“No Questions Off Limits” and then ejecting questioners (DU or whatever!) is contrary to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms Act 1982-6.
Liability arises from the “luring-saying ‘…no Q…off limits…’…” and then the manhandling and false arrests!
My old AFP Subscriber Brother, my dear late friend, was I am told by a very reliable source, he was told go to Hosp.(at 92 yrs of age) or police would be called.
He went in, some weeks out then in, and I take it 2 days of sickness upon return home, suffering dysentery since contracting a virus at hospital, which killed him. He was a British Columbian, but moreso a Christian whom warned, “come out from among them, if they speak not according to this work, there is no light in them, and come out from among the heathen, says the Lord of Sabboth. level false charges.

Not because his opinions are wrong, he’s right, but putting profanity in your protest is just gonna make us look bad.Remember people, we’re dealing with an enemy that are masters of making us look bad. We have to adopt Jesus the Christ’s mode of communication. He always eneded up being the more civil one. Remember that kindness kills. Even though we become frustrated and righteuosly angry, we must not let our animal instinct be our dominating emotion. Only when it comes to protecting our wife (if you’re a guy) or our chiildren if we face an immediate threat to our lives. After watching this video, I almost think this guy is fake. I am a witness to attest to the fact that the Vancouver Newspapers advertised the oral address by Colin Powell that ALL questions would be answered. To those who bought tickets to listen to him and ask hard questions were booted out under false pretences. The advertising is therfore false, and charges should be laid against the organizers for false and misleading statements published in those Papers.
As for the accused, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, 1982, U.K., ought to be cited for the arrest and criminal charges pending against the Photographer, and those charges should be quashed immediately by the Court.
Under Section 52 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, 1982, it states – “The Constitution of Canada is the Supremem Law of Canada, and any Law that is inconsistent with the provisions of the Constitution to the extent of the inconsistency, is of no force or effect.”
The Charter was violated by the Vancouver Police. The Rights of the accused were ignored with impunity.
Welcome to the so-called free Country called, “Canada.”

I do not know about this particular situation, but I have seen some of the tactics these Truthers (of any dominaiton) use. “Free speech”? Give us all a break! There are limits and protocols that need to be followed when attempting to communicate with anyone. Getting into one’s face and demanding that YOU be answered and be answered to your liking deserves any type of reactions the “in your face” actions generate. Gorkin(?) used the proper term when the “power of the press” “defense” was used. He said it is ambush jounalism, and he was correct. Seems like when the Truthers (as I said, of any demonination) get “ambushed” by being escorted out of where they are or even handcuffed, they consider it being ambushed by “them”.
Protocol ladies and gentlemen. There are ways to act in any particular situation. Even though the ambush tactics seem at times to be the only way to get the results we in the movement need, it is almost mandatory that anyone going out to question another should take some type of course on how to act within a given situation. In my business, it is called simply, know your audience. My business is beauty. There are thousands of gorgeous women throughout the world and yet only a handful of them get to the top, reason being that only a handful of them act appropriately in a given situation. “They” (the enemy) do it to us all the time mainly with their fear tactics. They understand us and act accordingly. Not only do you or the Truthers lose the credibility you are trying to gain, but we all lose when you attempt to do your questioning on our behalf. Do not forget, it is everyone we are attempting to accept what we have to say, which fortunately happens to be the truth. Acting without getting in one’s face demanding that you get the results that you want using the excuse of free speech only goes to demonstrate to the enemy and others on the fence that that way of acting out your “free speech rights” seems to breed only chaos making all onlookers being on “their” side, making it harder for them to see the truth and agree with it. Your comment #’s 26 and 27 show that you recognize the error of the brave Truthers ways. Regrettably, they have a complex on the verge of being equal to the enemy. They have their agenda of commenting what the enemy considers to be their crime (getting into their face no matter what). If only they were mature enough to be able to see that sometimes to get the results we want we must act a slightly different way, they would achieve so much more; but like the enemy, they want results NOW, therefore they feel that they have power that they will use to back themselves up. With them, it is designated as being the First Amendment of the United States of America. As you say, they need to be schooled on it before they use it and then be willing to do what is necessary to get their “audience” to respond to appropriately.
“They” have the guns and that generally tends to outweigh the power of anyone using speech rights as a weapon. Remember, the Second Amendment (pertaining to guns or weapons) is there to protect the continuation of all the other parts of the Constitution. Since “they” have those weapons, that gives them more power over any of us, Constitution be d*mned. Therefore I say again…..know your audience! (Become a politician, for example. They have to have the inner fortitude to act different ways towards different groups of people to get what/where they want. It will be good experience. If not that, become an entertainer, preferably a standup comic. You will learn things about your audience quite readily then.)
