The Minneapolis Police Department is again defending itself against accusations that an officer went too far during an arrest.

Video given to WCCO-TV late Monday night shows a man with his hands on a squad car when an officer uses a Taser on his neck.

Attorney Albert Goins is suing the City of Minneapolis on behalf of his client, Rolando Ruiz. They’re asking for $75,000 and that the officer involved be reprimanded.

The video given to WCCO starts only seconds before the Taser is used on Ruiz, not what led up to the incident. But in that time, no struggle can be seen before the officer used his Taser on Ruiz. What is seen is Ruiz with his hands on the hood of the officer’s car.

We are worse off today then what our founders had to deal with, remember they took arms when the British came to over tax and take there cannon, not rifle, but the cannons, they could see what was coming and took a stand.

He needs to take the lawsuit himself. Attorneys working for the BAR aren’t your friend, they work for the court. Defend yourself, learn the code and the statutes of your state for yourself and defend yourself. Case law concerning your case wouldn’t hurt.

Usually when you in lawsuits like this you ask for a set amount PLUS all attorney fees and court costs. Don’t ever settle for anything less. My ex wife and I won 3 suits in 3 different jurisdictions for a total of 137,000 and the only thing we paid out was taxes, which of course wwas almost half

lucky you john. i won 5k in a small claims case after spending 2 on a lawyer. the guy appealed. we ended up with 400 after all was said and done which i still haven’t received. so i came out minus 1600. that is if i get the 400. my dad won a small claims case for 3400 and he came out with 400 after the lawyer which 6 mos later he hasn’t recieved. the whole purpose of our justice system is to make lawyers rich. and also gov employees that make 120k a year for working 2 half days a week to sit on their throne and act like they are the king and we’re all their little subjects. and one word out of your mouth that doesn’t have a kiss ass tone can land you in the jail house for 30 -180 days. it’s all bulls---. the only justice you get in this world is the justice you take for yourself.

Tasers are lethal to some people as everyone’s body resistance is slightly different. Using an ohm meter (multimeter) you can measure your own body’s resistance. Mine is usually about 2.5 Meg Ohms depending on how sweaty your skin happens to be. Of course, in a situation with the cops like this guy was involved, expect a much lower body resistance because of perspiration – then allowing a better current path from the tazer’s high voltage coil. The lower the body’s resistance in ohms, more current will then flow through the body according to Ohms Law – I = V/R.
These steroid pumped cops are out of control with their toys but their behavior will come back to bite them on the ass. Any cops reading this: behave yourselves. You are public servants entrusted with citizens personal safety and property – and are paid by taxpayer dollars. We will NOT tolerate this type of behavior by police officers.

Every time I see a cop nowadays, I start thinking tactically. I will not EVER be pulled over again for any cause because I do not break traffic laws. Therefore, if some cop is pulling me over, it is life and death because I KNOW he has no cause to pull me over.

I was just walking my dog and passed by a cop who seemed to be hassling his neighbor. I was thinking how I could get my dog to cover and how I could get the first shot on the S.O.B., should he come after me for doing something as onerous as walking my dog.

Conspiracy theories? You’re a moron. They chose you because you had an IQ low enough so you wouldn’t question your orders or their brainwashing. It’s because you’re an idiot that you’re currently in uniform and in the good graces of your masters. It is a known fact that cops aren’t chosen for their intellects.

Last time I dealt with a cop, it was over a falsely filed hit and run where the reporting officer put the wrong data in the wrong column. The lady that hit me admitted – in writing – that she was behind and hit me, but the PD still filed a hit and run on me. They came, towed and impounded my car and issued a warrant. The next morning, I got on the phone to report a stolen car and discovered this charlie foxtrot and proceeded to go give the investigating officer a good lesson on how fed up we all are. And, because they knew who I was and what I’ve been involved with for over a decade, they decided not to pursue the matter any further. They knew they were asking for civil war.

That’s what you’re going to foment and then proceed to walk into. A civil war. You pinheads will be the primaries because you weren’t smart enough to police your own ranks and expell your kind, the kind who don’t know s--- about Western Civilization and the form of government originally established here.

