U.S. Headed Toward Bankruptcy, Says Top Budget Committee Republican

The ranking Republican on the House Budget Committee said the U.S. government is headed toward bankruptcy if it stays on its current fiscal course.
“We know that for a fact,” Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) told CNSNews.com in a video interview. “All the actuaries, all the objective scorekeepers of the federal government, are predicting this.”
To back up this claim, Ryan cited an estimate by the non-partisan Government Accountability Office that says the government faces a $53-trillion shortfall to cover the costs of promised benefits in its entitlement programs.
“They say we are $53 trillion short of fulfilling the promises the government is making to the American people, in today’s dollars,” said Ryan.
“Meaning that if we want to keep the promises of Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security, which are basically the three major entitlement programs, today we would have to set aside $53 trillion dollars and invest them at Treasury rates in order to do it,” he said.

Ryan said that to deal with this situation the government must either reform the entitlement programs or eventually impose massive tax increases on American workers.
“For the last 40 years, the federal government has had to tax every dollar made in America at 18.3 cents on that dollar to pay the bills of the federal government,” said Ryan.
“By the time my three children – who are three, five and six years old—are my age, the federal government will have to tax 40 cents out of every dollar made in America just to pay the bills for the federal government at that time,” he said.
Ryan asked the Congressional Budget Office to determine what the tax rates would need to be to cover federal spending at that level.
“What they told me was really startling,” said Ryan. “They said that the current low rate, the 10-percent bracket for low-income Americans, would have to go up to 25 percent. The middle-income tax rate for middle-income Americans would have to go up to 66 percent, and the top rate, which is what small businesses pay, would have to go to 88 percent.
“Those would be the tax rates you would have to have if you wanted to tax your way out of this problem,” he said. “And if you did that, all experts conclude, you would literally crash the American economy.”
Ryan portrayed the long-term budget crisis he believes the country is now facing as a generational challenge.
“The legacy of this country has always been that each generation confronts the challenges before it so that the next generation is better off,” said Ryan. “In the past, we brought down the Iron Curtain and won the Cold War. We got through World War I. We got through World War II. We won the war on the Great Depression.
“The problem that we have right now—putting foreign policy aside and our fight with Islamic radicalism—is that we have an economic crisis, we have a fiscal crisis, and, that is, we will bankrupt this country, and the best century in America will be the last century,” he added.
“Unless we turn our fiscal situation around and pay off this debt, and change the way these programs work to a more sustainable path, the next generation will have inferior living standards,” said Ryan.
Ryan and his Budget Committee staff have developed a comprehensive plan for reforming federal taxing-and-spending policies that they believe will restore long-term solvency to the federal government.
Entitled “A Roadmap for America’s Future: A Plan to Solve America’s Long-Term Fiscal and Economic Crisis,” the plan has been introduced as legislation (H.R. 6110) in the current Congress.

Hold on here guys. Bankruptcy?
The U.S .is running a deficit of 2-3% of GDP. The dollars in deficit or the dollars in debt mean nothing.
What matters is deficit and debt as a % of gross domestic product.
2-3% is not good, for sure. But, it’s not a disaster. A modest tax increase and/or modest spending cuts would eliminate this problem. This is not an economic disaster, but, something that needs to be addressed. My understanding is, reverse Bush’s tax cuts, and, the defiict is eliminated.

Both my husband and I have lost our jobs recently. Things are not going to get “better” for a long time. Bush and his cohorts (Wall Street crooks) have bankrupted this country. The idea is to do away with Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid. The idea is to have all pensions raided. The idea is to destroy the middle class by taking whatever “wealth” they have left. The housing debacle was planned. The idea is to have slaves and the wealthy. Americans have lost their country due to arrogance, sheer laziness, complacency and fear. We have a nation of scared and fearfully ignorant people. Our neighbors, who we know of which some family members are illegals, are doing quite well. Interestingly, their income from the 4 adult males who work is not taxed like my husband’s and my incomes were. Their income combined probably exceeds $70,000 annually, some of which they send back to MEH-HEE-KO. They get free medical care and stipends for the 4 children who live there. If I called the IRS would they do anything? I doubt it. If I called ICE would they do anything? As an American I do not believe the government even functions for me as a “former” taxpayer. I’ve worked all my life, so has my husband. Our country has betrayed us and many others. The worst is yet to come. God help us all.

