VA State Police Say Anti-NWO and Gun Rights Activists are Terrorists

Another document designating Americans as terrorists has surfaced. The document, entitled “Crisis Controlled: Assessing Potential Threats of Violence,” authored by Trooper John R. Wright, is posted on the official website of the Commonwealth of Virginia, under the Department of Human Resources Management.

In March, the Virginia State Police and the Virginia Fusion Center produced a report entitled “2009 Virginia Terrorism Threat Assessment.” In response, Virginia Governor Timothy M. Kaine ordered an investigation of the fusion center. The report designates university-based students groups as terrorist groups.
Presented in slideshow format, the latest document lists gun rights, pro-life, constitutional issues, tax protesters, and “anti-government groups” as domestic terror threats. Anarchists, separatists, “single issue,” and religious cults are listed along with al-Qaeda, Hamas, Hizballah, al-Jihad, Aryan Nations, neo-Nazi, skinheads, black separatists, and the Klu Klux Klan.
As amply documented here and elsewhere, al-Qaeda is a CIA and Pakistan ISI created terrorist group. Hamas was nurtured from the ground up by Israel’s Mossad and Institute for Intelligence and Special Tasks. Al-Jihad is financed and supported by the Muslim Brotherhood, a British and U.S. intelligence asset.
Under COINTELPRO, the FBI provided covert aid to the Ku Klux Klan, Minutemen, Nazis, and other racist vigilantes. The Elohim City “settlement” connected to documented government operative Timothy McVeigh and linked to the Aryan Nations and other white supremacists groups was infiltrated and run by the Southern Poverty Law Center and the FBI.
The Black Bloc anarchists are a notorious government front. In keeping with the well-documented “strategy of tension” technique pioneered by the CIA-NATO contrivance Gladio, so-called anarchists (who were police agents provocateurs) engaged in violence during the anti-globalist Genoa protests in 2001. As Alex Jones documents in his film Police State 2: The Takeover, the Black Bloc anarchists in Seattle during the WTO protests of 1999 were effectively infiltrated and provocateured by the authorities. During the Montebello globalist summit in Quebec in 2007, several “anarchists” were outed as police agents.

Trooper John R. Wright’s slideshow weighs heavily on “protective measures” against these manufactured threats. He tells us that terrorists will try to “fit in” and cites Timothy McVeigh, Luke John Helder (the so-called mailbox bomber), and Sarah Jane Olson as examples of people who on the surface appear to be average citizens. Sarah Jane Olson, aka Kathleen Soliah, was a patsy member of the Symbionese Liberation Army, a classic government created terror group. McVeigh’s connection to the government is noted above.
Wright urges citizens to actively become snoops and instructs them to consider innocuous behavior as suspected terrorist activity. People who avoid community contact and value privacy are to be considered possible terrorists, as well as those who make “unusual purchases” or have “numerous visitors/meetings.”
Wright’s slideshow provides the following as an example of a terrorist lead:
“I saw a white male, about 6 ft tall wearing black combat pants, a black t-shirt, and boots with the pants tucked in, taking notes for at least 2 hours outside the front entrance to the Courthouse. He was standing near a brown Ford pick-up truck, PA SYE-141, with a rusting tailgate and a bumper sticker that said, “Say No to the New World Order”. (Emphasis added.)
In other words, if you listen to Alex Jones, have an anti-NWO bumper sticker on your vehicle, or wear certain clothing you may be reported to the Virginia State Police as a possible terrorist worthy of “subsequent investigation.”
“Crisis Controlled: Assessing Potential Threats of Violence” is another example of an orchestrated effort by police agencies — now fully federalized and under the sway of the Department of Homeland Security — to designate legitimate and constitutionally protected opposition to government policies as violent terrorist activity.
On June 15, Steve Watson reported on a Department of Defense anti-terrorism training course that characterized Americans exercising their First Amendment right as terrorists. The ACLU contacted the DoD regarding its Antiterrorism and Force Protection Annual Refresher Training Course, which advises personnel that political protest amounts to “low-level terrorism.”
“The ACLU points out that although in and of itself the classification of protest as terrorism is deeply disturbing, it is even more alarming when viewed in the context of the Pentagon’s long term efforts to crack down on organized dissent,” write Watson.
The Pentagon training course flagging protesters as terrorists came on the heels of the Department of Homeland Security’s “extremism” report. In the DHS report, pro-life, Second Amendment, anti-illegal immigration and “antigovernment” activists are characterized as terrorists.
An earlier report issued by the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) entitled “The Modern Militia Movement” and dated February 20, 2009, specifically described supporters of presidential candidates Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, and Bob Barr as “militia” influenced terrorists and instructed the Missouri police to be on the lookout for supporters displaying bumper stickers and other paraphernalia associated with the Constitutional, Campaign for Liberty, and Libertarian parties.
The MIAC report was subsequently pulled after Alex Jones went public with the story. An anonymous police officer in Missouri had sent the MIAC report to Jones.
The Virginia State Police need to receive complaints about this latest document. The Virginia State Police “Terrorist Tip Hotline” is 1-877-4VA-TIPS. The telephone number to the Virginia State Police administrative headquarters is (804) 674-2936. The administrative office handles questions concerning Department policy and procedure (email address: bonnie.crowder@vsp.virginia.gov). Please contact the Virginia State Police and politely indicate you do not appreciate the police urging citizens to become snoops and characterizing lawful behavior as terrorism.