Man after reading the posts by that unfortunate induvidual i.e. T Ruppert and then the responses from Vedic Warrior I must say that I am really impressed by the content of the responses from Vedic Warrior. Excellent job. As for myself I have decent tactical skills, my strong points being in the area of concealed long range precision shooting and judging by the content of V w’s posts I believe that he speaks the truth in what he will do and how he will do it. I also suspect that there is far far more to the what and how than

I read your post and I appreciate it. I just wish I’d never read the doublespeak TR spewed out of his keyboard. It really pisses me off.

I’ve been doing long-range (600 – 1000 yards) for over a decade (I have a master classification), and have graduated to a precision .50-cal rifle, making hits (even shot a basketball-sized group) at 1760 yards (1 mile). Add to that my other training with veterans, which include land navigation with map/compass/gps, mountaineering and radio communications, I believe we’ll be a real problem for the kakistocracy if we ever find ourselves doing battle on the ground.

I continue to wish that all that I know is wrong and that our country isn’t broken, but I’m afraid I perceive correctly – along with most everyone else here – and we’re in for a fight on all fronts. We have to continue to fight on the battlefield of ideas, primarily, until that option is no longer available. Meanwhile, I will try to remember to keep a cooler head when I identify an Oath Breaker. It just doesn’t do any good to engage them.

“Not On My Watch” thanks for that link. It freaked me out worse than any scairy movie because those are real. That guy on the bike in Denver, in front of the baseball stadium, didn’t even know that he was being assaulted by police – they were undercover and all he did was ride his bicycle past a red light. How about when the news women said “Why should anyone believe you over a police man?” As if the police are not human and won’t be “bad” during a 30 year career. This is very disturbing.

What is unfortunate is that, because we can’t tell a good cop from a bad cop just by the uniform, we will have to assume the worst of all of them.

Fortunately, many good cops are making it easier to identify them. They’re leaving the uniform and the badge. They’re upholding their oaths and resigning because they cannot stand up against the kakistocracy inside their own organizations, so far gone as they are.

You won’t find any drugs in my car – that you didn’t plant there!

Cop pulls me over – for no cause. I put my car between myself and the cop, using it for cover. I start issuing controlled pairs and/or mozambique drills to circumvent body armor. I win because I no longer have to think about how to shoot from cover, how to pie a corner, how to drop down, roll and shoot while moving. Nor do I even have to think about tactical reloads. I just get my hits and keep my gun running, doing so instinctively.

The conflagration starts, but the rounds are coming from 800, 900, or 1000 yards – until the really big loads start coming from a mile, each of them taking out a vehicle or individual personnel. I am eventually hit and die or worse, but I am fulfilled because I have fought injustice and upheld my oath to protect my country’s Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic. Unfortunately, I probably also take out GOOD officers who have more core integrity, education and raw brain power than you, just because they came to support an officer they should have expelled from their ranks. Very sad.

Write “File on Demand” at the top of your Papers / Affidavits / Claims, etc.

If you send in an affidavit and they refuse to respond to it in the specified time, say 14 calendar days with a written rebuttal to your points, signed by a man/woman, they can loose the right to rebut these points in the future. Next, after they fail to rebut your points, you send in a Notice of Default. This is document number 2. They fail to respond and who looks bad in court. How do they deny they received 2 documents and didn’t respond to either one? This is the exact technique used by the IRS against the People. Dear Taxpayer…. right off they are calling you a taxpayer, did you rebut their presumption that you are indeed a ‘taxpayer’? I would ask them to show the factual evidence to support their assertion that you are a ‘taxpayer’, that you owe any money to them, that they have jurisdiction over you, etc. If you send them an affidavit stating you are not a taxpayer, an employee of the corporation doing business as UNITED STATES, but are a flesh and Blood man/woman of the Republic of [Your State- they are all Republics]. Now if they fail to rebut your statements they loose. Study the Common Law. It is the Law referred to in the Constitution when just Law is stated. Common Law is very easy to remember it is only 1 (one) law: “don’t do unto others what you don’t want others to do unto you”. If you injure your fellow countryman you will have to answer for it. You can’t injure the STATE. The STATE is a corporation, a corporation doesn’t have any hands to sign, or eyes to see, it is a fictional entity in the minds of people but is not a reality of substance.