They blew up the World Trade Center and than put the troops in harms way and told congress that “If you dont make a vote for the war your against the troops, & your Un American”. They than began their full fledged plan to bankrupt the United States of America. A war that is costing the American people their future and retirement bases, and has emptied the social security fund. Through the blessing of non bid contracts the Bush Cheney crew has diverted billions and Trillions of dollars ear marked for the soldiers and given substandard equipment and training to American soldiers.
They cut combat pay to nothing and reevaluated the pay for labor standard. Soldiers are approached after combat by Haliburton to drive oil tankers in Iraq for one hundred thousand dollars a year tax free

Reversing tax cuts is not, i believe, the way to solve anything. the only way that the economy has ever been stimulated in a real way is through tax CUTS. This helps everyone, when the cuts are across the board. everyone has more disposable income, the jobs are created because investors have more to invest, and total revenue to the government increases. We’ve seen it time and time again: JFK did it in the 60s, Reagan did it in the 80s. When has a heavier tax burden stimulated revenue like those times? Laying on heavier taxes will not solve anything.

Government on both federal and state level were considering the idea of cutting the gas tax for a few months this year. That will never happen and do you know why? The department of transportation screamed, “Please whatever you do if anything we need to raise gas tax not lower it.” Ladies and gentlemen we have bridges falling apart, public transportation that needs to be maintained and expanded for growth, and roads crumbling. Now then I agree the current tax system is quite a mess and full of problems. Thats why we need tax reform NOT tax cuts. You want to cut taxes? Sure if you are of that opinion, but don’t complain when tens of thousands loose their jobs, and the infrastructure of our country falls apart. I don’t think the formula of deficit as a 2-3% of GDP means that things are ok. GDP as a number is not the tax base number. What is the tax base dollar figure as a % of GDP? 2-3%? What is the percentage of tax covered operating cost to deficit? Are we borrowing 50% of our total operating cost? 20%? 10%? If we are running a yearly deficit of 2-3% GDP, that’s a huge amount just to be the deficit, not even the total operating cost. And if you’re running a deficit continuously, at some time you have to catch up to a higher and higher negative balance. I think that’s basically what’s going on here. I think the gov’t is leveraged to the max right now. They have to cut back the mad military spending. Then Tariff the imports. Then raise taxes on corporations and the rich. Cut taxes on the poorest and middle class. Then get rid of about 2000 useless gov’t agencies. Time to cut it down to efficient and necessary components. America’s Judgment: that sounds like Kissingers work for sure. Bush works for the Elites no doubt. It’s hard to believe these people are that evil, but I know they are heartless and soulless and operate under a different perspective than the rest of us. A very selfish perspective. This year alone the Bush administration has taken out 250 billion from social security so while they say social security is running out of money it is only because they keep taking out any surplus money that is put in there each year.

Rep. Ryan has his heart in the right place and I believe he’s on track regarding the privatization of health care and the ability to “opt out” of the social services systems, but he’s reading from chapter two and has skipped right over chapter one: the fiat money. Without a return to constitutional currency, the course changes he’s suggesting will either have little to no permanent affect, or will simply create an even bigger financial tsunami 5 – 15 years from now. All of these budget crisises are mere symptoms of a disease. Without addressing the disease, the symptoms will always return.

A sovereign owned Central bank, like the bank of Venice (1160-1790 AD) can be a great blessing to the citizens if it is managed openly and honestly. This is difficult to do, but is the only honest solution to the evil debt-money system we have today.
When the Federal Reserve Act went into effect, the IRS was also born. That is because the interest that the US Treasury would have made on loans to us as citizens went into the pockets of international bankers, and we then had to pay taxes to make up the difference to run the government. The government provides services as principle, the bankers provide nothing. So we are paying taxes to provide the services our commonwealth should be able to afford on interest money that they loan to us.
Over time, we have added more and more parasitic bankers to the interest dole, while taxes have also increased. They have borrowed from Social Security and every other fund we invested in to enrich international (Jewish) bankers who start wars and swindle the human race. Now they want to engage our children future and our military in a needless War in Iran.

