Dozens of US cities may have entire neighbourhoods bulldozed as part of drastic "shrink to survive" proposals being considered by the Obama administration to tackle economic decline.

The government looking at expanding a pioneering scheme in Flint, one of the poorest US cities, which involves razing entire districts and returning the land to nature.
Local politicians believe the city must contract by as much as 40 per cent, concentrating the dwindling population and local services into a more viable area.
The radical experiment is the brainchild of Dan Kildee, treasurer of Genesee County, which includes Flint.
Having outlined his strategy to Barack Obama during the election campaign, Mr Kildee has now been approached by the US government and a group of charities who want him to apply what he has learnt to the rest of the country.
Mr Kildee said he will concentrate on 50 cities, identified in a recent study by the Brookings Institution, an influential Washington think-tank, as potentially needing to shrink substantially to cope with their declining fortunes.

The Deconstruction of Flint, Michigan Is To Be the Model for All U.S. Cities
June 14, 2009 (LPAC) — New York’s fascist Mayor Michael Bloomberg may not have gotten his fantasy of deconstructing American cities according to the British Fabian model, but that scheme is alive and well in America, anyway, as shown by a story in Britain’s Daily Telegraph dated June 12. This story puts up Flint, Michigan, where entire city blocks are being bulldozed to the ground and returned to nature, as the model for the rest of the country, and even worse, the Obama Administration, along with certain think-tanks, want to spread that model.
Flint was once a major industrial center, where 79,000 people were employed by General Motors, but with the dismantling of the auto industry, Flint has collapsed and lost half its population. Local politicians, rather than fighting to rebuild the economy, are trying to contract the city by as much as 40%. This scheme is said to be the brainchild of Genesee County Treasurer Dan Kildee, who has been recruited by the Obama Administration, Brookings Institution, and unnamed other interests to apply this scheme to as many as 50 other U.S. cities, including Detroit, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and Memphis. “The real question is not whether these cities shrink,” argues Kildee, “but whether we let it happen in a destructive way or sustainable way. Decline is a fact if life in Flint. Resisting it is like resisting gravity.”
While Kildee is put up as the poster boy for this destruction of American cities, EIR exposed, back on May 23, 2008, how this was actually a plan, concocted by the British Fabian controllers of Bloomberg, to eliminate manufacturing and depopulate cities in the name of environmentalism, but in the service of genocide. As EIR reported, this green fascist scheme has already been implemented in London, which lost 600,000 manufacturing jobs between 1973 and 2001.

Strange. I let all my friends know about the coming storm (WITHOUT all the religious stuff) and they believed me. Maybe it’s just easier to believe someone whose arguments are based on facts and logic.

You know as a Christian the hardest part of Christianity I have (besides quitting smoking) is love your enemies, pray for those who persecute you. It is really my achilles heel. I personally want to nail thier sorry butts to the wall and stop them. I know I can’t though. According to Jesus it is wrong. Judge not lest though be judged more harshly.

I know we are supposed to pray for Dan. I also believe in miracles. I have seen more than one in my day.

I remember CNN doing a story about this a couple months ago. It was all about how there were huge tracks of abandoned homes and how Flint couldn’t afford to extend emergency and civil services out there anymore. I guess bulldozing them is their genius idea in order to prevent rampant crime and arson in those areas. What a waste.

I read in an article from Chosen People ministries (A Messianic Jewish ministry) that the current Israel is prophecied in the OT to be a secular nation far from God. this is the Israel that will be attacked in the last days and suffer great hardship for their rejection of the Gospel. The problem with Farah and the what I call Judiizers, they exhalt everything Jewish, they seem to even want to take Christianity back to Judism in some cases. No, we are not to do that, we have a new and better covenant. It is good to understand Judism and the old tesetement. There is Jesus saying “a nation born in a day”, they believe it is Israel in the 1948 war. It was supposed to be in a generation after that if they were right Christ should have been here a looong time ago. They just keep changing the date to fit thier corrupted theology. You think Hal Lindsey would have given it up by now and admitted he was wrong. He is one of them.
The correct reading of that verse “a nation born in a day”, meant they would be spirutally born at Christs Second coming, this is much of where the confusion and corruption come from.

Kind of hard to spread Christs love to people who are really furious at you, resent you and often hate you.
About the prophecy, I don’t know which one you are talking about, only a remenant of Jews will be saved at the second coming; for the sake of Abrham. God promised him, so God will fullfill his promise to faithful Abrham, not one thing to do with loving the Jews more or less than anyone else. Actaully, Jesus did not need Israel to be an intact Jewish nation for the first coming, he does not need it to be for the second coming either. Sorry, it may actually be just a fair secular nation, fair to everyone – even the Arabs, many actually have been my Christian brothers and sisters. The judizers don’t mention this much do they, no I don’t remember that coming up much. You can tell I am a little more than upset about that inhumane mess over there – and we pay for that, we pay for that.