Documentation is everything in court. After a telephone conversation always send a letter noting what was said in the conversation and date it. The other side will rarely dispute your letter but months later in court their rebuttal will be ineffectual when you bring forth your letter to them and they didn’t dispute in a letter of their own.

Next you only win if your evidence is locked up tight. Always send important documents with a ‘Proof of Service’, by Certified or Registered Mail. That way you have a ‘witness’ who can testify in court they put those documents into an envelope and mailed them. You have the Post Office, which no attorney will ever question, stating they delivered the documents at 11.14 am on Tuesday morning (for example). If you don’t make your case airtight they will lie, cheat and work against you anyway they can. Make copies of everything you send, and if going to court bring a 3 copies of everything, that have been file stamped by the clerk (showing you entered them into the record) to give to the judge who may ‘lose’ them, and the Prosecutor who may claim he never got them either.

Contracts, Loans, Credit, & Authority for Beginners

The next thing woefully deficient in our education is that since contracts are so important shouldn’t we be aware of the fundamental elements of a lawful contract? First there has to be an ‘offer’ and ‘acceptance’ wherein it is clear what is being offered and accepted (nothing hidden). This is called a “meeting of the minds”. Second there has to be 2 or more parties with “wet-ink” signatures on the contract. If only one party signs it’s a unilateral contract, and easily voidable. Third there has to be “consideration” exchanged. Something of value is given and received by each party. And fourth it has to be legal; you can’t have a contract to commit a crime. The Home loan fails badly in these requirements because the factual notice of what occurs financially is left out. They never tell you that they created the money being “loaned” to you out of thin air, they never tell you your signature brought the money into existence and you paid for the house with it. See the credit river decision: HERE http://www.educationcenter2000.....cision.htm for a case wherein the judge ruled that the Bank had no Constitutional authority to create money out of thin air and to call it “consideration” whereas the homeowner (being foreclosed upon) had given “consideration” in the form of his labor (exchanged for money) and paid to the Bank. Next there are never any signatures on the Bank papers except yours-why, because it would be legally ‘fraud’ and they don’t want to go to jail. This same process occurs with every loan we get, such as a credit card or car. It is our signature that ‘creates’ the money that funds the purchases and if you send a letter to the credit card company offering to pay any monies owed by you upon proof of financial loss on their part by fiduciary accounting – they will not be able to show you the loss and thus prove you have no debt to them. All the money you send in has real value, because you had to exchange labor for it, whereas all the money they sent you has no value because they “created” it from thin air. The real loser in this scheme is the population who now has had the total amount of money in circulation increased as a result of the money created, making their savings worth less and the empire builder (the Fed) becomes larger. One more thing, any debt collector is a ‘third party’ and since you have NO contract with them, they have absolutely no authority over you. Ask them to show you the contract you have with them, or leave you alone, or be charged with fraud.

Tim, I’ve always respected law enforcement. But they are also NOW products of the politically-correct education system that brainwashes them into thinking they can simply do as they please with whomever they want. Sorry, I know there are still good and decent people in law enforcement, and many of them are my friends; but then you have the other ones. You know, the young punk officers that think they are god because they have the “power”.

The tide has turned. We are now mostly NWO. The “sheeple” just haven’t figured it out yet. America is in exactly the same mindset and culture that Germany was in pre-WWII. Asleep while the scum take over behind their backs. A taser can be a deadly weapon, and innocent people are getting hurt. Not everyone who breaks the speed limit is a scumbag drug dealer. If in fact you are who you say you are, is no excuse to think wearing a badge gives you any rights over anyone else. This is something many in law enforcement have forgotten or never payed attention to. We find these kind in everyday life. Doesn’t matter what job vocation this person is in, you are who who you are. That is the biggest problem when having to choose somebody for this job. Unfortunately, everyone has to be picked from the human race which in itself has an inherent fault.

Two of the most neglected areas of police work are the code of ethics and oath
of office. These two documents are the most important issues of truth and integrity a
police department has within the community it serves. Most police officers have
neglected these issues and do not fully understand or care about the impact they have on the community they serve.

The oath of office and police ethics are one and the same. Ethics is an issue of how to behave. The oath is a sworn commitment to act in an ethical manner. You can’t have one without the other being affected.

