University Of Alabama Implements Mandatory Vaccination Program

Another major school institution has implemented a mandatory vaccination policy that bars both new and current students who haven’t received the meningitis and MMR shots from enrolling for the coming academic year.
The University of Alabama recently sent out an e mail to all its students informing them that they had to provide proof of several different immunizations before they could register for their course.
Failure to provide such proof would mean the students would be forced to take the shots on campus at the Student Health Center – refusal to do so would prevent them from enrolling and could also lead to further judiciary punishment.
The e mail reads as follows;
All freshmen and all new students, regardless of classification, must have:
1) Proof of the meningitis vaccination (Manactra (preferred) or Menomune)
2) If you were born after 1956, proof of two (2) measles containing vaccinations. One of these vaccines must be an MMR vaccination after 1980.
3) Acceptable proof of tuberculosis screening within the last year.This is a registration requirement, whether transfer or graduate.
If you are living off campus this is still a requirement. Please turn in proof of these immunizations and tuberculosis screening before moving into campus housing or the first day of class if living off campus. All vaccines and tuberculosis screening are available at the Student Health Center. Failure to submit your immunization and TB test requirement could slow down your moving into residence hall room.
The e mail also informs juniors and seniors already living on campus that they need to get a meningitis shot if they haven’t received one in the last four years, even though as the advisory admits, “This is NOT a regular childhood immunization and it was not a requirement when you entered the University of Alabama.”
“Failure of any student regardless of classification not meeting the immunization and tuberculosis screening requirement may result in a disruption in ability to register for classes and possible disciplinary action per Office for Judicial Affairs,” states the e mail.

The MMR vaccine has been linked to autism and inflammatory bowel disease and despite a UK government propaganda campaign to try and convince the public that it is safe, as well as an effort brainwash children, many parents have boycotted the jab in Britain.
Earlier this year, the Daily Mail highlighted the story of 5-year-old Melody Brook, who went from a bouncing and bubbly child to a virtual vegetable after she took the MMR vaccine.
The meningitis vaccine also provoked safety fears after 5,000 children suffered adverse reactions immediately after it was introduced in Britain.
As we have previously highlighted, there is no law in America, aside from those applying to medical workers, that says you or your child has to take any vaccine whatsoever, no matter what any executive order, requirement, mandate or policy dictates, there is no situation where you can go to prison for refusing a government vaccine under the U.S. constitution and the law of the land.
This was particularly prescient for the parents of more than 1600 children in Prince George’s County, Maryland, who in 2007 were told they could be put in jail for failing to get their kids vaccinated. Appearing on the Alex Jones Show, a state prosecutor involved in bringing potential criminal charges against the parents was forced to admit that there was no law that mandated parents to vaccinate their children.
The only way mandatory vaccinations can be enforced in this context is by removing privileges, as in the case with Alabama University preventing immunized students from registering, but many people would argue that education is not a privilege but a human right, and to deny a student enrollment because they refuse to have a needle jabbed in their arm is clearly discriminatory.
The only other way to implement mandatory vaccinations is of course by force, which is what many fear will happen in the event of a mass swine flu pandemic this fall which the government has already assured us is inevitable.
State health authorities have already confirmed that if the government were to announce a mandatory vaccination program, then there would be no exemptions whatsoever and the program could be carried out with the use of force if necessary.
As reported by CNS News earlier this month, a health-care reform bill approved by the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pension Committee called The Affordable Health Choices Act, will fund the creation of state “intervention” teams that will carry out home visits in order to check that both children and adults have been vaccinated and also provide “provision of immunizations”.

You guys must think a vaccine shouldn’t have any “issues.” It doesn’t work that way. All human bodies are different and will react to an immunization accordingly. 100 million+ Americans get a flu shot and 30,000 have an adverse reaction; then it’s called a conspiracy or some other looney, syfy angle.
Ok then, refuse all shots and immunizations for yourselves and your kids and see what happens when you contract rubella, MMR, or something as mundane as measles. But, by-God, you rejected the needle from “the man.”
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences, the UK National Health Service and the Cochrane Library review have all concluded that there is no evidence of a link between the MMR vaccine and autism.
But the above statement is just propaganda right? You’ll believe a fear-mongerer like AJ, but actual doctors are propagandists. Holy s---, I’ve heard it all now.

The fluoride has adverse effects on people and animals. Just take the time to research the effects of fluoridic community water supplies to those that aren’t fluoridated. Fluoride is a poison that doesn’t readily leave the body. It finds it’s way into the bones, blood and organs as a matter ot typical cause but it stays there in the tissues. Most animals with a choice between fluoridated water or water puddles after a rain drink the muddy rainwater.