If I remember correctly, this was part of the plan all along.
Move people to crowded, viable cities, and using the middle of the USA as a huge national preserve, to make the world more green, you’ll give up your house, to live in a squaller like in india, crammed into viable living quarters, with oh, say 4 other families in an apartment.
The population being thinned out as well, will help the nwo and it’s goals of prison cities, and lush farm land and natural parks for them to live on, miles and miles away from the *civilization* they create.
First the Fema Camps for the initial culling and re-education, then to the ultra cramped viable city police state.

You know I have also noticed all the people who hate humans and want to save the earth from the rest of us, they still have thier sorry butts here. If humans are so bad and have no value and are a cancer to the earth and there are too many and need to go, I honestly can’t understand why they haven’t killed themselves to save the earth and reduce population. It would be a start to in reducing population and solving the problem, they could start with themselves. They stay, I think you had a very intresting point.

Ok, I’ll give on this one. Honestly I am not sure what to make of the whole NWO. I actually do remember seeing agenda 21 and the rewilding plan to give America back to “mother earth” or something. Do they realize the earth is an inatimate object. It really doesn’t give a damned if we are here or not. For that matter it doesn’t even care if it is here. It is magna, covered by rock, then some dirt and then biological life forms. The damned thing can’t even think. Where the hell do they come up with this????? I seem to remember a little about population control also. Ok, this is coming too close to that even for me. Creepy, really is. I am still trying to sort out this mess and ascertain what the hell is really going on. Oh, if the repopulation plan is true; I think the number was around 500 million. Where the hell are the other approx. 6 billion going to go. Let me guess, they stay we go.
Oh, in all fariness I did see this on the Drudge Report. It really was there.
Ok, I am a bible believing Christian. No one really knows how this will play out, not even the people who think they do. I know who is really in charge. The lord will raise up and put down whom he will.
Jesus says do not be afraid, I am really trying and not trying to be freaked at where I think we are headed. I also do know, he’ll get me through. He promised and yes I believe every word he says.

I am just like you – trying not to freak out, but you are right. I am reading a great book by Richard Wurmbrand called Tortured for Christ – it speaks about the presence of mind GOD gives you when faced with these future situations – the question is do you trust GOD or not. Hang in there.

Do I trust God, to do the right thing; then the answer is a resounding yes. How can I say this, it is about what I want and what God wants, well always don’t line up. Do I want to see my children die, no will really suck. Do I want to see anyone die, no will really suck. No assurance it won’t happen, do I want to go to a re education camp, not on my list of things to do – may happen. See, I kind of am a weenie at heart. I really am not into pain and all that. I do not go looking for it, I am not exactly running from it either. I am not into all that Opus Dei self inflicted suffering, thank God he really doesn’t want us to hurt ourselves for no reason. Suffering is to serve a purpose. If I have to go through it, I will. I know it is an honor to suffer for Christs sake, and if the worst does happen he will get me through. I know if it happens, there is a good reason for it.
I know he promised me anything but a bed of roses, he just promised me peace despite my circumstances. I have been knocked around quite a bit ever since I became a Christian, I know there will be more.
Do not be afraid of them that can kill the body and not the soul. Be afraid of him who can throw body and soul in hell.
I am trying to get there. It is kind of like watching something that may be the Panzer divisions forming to come for everything you love and telling yourself this is not going to be a problem; when deep down your 75% sure it will be. I know God is not done with me yet.
I guess persecution, bring it on. He’ll be with me, he told me so and yes I really believe everyword he says. I am having trouble doing some of it. Knowing those emotions are not supposed to be there does not make them go away. Can’t seem to quit smoking either. I just pray for help. You know he pointed out to me once, who do you think is better qualified to run things. I am a slob he is god. He get’s my vote, besides I really don’t even freakin really know what is going on half the time anyway.
He says it turns out ok, I believe him. I really do. Right now I am in a form of a state of literal shock at some of what I am seeing. I really am, I really am. It is that corrupt, from the political sphere and the Church also. I am not exactly puritanical, if your making my head spin things are pretty bad.

Vickie… help me understand… if “god” really doesn’t want you to suffer – why should you suffer? And if you do suffer – it is for a “good reason”. Then “god” claims you’re a slob and he’s… well… god! So that would make him not only in charge of this mess but also the creator of it!

