be a good thing, the un is obviously bad no denying it; but many of us have been fooled into such things before. He may have come into the un with genuine goodness in his heart and then has discovered some bad news. Ok, Steven Jones is a personal friend. He is absolutely for real!!!
He lost his job because he had the courage to stand up for what he knows is true. Like any good scientist, he is ULTRA conservative … meaning that he is very careful to support his assertions with hard data.
The science he puts forward in his papers is absolutely solid and has been peer reviewed!
I can also vouch for Steve’s character. He is grounded in absolute integrity. Everything about his life points to this.
Steve is also friends with Richard Gage and many others who will vouch for him.

Ryan (post #91), did 19 Arabs also plant explosives in the buildings to pulverize them into a fine dust? Because that’s what happened to all three WTC buildings that were destroyed. There is no way “pancaking floors,” due to a structural collapse could have produced this result. My father was a civil engineer with much expertise in structural design and I, having worked in the industry, myself, for over 30 years, know a few things about the properties of structural steel and concrete. These buildings did NOT collapse as a result of either airplane impacts or fire. As has been shown abundantly by 9/11 researchers, no steel framed buildings in history have ever collapsed due to fire. This includes the WTC. Sorry, but a carbon-based fire burning at less than 2700 degrees cannot weaken or melt structural steel. If this were possible, steel framed buildings would be collapsing every time there is a fire in one of them.
Sure, Arabs hate us. You know why? Because we have a criminal government that seeks to dominate and destroy them. Why wouldn’t they hate us? Even so, whether they hate us or not doesn’t change the fact that the so-called “hijackers” were all trained at U.S. military and intelligence facilities. This has been documented. All were CIA assets, including their alleged ring leader, Osama bin Laden.
Sorry, but, even as uncomfortable as it is for you to accept that our government is run by criminals, if you ever want to know the truth about the world you live in, you’re going to have to abandon the official fairy tale surrounding 9/11. A lot of great posts.
I sense some gov’t operatives or neocons as usual, trying their very best to muddy the water, but most of the Truthers can see right through their subterfuge. Its proof-positive that our resistance is doing some degree of damage to their agenda.
It is a great time to be alive, so Live and Let Live.
When people discuss solutions to defeat the nwo on this forum, many post violence as the solution, and I do empathize with their frustrations. But when information war reaches critical mass (I think someday it will), violence will not be required, unless in self-defense. Because when your brother, cousin, uncle, sister etc. and their six degrees of connections wake up, chances are some of them are in the law enforcement, in prison, in UN, IRS Federal Reserve, etc. So I really do think that what Alex is doing is on target for this resistance movement.
Violence only begets violence, and is the mantra of the elites for their population reduction and control. So we should do the opposite and Love each other and NOT DIVIDE & CONQUER.

It was a shockingly different way to regard
the world to decide 9/11 was an inside job.
A first kind of breakthrough regarding 9/11
is to decide it must have been a false flag.
But, there are many more steps to take …
The basic concepts I use are
SUBTRACTION and ROBBERY.

anyone curious about those
ideas can look more there.
I repeat that, after facing the social facts
that civilization is controlled by huge lies,
backed up with coercion, real “solutions”
must necessarily become new systems
of lies and coercions, and the claims
that “truth and justice” are realistic
is a delusional dead end to go in.
Civilization IS, and must be, some system
of organized robbery, and any real change
is a change in the dynamic equilibrium of
the rates of robbery by different people.
To return to Joe’s comments, I am aware
that many people still believe in the lies.
However, to return to Cedric’s comments,
any real alternative must still become a
system of lies, to oppose the other lies.
The only thing that really deals with robberies
must be some real force that robs the robbers.
Words like “truth, justice, or freedom” were all
transcendental poetry that have no operational
definitions, that could be tested and examined.
After discovering that the real world is controlled
by huge lies and lots of violence, it is a bulls---
solution to talk about “peace and love” working.
What exists is what will actually evolve.
What exists is brains and bodies
with relative lies and forces that
operate kinds of fraud & robbery
systems that actually existed,
and those are what evolves.
The real future will necessarily be
new systems of lies and coercions.
Accepting that fact is necessary
to participate intelligently in it.
9/11 was made to happen by
an organized, criminal, gang.
Nothing less than another,
better organized, gang is
able to truly change that.
The fundamental problem is that
since the world is controlled by
huge lies, backed by coercions,

those established systems to

Yes, I agree it would be risky to entrust the investigation to Richard Falk. However, I don’t see where any modestly probative investigation could be spun into something that would degrade American sovereignty.

I think you are missing my point. See, no matter what the issue, I try to find things out about the person making the claim. Falk has been against every war, that is clear. The telling thing about him is that he is against it on a legal basis of the invasion, not one of whether it was necessary for our own security. Please do not argue that point, because I am not debating it one way or the other. Who is to enforce upon the United States, or any other country, international law? Other countries. Who gives them the authority to act in such a manner to expel, sanction, or what have you? A world governing body! In this case, the UN. I have read many articles on this site, as well as posts from ordinary people on this site about the danger of a world governing body to American sovereignty. If this UN council is allowed to investigate, with many members who hate the US, feel slighted by the US, and have motives to make the US look bad, don’t we run the risk of having to answer to some “world council,” regardless of it’s findings? That is my point.