This is not a fear mongerer site, this site is meant to inform, truth about vaccines and reports on how damaging some can be are all over the net, and other various places. If you take the information you receive and are afraid of it then that is your own issue not the sites problem. You can only bestow fear into those who allow themselves to be afraid. So the question is here, do you allow yourself to take the shot, or do you take a risk with the flu. As reported most people who have gotten it get over it just like the regular flu.

I got a Tetanus shot when I was young,then I fell out(in a seizure) next door at the pharmacy! I distinctly remember how everyone acted like it was NO BIG DEAL!I am in my thirties and to this day I have NEVER had as serious of a medical incident before or since.

Your statement is valid considering that vaccines with live attenuating viruses(swine,bird&human lab created) absolutely react differently due to every BODY is different & will react accordingly. You can check the accuracy of the bible in many ways. The king James version was translated from original Greek and Arabic in 1611 It is believed to be the most accurate English version of the bible we have today. The bible itself is full of checks that confirm authenticity. There have been supposed contradictions but are always shown to be parts taken out of there context. The truth is the bible is completely accurate. It has made the same predictions since the beginning of the world. Predictions which are coming true to the point that non believers are now saying either the bible is right or it’s being followed precisely.

However…
A couple of simple gestures by the governments & biotech companies might help inspire a bit of confidence on the part of the population of the earth:
- administer a series of trials on a very limited set of persons starting with animals (assuming that is the proper thing). once these tests have been verified by independent health professionals outside bio-tech company control/influence, then we could proceed to step 2. Remember, we’ve only had around 500 deaths from the virus. The US alone has around 40000 deaths annually from the normal influenza virus.
- drop the “no liability” agreement nonsense. that alone raises enough alarm bells to make the public say NFW to accepting them.
Fix these 2 stumbling blocks and we can talk.

Any other year I’d actually agree with you. But I will mention this. My girlfriend was “Required” to have her shots here before she started college. And ever since then, she has had headaches that seemingly get worse as well as what seems to be “menopausal activities” but she’s only about to turn 22 years old.
She’s only been feeling worse lately and the doctor’s can’t seem to find out what’s wrong with her.
I’m not getting ANY new vaccinations. Maybe my girlfriend just has some kind of virus, but I’ve never known one to last for over a year that doctor’s couldn’t find.
To me, it’s more than coincidence. Say what you will, but I’m convinced that it will not be just H1N1 vaccine that they’ll decide will be the fatal injection. It will be several different ones so that they will miss out on less of the population.

There are exceptions to this “mandatory vaccination” almost certainly. Ask for the “exempt” form from your school’s health care center. Persist in asking because they will surely have it. Metro State College in Denver has a similar vaccination policy, also “mandatory.”

Eric, I can’t say if I will get the shot. I don’t know if it’s going to be mandatory for health workers. I haven’t had a flu shot before, never had the flu either. But I eat healthy and stay in shape, always have; so my immune system is strong.

I called the university of Alabama health center. You can obtain an exemption at the county health office and turn it in to the school……let’s not get paranoid………YET!
My daughter is in college out-of-state and the wording regarding immunizations is very similar to U of A. We have a vaccine exemption on file. They clearly inform you that if you have an exemption and there is an outbreak on campus, you will not be allowed on campus until the spread is contained…….

This question has been raised before. I was forced to take the vaccine in 76. I got sick. This is experience talking.
One thing is absolutely certain. If I refuse the vaccine, I also refuse whatever other poison will be in it. When Kissenger and Rockefeller are quoted as saying they are for eugenics, and they are documented stockholders in big pharma, then it’s certain the vaccines are engineered to accomplish that agenda. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure that one out.
I am going to take my chances with the real swine flu. The “experts” have been saying it is no worse than a bad cold. IF I even get it at all. I choose to trust in a good God rather than evil murdering NWO scum.

I agree that they want to kill many of us, but I also know that they want to kill the people that cant be controlled. That is why I am concerned that they could use the vaccines as a way to filter out the uncontrollable. In my opinion it would be smarter to kill the people that wont take the vaccines as opposed to killing the ones that will. Either way, farma and the fellers will still get their money. The scenario you are suggesting will only kill the people that are willing to listen to them not the ones that wont… seems counter productive to me!!!
I wont be taking the vaccines either… I plan to be as far of the map as I can be if the s--- goes down. I will take my chances with what ever bio weapon they throw at us… I am perfectly fine with dying free…

Looks like we’re both on the same sheet of music. But with wanting 95% of the population gone, does it really matter which group you’re in? Those who take the shots will die, either from a bioweapon contained in the shot, or from complications later on that are harder to trace. They could also be releasing something to handle “truthers”. The panic is that no one except those engineering this knows, so we’re all running around like chicken little.

