By 2015, a globally networked Intelligence Enterprise will be essential to meet the demands for greater forethought and improved strategic agility. The existing agency-centric Intelligence Community must evolve into a true Intelligence Enterprise established on a collaborative foundation of shared services, mission-centric operations, and integrated mission management, all enabled by a smooth flow of people, ideas, and activities across the boundaries of the Intelligence Community agency members.” – Mike McConnell(DNI)[1]
The Director of National Intelligence Mike McConnell and The Council on Foreign Relations has made public a twenty eight page document called ‘Vision 2015’ which outlines a plan to integrate the entire United States intelligence network into a global intelligence community. Unsurprisingly there are many in the 16 intelligence agencies that support this project. At this very moment there is in-fighting between our own intelligence agencies, also currently there are problems between the CIA and Pakistani ISI. So how are they going to resolve these issues that have existed for decades?
“Old problems assume new dimensions: information operations with emphasis on a cyber domain, asymmetric political or military responses, and illicit trafficking. Lastly, we confront the challenge of acting in an environment that is more time-sensitive and open to the flow of information, in which intelligence sources and analysis compete in a public context established by a global media. By 2015 we will need integrated and collaborative capabilities that can anticipate and rapidly respond to a wide array of threats and risks.” –Mike McConnell(DNI)
According to the existing protocols they will integrate and patch up the problems as they emerge. This is the Achilles heel of globalism, and we have seen time after time how calamity comes forth and brings globalism to a standstill. And nations that were fully globalized begin to act in their own interests which is the nature of the beast. This mammoth global intelligence project has been under wraps for some time and now the NGOs, members of elite academia and think tanks are going to unveil it in front of our eyes as if it was a brand new concept.
“Our analytic professionals will collaborate with world-class experts in academe, commercial interests, and think tanks, all with similar knowledge and personal networks. Deep expertise will require broad access to open source information, our unique collection results, and a network of outside experts. Our world has slowly been globalized from the economic sector to health, wealth and trade. They have taken the power from we the people and placed it in unelected non-governmental organizations which has led to heights of corruption never seen before. The direct and after effects of the IMF[2], WTO[3] and WHO[4] are well known but just imagine the power and influence that will be wielded by those who will control our spy satellites and command intelligence forces around the world. Will there be increased domestic spying on citizens who fight against globalism? More importantly will all of our intelligence capabilities be controlled from outside the and will there be foreign Intel forces operating in ?

The intelligence agencies which provide geopolitical statistical data and analysis increasingly have to compete with multinational corporations who have former high-level military generals on staff making six figure salaries. Booz Allen Hamilton[5], Blackwater Worldwide[6], SAIC[7] and others have Intel analysts who have been providing services to not only the NSA, NGA, and NRO but also to foreign governments. These multilateral corporations offer their services to the highest bidder. Everything is for sale in this global economy.
“The opportunity now exists to tap into a vastly larger amount of expertise than was previously available to intelligence. However, this will require working from a very different paradigm from that which characterized much of our Cold War history. The key features of that traditional paradigm were: secrets; classified channels of information flows; a focus on a few hard targets (e.g., the Soviet Union, other so-called “denied area” Communist Bloc countries, their military forces and technologies and other observables); very limited contact with outside experts who were almost always US citizens; and focus on key facts and finished intelligence products.

Globalization dissolves our borders, strips us of our independence and renders us dependant on unstable nations for our daily bread and clothes on our backs. From top to bottom every sector of our government is going under the influence of foreigners. Globalization should be a dirty word if you look at our world from a larger perspective. This should be a stark example for anyone who would rely on this government for the protection of their life and liberty. The only way to survive in this new dark age of global governance is to become self reliant. Let’s establish our own intelligence network on and off the internet.

President Bush Revamps Rules For Spy Agencies

Washington, D.C. (AHN) – President George W. Bush issued an executive order on Thursday widening the scope of authority of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI).
Bush’s order revises Executive Order 12333, which was issued by former President Ronald Reagan in 1981 to establish guidelines on intelligence activities. It gives the DNI authority to institute reforms and set priorities for the nation’s 16 intelligence agencies. It also transfers the power to work and oversee relationships with foreign spy agencies from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to the DNI.
The new order is the result of reforms to the intelligence community after the September 11, 2001 attacks, including the creation of the DNI under the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004.
“Implementation of the revised Executive Order will help create an Intelligence Community that is more unified, shares information more freely, effectively coordinates its actions, and collaborates more closely to provide policymakers the support needed to make difficult decisions affecting our national and homeland security,” White House Press Secretary Dana Perino said in a statement.
Lawmakers, however, were not pleased with what they said was the absence of consultation about revisions to the order.
Rep. Peter Hoekstra (R-MI), a ranking minority member of the House Intelligence panel, led a walkout of fellow Republicans during a briefing by DNI’s Mike McConnell on Thursday.
“The administration knows that a PowerPoint briefing to staff and notifying the committee after leaking details of an executive order to the media does not constitute briefing the congressional intelligence committees as they have claimed,” Hoekstra said in a statement statement, according to Politico.
Panel chairman Silvestre Reyes (D-TX) said he supported strengthening the DNI and ending “the turf wars that have plagued American intelligence,” but that he was “disappointed” by the President’s failure to consult Congress.
“After seven years of a go-it-alone presidency, perhaps I should expect nothing more from this White House. But this order will be binding on future administrations as well. For that reason, we must conduct effective oversight, so that we can advise the next President of whether this order should remain in effect or should be repealed,” Reyes added in his written statement.

