The decision from Mr Obama comes after he considered a request from General Stanley McChrystal, the US commander in Afghanistan, to send tens of thousands of extra American troops to the country.
Air Chief Marshal Sir Jock Stirrup, the Chief of the Defence Staff, said: “I don’t want to put words in the mouths of the Americans but I am fairly confident of the way it is going to come out.”
An announcement next week could coincide with a meeting of NATO defence ministers in Bratislava, Slovakia, due next Thursday and Friday.

Another 45,000 troops! Are you kidding me? Why? So we can help George Soros infiltrate the European drug market even more? I don’t care what anybody says; we have no good reason to be in Afghanistan. It’s interesting to see how the U.S. sets up these resistance groups in different corners of the world and then feel the need to topple them once they no longer serve their political purposes.
I know that the armed forces are a tool of political expediency for the elite who pull the strings of the politicians, but this is really going over the top. Just go ahead and send every last serviceman and servicewoman overseas so we can be set up for invasion from the U.N.
Makes me sick!!!! Consider this if you’re looking for a way to fight these evil elements without losing your head.

There were no commercial plane crashes on 9-11. After 8 years…not one single piece of verifiable debris from any of the 4 planes from any of the 4 locations on 9-11 has ever been physically verified in any way by anyone. Witnesses, video, film, or photos have NEVER in aviation history physically verified a plane or plane crash….only wreckage does. Each plane had over 2 million time-stamped parts that could immediately ID it anywhere in the world. Not one single piece has ever been found.
There were no commercial plane crashes on 9-11. The never ending global US war on terror is a murderous fraud for the ability to borrow trillions and kill millions in a war without end.

I’ll be going to A-stan in February. I don’t think you all get it. To end this war, we need a strong presence now. Don’t blame A-stan. Iraq was the mistake. Iraq was a personal vendetta that has killed thousands of Americans and thousands more Iraqis. and oh yeah spent trillions of dollars, not to mention the precious natural resources used in the region.
We are an imperialistic nation. Remember how we got on top, and how we’ll stay on top. I know I’m doing a part by fighting. What are the rest of you armchair quarterbacks doing, besides bitching about a war you don’t understand from the comfort and safety of your homes.
Let’s see a little support, pride, and foresight that this is the beginning of the end to a JUST war which was brought to us. I’d hate to see my battle buddies killed because we were outraged to send them help.
Certainly, employers do not fire employees when a business grows. so why not fight fire with fire and meet our enemies head on. Surely the commanding 4-star in the region has been doing this for a minute.
And as for the soviet defeat in A-stan. Really now? the soviets were not beat until they started seeing American weapons and money in the region.
The big picture is Islamic fundamentalism is growing…worldwide. Europe will be overtaken by it in 50 years. There’s no stopping it. So we can get all pumped and think we’re fighting the man by trying to get our boys back or we can realize we’re in a new world that will not be all sunshine and candy canes if we simply fall back from the theater.

EXACTLY…I’ve thought of the same thing. THIS IS THE BEST IDEA I’VE HEARD IN TWO YEARS TO FIGHT BACK THE GLOBAL ENSLAVEMENT. Aaron Russo was on to something, If we can rally the American people to stop paying these unconstitutional taxes, government won’t be funded and neither will the federal reserve.
Ask yourselves this, do you continue to pay for goods or services from any other industry or sector, if they’re harming you or not doing you any good? Do you continue to pay employees if they lie cheat and steal from YOUR company?
By paying taxes, you paying for them to sit in their fancy high-life positions where they are ABOVE the law and you fund the government and the Federal reserve to continue implementing programs to control YOUR life.