No one says you can’t exercise caution (officer safety) when dealing with the public or known criminal element. But that’s where common sense kicks in if you have any.

years ago, i suggested that the local police give seminars on how to respond to a police stop. for instance, i learned to turn on my dome light and put my hands on the steering wheel. now, everything is so screwed up it’s practically “forget it.” but we have to do our best to defray a collision with the few decent cops left. the thugs and psyco cops and their masters are becoming the rule rather than the exception. still, some of the new cops may just be dumber than dirt. so, we have to try and be smarter, but how much time do we have to prepare for these NWO trained idiots? the NWO would like to get rid of YOU and the COP. you are both considered wortheless.

Officer, it is your fellow brethren in uniform that is creating a Nazi type police state in this country, one that breaks the boudaries of race and color. You are not the law and we are not supposed to obey you, we are supposed to obey the law. Cops our our protectors and servants, not our keepers. I have little problem with police enforcing CONSTITUTIONAL laws, in spirit nor letter. And I do realize that some cops do put their lives on the line but if you can’t handle the pressure of the job and can’t make good decisions about when to use force, then you shouldn’t be a cop. What I DO have a problem with is the police at the G20 protests, who literally cornered groups of students in their own apartment building before shooting tear gas at them. The same cops who said over the loudspeaker “no matter what your purpose, you must leave immediately” to people on the street, THEIR OWN STREET!! I have a problem with the cops who drove off my brother’s representation under threat of arrest for “impersonating an attorney.” This country belongs to its citizens, not to the citizens’ public servants.

Oh, and how dare you suggest that “I have right’s” or “I didn’t do anything” is a stupid thing to tell a cop? Again, YOU ARE NOT THE LAW, YOU ARE BOUND BY THE OATH YOU SWORE TO THE CONSTITUTION. JUST FOLLOW IT.

It looks like the officer put the tazer right on the man’s neck and then his back. Even though you can’t see, it looks like he continued to tazer the man. Why would you need to stay bent over the man? I thought tazers were used from a distance and not directly pressed against the body. Wow, it looks like he just kept tasering away at him for some time there. The guy had his hands on top of the car so he wasn’t a threat to the officer so it wasn’t necessary to even taser him to begin with. It’s really creepy to see a police officer act like that-it’s not the first time I’ve seen this though-I remember the mom recently who was tasered for no reason with her son in the car watching this happen to his mom. Everybody’s a little stressed but maybe he could punch a tree or kick a garbage can or something. You don’t have to taser someone so unmercilessly!!!!!!!! Man, I have to go punch a pillow now.

Technically, they are one and the same now. They have upped the amps in a traditional ’stun gun’ to make it just as effective as the actual needle projectiles that are used in a real taser.

Now, the only difference is one actually pierces the skin, the other doesn’t. Like I said though… it’s EASY to short circuit one.

To some extent, I hate to agree with you, but you are correct about finding a good woman in the United States. Although I do live here, I do see what my counterparts do. In my field I have been the “Alex Jones” of attacks by women from the most beautiful to the less fortunate. I have also seen how they treat their men. My life has been people, men in particular. The battle within the world of beauty is well hidden, but can be just as ruthless up to the point of torture and murder.

Although I feel that men are by nature a very violent creature, some of the attacks on me have been because I let women know that men’s unnecessary violence and destruction is due much in part because of them, at least here in the United States. At one point in my career there could have been more men writing me about their female domestic troubles than they wrote to Dear Abby or Ann Landers. Generally only women who look like me ever wrote me, but that was because they wanted to know how their men seemed to turn on them even with all their undeniable beauty. My answer generally brought the wrath of them down upon me. That is a major reason why I must periodically go back to my Paradise Island where only women live and each one understands the hardship in life. Through that understanding we live in peace and harmony with each other as well as with nature.

So there you have it Mens Liberation, the agreement that you most likely did not expect. Still, my original statement holds. Men are violent!

My answer to this statement/question about me being a lesbian is somewhat answered in your previous comment to me. That question reminds me of a lesbian I once heard being interviewed on some television show. Her answer was so simple, that it made me sick since it was left at that, as most things here in Alex’s world are left. The question to her was that maybe she could not get any man and therefore had to turn to lesbianism. Her answer was that she is not in short supply of men, that they hit on her constantly, that if she goes out to a tavern or dance place, everyone wants her, meaning both men and women. Her point was that she just did not like men that much and did other women.