No, I actuallly stated I am a slob, that is my opinion of myself. I actually stated that God doesn’t like to see suffering, but wether we like it or not it does have some value. Much of the good that comes, does come through suffering. Think of an addict, they don’t quit because they don’t like to get high; they really like being high. They quit the addicition because they finally get tired of all the suffering that it produces. Think of in that aspect. There is good that comes from suffering, we don’t like to think about it but it is true.
Opus Die, they believe in self infliction of pain. They whip themselves. I just don’t see one reason to do that. If I have to suffer to spread the gospel, then there is a reason in my suffering. I have no intention on infliciting pain for puisnishment for my sins (Jesus did that) or just to inflict pain. I call that sadistic. No, I am not crazy.
God is actually in charge, the free will concept. He will not create a race of slaves, we made a choice. Evil much of it. We have totally abused it. It does have a limited time frame – for now that is where we are at.

You know I do come back to this from time to time. I did imerse myself for a time, to try and get a handle. The problem is, you have to correctly understand reality to react to it.
I kind of draw the line at a through examination of the overall agenda of the “global elits” I am not going to spend much time on it. The reason, if they are planning to re create the world to thier liking. I am not one bit worried about that coming to fruition.
God will never let that happen.
We’ll see how it goes down. If they think they know how it turns out, I guarantee you they have no idea of the rocky road ahead if they are doing what people are claiming they are planning and doing. It will not go down even like they want, that much I do assure you. I know of what I speak.
Intresting, but just not worth the time to do all that research.

Kim, in answer to your post below. I checked out the article about the asteroids. If it is true there is a reason they are not releasing the information. I just don’t know what it is.
I do know, the King is Coming this time. The countdown is on, tick tock tick tock. I can’t tell you how I know, but I know for a fact – they know it also.
Could it be, the book of Revalation speaks of a “mountian burning with fire”. John saw a vision, he described what he visually saw but did not understand. We know now, what he was describing was an asteroid. Apparently one will hit, and tragically will kill many.

If your representative is in favor of auditing the fed reserve, then maybe you should find out where they stand on supporting vs subverting the Constitution. If they claim to support the Constitution, then we should expect some indictments to come in pretty soon, the evidence all right there in the House Notes!

No, actually do you know how many of my prayers have been answered? Then how can you state with any certainty my God is useless? Do you know my IQ, then how do you know I am not intellegent. The earth is a rock and doesn’t think. HOW CAN YOU ARGUE WITH THAT. That little argument is a driving force behind the de populatiion agenda, I think pointing that out is worth is important.

The idea in itself is not so bad. Large portions of your cities in the US are jungles anyway. It all depends how well the plan is carried out. If you look at countries such as the Netherlands and Germany it is already like that: cities, well planned, with a lot of green around it. Some areas are designated for houses, some for agriculture and what’s left is left untouched. If you want to live in the countryside the only way is to try and get your hands on a former farm.
Another question is how they will pay for it. It seems like a very expensive plan, cause all people who have to leave their houses will have to be sompensated.

It does seem like a good idea to create smaller area with green spaces surrounding them. strange thing is in australia, they develope in an uncontrollable way , that takes out all green areas.
Where do all the people go to when they leave these cities, do they get to live on the street somewhere else. Or are people pouring into the bigger cities hoping to find work.
why can’t all these empty house’s be given back to the homeless and a more community based sharing network of skills and food growing , like self sustainable communities re’ develope.
I dont understand this with the amount of homelessness abound.
i think we need to not be dependant on so called infrastructures of modern society , if thats their excuse for not having people in them.

The problem with this is it totally violates private property rights. The founding fathers made sure we had them. They knew how much it meant to prosperity and freedom. India.
In India there is no welfare for anyone and the Extremely rich people hardly pay any tax, and coruption is the way things are done,
thus infra structure is rough and ready.
Now there are very good facilities for the emerging middle class to the wealthy class.
But they still have to drive their flash cars on pot holed roads and kaos. They actually like it that way.
Because capiltalism is so good in India there are two basic classes, the very wealthy and the majority of very poor people.
the outcome of a money hungry , all for yourself society awaits you. Indian style.
Plenty of people living on the streets there and in humpy towns on the sides of any road.