Obviously everyone will be forced to pay sales tax but that is ok, Do me a favor and name something that isn’t taxed?…………..That’s hard to answer isn’t it. How in the HELL did we as a Nation that represents and symbolizes Liberty, Justice, and Freedom for the Entire World allow are Constitution to be overran and kicked to the garbage can like this?
The Reason is we are all selfish and trying to look out for what’s best for ourselves and immediate family. We are all trying to Survive by making money and working hard and going to school everyday. We are all too busy with our own lives to do anything that takes time and money to help the greater good.
They have sucked us all into the rat race and web of involving yourself into slavery monday through friday, and some weekends too. A slavery by which you work everyday for hours and hours just to get the scraps of their wealth. Their wealth by the way which is created from paper and a printer and the letter of the Law which they enforce with city, county, state, and federal officers whom which all are FUNDED by YOUR TAXES!
I know this is a long shot protest, but if we are to truly do anything to stand up and fight, rallying the American people to not pay taxes is the way to do it. We bankrupt the government and the Federal Reserve!
If the numbers of participants are large enough, how in the heck can they enforce anything upon us with government officers, We are a country of 307,000,000 people, how many jails and officers and military members do they have to take down the majority of poverty, working, and middle class citizens who would choose to not pay their taxes? NOWHERE NEAR ENOUGH.
Get the enitre nation to QUIT PAYING YOUR TAXES, for this to work we need as many people of the 307,709,681 U.S. Population to participate as possible, for if it only ends up being few that rally up and stop paying, they will all suffer and go to jail…We need to plan this wisely and get MASSIVE NUMBERS behind us for this to WORK.

They may print more money, they may try to scare everyone, but right now 3.3 million people are out a job that were in a job a year ago, that is 3.3 million less people that will pay taxes this year and the next, perhaps for a few years. But what if 200 million people didn’t pay any taxes and just let the Government fund itself into a black pit that will only bring to the changes we want, a new President, a new Congress, a who bunch of new people in the White house and it sounds easy, but people get scared and end up paying their taxes. SO if we can work on getting everyone to stop paying taxes, we can get rid of the problems by making them go broke instead.

Afghanistan is not about the War on Terror, it is war for control of the narcotics industry. Afghan poppy production provides 93% of the globe’s heroin product, the extract of the poppy known as opium provides the necessary ingredient for a wide variety of prescription drugs. The drug thing was big during the Vietnam war, too. They shipped all of those drugs from Asia–you can talk to the GIs about that one or just do the research. It is a matter of public record. Let’s get real; don’t blame servicemen and women. They took an oath to support and defend the constitution of the United States. Yeah, well, as long as there are willing soldiers there will be wars. When enough people – including cops and military – say hell no, then and only then will this s----storm end. Tyranny exist for much deeper reasons than we realize. Tyrants are an outward reflection of what we have become within ourselves – it matters not the nation. I have to disagree with your thesis that if there are no soldiers than there are no wars. No matter what, there will be armed people that disagree with “We the People” enough to want to kill us. Armed Forces and police protect from those who do not want us around; whether those people are an organized military force or a bunch of farmers with pitchforks and shovels.
I do totally agree with your idea of the Federal Reserve positioning themselves for generations to hold themselves up higher and push honest people into the ground. If we don’t stand up for us, along with making our Representives of Democracy do the same, we will never move forward. Thanks for your post.

There were no commercial plane crashes on 9-11. After 8 years…not one single piece of verifiable debris from any of the 4 planes from any of the 4 locations on 9-11 has ever been physically verified in any way by anyone. Witnesses, video, film, or photos have NEVER in aviation history physically verified a plane or plane crash….only wreckage does. I do this with a heavy heart as this will cause great concern on our military families whom will sacrifice in many ways this decision, but understand that our freedom and peace is at stake. Democracy has to be fought for and peace and freedom has never been easy. I understand you voted for change and therefore I am bring you the change you most desperately need. As we engage the Taliban, the most backward primitive hate mongering, women controlling savages remember the peace and freedom that we once brought to the Native American Indians. Today, they to have seen and felt freedom and so will the Taliban and the Afghan people. By the way aren’t the Taliban the same as the Afghan people? Oh, and by the way this fool Osama Bin Laden he’s still hiding in a cave, but not for long and this time we plan to smoke him out and for good.
So, my fellow Americans as a once and proud former President said, “ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for it.”