This is not new news. Its just coming from a different Congressman. Our country is gone, most dont care, or dont understand, as most are watching the Olympics as they continue their brainwashing. The US will not be able to pay its bills, most likely within the next 6 months. At which point we will go into martial law, and all the know it all yuppies, retired people, govt workers and working men and women will loose EVERYTHING. No stocks, no salary no income. The dollar will be dead, gone, non existent. I dont believe any of my friends have bothered to buy storable food or silver or gold, as I have suggested to them. They will be calling me, or hiking to my house begging for food.
This is the point when there will probably be some type of revolution. Remember, if there is no dollar, the govt will not be able to pay its jack booted thugs, armed forces etc. The US Gov will at this point in time, be non existent. We will truly be living in the world of Mad Max.

What people fail to understand is that elements of the US government and shadow government have created all of the above problems as part of the “problem, reaction, solution” senario to undermine the US economy. But, as you say, the “man in the video” has a thoroughly skewed, thoroughly GOP line to sell us.
No mention of the cost of these needless wars, no mention of corporate welfare and pork served out to Big Pharma, Big Ag, and (the lion’s share to) Big Oil, the removal of tariffs to benefit Cayman Islands offices of what had once been steady, good paying employers of the best workers in the world.
And certainly not a whisper about the massive rake-off by the bankers that, as one poster here so rightly and observantly says, give us nothing in return for our interest payments, where government (the whipping boy of the Wall St. bankers, of whom the GOP is the cheerleader squad — picture the young George Bush with pom-poms) would be providing services and infrastructure on the same interest money.

Chaos and confusion, the darkness will show,

Accountants disabled-their minds with bad storage?
Computers and calculators get blamed for the carnage!
Actuaries give in to the stiff-armed tactics,
Of the mafias and mayors and the other addicts
Of power and influence so enamored,
Those leaders say, “we won’t be detoured!”
Unsuspecting, complicit what does it matter?
No money comes out when the piggy banks shatter!
No one keeps track, the records are hidden,
TVs, computers and radios are driven,
By the news of today: LIES coupled with HATE,
As society continues to shop and disintegrate!
Get a job with government if you don’t want to work,
And if they force you just use workers’ comp as a perk,
Some people think the falling towers was a big plan,
If that’s true it suggests some sleight of hand!
“To take from the people we need a good reason,
And A TAX must always be made in the right season!”
But that leads to a question that few ever ask,
Do the rulers of cities and states wear that same mask?

Could be avoided and to boot- higher profitability!
The biggest profit is in the form of more LOVE,
Caring and sharing with abundance-like above!
Isaiah had aversion through and through,
About training for war, St. Paul did too!
So now we see that the message has been the same,
Fighting each other provides universal pain!
The only good government is one that is weak,
So the people can twist it and turn it and tweak,
So that cyclone of calamity will see earthly fear,
And the people will see that the benefits are clear,
Of providing for the cleansing of this most despicable being,
Look in the mirror for a glimpse of US seeing,
Ourselves, in a bind hoping for salvation,
And that God will not consider US abomination!
So now we have reached a point in this letter,

If the people need food, we should give to their needs,
Equally when housing is missing sew good seeds
We can always be helpful, flowers will grow,

To know of the who, what, where or when?
But if you truly accept the promise of God,
You’re on your way to heaven, though considered odd!
You’re now speaking gently and softly (it’s a form of caressing!)
If we do it more often, it’s better than confessing,
And we’ll create greater peace in this world so very strange,
Most people will think that they’re home on the range!
Now if we back up those words with actions of the same kind,
There will be those who see that before were blind!
Since now you know the words can cause the blind to see flowers,
And that actions grow stronger using the word for powers!
When we say the truth is actually love,
Well what would be the opposite saying of?

