“Vibrant Response” Exercise to Fall on Heels of NLE 09

Consequence-management response forces, or CCMRF, are staging a training exercise beginning July 31 to prepare for potential domestic disasters capable of injuring or killing several thousand civilians.
The “Vibrant Response” exercise will be conducted by the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High-Yield Explosive, or CBRNE Joint Response Force, through Aug. 14.
“It’s going to be extremely complex and require a tremendous amount of coordination with other agencies and locals at various levels,” said Maj. Gen. John Basilica, commander of Operational Command Post 1, U.S. Army North. “It is all designed to test and challenge the headquarters and command in control elements to make sure they can work together to respond quickly, because speed is the most important piece of this.”

CBRNE is made of three divisions, 9.1, 10.1 and 10.2; 10.1 and 10.2 are being trained to be combat-ready by Oct. 1. Basilica heads up the 10.2 task force, which consists of reserve-component units.
The exercise will involve about 400 to 500 people at Fort Leavenworth, Kan. The two divisions will each train one week, in succession with one another. Each CCMRF unit contains three task forces — medical, operations and aviation, in addition to smaller elements with specific technical expertise. The Operation Task Force 2/18 MEB from South Carolina, Medical Task Force 3/30 MEB from Illinois, and Aviation Task Force 11 from Kentucky will all participate in the exercise.
“We don’t get that many opportunities to provide these specific headquarters together and train in a command-post type exercise,” Basilica said.
The CBRNE was transferred to U.S. Northern Command’s Joint Task Force Civil Support in October 2002. JTF-CS provides support from active, Guard and Reserve members, and civilians, who are all commanded by a National Guard general officer.
CBRNE is designed to work with federal agencies like the Federal Emergency Management Agency and Center for Disease Control, to aid, restore and prevent casualties in instances of major disaster.
The CCRMF is only used after all local, state and federal resources have been exhausted, Basilica and Collins said.
“We hope to God that there are no terrorist attacks or no major industrial accident in the U.S. where the city, state or federal government might ask for additional capabilities. We hope that does not happen, but if it does, I think it’s a great story for the nation that you have these multiple CCMRF forces that would be trained and ready to step in and assist the states if they ask for extra help,” Collins said.

No offense, Bob, but this is only a story. You have not provided supporting evidence that any of these events occurred. You claim that you could provide video if things went bad. How about providing video of any of it? What are the names of the officers and officials that you spoke with? I had some trouble following your story. Are you claiming that you locked your door and then through the keys in the woods? Were you standing inside or outside of your house? Your story doesn’t sound right.
Also, you are not permitted to resist an unlawful arrest. You are suppose to submit and contest the arrest later. I’m not saying that this is a good thing or the right thing—just what the law is. You do have the right to defend your life if the arresting officer exercises force so excessive that death or serious bodily harm is imminent as a consequence of that force (I’m paraphrasing, and somewhat badly but you get the point). I have actually read the cases you cite. The cases do not stand for the proposition that a person can use lethal force against an LEO if they believe the arrest is unlawful. Again, I am commenting only on what the cases say, not on Natural Law. I encourage you to read the cases. I agree with you in spirit.

I live in the area and though I am pretty busy with work today I will try to verify any NLE activity going on in WA. I am pretty well in the loop in that area and haven’t heard of anything going on.

I want to add to this that today around 2 or 3 pm, my mom and I witnessed six fully loaded (with bombs) fighter jets fighting lower then I normal over the city in which I live. These fighter jets did not look like anything I have seen fling low around here in the past. Moreover, in the past month I have seen one of those AWAX planes doing touch and goes at the Tulsa International Airport and I have not seen one of those there in years. Oh and before I forget when we went to Pryor OK today my mom and I saw one tractor trailer heading south on hwy 69 with one piece of equipment and later I saw two tractor trailers going north on the same road with different pieces of equipment with wood land colors. This is in addition to some of the other military equipment I have seen moving all around here over the past few months. So if you still have doubts that Alex is not right when he states they mean business, than you got one more reason to believe him today.

Actually at least 200 years in the making. By this I mean they have been implementing positions of power in our government over time since the Declaration of independence and birth of the USA’s Constitution. The evidence is there. Think about the real reasons why the founding fathers have stated the Constitution the way they did. They knew over time that there was still going to be certain groups wanting tyranny and rule of power over everyone. Because back them I do believe congress to them actually meant the congress of the people. Because remember it states that congress is to meet once a year. They knew legislation of the people even a growing society does not need much legislation. Which also means we do not really need the congress the way it is set up now. I do believe the original intent was for the people of regular jobs like everyone else that were deemed representative of the people and worked along side their people and when the time came with sociatle issues they got togethor formally and discussed plans of actions that could be done for the better of everyone. They did not have all the politicians at full time positions ( well not so many anyways ) doing that only for their pay. It waa a much simpler solution to solving yearly problems in the towns, counties and states problems. Something I believe if still done today for the people would still work greatly. Big flaw is when corrupt people get in these positions and utilize as a tool to get what they want. As you see my point over time this happened. And political positions grew by numbers and not necessity. And the more positions that became available the more the elites were in the background to slip in their people so they can be underway with their agendas.

To “God is in the house” – Yes, 11:11 is very sacred. It is known around the world as the “number for angels.” There are over a million people who have experienced this number repeatedly. They will constantly see it on clocks, then go to a restaurant and have their bill come to $11.11, etc.

I was in the Navy 25 yrs. ago and we did Amphibious Warfare Exercises (WWII “D” Day) with South Korean Marines (ROK’s or IROK’s) So the answer is yes, the US has trained w/countries for years. As far as training of this type on US soil, I do not think it has ever been done to the extent that is happening now.

I did some research on the operations currently going on, and what has been done in the past. As much as I enjoy reading articles on this site, I have to say that I don’t see anything wrong with these exercises. In fact, I truly believe that if it were not for our gov’t training and investigating possible terrorist plots/groups, I think we would have been hit again. So while I stay vigilant and as informed/prepared as possible, I take my hat off to “our guys” for keeping us safe.

I had to flush my DNS cache today to get back on this site. I am connecting out of Germany. But I have heard of some connection problems from some of my mates in Holland about this site too. A healthy dose of paranoia is probably good at such times. I will be back in Holland tomorrow and look forward to seeing how the net connections will be working there. Stay alert!

The best thing we can do is publicize these terror drills or “war games” so that in such instances like 9/11 and 7/7 in London we can maybe prevent these drills from going live without anybody questioning if the government was involved.

I wonder what disinfo would be broadcast by the MSM if these type exercises were organized and coordinated by citizen groups unaffiliated with these official government agencies.