I have an upside down flag sticker, an impeach obama sticker and more on my car and I have been in traffic with state troopers and regular pigs and they haven’t even given me a second look. They know that it won’t stand up in court so they don’t waist their time. good day.

This is a great example of the destruction of the Bill of Rights. Casting a shadow upon free expression… well, as MLK Jr would say, that’s a “Right Denied.”
If you go down the list of Articles within the Bill of Rights, you’ll see this report as further EVIDENCE OF TREASON.
To denote anyone regarding Sovereignty is a potential terrorist… well, that smacks of TREASON, and they’d be wise to fear those of us who hold true to our oaths of office (all that supporting and defending stuff).
The crime of TREASON does have a punishment: HANGING. When the people begin to gather into grand juries, and bring forth indictments of such, they’re going to swing from the neck until dead when the GUILTY verdicts come down.
Sure, they may eye those bumper stickers sideways now, but if they’re on the wrong side of the Constitution, they’re going to see those more and more of evidence of their own deaths by the hands of an informed and participating citizenry, armed with not guns, but civic duty.

I am also a citizen of Virginia and find this to be a very disturbing development. Did you read through the PDF on the DHRM website? I understand that the police have not given the anti-government expressions on your vehicle a second glance at this point in time, but that could very well be due to this and the fusion center document being recent creations that the views expressed within those documents are not widely accepted or have not been disseminated throughout the police force. The danger lies within there being a limited or no public outcry when documents, such as the two aforementioned, surface because it allows for this “anyone who disagrees with the government is a domestic terrorist” mentality to persist and become a more pervasive force in our society. In short, I have to disagree with your pronouncement of this article as bullshit because I believe that your are viewing the issue in a very shortsighted manner.

As a former resident of Northern Virginia i find this not surprising at all. Some of the police around there were already becoming jack-booted thugs 6 or 7 years ago. They hate anyone who has guns, i know that for sure from personal experience. Depending on where you live in VA, the cops may or may not pay attention to your stickers, etc. and if they don’t appear to be paying attention that doesn’t mean they aren’t marking down your plates for future reference.

After the pullover, the question might be: ‘Mind if I have a look in your trunk?’ It’s also part of the Conditioning for future crackdown. I find it amazing that the American people have forgotten that the government is supposed to answer to the people, not the other way around. Please let me know if I’m mistaken, but aren’t the States supposed to be sovereign and isn’t the Federal Government supposed to stay out of the business of the States and their Citizens’ rights? Isn’t the District of Columbia supposed to be a neutral territory for the representatives of the States to iron out interstate issues? The District of Columbia is supposed to be a district of peace, not a seat of rule. Or am I sorely mistaken in this?