I sincerely hope that Mr. Ryan’s proposals re Health care are enacted. But I have to ask, does Mr. Ryan live in a fantasy world? Does Mr. Ryan think the HMO’s are going to sit idly by and watch their golden calf disappear? Not likely. Too many members of Congress are in the pockets of Big Pharma and HMO’s. And if employees can get their health care independent of their employers, employees will be MUCH more likely to change jobs. Why? Because if employees can get their own health care they are NOT dependent on their employers. This removes a HUGE bargaining chip employers have over their employees. Employers will no longer be able to say:”Go ahead and quit. Go get a job somewhere else, but what will you do about Health Care?” Employees with independent health care will be MUCH quicker to quit and go work for a company that will treat them better. Some would call that the free market, but you won’t hear corporate shills like Limbaugh or Hannity bring this free market idea up. When you can get your own health care, employers have lost big leverage over their employees. Don’t think employers don’t know this. Employers do not want to pay for health care, but they want their employeees utterly dependent on the employer for their health care. The Fed bureacracy won’t be happy with Ryan’s plan either.
Finally, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ryan for his proposals. I hope his plan is a smashing success. Ryan points out many of the problems of our current health care system. These problems are known to many, but the level of corruption and special interest control in Washington DC is so high, one almost has to be a Don Quixote to take on all these special interests. That said, best of luck Mr. Ryan. The country needs more people like you in Congress.

Don’t know what everyone else got out of this but I heard this guy say one thing loud and clear.
“We have a pay as you go system”
Defined as taxing the generation of workers to hand money over to the retired generation. It’s totally evil, immoral, and unconstitutional to tax one group of people and give the money to another group. If you don’t know, the constitutionality of the social securtiy Ponzi scheme was challenged in the supreme court. The supreme kangaroo farce upheld the constitutionality based on a total lie that social security was an individual account. In other words the tax stolen from you was deposited into a specific account just for you and wasn’t taxing one group of people to redistribute the money to another group of people. As this congressperson has just told us – this is a total lie.
Social security is just a redistribution of wealth Ponzi scheme from a communist president, and we all have to pay the price.

All we have to do to find ANY ANSWER needed for this life that we live here on planet earth, with lucifer and his fallen angels, is pick up our B.I.B.L.E. (Basic Instruction Before Leaving Earth manual).
The way I see it, the “world” has turned people upside down in their thinking, what’s right is wrong and what’s wrong is right. To make matters worse, when you go against the “right” crowd and say it’s wrong, “they” get mad and insistent and are ready to stone you to death. They defend with a sword and dagger. I mean, look how they act when you say 911 was an inside job, or that Bush is evil and corrupt and takes his orders from satan rather than God.
I mean, check this out, we have made it seem as though the devil, satan, lucifer, is just a fictional character. The world has made the devil seem like a cartoon character as compared to the entity pulling all the strings behind the destruction of mankind. Who do you think “they” take their orders from? The one they worship, of course, satan. On the other hand, when you start talking about God or the BIBLE, you’re a religious kook.
You don’t think that is the case, check it, when i say a word, what do you think of that associates with that word? For example i say earth, you see what image? A picture of the earth, right? Right! Well, i say devil, you see red guy with pointy tail holding a pitch fork. And if i say, God or BIBLE, you think religious fanatic, church going freak, right? Well, that’s the key. They have turned the minds of people upside down.
I don’t know about you but the way i see it, people have lost their morals, values, virtue, and most importantly, they are out of touch with God. “For the wages of sin is death” (separation from God). Nowadays, you can hardly speak about the word of God without an argument. Why? Because most people have never really read the scriptures, not even the ones that go to church.
If things in this world are ever going to be right, maybe we should practice the 2 laws Jesus left us to follow: 1. Love the Lord your God with all you heart, soul and mind. 2. Love your neighbor like you love yourself. I mean, if “you” can’t follow those two, “you” deserve whatever “you” get.
If “you” (and i say you who vote for these clowns) continue to let the people that worship satan run things, “you” are ALL doomed. And I say “you” because my shit is right and tight with my Lord. I don’t follow this world I follow the Lord my God. This world (arrangement of things) is in serious trouble. Earth is going no where, just the “evil doers” in it.
Satan hates you because “you” are ALL made in the image and likeness of God and we all know how much satan despises God (and if not, READ YOUR BIBLE). We are a constant reminder in satan’s “mind”, that is why satan wants to destroy mankind. Unfortunately, the only ones that are going to be destroyed are the people that have not heeded the Lord’s commandment, to Love one another.
God is love! And love gives, covers, comforts, exhorts, exalts, and it does not kill, covet, lie, steal, etc….Get it? Got it? Good! Never forget!