If it sounds easy, maybe it is! Sometimes “A” is just “A”! No conspiracy,no hidden agenda. I can definity relate to your skepticism on the motives of all levels of government. However, I can definity see how this could be appealing to many municipalities where they have districts that just are not creating enough tax revenue and/or are such a liability as far as infrasturcture is concerned, that it makes more sence to cut your losses and concentrate your recources in more viable areas and actually see a little return on your investment. Where as these other areas are just money pits, trying to keep up with a decaying infrastructure is very expensive. Kind of like your moms old minivan that you still drive, at some point its just not worth fixing anymore, and it would be cheaper to buy another one. Thus the minivan is sent to the scrap heap and is recycled to serve a much more modest purpose. Not a very good comparison but I think you’ll get the point.

There is really no power in prayer, we have actually zero spiritual power. It is an idea that crept into Christianity through Paganism through the Catholic Church it is called animism, tragically they also imported many others. Want a test, everyone on earth could pray all at once for somthing, if Yawhee doesn’t answer it won’t happen. The power in prayer lies soley in Yawhee’s answer. We all get a yes, no not yet. I can’t force him to do a damned thing. It actually is a good thing, I don’t even know what to pray for half the time anyway.
NO, really the only power that exists in prayer is in the lords answer. It really is. There are 2 sources of spiritual power on earth either divine, god and the good angels or demonic the fallen angels. It all comes from either or, we really have no spiritual power. There is really no spiritual energy that we can produce.

Hell with the illegals, get some of the homless out there to do the work. Then they could buy houses of their own, if not at least rent one. Tax revenues would go up for the state federal and local governments, solve a little bit of the problem there. Not only that but then you could have locally produced foods that come from the land. I understand everyones parinoia of the government and its motives, but as long as most of the decisions are made at the local level, this could be a good thing. Its when some federal bureaucrat steps in and makes the decision, that I became skeptical.

Lex you know why I am more leaning to the side of a overall pre planned agenda. Let me explain. Years ago I was searching the web and doing research on another topic, I think it actually was Christian Apologetics. I kept running into these people who were screaming about this. I took a long look and actually dismissed them as crazy, no I honestly did.
A couple of years ago I kept running into things that were actually happening that were well exactly what they said were going to happen years ago that I dismissed as crazy. At that point I started again and said OK, who were those crazy people? They knew about it long before I did. I think at this point they may be onto somthing.
OH, you may think this is practical. OH, it still is a major violation of private property rights. There is no way around that. It will still be a major problem and will definatly lead to more government control. The constituton has been shredded in the last few years, if you go back and actually follow the threads to this mess. That situation has actually created many of the problems you see. That really is the truth.

The really crappy thing about this is…….. All those houses did have people living in them. Where are they at now? and when the uptick starts in the economy (like our wonderful leaders tell us it will) and all those people have jobs again (haa-haa ) where are they gonna live. What a great way to try and save some of their own money(the criminal bankers). Reduce the amount of housing on the market and what do you know the median price might not decline. To keep the abandoned property intact would mean someone would have to pay to sustain and maintain it. I can see why eliminating the building or structure would make the property more profitable anymore. The value is the land anyways. What you place on top of it would be considered fixed-goods inventory. When the fixed goods outweigh the value of the land itself…there’s a problem that needs to be remedied.

Bulldoze entire neighborhoods, cut off ALL city/county services within these “Dead Zones” and watch the savings pile up! Limited roads through these “Green Zones”, I like to refer to them as BLACK ZONES or DEAD ZONES. Nobody will be “forced” to move out of a neighborhood targeted for “Greening”. You will just have your utilities cut off, no police “protection”, no fire protection, no road plowing or repair. Just you, the drug dealers, junkies, pimps & ho’s. AHHH, complete freedom to fend for yourself. AND… just think of the fun you’ll have traveling INSIDE one of the “Dead Zones”. Just pray you don’t have car trouble on the inside. Our local news ABC12 did a story on this a few months ago ABC12 said the proposed idea was to save money on infrastructure services garbage,water,sewer,and etc. The news report said there were hole neighborhoods where only a few people live in. I thank God I do not live in the city but close to. this is going to effect the hole county. The big Chevrolet plant in which my father worked at since the 1920s (retiered in 1966) Closed in 1979 Chevy in the hole as it was called locally is where the famous sit down strike took place. It closed totally in the early 1990s and was torn down . Kettering University ( the old GMI General Motors Technical Insitute) built doorms on some of the land .The big Buick plant Buick City as it is called locally went to Mexico in 2000. That plant was torn down. Than to add insult to injury AC spark plug(Delphi) plant closed last year. This past winter it was torn down. Only one of the original plants left is the truck plant where the Kodiac, and HD trucks are built (assembled) if the division is sold off that plant will be gone too. Anyway the City of Flint schools have under 10,000 students enrolled . This was the final school year for the big central high school built 83 years ago. After that story ran about leveling some of the neighborhoods the mayor of Flint Don Williamson(his wife Patsy Lu Willamson largest GM dealership in the world) got sick and resigned over this past winter due to health issues. Now MR. Jones PLEASE READ THIS (I know you don’t read the comments section but you should read this) .This is not the first time the bulldozing of entire neighborhoods in Flint has happened it happened in 79 or 80 after the first great migration from flint in the late 1970s. in the past decade or so a new housing developement has been built on some of that land you guessed it 100,000 dollar homes built across a 5 lane road (Saginaw. St) from the slums. The former U.S. ambassador to Sweden is going to build the nations first bio gas plant here ABC12 reports). So now we will be the nations first bio gas supplier for cars we are not able to afford to buy.