It is getting to the point where everyone will be a potential terrorist. This is known as the chilling effect to make you shut up and be a good worker for the system. To me the incident described is tantamount to putting an NRA sticker on your bumper to advertise that you are a gun owner. I don’t have any stickers on my vehicle. I’m not advertising my perspective to anyone I don’t want to know it. Lately here in VA, I have encountered a license checkpoint at 1430 in the afternoon on a 2 way secondary road. These types of stops are dragnets for the police to try for a vehicle search and trip you up into something you aren’t prepared for. Don’t give them the reason to try. Don’t draw attention to yourself just for the sake of doing it.

This ‘report’ was pathetic, and to think it came from a Trooper in my state of birth is even more dis-heartening. In short, Trooper Wright’s outline looked like something an 8th grader would do for his government class, without proper research. Listed below are just a few of the problems with his report. But let me point out that Mr. Wright lists in his report how terrorists operate, and he lists things such as Chemical Weapons, Biological Weapons, Radioactive/Nuclear weapons; mainly, Ms. Crowder, items that ordinary people cannot aquire. Actually, the only entities that own those materials are our Gov’t and other gov’ts of the world. So one would wonder, then, where or how you would aquire them to begin with. Am I missing something?
The report asks, “What is Terrorism,” and follows with, “Terrorism’s goal is to force change.” Didn’t the nation just vote on such a premise? “CHANGE HAS COME TO WASHINGTON.”
Later the report states “low key terrorism” as civil disobedience. Is this to take away the peoples’ right to public assembly? Surely the masses that read this report will shy away from any sort of action now, if they’re to be considered terrorists. They now FEAR something they are entitled to do. “FEAR” is an immediate goal of terrorists.
What was with the section ‘INTERNATIONAL TERRORISTS’ and then listing ISLAM? How many of these “hollywood private eyes” and backyard spies, that Mr. Wright has now commissioned, will now call about every mid-eastern or “different” looking individuals they see?
Trooper Wright also forgot to list the USA under countries that use terrorism to further their national goals, or is the ’shock and awe’ of carpet bombings and the killing of hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis just par for the course, and just “what happens” so we can continue being an ignorant populus and soaking up our American Idol? And, by listing the countries that are always in the media, reaffirming more ignorance of the US population; Mr. Wright has now created more “hatred” or discontempt for people of those nationalities.
And now for the kicker, Mr. Wright lists GUN OWNERSHIP RIGHTS, CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES-how he could list this is beyond me and some would question Trooper Wright’s ability, and his sworn oath to Protect and Serve THE PEOPLE; to do an adequate job in his position-again he continues to list: LOSS OF SOVEREIGNTY and SOVEREIGN CITIZENS-exactly what does this mean? And then he lists, “INDIVIDUAL vs. FEDERAL.” What does that mean? Some of these issues were part of the platform Dr. Ron Paul used as his campaign legs. Does this mean that Ron Paul is a possible terrorist? If so, then the Gov’t should be embarrassed, as he has a seat in the House.
I believe in the individual’s right to bear arms, Ms. Crowder; does that mean I’m on a watchlist, or will now be put on one? And just who should the guns be taken from? Everyone if you’re going to abolish them and that includes the military and law enforcement. Let’s abolish ALL weapons from our planet. We could assure equality, and less death all around. In short on this issue, guns don’t kill people; people kill people. Some people think if the JUDICIAL SYSTEM was just then some private citizens wouldn’t feel the need to protect themselves.
I wonder if Trooper Wright has read the U.S. Constititution? Since he lists it as a possible terrorist action. Who would, in their right mind, not want to follow the Constitution? One would assume that Mr. Wright means anyone who rises in opposition when they feel the gov’t is NOT obeying the Constitution, is now to be considered a possible terrorist?
And finally, just because someone has a “SAY NO TO THE NEW WORLD ORDER” sticker, or shirt, does not mean they’re a terrorist. Some of us, millions of us, do not want the New World Order to succeed; and that does not mean we’re terrorists.