The minute I saw that republican admitting the country was on the verge of bankruptcy, I knew

Consider this, that the average worker works 40 years, earning an average of 40,000 per year
and they take 6.2% out of his check, matched by his employer, for a total of 12.4% and that
it was done yearly, for ease of arithmetic. That 4,960 per year that accrues interest at say a low rate of 5%. Now take an annuity of 4,960 pr year for 40 years at 5% interest and see if you don’t
come up with around 600,000.
Assuming the worker started at 22 years old and took early retirement at 62, for 40 years work,
and that he’d get about 1,500 per month or 18,000 per year, and that he’d have a life expectancy
of around 20 years, he’d only draw out 360,000 over his lifetime, and that’s with no more interest
paid on his account after retirement. They just want to steal the workers pensions.

Your money is a debt note. How do you pay a debt with another debt? They can take what you think is your property because you do not own it. You did not pay for it.

The “Great Society” Destroyed the bank which is just a socilist program. People claim that Europe has Socialize Medicine why not America. Of course our country is going to go bankrupt. Our economy will collapse and the rest of the world economy will collapse…chaos will follow, it is all part of the master plan. Don’t be fooled to believe the war in Iraq is over oil, there is a darker side to the story. War has gotten us closer to a one world government system. WWI gave us the league of Nations, WWII gave us the United Nations, so what may you ask does the Iraq and Afghanistan wars have to do with this?
Part of the master plan is to divide the world up into regions which will model the European Union. In the future we will see a North American Union, a African Union, a Asian Union, a South American Union and a Middle East Union. The war in Iraq is the stepping stone to get the remaining countries not in line, in place such as Syria and Iraq. Where Israel and Russia will be in all of this is unknown. Will Israel be an independent union or part of the Middle East union depends on what transpires over there in the coming years. Russia will eventually have no choice to become part of this system as they will fall on their own.
Getting back to the current situation in the USA. We are being hit by the perfect storm. Our dollar is plummeting, we have record debt as a nation and as individuals, we have a housing crisis, a banking crisis, rising unemployment, lost jobs overseas, rising gas, energy and food prices, rising inflation, everything that effects the average American, but don’t fret when the shit hits the preverbial fan even the have mores will be effected. Why is this happening? Are our polliticans so blind not to see what their policies have done to this country? Through foolish trade agreements, deregulation, fiat money, greed, we are being taken down from within our own country but also by foreign investors and the rest of the world looks on in glee and horror as the last super power will soon go out with a wimper.
So again why is this happening? How can our leaders be so blind, why don’t US corporations have any loyalty to their own country anymore? They worship Mammon. We have turned our back on God. Now I’m not one of those republican rightwing christian extremists who sit on a pedastal while judging and preaching to others, many of those people are christian in name only and their leaders like Pastor Hagee, Dobson, Robertson, etc, in my opinion are false prophets who make big profits twisting the word of God to spew their hate and to fit their agenda. In the bible it says you can only serve one God. Many have chosen Mammon as their God.
Now I don’t profess to understand the book of Revelation and the book of Daniel but my grasp of those two bookst tells me we will have a one world government, we will have a anti-christ as the world leader, guided by Satan himself, who has been given the earth as his domain to take us all down with him in the end. I believe Satan has clouded the minds of many of our leaders, as how else can we explain the complete idiocy of many of their decisions and laws that have been passed?
For those of you out there who still cannot fathom our own government being involved with 9/11 just research the laws that have been passed since then all in the guise of security…but security for who and from who? Security for the elite, our politicians against we the people who may someday wake up and revolt once we see what has been done to our country? Are these laws going to be used by true American Patriots who stand up against the maddness? Will these laws be used to round up true christians who will refuse to take the mark of the beast? Time will tell, but I say YES. Prepare yourselves and pray because the perfect storm is about to make contact here in our country and world wide.

