Update: Marine “Military Presence” Confirmed in San Bernardino County

As we reported yesterday, the Marine Corps Air and Ground Combat Center has dispatched uniformed and presumably armed (we have no confirmation of the latter) soldiers to assist the California Highway Patrol (CHP) in the operation of unconstitutional sobriety checkpoints in San Bernardino County, California, the largest county in California and the country (San Bernardino County is directly east of Los Angeles).
On the Alex Jones Show today, Gary Daigneault, News Director at KCDZ-FM based in Joshua Tree, California, said the California Highway Patrol was less than forthcoming with their plan to team up with the military police, a direct violation of the Posse Comitatus Act preventing the military from performing civilian law enforcement duties.

After running an editorial last week reminding the Marines stationed at the Marine Corps Air and Ground Combat Center of the illegality of such an operation, the California Highway Patrol sent the radio station a fax indicating that the action would not include military police (see faxes at right).
As a KCDZ-FM news report broadcast today points out, by law — to avoid entrapment — the California Highway Patrol is required to provide the location of its checkpoints to the media at least two hours prior. Although the CHP did provide the radio station with a telephone number to get this information, when the number was called there was no answer.
Moreover, “to add insult to injury,” Marine Corps military police, in uniform and in marked military police cars, were indeed teamed up with CHP outside of a Home Depot in the town of Yucca Valley.
After examining the documents faxed to KCDZ-FM, it becomes obvious that the CHP in Joshua Tree deliberately released disinformation to the media designed to cover its participation with the Marines, as noted a direct violation of Posse Comitatus.

The first CHP News release dated December 10 indicated the police planned to work with the Marines, while a second press release dated December 12, after KCDZ-FM aired a critical news editorial, had this reference removed. Both documents include a note indicating the media would be able to contact the Barstow Dispatch Center on December 12 to receive location information required by law. As noted above, calls to the number provided went unanswered.
As Alex mentioned on his show today, the Marines are well aware of Infowars coverage of the story and made reference not only Alex by name but Infowars staff members Aaron Dykes and Kurt Nimmo as well.
It should be obvious the Marines and the California Highway Patrol are engaged in a disinformation campaign against the media in order to cover up their illegal and unconstitutional behavior. Not only do they want to entrap the residents of San Bernardino County in their “sobriety/driver license checkpoint” in violation of the Fourth Amendment protecting the people against unreasonable searches and seizures, they also want to send a message that the military will henceforth be involved in domestic law enforcement in direct violation of Posse Comitatus.

Be aware their are thoes of us in the military who do not like the fact that where being deployed for these type of missions, many of us find it disturbing. That where being used to police our own people, that is what civilian police officers are for an their according agencies. So please do not lump us all together in the same group some of us will question and differ such orders.

My sister lives in twentynine palms and I told her about Alex’s $1,000.00 reward for video proof of armed military working with CHP at these checkpoints. With the public being more informed about this, i suspect that the military will lay low now.
#2, the regular soldiers are not traitors, they are so compartmentalized that they are asleep also. The commanders and officers at the top are definitely traitors. I cannot even wake my own family up and they think I am a conspiracy theorist kook. All I can do is prepare and when they wake up, at least I will have done my part to help and protect them in advance. I suggest that all patriots do the same for their asleep friends and family.

The Marines are following illegal orders and most of all, are violating their enlistment oath. Here is the enlisted military oath: I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God. Article 92 (FAILURE TO OBEY ORDER OR REGULATION) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice states: (1) violates or fails to obey any lawful general order or regulation. “lawful general order or regulation” is the operative statement here. In other words, the Marines are knowingly violating their oath to their country. The Marines also know this order is unlawful, therefore they are not obligated to follow the unlawful order. Bottom line…..the Marines are willingly participating in assisting the California Highway Patrol (CHP) in the operation of unconstitutional sobriety checkpoints in San Bernardino County, California. THE MARINES INVOLVED IN THIS ASSAULT ON OUR COUNTRY SHOULD BE ARRESTED AND HUNG FOR TREASON. There is no excuse for this crap.

Since this is happening where the largest Marine Base in the world is located, would the Marine MP’s be involved because of the high volume of Marines that travel the local roads? I have family in this area and know the area well. There are lots of Marines out there. Are the MP’s working with the CHP to police their own? Maybe they only get involved if the checkpoint stops a Marine? I still don’t like the idea of the checkpoint at all, but has anybody considered this?

