It’s another shocking incident to add to a growing list, a man caught by television cameras and then captured again and posted to Vine, puncturing a fire hose as fire fighters work to bring a burning building under control.

The event happened on Monday evening, a CVS store had been looted and then set on fire. As fire crews were working to bring those flames under control, a man with his face covered by a gas mask saunters up to the end of the hose attached to the fire hydrant and jabs the hose with a sharp object. Water begins to spew out, reducing the water pressure the crews need to effectively fight the fire.

Baltimore has been gripped by chaos, vandalism, looting and violence since Saturday night when a protest, supposedly to denounce the treatment of Freddie Gray who died while in police custody, turned ugly and violent.