I live in West VA, Martinsburg area and use to be a proud owner of what use to be a profitable biz. (Pizza Shop) Now I am 3 months behind on my home mortgage, & have cut-off notices coming in left and right. I go to bed every night literally sick to my stomach when I think how we the people set back and let the elite steal our country and our Sovereignty. Its folks on this site and the Lord who keep me going. I use to be middleclass but I know very shortly that I will lose everything and will soon go into the wilderness, my wife and I are already getting prepared for example we sold our nice travel trailer (RV) for a tent and food. What you call the NWO the Bible calls the tribulation period. I hope that the All Fly Away Christians will get their eyes open and read their bible and realize we will be here til the LAST DAY. God is going to make a strong people out of this 7 years. The church today, especially the 5013-c churches are the Harlot on the back of the beast in Revelations. a fed. judge has ruled the us gov. owes a group of native americans more than 400 mil. for unpaid royalties or drilling for oil and gas. the judgement is a fraction of the 47 bil. the natives are seeking. the case marks the largest ever class action lawsuit against us gov. the suit seeks to force the gov. to account for all royalties due individual native americans since 1887 on seized lands. of course plaintiffs are said to be considering another appeal though their time is up approx. 2 yrs. however, with the way things are going im afraid of what will happen in the meantime so as this never occurs. i don’t trust them esp. now.

As mentioned earlier, the UNITED STATES (a privately held corporation) has been bankrupt since 1933! Get this straight people, OUR TAXES ONLY PAY THE FEDERAL RESERVE (IMF) FOR THE USE OF THE DOLLAR NOTHING ELSE! You’re being lied to!
HJR 192 took all our money away! We the people, those that have pledged our selves as surety for the UNITED STATES debt (with our SS #), are the ONLY source of credit — which cannot be created without your/our signatures! You cannot pay a debt with a debt, but they’d have you believe that you can. We are in the captains seat on the sea of commerce; however, “they” have done everything that they can to make us all believe the opposite is true!
The STATES are bankrupt, every COUNTY is bankrupt, every CITY is bankrupt, the BANKS are bankrupt, as they are nothing more than franchises of the larger FEDERAL CORPORATION!

raises the cost of a motel room some 3$. In California in 2006 we generated
16-Trillion Dollars!!!!!!!!!! The general fund for 2006 172-Billion.
They arent out of money but soooooon they will be out lies….
The Pension anuity fund has been renamed the Tax Relief fund it has around 31-Trillion
dollars in it which generates 5-Trillion in interest—which doesnt show up on any budget.

Ross Perot very plainly pointed out the deficit and debt problem in the 1992 Presidential campaign. Well, it is MUCH worse now. The last 16 years have only seen the problem grow much worse. If Clinton had the courage to make the necessary adjustments 14-15 years ago, the worst of the problems would be well under control. But, the problem was made impossible by Bush and the stupid Republicans. Bush has taken the national debt from under $6 trillion to about $10 trillion in just 7 years. America is, in fact, doomed.

So now the richest 10% is saying the the working 90% that pay all the taxes shall pay for thier debt I guess I must have misscalculated what came out of my pay last year and the year before that ect.. ect.. ect.. I can;t ever remember pissing off Afgaistan or Iraq or Iran or Beriut or Russia or Africa or Veit nam or Korea I wonder when all the American people pissed them off to the point that we had to start a war with them.Or to allow our oil dependency to rule our lives our to allow the banking systems to rule them. Man,we’ve allowed alot of high priced shanagans to rule our lives haven’t we or maybe we just need to piss some one else off real good and we can be thier property too or pay for thier debt after we’ve anilalited them with money we don’t have.Some real,real good comon sense is running our so called free country don’t you think?