I did not like the answer because since she was beautiful, of course men would hit on her all the time. Therefore the answer needed to be extra answered as to why she did not like men and turned to lesbianism. Your question to me could warrant the same answer, and it will as far as the men part is concerned. The answer about the lesbianism is that I am not, but that does not mean that I do not understand another woman, her needs and desires and that I could not help her get to her fullest enjoyments and feelings just like I could a man. I do not shy away from men, have almost a record of being hit on, have been accepted by men almost as a record because whereas many beauty queens are desired just for their body, I am also sought after for my attitude and personality.

So there you have it about me. Do you know me? Probably not. Have you seen me? If you are here, probably you do not spend time looking at women as the men in my life do, therefore you probably have not. That is a shame on your account because there are thousands of beautiful women who are seen everyday by men who are not recognized, but at least have been seen.

Anyway, I will end by saying one extra thing about your men’s liberation status. In the United States, it has gotten to the point as to how some American women treat their men that sometimes even I feel that women should not have ever been able to get to vote. Look at history and you will soon start to understand why I am the “Alex Jones” of receiving attacks by my counterparts (which makes coming here somewhat ceromonious).

When I had problems with my arrest I asked for the tapes but was told that they “didn’t come out” hhhmmmm…. That’s the same thing they said about all those camaras at the pentagon on 911. They need to get better video equipment….or come up with newer lies….. sheesh…

I am truly amazed that this tape made it out of the break room. I heard they keep the tapes like that and watch it over and over and laugh at us.

I’m a security guard. I’ve done my fair share of what may easily be deemed as questionable uses of force. (Believe me. I have more power on private property than a police officer does and can get away with virtually anything under the right conditions.)

But speaking as someone who has used somewhat seemingly excessive levels of force on people? Even I AM saying that cop who tasered that guy was wrong in doing so.

It kinda looks like one of those butch female officers if you slow down the video. I say female cops are worse than males because they think they can get away with ridiculous crap cause they use “I’m a smaller female” defense and he was so big bad AND COMPLYING WITH YOUR FRIGGIN ORDERS!!!!!!

My wife has bad hypoglycemia and went into a extreme sugar low in highschool. She was by herself when this happened and collapsed in a hallway convulsing on the ground. One of those butch female security guards found her, yelled at her for skipping class, then repeatedly kicked her full force in the stomach and face until another student found the two of them…

Needless to say she had some legal problems after that. Gotta love the “us vs them” mentality of officers today. Whatever happened to “serve and protect”. I think the new requirements to becoming a cop nowadays is you MUST NOT POSSESS A SOUL!

I’ll say it again in defiance of the fascist denial of first amendment freedom this site administers. Happily, a Seattle pig was executed a couple of days ago and a couple weeks before that several pig cars were damaged by fire/explosion. Now, maybe said pig simply owed some gambling debt or was diddling a coworker’s wife/husband. The authorities however, are implying it was an anti-government sentiment driven execution.

The Minneapolis police have a well-deserved reputation for ferocity, and as a result they cannot be hired by the St Paul PD. I know this from a St Paul cop.
However I also think many, many police are worried stiff about the proliferation of guns in the hands of the urban lumpen. I would not be a cop in a big city for love nor money.
How much would you require to NOT walk up to a dark tinted SUV and discuss some erratic driving?

lucky you john. i won 5k in a small claims case after spending 2 on a lawyer. the guy appealed. we ended up with 400 after all was said and done which i still haven’t received. so i came out minus 1600. that is if i get the 400. my dad won a small claims case for 3400 and he came out with 400 after the lawyer which 6 mos later he hasn’t recieved. the whole purpose of our justice system is to make lawyers rich. and also gov employees that make 120k a year for working 2 half days a week to sit on their throne and act like they are the king and we’re all their little subjects. and one word out of your mouth that doesn’t have a kiss ass tone can land you in the jail house for 30 -180 days. it’s all bulls---. the only justice you get in this world is the justice you take for yourself.

Again, the question needs to be asked why police officers of this mindset, who must be highly offended when Alex becomes critical of them, are not calling the show to defend the actions of over aggressive fellow cops.
