U.S. court rules Saudis not liable for Sept 11 attacks

A federal appeals court on Thursday ruled Saudi Arabia could not be held liable for the September 11 attacks against the United States despite charitable donations that ended up in the hands of Al-Qaeda.
Upholding a 2006 decision by a lower court, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan ruled inadmissible a lawsuit in which families of victims of the 9/11 attacks charged that Saudi Arabia, four Saudi princes, a Saudi charity and bank had given material support to Al-Qaeda.
The plaintiffs in the case cited Saudi donations to Muslim charity groups that were later transferred to the Al-Qaeda terror network, arguing the Saudis were responsible for financing the 9/11 attacks.
The court in its ruling said the “Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act of 1976″ granted the Saudi defendants immunity from prosecution on US soil.
It also ruled that a charity named in the suit, the Saudi High Commission for Relief to Bosnia and Herzegovina, was also immune under the same law as it was “an agency or instrumentality of the Kingdom.”

The Saudi’s would have brought this up at trial about 911:
A frequently asked and presently unanswerable question is: what happened to the passengers and crew of the four passenger jets that were supposed to have crashed? While very little information about their deaths has surfaced there is evidence that there were fewer victims than has been reported.
NY based researcher Vincent Sammartino claims that the government seems to have faked the number of plane victims and also faked the number who claimed victim compensation. According to Sammartino, of the 266 official names of passengers and crew who were supposed to have died in the four passenger jets, only 52 names have appeared on the Social Security Death Index (SSDI), a privately owned website not affiliated with the Social Security Administration. According to Sammartino, of the 52 listed as dead in the SSDI, which has an accuracy rate of about 83%, only 11 of the family members have claimed victim compensation (not counting 9/11 plane crash widow, Ellen Mariani, who has pointedly refused compensation).
Sammartino writes that his research was spurred in part because of a radio interview he heard with Ms. Mariani and her lawyer in which they spoke of their inability to locate other family members of the purported plane passengers.
If Sammartino’s figures are closer to reality than official reports, the discrepancies also go some way to advancing the NPT. If no planes were involved in the 9/11 attacks, and if Holmgren is right that Flights 11 and 77 did not fly that day (and Flights 93 and 175 did not crash that day), then it might have been easier for the terrorists to have diverted and perhaps disposed of merely 50-60 victims rather than many more bodies.
Thus the NPT helps us to advance, as Holmgren suggests, a combination missile, and preplanned explosives theory to explain the explosions and fires at the Twin Towers and the Pentagon and the lack of any big passenger plane evidence at those sites. It also helps to explain why relatively few “plane crash” victims have come forward. Evidence also indicates that that no big passenger plane (or any other plane) crashed in Shanksville, PA. The episode may have been cooked up simply for purposes of distraction.

#1, you shouldn’t pay your income taxes. Period. It’s completely unconstitutional for courts to give you jail time for not paying your taxes, when in fact there is NO law that states that you have to pay. Across America, people have already claimed over $3mil back from the IRS, because they fought their cases correctly. It brings me joy to see people fighting back!!!!!

Saudis make me SICK!!!! They are disgustingly rich and their people treat Egyptians like slaves when they go to look for work in their country. Egyptians are very poor and they try to go to other Middle Eastern countries to look for work to send money back to their families. Like Mexicans do in America. I cant blame them, if my family was starving I’d do the same, but it doesnt make it right to treat Egyptians like dogs. You see the Saudi woman covered from head to toe with a couple of holes to look out of, and all you can see is their gold around their neck, bracelets, $500 purses, $500 shoes, and the men drive thier huge gas guzzeling Humvees every where, their houses are like palaces, they buy $50,000 camels for racing etc…..
Saudi Arabia hires out for its doctors, maids, teachers, you name it, cause they are so rich they dont have to do anything themselves. They pay a doctor $1000 a month for salary……lots of Egyptian doctors go there to work because thats really good money for them. But come on, they are so rich you think they could pay a little more, after all Saudi has a very high cost of living.

There is one and only one reason you will never ever ever ever hear or see a verifiable Black box recording of ANY of the planes from 911. What is the reason? There were no planes. Somebody “saying something” about something existing somewhere about something simply adds to the fact that not ONE SINGLE PEICE of verifiable evidence exists of any plane at any of the 4 locations from 911.
How can you have a voice recorder and not one other speck of verifiable plane at any of the 4 locations?
I learned today that 50% of all the passengers on flight 93, going cross country non-stop on a work day, bought their tickets THAT MORNING!!!! Not ONE SINGLE PERSON or family member out of the 64 on that flight has claimed the $1.8 million dollar pay out to each member. Not ONE. There were no planes on 911….though it’s a great ploy to keep spewing false hope that a single verifiable piece of evidence like the black boxes actually “exist” to give credence that the planes actually exist. These people are sick and only have to keep you guessing and in suspense for another couple of months.
Keep in mind it was Dan Rather in Dallas when Kennedy was shot that was the only person and media to see the Zeupruder film before it was shown publically in 1975 by Geraldo Rivera. The outrage that people felt once they saw the film for themselves was that Dan Rather described it INCORRECTLY for 12 years!!! Laws were changed because of the outrage that people felt once they saw the film themselves and felt lied to. Mr. “and that’s the way it IS and never question me” Cronkite promoted Mr. Rather after that incident in Dallas. It was Mr. Rather that when reporting in Vietnam was receiving special information and top secret “notices” from none other than Donald Rumsfeld.
What NO PLANES means on 911 is that the media itself was as complicit, culpable, criminal, compliant, and liable as anyone who pulled the trigger or crashed a “plane” that day? Wanted to add something to post 49.
To date the insurance companies have yet to pay the airlines for any of the 4 “planes” lost on 911. Why? After an inquiry commission was conducted….they were unable to find a SINGLE PIECE of verifiable evidence that ANY PLANES existed at any of the 4 locations on 911. They found nothing. Not one single piece. Keep in mind that every plane has over 3,000 parts that can identify it. That’s 12,000 at 4 locations and not one has ever been verified. (Eyewitnesses have NEVER counted as an actual plane crashing. Only wreckage matters in an airline investigation….thus NO payout because there is NO wreckage of any kind that has ever been allowed to be verified by any one.)
Now…..when you say that Larry Silverstein made billions ($7 Billion) in insurance claims…you are correct. I am unsure if they have actually deposited money into an actual account yet…..but consider this. Guess who runs the insurance company that is to pay Mr. Silverstein? It is a Bush family member!!!!!!! Unfortunately that cannot be said for the insurance company of the airlines which is why they have said they will pay nothing.
There were NO PLANES on 911. The US corporate owned media lied to the world. Laws must now be reconsidered regarding media ownership in the US. These media criminals have protected and colluded and profited into the Billions because of 911. Which war puppet are they going to support next? Someone worse than the Bush regime in the future?