Most of these young men and women are not old enough to remember the Nuremburg trials. As an Active Duty soldier in the US Army I will never obey an order to kill, harm, or to ignore the Constitution that I swore upon when I entered into the service. A lot of my fellow battle buddies will also never do this. Rank can only legally order you to do legal things.

MP’s ( Military Police ) have been used for decades to aid in law enforcement of military on leave or liberty. On the other hand they are not to be armed in the civilian arena with leathal weapons. If you have never experienced 4,000 marines and navy personel hitting town after a six month deployment, you would certainly be apprecitive of MP”s being there.

You must understand that America does not even meet the legal definition of a Country. It is a conferderation of states. The US Government is only supposed to control ten square miles in DC, that is it. The only authority any State or Federal employee has over you is by your consent.

Rode by Camp San Luis – the first CA National Guard Base -all the military vehicles that were there were painted the desert cam colors- in the last 3 months the amount of vehicles there and now all back to the standard green cam colors, and alot of vehicles and shipping containers. Why are they showing up here and now. Also alot of military traffic on the 101 – heading to Camp Roberts the largest Japanese interment camp for WWII.

What really stand’s out are people willing to sacrifice their lives. What about the livelihood (paycheck/taxes)? A weekend revolution won’t cut it. Ultimately, we’re paying for our own demise!
The possible reasons for this phenomenon could be somebody is blowing smoke or just hasn’t thought it through. Anger and anticipation does cloud judgment. Besides home and work will probably be the last place to hang out after surviving a fire fight. (There’s a big difference between the arms of today as opposed to 1776. And the bad guys are trained on the good stuff.)
Money is the tool to rule. Get serious. Stop being the collateral, endowment and perishable commodity. The power dwindles as coincidentally unemployment rises. Except for emergency facilities and personnel, imagine 50 – 100 million, or more, simply deciding to stay home. Something is going to give. No coordination needed. Just do it for as long as it takes before all forms of communication are censored (Internet) or broken. There will be hundreds of reasons against it. But at this juncture, they’re excuses. If that’s too much of a sacrifice, go with divine intervention. Either way, you’re not going to take it with you.

But it is also good to be aware of the subtle ways in which antisemitism is pushed by the major media outlets. Why? Because, once it dawns on you how carefully antisemitism is inserted into the smallest details, you will realize that it is everywhere, and that it is there by design.
What you see to the right is a recent example of “News Summaries” that the well-known British magazine The Economist regularly sends out.
In this news summary, The Economist writes:
“Violence flared on Israel’s borders. Israel and the Lebanese militia, Hizbullah, fought their fiercest border duel for years. And Israel sent special forces back into the Gaza Strip to kill Palestinians firing rockets into southern Israel.”
What is the problem with what The Economist writes? Everything.
The Economist refers to the Hizbullah as a “Lebanese militia,” but that is not what Hizbullah is. Hizbullah is a group dedicated to killing innocent civilian men, women, and children, and therefore Hizbullah is a terrorist organization. When terrorist organizations that specialize in the killing of Jewish civilians are called “militias,” as above, what we have is an effort to legitimize the killing of Jewish civilians. The effort to legitimize the killing of Jewish civilians is, of course, extreme antisemitism. That’s what The Economist is pushing.
The online resource Wikipedia explains about Hizbullah (or Hezbollah) as follows:
“Hezbollah is regarded by many in the Arab and Muslim worlds as a legitimate resistance movement and is a recognized political party in Lebanon, where it has participated in government. However, a number of Western governments, including that of the United States, have designated it a terrorist organization, while the European Union has designated the party’s external security wing, but not the organization as a whole, as a terrorist organization.”[1]
So, even the United States government, whose foreign policy is designed to destroy the Jewish state, as documented in detail by HIR,[2] feels compelled to recognize in public that Hizbullah is a terrorist organization. As Wikipedia states, many Muslims consider Hizbullah a legitimate resistance movement, but we may ignore this view: when Hizbullah kills innocent Jews across the border in Israel, it is not resisting anybody: it is attacking innocent civilians. Moreover, Muslims are commanded in the Qur’an that killing “infidels” (non-Muslims who refuse to convert to Islam) is a good thing,[3] so the opinion of Muslims on whether Hizbullah is legitimate or not will obviously not coincide with Western liberal-democratic values that endorse ethnic and religious tolerance. Well said – almost all who join and serve in the military are patriots. They love and serve this country and it’s Constitution as much or more than civilians. Don’t forget that. We don’t win this by ostracizing fellow Americans in the military – we win by acting in a manner that makes us all proud to be fellow Americans.