Everyone keep in mind the best case scenario is that everyone wake up. Were all supposed to be on the same team as divided as many of us are. Some people are intelligent well meaning people who have been programmed not to believe the truth and there not even aware of it. Recognize people who are trying to find the truth and please don’t rip strips of someone who is new to this stuff. Realize the truth is so extreme of a thing it’s tough for people to believe it if there new to it. So don’t rip on people but direct them to the evidence that can convince and save people.
If your awake to the madness of this world then love people and take the responsibility to be ..I don’t know professional about it. it’s not about being right or wrong. it’s bigger then that. Egos don’t assist the spreading of truth. Ego hinders the effort.

You know, you are so right. I felt like a complete idiot in January of this year when I first heard about chemtrails. And it’s been going on at least 10 years! My local Christian radio station is still in the dark. I heard them talking about how BO says he ‘now’ prays (but to whom?), and that the recently-exited Bush was a christian. Then to find out he was a member of Skull & Bones and a NWO puppet nearly sent me over the edge. We DO need to be more compassionate towards those who are not fully awake. I try to alert people to what’s going on, but waking them up from a sound sleep like I did may not be the best course of action. I consider myself a law-abiding citizen and an old-school patriot. Then to find out what I thought I believed about the govt could have given me a nervous breakdown. Betrayal is a very ugly thing.

Do NOT register your kids for school this year.
It won’t hurt them to sit out one year or be home taught.
Many schools closed down this spring to avoid the swine flu and that could be used as another reason for home teaching this year.

Here’s the solution to the U of Al requirment people. Go dumpster diving at some medical related facility or office and find a physician’s office letterhead or script. Scan it into your PC lusing photoshop or similar eaving the letterhead masthead section at the top intact. Then type, paste or insert your own language stating that you and whomever else has received their vaccinations and the H1N1 Flu Shot. Make up a date then scribble in a signature or initial then print it out and carry it with you. Then when someone ‘official’ asks you if you got youre shot just pull out the paper and show it to them and your in like flint. Like they’re gonna check it right? As soon as they see a letterhead from a doctor’s office they’ll take it as genuine. easy eh?

If we all just showed up at our city council meeting we’d get control back. But we find it so much easier to just sit and watch the news and bitch. I don’t think they’re protected. I also don’t think it’s mass catastrophe that it’s happening. I do, however, have opposition to it.
The key to winning this battle you are fighting is by keeping in 100% physical condition. I use P90X, the lake for trail running and swimming, hiking, working in the yard/garden and greenhouse, and yoga. A strict diet is also key. It sucks, I do enjoy and M&M or two. But, start growing your own veggies in a 10X12 greenhouse for garden transplants or just thru fruitition. Buy your meats from local farmers. Yes this can be a little more expensive, but once you start your garden, you can grow year round, and then see the financial gain.
It’s about sacrifice. We have failed, the majority of us. Now, “they” are going to do it for you and there is nothing you can do about it unless you start yourself.

This is ridiculous? Afraid of vaccines and its inherent danger to humanity? Really? Ive been vaccinated and so will my children. It’s not a matter of personal discretion when you risk forever polluting your genetic trail with polio, meningitis, etc. Think of it like this: your parents were vaccinated, so that means that in the first six months of your life, your body was protected by your mothers immune system. If you have been vaccinated and then do not vaccinate your child, you are risking sending your child into this horrible world without any means of defense against disease. Since you received vaccines, you do not pass natural immune defenses meant to protect against diseases to your offspring. It’s a sad fact. What i really want to know is why this matters. Because a random number of people had a negative reaction to a vaccination does not mean that it is a government spun conspiracy to kill us all. To even consider that is a complete fallacy. Why would the government want to poison the citizens that put its players in office, fight for the country, and produce more babies for the future succession of society? Why?
I think the real question here is under what guise of independent action do you find it reasonable to *not* vaccinate yourself or your children? Is it a moral question? What scientific proof do you have to back your opinion? Is it from Britain? Do you know anything about English healthcare? There is a reason that you cant give blood in America if you spend too much time over there. It’s called mad-cow disease, and it comes from a poor standard of medical prevention all the way down to what you eat. Why would we be taken advice from them on what to inject into our bodies when they’re food could potentially give us hepatitis?
The truth is that this is just another mechanism to question the government and what it wants for the population. And despite your beliefs there’s nothing you can do to change that.

