Here is a quote from Gov. Kaine’s reply to the report dated April 2009:
“The Virginia Fusion Center, which is responsible for integrating threat information from public and private sector agencies to prevent terrorists’ attacks, issued a report that could be read to suggest a connection between terror or extremist groups and these universities. This report is required by law and was illegally distributed to the public……
That means had it not been for a patriot willing to risk incarceration for making this report public, we would not know about it and Gov. Kaine would have had to reason to respond publicly to its absurd advice to state troopers.
This has gotten way out of control from my point of view and allows the “powers that be” to do pretty much anything they want to do with me by labeling me as a terrorist based on ordinary daily activities which they can consider “suspicious” and, on that basis, arrest me for interrogation.

I think I know you… Or at least my husband might? I agree with what you wrote on this site referring to this article on Va. state police. We all had better keep our stickers off of our cars, and talk more to our neighbors, while encouraging our neighbors to talk to their neighbors. That is my opinion. I also think that those that do not prepare for the worst, are being idiots. The writing is on the wall as to what this is all leading up to.

If you’ve ever lived in Virginia, you know what a scary place it is!!
It is the bastion of Pat Robertson. nuff said!
The state government comes after people up to 20 years for non-fraud tax matters, which the IRS does not even do. The law in Virginia says they have a 20 year statute of limitations. The IRS will only go after you for 3 years after you filed a return, unless it is fraud, and then its unlimited.
It’s a broken state system. It needs to be replaced by the law abiding citizens of the state – but one has to realize that many of the citizens of Virginia are Federal employees who are beholden to another broken system, the Federal government.
Dick Cheney A/K/A Darth Vader also lives there. Where is the egg anyway? Is it under the VP’s house at the Naval Observatory or at Site R?

I also live in virginia. I had a hard time finding this document and finally found it by using the articles title in the search block at the top right of the DHRM web page. I’m not sure what I am more upset by. The tone of this article, or the educational level of the state trooper who authored it. I could believe it was written by a 7th grade student, but not a paid public servant. This is one of the most immature things I have seen my tax dollars wasted on. I want a refund.

CAPTAIN OBVIOUS works for the government as an operative. I’ve seen his posts elsewhere and he is in fact part of the political propaganda machine. Trust your instincts folks. The United States Army hires and pays bloggers to post on sites such as these to counter the TRUTH. Don’t beleive it? Google Captain Obvious and ARMY bloggers and see for yourself.