Any integration the US Government or CFR partake with foreign governments will be with the intention of establishing a position of dominance for the US. Lets dont forget the project for the New American Century which mandates establishing Th US as the world leader and bringing the rest of the world to support US interests. This is a part of why it wont work. However I have made a prophesy on this site before and now Ill make it again; The New World Order will succeed in establishing a one world government but their victory will be short lived as it will spark a global revolution which will go on for 20 years or more but finally the NWO will be thrown down and then the world will have no government. That is when we will build a new world of independent states a true democracy ( if there is such a thing ) this is what happens at the turning of an age. This is the beginning of a new age and a simple look back through history will reveal that as one age gives way to the next a massive world power forms only to be torn asunder by multiple internal and external conflicts, this is the way of things.

McConnell was installed to assist in master-minding a takeover of all independent US intelligence assets. This is a new kind of shell-game because it proposes to CONTROL huge, diverse, black-budgeted operations and sets the stage for legalizing the kind of involvement we’ve seen from CIA, MOSSAD and M16 lately: They’ll no longer have to go through the Vice President’s office to commit Global War Crimes with assured military back-up.
The presumption that the world needs a Global Intelligence Network to usurp sovereign US intelligence is interesting in itself. First, it says $60+ Billion a year in spying operations is insufficient to counter Al CIAda, when many of us already know that one, clean Executive in the Office of the President could END Al CIAda with one stroke of the pen. Second, it attempts to HIDE a key component of historical intelligence strengths, that of “Independent Sources”.
If you remember, a BIG problem PNAC had before 9/11 was the fact that an independent investigative unit working for the FBI called Able Danger was hot on the trail of an independent unit of the CIA, Al CIAda (almost blew the cover). And just following the 9/11 attacks an FBI unit arrested the “Dancing Israeli’s” and their explosive-residue laden White Vans (almost blew another cover). Many times criminal investigations have involved the overstepping of one agency on another, and this has generally served rather than impeded justice and security. One agency by itself has far more difficulty committing criminal acts when other agencies may be watching.
Another virtue of Separate Agencies also is the nurturing of creative approaches to particular crimes/people. We all know large corporations and government beauracracies are never the source of innovation or adaptability, so why would McConnell propose even more monolithic measures? Like I said, MOSSAD or other centrally-connected party will no longer have to go through an elected representative to manipulate a global criminal enterprise.
The United States should CHOOSE, as in National Referendum, Open Source Intelligence and Government. It’s not government that needs Global Spies, it’s We the People who need Government Transparency!

The US government has had such a system for several decades but it was a cumbersome system since it used a lot of paper files, now they have started inplementing a digital file system that will be conected to the newest spy satelites and comunication systems around the world. The latest senate aproval of the spying bill, has legalized the survailance of its citizens, thus creating a totalitarian state.

And in 10 years, when a newly united world declares war on a fractured, indebted, post-civil war United States – for whom the new world feels NO pity, but on whom the new world targets their blame for a decade of economic and social misery – all American “patriots” and “nationalists” will likely feel the enacted rage of the “long-term vision” on their short-sighted, non-holistic and fanciful ideals of uniquity and isolation.
The new world, like a new baby, should not be expected to discriminate between itself and its surroundings. Its birth cry will be when the REAL destruction begins; a havoc wrought by an entire world against the citizens of a former empire who EXPECTED compassion and understanding regarding their former luxuries, their unequaled personal and per capita debt, and their belief that they “deserved” new Nike’s when the children of the globe didn’t “deserve” legs.

The nuclear Vitruvian Men, the individual spheres of influence of all men, will then be able to bounce against one another in a controlled and stable way, always in balance, without a suddenly panicked and fearful immediacy contracting them towards the nuclear event their mere existence makes possible.
Life on this planet, when viewed from outside of itself, leads to the necessity of certain conclusions that overlook the harms of the conclusions on those capable of individual human consciousness drawn upon the mural of time. Just as no one mourns the loss of humanity in wars centuries ago, those who lead the evolution of the planet see the hopeful picture painted in long-time, and accept the death of themselves and others as an inevitability within the landscape.
All things live, and all things die. Some things live without meaning, and some things die with much still to do. It is preferable that those sentiments be situated in reverse. But it is better to live than to die, although dying is still inevitable. And those who live can still change themselves for the benefit of the living.
A long-time vision raises its head above its America-trained, knee jerk rejection of short-sighted change, and embraces the vision of the mountain once raised by upheaval.
There is more to this world than diffracted consciousness. There is also the promise of aligned consciousness to come.

I am glad in a way that I am in my sunset years. I probably will not see the hand basket that this planet will be carted off in. I do worry for my family though, and am wishing I could know there is HOPE. All the talk talk talk from all sides of WAR being the only way, when we can see over the last 1000 centuries, it never solves any problem. Just like a bunch of ignorant little kids in the sandbox, first one throws a tantrum and the the other throws a tantrum. The only problem is the little kids that are playing nice, get the sand in their eyes.
So OK, we know 9/11 was an inside job, shameful as that was, what followed with the scooping up of innocent people because of the color of their skin, what they wore, where they worshiped, was a scar this country will wear throughout history.
For however many folks out there have any pride left, I suggest, seriously that you all step up to the “plate”, do what has to be done, and don’t sit around on your thumbs waiting for someone else to come up with a plan.

I have made several attempts to convince the CFR webmaster that he is working for an evil organization but he dosen’t believe me and won’t respond to my emails. Perhaps because the last email was threatening the CFR…oppss. I didn’t eamn to send it…an error happened and it sent. With God I will fear no evil organization!