People get all wrapped up in the wrong things, I swear. Who gives a damn if they require students to get vaccines, this isn’t the only college left! They made thier bed, let them sleep in it… all alone and broke, because all of thier would-be-paying students went to another college! Can’t help but wonder how many of those professors would get new jobs in an economy like this. If you’re going to this college or know someone who is, send out your own letter to all students reminding them of the hazards of vaccines, and that they always have a choice: they can transfer to another school. The ones who don’t and take the vaccine, will likely be too sick to show up to thier classes anyway! Either way, the tyranny ends when nobody shows up to take it, and it sets a very important precident for other colleges: keep you needles to yourself, or I’ll get my overpriced education somewhere else.

I’ve taken a flu shot several years ago… ended up sick.
I’ve not taken the flu shot since… sure… I still get sick. But so do half the nurses that took the shot.
Not worth the risk imo.

The University of London offers many external (distance learning) degrees and has done so since the 1800’s. Students study to the same standards as students actually in London.
The university now includes the London School of Economics as well as many other institutions such as King’s College London.
The fees are very reasonable, especially compared to US tuition costs. The application deadline for prospective students outside the European Union is September 17, 2009.

du-nord – I am a graduate of LSE and it is indeed a respected institution, although I new nothing about their distance learning degrees. I can add that they did not require immunizations, although they may now, now that UK is at the leading edge of so much global & fascistic crap.

The last time I had a flu shot was 1978. I was in the Navy. My leading Petty Officer came to me and said “We are going to get a flu shot”. I didn’t feel like making a stink about it so I got the shot. I haven’t had a flu shot since. I’ve never had the flu. Perhaps I’ve just been lucky. Then again I don’t catch cold either. I have no intention of getting either the regular flu shot or this swine flu shot. I suppose I may be seeing some of you fine folks in the FEMA camp about all this but I ain’t taking the shot!!!!

I got caught up in a similar frenzy in 1992. I was about to go to grad school at Auburn University. They’d just had a measles outbreak the year before. After that, all students had to provide proof of immunization. I’d had the disease as a kid but still they wanted a me to take a shot. I outsmarted them. I was working for AL. Dept of Public Health and so had the clinic run a titer for measles immunity. It came back as positive so I presented that instead. They let me in.

Hey truthteller, try doing it. I had measles, chickenpox, Asian flu, all the stuff going around in the 50s. And guess what–I’m still here! So are all my friends who had the same diseases. I’m not taking a swine flu shot and anybody who tries to force me will get a kick in the balls and all the hell I can raise.
I assume you’re too young to remember the hoopla over the 1977-78 virus when the vaccine killed and injured more people than the flu did.
Incidently, you quote governments like they were, well, credible. When was the last time a government, American or otherwise, told the truth about anything?
Besides, if the virus is mutating as fast as they say, the vaccine they develop now won’t be effective.

Hey guys this is old old news. Colleges have had this policy in place for many many years. It is a standard across the country, mainly because they do not want international students coming in and spreading illnesses because they were not vaccinated back home. To be vaccinated by a vaccine after 1980 is strange, however, since all I ever had to do was prove that I was immune to MMR and not receive a vaccination. I had told them I was already vaccinated. All they required was proof of immunity. The end. I was vaccinated before 1980 for MMR too. They didn’t know that or mention anything like the article above states.
Since this new “1980″ stipulation seems new, it makes me wonder that if a bio-plot with mass vaccinations is to take place, then is it going to interact with vaccines post 1980 to achieve some agenda? Could be a detail that needs closer attention. Anyone know anything more?

Living in Bama, I know a little bit about the laws here. 1) UA is a PUBLIC institution, in other words, a state school, therefore it is a part of the state gubmint. 2) Alabama has both religious and medical vaccination exemptions. Based on 1 & 2, UA can NOT refuse admittance based upon vaccination as long as the student has filed an exemption.
One final note, if vaccinations work, why be worried about the few who refuse to do so? After all, wouldn’t they only be hurting themself?

here is some hard info my oldest son who is alerigc to eggs cant take a few of his shots when he was a baby yet my other two children did get all of theres. now here is the funny part my oldest child is calm clear headed and at age 11 is more then willing to learn and do his chors around the house the other to bounceing off the walls almost 18hours a day and are quite rebellish. now you can tell me what shots my oldest didnt get. and when i was growing up i lived in a rural comunity with well water kinda odd my grades inproved in school and had alot more enegry then but when we moved back to the city all things whent back to crap floried is one thing that isnt in my house now nor do i plan to go to the plubic water any time soon.
