On October 14, Lord Christopher Monckton gave a presentation in St. Paul, MN on the subject of global warming. In this 4-minute excerpt from his speech, he issues a dire warning to all Americans regarding the United Nations Climate Change Treaty that is scheduled to be signed in Copenhagen in December 2009.

Page 18: Section 38 of the “Share vision for long-term cooperation action plan” contains the text for forming the new government.
Page 40: Section 46 Subsection H of the “Objectives, scope, and guiding principles” contains the text for enforcement and establishment of the rule of law.
There has been considerable debate raised about Monckton’s conclusion that the Copenhagen Treaty would cede US sovereignty. His comments appear to be based upon his interpretation of the The Supremacy Clause in the US Constitution (Article VI, paragraph 2). This clause establishes the Constitution, Federal Statutes, and U.S. TREATIES as the supreme law of the land. Concerns have been raised in the past that a particularly ambitious treaty may supersede the US Constitution. In the 1950s, a constitutional amendment, known as the Bricker Amendment, was proposed in response to such fears, but it failed to pass. Lord Monckton served as a policy adviser to Margaret Thatcher. He has repeatedly challenged Al Gore to a debate to which Gore has refused. Monckton sued to stop Gore’s film “An Inconvenient Truth” from being shown in British schools due to its inaccuracies. The judge found in-favor of Monckton, ordering 9 serious errors in the film to be corrected. Lord Monckton travels internationally in an attempt to educating the public about the myth of global warming.

There wil be no fighting back this time. You guys really should read up on scalar technology. The NWO will have weapons that you can’t even fathom are possible. There will be no hiding, there will be no running. Sure, a few of you may try, but it will only be a few and you will quickly be stomped and made example of. There is no shield to block a scalar weapon, at least not that we have anyway. These sound cannons and the beam that burns the skin 1/64 of an inch sure sound like scalar weapons to me. they just says its a sound and radar weapon. Then you factor in biological weapons like a swineflu/bird flu mix and it’s looking might dim. I’m not saying lay down and take it in the rear, but you had better know your enemy before you blindly run at them with your primative guns. We will be utterly smashed to bits unless we develop a defense for scalar weapons.

Of course he is poised to cede sovereignty, but Monckton is incorrect that it would take the states to unsign the treaty. Obama can and will sign the treaty, but we can stop Congress from ratifying it. Also, the United States is one of the sole nations who reserves the right to unsign treaties, as the United States unsigned the Kyoto Agreement. So, even if it passes, which I seriously hope it does not, it can be unsigned merely by an act of Congress.
That’s my dose of hope for the day.

Treaties are meant to be broken, just like they did with the American Indians, there isn’t anything new here.
The constitution cannot be overwritten by foreign powers, it is illegal, those who choose to hijack the United States are traitors and will be held accountable.
Nothing evil can be done against the American people without it being paid for, all the cash, gold and silver in the world will not be enough restitution to compensate for the wickedness of the global tyrants.

A treaty is just a piece of paper and ink. Treaties, like laws are made to be broken. There’s hardly a treaty been made that hasn’t been broken at some point. Look at the Constitution. I looked at it and I don’t see anything about a global government being established. Please correct me if I am wrong………. I see “government” but I don’t see anything that would establish a global government. If our stimulus bill was over 1k pages, I sure would hope a treaty establishing a one world government would be at least equal in complexity and length, if not more…. right? Look at it this way…establishing the Dept. of Homeland security was fast and simple. Once done, having been given authority, it took on a life of its own to become an almost supreme power within our government, abusing its power and consuming horrific amounts of money. It is unstoppable and unaccountable. It adds to its own power continually by its own authority. The establishment of a world government would be very similar. Giving outsiders the right to make law and enforce it is the establishment of a global, imperial government.

As a reminder: In some states, schools have what is called sovereign immunity whereby even if the teacher say struck your child, they could NOT be sued in a court of law. Now, on that same note, schools however will call CPS on parents for NO reason whatsoever. Assumption – you know what this does.