People will wake up soon, I have faith in the American citizen. With North Korea launching their rockets toward Hawaii on July 4th, and more Muslim attacks within U.S. territories, not to mention Obama’s plan to disarm the citizen; why else do you think he raised the taxes on weapons and ammunition, because American policy is still in tact, until the administration completely deminishes these laws. But, once more attacks happen, people will start to wonder why our Second Amendment is gutted, and why they can’t protect themselves against potential terrorist attacks. It is almost time, but until then, people need to calm the violent talk, because a prisoner, regardless if you’re a patriot or not, isn’t worth nothing dead or locked up.

From my research this is not about religion, race or creed this is about usury. This is the oldest form of evil in my opinion. Those that choose to use it negatively create divisions among the people to obtain their goals. This issue is a major one since it spans a millennia and throughout the world regardless of who the people are.

The authority’s in Oregon gave my wife and her lover permission to poison me and my family to death and I was a plasma donor.
The authority’s covered this up at the hospital and afterwords they put a death threat in my daughter’s apt.

Here’s how easy it is for so called authority’s to get away with murder.
Let’s say your a witness to a high crime an officer of the law commits, you report it to another officer and that officer ask’s you if you take drugs, your shocked that the officer just ignored your complaint and is making up shit on the spot.
You continue to report this to others and they simply ignore it, mean while when your home is empty the officer that wants you dead comes in your home and starts to poison your food.
Over time you notice your getting ill and go to a hospital, get examined and they tell you they don’t know what’s wrong, here’s the sneaky part, the officer puts on your record that you are a drug user and the doctor see’s that when you get checked in and give them your social security number.
The doctor will suspect that you are a drug user and he/she wont even bother to have your blood tested, they will be thinking “oh god another drug user who give’s a fuck” mentality.
If the doctor suspects you were poisoned and calls authority’s an officer will simply label the poisoned victim a pedo until the doctor gets the hint to drop the subject.
Now who can the doctor call when the police just made it known to him/her that the police don’t give a shit.
That’s how they have been poisoning me and they admit to it on there death threat telling me “go ahead, call 911, good luck your pedofied!”
We don’t have law anymore we have fascism and guess what there not hiding it at all, most people are simply in denial as to the reality of what this country has become.

By using the Left to demonize the Right in order to make it acceptable to make them second class citizens, it created the infrastructure or process to make everyone second class citizens. I agree with the general view of this article that the goverment is branding irresponsibly as many people as they can as dissidents. College studants, folks who believe in Constititional rule, 2nd Amendment Rights supporters, anti-choice and other Folks. I even concur with many of the connections between real terrorists and the FBI and CIA.
However the claim that the Southern Poverty Law Center infiltrated radical groups is very plausible. After all you need to know what the enemy is doing. But the claim by the reporter that the SPLC had “run” the Ayran Nation is absurd. Further in the article the reporter cites how the SPLC has sued and bankrupted many of these groups to their chagrin. Can’t have it both ways.
Gee Morriss Dees “ran” the Ayran Nation. I don’t think so. Moreover a call from him to an FBI agent on an active case is no suprise. Involving a fringe, violent and dangerious group of racists and felons is of no suprise. That is what the SPLC does, it goes after these violent fringe groups. That kill babies in daycare in Oklahoma. It gets their money, stopping them, thankfully in their tracks.
A phone call and agents undercover is what the FBI and the SPLC should be doing. Not going after Grandma and college studants. They nailed violent, very unamerican felons.
So much of the reporting on this site is not based on facts but on inference. There is no real double-checking of the real facts on the ground. That reporters are supposed to do. Throw in a Hyperlink to a columnists opinion, mix up truth and hyperbole and you have the same crap the Fusion centers put out.
Not the truth but poorly written artcles, full of events that are portrated as connected but not, confusion and syrup for the fringe and foil head crowd.

Also the largest complaint our Generals have in Afganistan about NATO forces is they are unwilling and unable to successfully engage in a real firefight.