This really ins’t anything new. Back during the Nam War, MP’s and SP’s were all over Long Beach, CA keeping tabs on the troops. Also, in Washington, DC, when I was stationed there, the local police would call the MP’s to get any service member who was deemed in need of an escort back to base.
This reminds me of that. It’s a holiday season, military folks will party and the troops will be monitored by the MPs instead of all the burden falling on the local police. Now, if the military continues to support the local police on a continuous basis, that would be a different story. Lets not jump the gun and call our troops “traitors” just yet.

Travel in teams of two groups of two (at least). Have one group be open and public and the other tag behind and covertly photograph or videotape. Be nice. Make cookies and the like and give them to the troops/police. Ask polite questions. These troops will be acting as the middleman between NWO police and the citizenry. They are where the rubber meets the road. (It is the NWO or the people that are the road?) These troops will be tricked by agent provocateurs to want to attack the public. Explain this to them. Explain what happened already with special unit cops and military provocateurs attacking the police like in the Seattle WTO protests. Be Nice. Get to know them. I heard the issue of Posse Comitatus used on the broadcast today with reference to the Marine at checkpoints in Yucca Valley.
The Marines WERE NEVER subject to the Posse Comitatus act.
The Marines are part of the Department of the Navy – they are a Naval Asset and are ONLY subject to Admiralty Law. That is the way it has been since 10 November 1775.
Posse Comitatus only applied to the Army.
The Marine Infantry has always trained for suppression of domestic insurrection.
It was a Marine General Smedley Butler, who saved this country from being taken over by Bush’s grandfather in the 30s. The bankers planned a coup and were going to use WWI army veterans as muscle – The Bonus Army. It was put down by the U.S. Marines.
The day is coming when you will be glad the Marines are trained to save your weak, whiny ass from domestic insurrection. Race riots.

What happens when there is an incodent where someone is hurt or a marine gets shot?????????? They will go to court and say what???? In fact, I know that a marine has no jurisdiction over me unless the president declares marshal law in the event of an emergency. The “takeover” happened years later (1938) after he and the American people “forgot” (like they do now), about the threats. I respect your position, but under the circumstances you also must understand that this war has been declared by our government on innocent civillian populations, of which many do not even realize what is going on. The one thing that is true among said civilian populations is that they have had over the past 6 years an undying appreciation and support for the troops in Iraq. Just not supportive of the Gov, due to the lies.
Those people in the know are frustrated that the lack of real media coverage with the truth and the obvious detailled plans of the Elite to usurp the constitution and use those same forces that these civilian have praised, to turn on them as if they were terrorists is a bit much to ask that they be calm and continue support.
Yes, there are many military personnell that will not fire upon US citizens. But many will and unfortunately the American Public has no guarantees that those they supported will not kill them or their family members and friends, because they are just following orders. And Yes, many do have that attitude and we have witnessed that play out in GITMO.
I personally hope that they will be true soldiers and fight on the side that upholds the Constitution, an oath they swore to. But they are controlled by a corrupt governments who takes orders from Corporate interest and are more than likely propagandized that we are scum and don’t care about them.
I’ve heard stories of the like.
It is not about the soldiers…it is about who will fight for this Country and it’s freedom. Right now it looks as if it is left to the citizens, and most of them are asleep.

Folks He didn’t do this because he was PAID to do it. Or so he could have a JOB, aroof over his head or a 10 cent hamburger. When I was 18,19,20 I myself was wild, crazy and did not care about ANYTHING or ANYONE. They are still kids people like I was at that age and listen to whatever and have no idea about the laws. They just need some education and people in California need to go hold up huge signs that have links to some of these laws and whats going on. As to why the Marines were there, I can attest, that with the Twentynine Palms Marine corps Base so near by, they are authorized to go off base and retrieve Marines who have been arrested by the local authorities. It’s possible that the ywere just trying to cut out the middle man. As to the Constitutionality of said checkpoints, that is a different story. I’m not sure about laws concerning the highway, but in most states (who are the overriding authority according to the Constitution) it is perfectly legal for a law enforcement officer to “approach and engage in conversation, without impeding….”. So is a check point with legally marked road signs an impediment? not sure. Whatever the case, the Marine MP’s should not have been there, and whatever Colonel ordered them there is an idiot for doing so. As a side note, when I entered the Marine Corps in 1996, I was given an entry survey containing a question worded something like this: “If ordered to do so, would you fire upon or attack American Ccitizens?” I said f--- no, but I wonder how many blindly said yes?