I think that more people are awake than anyone suspects. Some still want to place all the blame on the people (we share some but not all), which amazes me as I thought most who came here were educated about the New World Order, but appatrently this is not the case. Bankers, the world elites along with greedy politicians have led to this unfortunate situation we are in, but when our economy goes, so will the world. Countries will no longer receive the handouts our government servants have decided to hand out because of the begging lobbyists.
Its time to pull out of the UN, end the wars, close all of our bases, stop the handouts (Israel first), run the Federal Reserve out of town (take our gold back and send them back to England to be with their Central Banking partners), eliminate the IRS, stop privatizing our water, roads, parks, etc…,bring our jobs back (or declare war on the Corporations), stop jailing non-violent drug offenders and end jail sentences for victimless crimes, shut down the Department of Education and any other useless Federal departments, this goes for the states as well. Jail and seize the assets of all those whether corporate or governemnt who have robbed this country blind and for the future any politican caught taking bribes, gifts, and fails to do their job…fire the idiots and lock them up. Stop pumping in billions into the DOD then demand the money back they claim they lost (its in their pockets stupid)…………and the list goes on and on!

I believe it gives you a pretty good understanding of Rev. 14, the firstfruits being the manchild ministry not being defile with woman (church) and the 144,000. But I think what you dont understand is that the Day of the Lord is also 1 year see Isaiah 34-8 so it is a total of 8 years, with the Christians being caught up after 7 years in other words the Wrath of God will last for 1 year.

And no one had the time to look at the candidates closely enough to see who might be able to lead us out of this situation, but instead left us with candidates who pretty much plan to follow the same spending policies as this administration. This war is driving us toward becoming a third world nation as our money is soon going to be worthless. The soldiers have been telling us the only thing we are benefiting by our presence is the corporations. The rest of the world has come hate us, and now we’re on the brink of bankruptcy. Americans are just flat out fricken STUPID! No one I meet has any idea about about what the candidates have been saying or what their background is, or their voting records. I guess people are so busy that they can’t find a couple days out of an entire year to educate themselves about one of the most important choices they will make in 4 years. For 2 WHOLE TERMS now we have allowed a mad man to drive this country toward ruin and we just follow along like SHEEP, and when we get a chance to turn it around, we piss it away. McCain? Obama? … Do either of these candidates seem capable of averting the disaster we are headed for? Is this really the best that America has to offer? Is this all we can come up with? Aw, go back to your TV shows and forget about it… America is never going to be a great nation again, and we deserve what we are going to get.

So clearly we now have a no BS answer to solving what is well on the way to becoming one of the largest fiscal disasters in the history of America. What, then, can we do to actually put this into place? What needs to happen to actually put the gears in motion so that this and other plans that have been proven to bring this nation back from the brink of complete bankruptcy can come to see enaction on a national scale? Can anyone answer that?
Something here needs to change and it needs to change now before we’re ruined by those who’ve been allowed to lead us only towards our own end for far too long. This country is already circling the drain in terms both financial and social. Who’s going to step up and demand change?
It’s time to WAKE UP. Enough of putting blind faith into promises that have only proven themselves empty time and time again. The only people finding prosperity by any definition of the word today are those who rob it from honest citizens. They seek solely to bring about the demise of the greater good and trample on the rights of the American people. They are without reason the same who’ve managed to gain trust by an unaware and thoroughly uninformed public. And all the while we lay sleeping in belief that tomorrow everything will be okay as long as we put in an honest days work, and leave our own responsibility as patriots to this great nation at the door. Why? And for how much longer? What will it take before we open our eyes to the truth?
They take everything they see fit from anyone, all under the guise of protecting and ensuring our freedom. They lead us to fear ourselves, to keep focus away from the greater evils and atrocities commited each and every day. And now they’re destroying the very rights which define what it is to be American. If we lose our Constitution, if we lose our civil liberties, and we have taken from us our most basic of human entitlements, what will we have become? This is not America.
This is no longer freedom.
And WE THE PEOPLE are before the midst of our certain end.
Change must happen now and those who have been allowed to commit unforgivable crimes must be brought to justice in the full and harshest extent. And if it will not come from the government set in place to protect the people, it must happen by the people and it must happen now.