I have a “911 was an inside job” sticker on my side windows of my car, on my back window and a HUGE sticker that says “911truth.org” on my back bumper. I also have infowars stickers ALL over my car. I get looks, I usually roll down the window and say “Building 7, how did it happen?” “where are the video tapes of the actual plane hitting the pentagon?” and they just shake their heads. not sure if anyone mentioned this but it’s interesting how on page 61 “Who’s the Terrorist? (Terrorists can look like anyone)” it lists Osama bin laden but doesn’t mention 9/11. similar to how fbi.gov doesn’t list 9/11 under him either. guess there isn’t enough evidence to really prove it, but the public just fails to realize this? unfortunately can be people are so hypnotized by words… anyone out there should look into the book Science of Sanity by Alfred Korzybski…written in 1933 tis a great textbook of sorts on General Semantics, which has alot to do with words and language and how it effects the way we think..sort of. way too much to really explain!

Document has a lot of word play in it, to me it doesn’t make sense, it’s like every other word needs a defenition otherwise it could be interpreted as basically anyone you don’t like is a terrorist threat…it’s like it was written that way on purpose to be vague and ambiguous.

That’s funny,in 2004 there were over 34,000 white woemn raped by blacks in the US,while the same year showed that only 10 black females were raped by whites(many were fake like the Duke Lacrosse player fiasco).

I have another thing to say the police do watch people like us.I have a 9/11 was a inside job bumper sticker.The city police officer was so close to me that when I gave my turn signal he almost hit me.Also I have been followed for several blocks by the police.My husband is starting to panic about this every time we goto town.I am do nothing wrong.I am not going to panic.Fear is their way of control.I am not going let them do me that way.As I said above Freedom of Speech.

I just looked up the website and downloaded the presentation; very disturbing. However, I have to point out, after looking at the website nad seeing where it was posted, this presentation is listed as part of a Safety Day training program for 2004! Did anyone else notice this? Unfortunately, this means that the State of VA has been pushing this crap into the heads of its employees for at least five years now. No wonder the VA Fusion Center document from a couple of months ago included these “groups of terrorists” in them. They have been pushing this and planning for quite some time now!

Bush said that the “terrorists” hate us because we have freedom (rights) and that the terrorists are the enemy.
Our rights are enumerated in the Bill of Rights, but come from God.
Our government passes “laws” to restrict our rights.
All one has to do is READ the Bill of Rights to see how many of our rights have been stolen by government.
Therefore one can only surmise that the government IS the terrorist and therefore, our real enemy.

Thia article is for real. You can go to the Va state gov’t web page and find it! Del.Pogge has been made aware and is appalled! She will be following up on this. She is a Constitutionalist conservative. I know her personally and trust her. If you can get through or see him on the campaign trail, Sen. Ken Cuccenelli is a strong Constitutionalist and needs to be notified, especially since he is running for state Attorney General. We must stop these people before it’s too late!

I also live in virginia. I had a hard time finding this document and finally found it by using the articles title in the search block at the top right of the DHRM web page. I’m not sure what I am more upset by. The tone of this article, or the educational level of the state trooper who authored it. I could believe it was written by a 7th grade student, but not a paid public servant. This is one of the most immature things I have seen my tax dollars wasted on. I want a refund.

The state government comes after people up to 20 years for non-fraud tax matters, which the IRS does not even do. The law in Virginia says they have a 20 year statute of limitations. The IRS will only go after you for 3 years after you filed a return, unless it is fraud, and then its unlimited.
It’s a broken state system. It needs to be replaced by the law abiding citizens of the state – but one has to realize that many of the citizens of Virginia are Federal employees who are beholden to another broken system, the Federal government.
Dick Cheney A/K/A Darth Vader also lives there. Where is the egg anyway? Is it under the VP’s house at the Naval Observatory or at Site R?

Here is a quote from Gov. Kaine’s reply to the report dated April 2009:
“The Virginia Fusion Center, which is responsible for integrating threat information from public and private sector agencies to prevent terrorists’ attacks, issued a report that could be read to suggest a connection between terror or extremist groups and these universities. This report is required by law and was illegally distributed to the public……
That means had it not been for a patriot willing to risk incarceration for making this report public, we would not know about it and Gov. Kaine would have had to reason to respond publicly to its absurd advice to state troopers.
This has gotten way out of control from my point of view and allows the “powers that be” to do pretty much anything they want to do with me by labeling me as a terrorist based on ordinary daily activities which they can consider “suspicious” and, on that basis, arrest me for interrogation.
