U.S. Troops In Black Helicopters Invade New Orleans, Drop Bombs

The New Orleans Police Department, along with 150 active duty U.S. troops, are currently engaging in what they describe as “military training” as black helicopters whizz around the city dropping bombs in the latest example of Americans being incrementally conditioned to accept a state of de facto martial law.
The training has been ongoing since January 27 and involves “the use of military helicopters flying after dark throughout the city,” according to an Associated Press report.
Residents were warned “not to panic” if they witnessed the training and were assured that the activities had “been carefully planned and are safe”.
However, initial reports before the exercises began claimed that the training would only involve police, when in fact 150 U.S. troops from the U.S. Special Operations Command are also involved as part of urban warfare training.

Residents described hearing low flying helicopters and even bombs during the course of last night.
“I heard a bunch of explosions starting at about 10 p.m. They were about ten seconds apart, and then they’d stop, and we thought it was over, but then they started again,” said Gigi Burk.
The exercises are scheduled to end on February 8.
The militarization of law enforcement has rapidly advanced since 9/11 as part of a general program to prepare Americans for outright martial law following a mass casualty event.
A new bill introduced in Congress authorizes the Department of Homeland Security to set up a network of FEMA camp facilities to be used to house U.S. citizens in the event of a national emergency.
The National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of to providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill.
With active duty military personnel already being stationed inside the U.S. under Northcom, partly for purposes of “crowd control,” fears that Americans could be incarcerated in detainment camps are all too real.
A resident filmed the helicopters at night around the University of New Orleans Lakefront Campus on February 3. Watch the clip below.

it’s funny how some posters try to argue the point that this is an “exercise”: that is not the issue. the issue is as stated that ” they” are preparing civilians to accept black helicopters dropping anything. do you really think that flying around in black helicopters helps in a catastrophe?
Perhaps if they were involving the population with safe zone set ups, ie. water station set up, generator storage. food storage. assigning individuals to man those stations and alternates for those. that would be a proper catastrophic preparedness exercise.

The headline may be a little misleading.. but according to the article they actually are dropping bombs. Obviously this will merit many answers, but what kind of domestic training requires dropping bombs from military helicopters? I guess only time will tell, but who are they expecting to bomb in their own country?
Also, even though many people have denied the deployment of troops here in America, and the construction of holding facilities, has the mainstream media covered any of this? The best place to go is DEEP into the woods where the mountains and hills are, and set mine traps about a 1/2 mile away from your camp so that when they explode from being stepped on by one of those SOB’s, then you have enough time to get your gear together to leave camp. But never come out of the woods. Woods give you some advantage.

Hate to say it the guy was not that scared for a reason. The aircraft he was hearing was not Apache gunship (AH-64), like he said he heard. As far as I have seen the closet Apache Helicopter is in Fort Hood, Texas. What I think he was hearing was Marine AH-1W Super Cobra from the 4th Marine Aircraft Wing in New Orleans LA… It’s a reserve Marine base, that’s what should be scary. Patriots need to harass these so-called training exercises. We used a 6 cell flashlight on a police helicopter many years ago at a Mall in Atlanta, Georgia. The police were attempting to land their helicopter on top of us; we lit them up to let them know that we were below them. From the way they responded it was evident that they were completely blinded by our light.
I believe if patriots used multiple spotlights (million candle power) or greater. This would be a valuable training and harassment exercise. We must let them know that we will not be intimidated.

It’s pretty ‘odd’ that NewOleans was chosen as the test ground for this. Considering what Katrina/FEMA did with the place, they came in ‘late’ to take control of everything, so I guess the remaining populace is “used to” being treated that way while under martial law.

But, keep insulting the people on these sites if it makes you feel better. You have spent more time and energy in posting replies than anyone else on this page. Yea yea, you just want attention, and maybe I am foolish enough to give it to you.
Maybe, the posts you make on this page gives you a short little break from that shallow, empty charade that you call your life. In your perfect world, ran by perfect little politicians, and an infallible government, perhaps posting here is good for a few laughs. One day, when you realize your life is not a sitcom on FOX, and the laughtrack is nowhere to be found, and the you find out that it actually wasn’t Truth you were being fed on a spoon; what are you going to do? When you are faced with a reality different than what you had previously accepted, how are you going to deal with it?