Phase two of the Eugenics plan. First start killing off the people, then return the land to nature for the resources to be used later by the Elite. Put the masses in smaller units in bigger cities and bulldoze under the smaller cities. If they contain us in certain areas only, it will be easier to control us as a mass. Don’t let it happen people, or smaller cities will start disappearing on an alarming rate, and we will all be forced into the larger cities to corral us.

Agenda 21 it is. The cities, the dams, the bridges, small family-owned farms and ranches; most of it ultimately “returned to nature”, for the relaxation and enjoyment of the elite, and off limits to those who live in the city/prison.

The elites are planning on turning entire cities into gulags and camps. To do that they will shrink the cities and cram everyone together. If the wrecked houses totally revert to the BLM, you would probably have the legal right to occupy it for certain periods of time, before moving your meager possessions to another place in nature, several yards away.

The salvage companys sold the scrap metals from the tore down GM plants , and the out of work people went in to all of those vacent homes and took all of the metals sold them to the scrapyards who in return sold the scrap metal to China , Japan, Mexico, and etc. That was stimulas for Flint all the scrap metals you could carry, and in most cases steal. I forgot to mention the UAW (YOU AIN’T WORKIN) was selling bricks from those tore down GM plants to their union members for I think 5$ a brick but it could have been more.

Fact: some cities are shrinking. Take a trip through the rustbelt ad you will see hundreds of cities that could use a bulldozer; I should know, I lived there for 25 years. Business models become outdated, as they did in Flint, and for better or worse towns go with them. Don’t get me wrong, if Obama is involved it is some fascist scheme, but bulldozing unused structures isn’t really all that bad an idea.

Too bad this sounds like a good idea to me. If you visit Europe. their old neighborhoods are picturesque. Most any house in America, especially in the Rust Belt, over 40 years old looks like a dump – then turns into an actually slum. People usually finance more home than they can comfortably afford, which means there’s never a budget for upkeep. And, McMansions are the same slapped-up cheapest construction method as any other American house that was never intended to, and can not, last forever. When homes and buildings are constructed, a fund should be started to deal with tearing them down when and if the look runned down. At least it would create more jobs for remodelers and home builders. About the only decently paying jobs for MEN and especially men that have no chance ever getting a college degree. An expensive degree that soon, if not already, relates to jobs that no longer exist.

This might be a ploy to carry out the bio-diversity treaty where there are different zones denoted by colors. Only animals will be allowed to live in the red zones.
The government could be testing the waters to see if we will accept this. If they are going to block off cities and take land away from citizens and consolidate the population, this is a start.

The only other place i read this was on World Net Daily. This is not surprising at all, since the push has been to dry up all the jobs in anywhere other than the major metropolitan areas, where they want to cram us all…. for easier control and brainwashing. Pay attention to how the big cities vote in any election… LEFT for the most part. Suspect this is related to the crowded rat theory and how crowding mentally deranges them. People (sheeple) too. To the elite maggots who want total control, we are all just things to control, use and dispose of as desired. I think we should start by bulldozing a large part of Washington, DC. actually, this is a good thing. In his book Plan B 3.0, Lester Brown, head of the Earth Policy Institute, argued that the most efficient way for civilization to stay in balance with nature is to do away with the idea of suburbs. We are running out of farmland, and the farmland that we have now is so inundated with pesticides and over-farming practices anyway that there has been a rapid decline in topsoil all over the world. Not to mention the fact of energy efficiency; New York city is the most energy efficient city in the us for a reason- large population, small area. It makes sense. I say we embrace it. There’s no reason to get pissed off- people will move a few miles and their lives will go on. There’s no need to freak out and go buy a s--- load of guns and ammunition. Go Flint for being smart.
